Referring to fig. 4, as shown in the drawing, wherein the buffer mechanism 22 is communicated with the lower portion of the filter mechanism 21, a stirring device is disposed in the buffer mechanism 22, the stirring device includes a motor 221, a stirring shaft 222 and a stirring blade 223, one end of the stirring shaft 222 is connected to an output shaft of the motor 221, the stirring shaft 222 is disposed with the stirring blade 223, thereby stirring the municipal sewage in the buffer mechanism 22, preferably, in this embodiment, the stirring shaft 222 is disposed with a plurality of stirring blades 223, the shape of the stirring blade 223 is a diamond shape, a square shape, a fan shape, etc., thereby sufficiently stirring the municipal sewage in the buffer mechanism 22, the stirring blade 223 is disposed with a plurality of through holes 224, and the municipal sewage shuttles back and forth through the through holes 224 to reduce resistance of the stirring device for stirring the municipal sewage.
Referring to fig. 5, as shown in the figure, wherein the lower portion of the primary settling mechanism 23 is communicated with the lower portion of the buffer mechanism 22, the primary settling mechanism 23 includes a primary settling chamber 231, a filter screen 232 is disposed in the primary settling chamber 231, specifically, the filter screen 232 is disposed at one third of the bottom of the primary settling chamber 231, that is, during the primary settling process, the upper portion of the filter screen 232 is the primary settling municipal sewage, and the lower portion of the filter screen 232 is the primary settling municipal sewage and the precipitate, thereby primarily settling the municipal sewage, preferably, in this embodiment, the municipal sewage is settled in the primary settling mechanism 23 for 3-6 hours.
Referring to fig. 6, as shown in the figure, wherein the purification mechanism 24 is communicated with the upper portion of the primary sedimentation mechanism 23, the purification mechanism 24 includes a biological contact oxidation tank 241, and a plurality of microorganisms are placed in the biological contact oxidation tank 241, that is, the municipal sewage is delivered to the biological contact oxidation tank 241 to be purified, and the technology of sewage purification is well-established in the art, and therefore, will not be described herein again.
Referring to fig. 7, as shown in the figure, the re-precipitation mechanism 25 is communicated with the lower portion of the purification mechanism 24, the re-precipitation mechanism 25 performs re-precipitation treatment on municipal sewage, specifically, the re-precipitation mechanism 25 is provided with a sewage coarse filtration chamber 251, a sewage precipitation chamber 252, a sewage treatment water storage chamber 253 and a precipitate output device 254, the sewage coarse filtration chamber 251 is provided with a coarse filtration screen 255, the coarse filtration screen 255 is obliquely arranged, the bottom of the sewage coarse filtration chamber 251 is provided with a coarse filtration outlet 256, the sewage precipitation chamber 252 is communicated with the sewage coarse filtration chamber 251 through the coarse filtration outlet 256, the bottom of the sewage precipitation chamber 252 is provided with an inclined precipitate baffle 257 at the coarse filtration outlet 256, the precipitate baffle 257 forms a buffer port 258 with the inner wall of the sewage precipitation chamber 252 at the coarse filtration outlet 256, the middle portion of the sewage precipitation chamber 252 is provided with a fine filtration screen 259, an overflow hole (not shown) is arranged above the fine filtration screen 259 on the sewage precipitation chamber 252, the sewage treatment water storage cavity 253 is communicated with the sewage sedimentation cavity 252 through an overflow hole, and the sediment output device 254 is disposed at the bottom of the sewage sedimentation cavity 252 and is communicated with the sewage sedimentation cavity 252, preferably, in the embodiment, the sediment output device 254 is an auger conveying device to output the sediment at the bottom of the sewage sedimentation cavity 252 through the sediment output device 254.
Borrow this, through the integral type design of mechanism 25 of redepositing, can filter the various impurity in the sewage respectively, improved the sewage treatment effect to, can effectually prevent to redeposit the sedimentation of sewage sedimentation chamber in the mechanism 25, prolong the maintenance cycle.
Referring to fig. 8, as shown, the disinfecting and sterilizing mechanism 26 is communicated with the sewage treatment water storage cavity 253 of the re-depositing mechanism 25, the disinfecting and sterilizing mechanism 26 includes a disinfecting tank 261, an adsorbent resin containing nano silver-titanium dioxide composite is placed in the disinfecting tank 261, and simultaneously, the disinfecting tank is irradiated by an ultraviolet lamp to disinfect the municipal sewage in the disinfecting tank.
In this embodiment, preferably, the adsorption resin is in a granular form, and the nano silver-titanium dioxide composite material is loaded in and on the surface of the adsorption resin.
In this embodiment, preferably, the preparation method of the nano silver-titanium dioxide composite material includes:
weighing hexadecyl trimethylene ammonium bromide, dissolving the hexadecyl trimethylene ammonium bromide in deionized water, adding hydrazine hydrate, dropwise adding a silver nitrate solution while stirring by using a magnetic stirrer until the solution becomes reddish brown, sequentially adding absolute ethyl alcohol, ammonia water and nano titanium dioxide powder, continuously stirring, drying, and firing at the temperature of 500-600 ℃ to obtain the nano silver-titanium dioxide composite material.
Preferably, the nano silver-titanium dioxide composite material is ground into powder, added into deionized water and uniformly stirred, and then added with the adsorption resin, and after heating and drying treatment, the heating time is forty minutes to one hour, so that the adsorption resin loaded with the nano silver-titanium dioxide composite material is obtained. The ultraviolet lamp is disposed in the disinfection tank, and irradiates the adsorption resin in the disinfection tank, and the wavelength of ultraviolet light emitted by the ultraviolet lamp is 270nm-280nm, specifically, 275nm in this embodiment.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the sewage flows through the sewage input device 1, the filtering mechanism 21, the buffering mechanism 22, the primary settling mechanism 23, the purifying mechanism 24, the re-depositing mechanism 25, the disinfecting and sterilizing mechanism 26, and the sewage output device 3 all adopt small motors for pumping, and the specific pumping structure is understood by those skilled in the art and thus will not be described herein again.
Referring to fig. 9, in the present embodiment, preferably, the municipal sewage treatment system further includes a solar power generation module 4, and specifically, the solar power generation module 4 is electrically connected to the sewage input device 1, the sewage treatment device 2 and the sewage output device 3 respectively, so as to supply power to the sewage input device 1, the sewage treatment device 2 and the sewage output device 3, reduce power consumption, and increase environmental friendliness of the municipal sewage treatment system.

A municipal sewage treatment system comprises a sewage input device (1), a sewage treatment device (2) and a sewage output device (3), the sewage input device (1) is communicated with the sewage treatment device (2), the sewage treatment device (2) is communicated with the sewage output device (3), it is characterized in that the sewage treatment device (2) comprises a filtering mechanism (21), a buffering mechanism (22), a primary settling mechanism (23), a purifying mechanism (24), a re-depositing mechanism (25) and a disinfecting and sterilizing mechanism (26), the filtering mechanism (21) is communicated with the buffer mechanism (22), the buffer mechanism (22) is communicated with the primary sedimentation mechanism (23), the primary sedimentation mechanism (23) is connected with a purification mechanism (24), the purification mechanism (24) is communicated with a re-deposition mechanism (25), and the re-deposition mechanism (25) is communicated with a disinfection and sterilization mechanism (26).
2. The municipal sewage treatment system according to claim 1, wherein the filtration mechanism (21) is in communication with the sewage inlet device (1), wherein a primary screen plate (211) and an activated carbon screen plate (212) are provided in the filtration mechanism (21), and wherein the primary screen plate (211) is provided above the activated carbon screen plate (212).
3. The municipal sewage treatment system according to claim 1, wherein the buffer mechanism (22) is in communication with the lower part of the filter mechanism (21), a stirring device is arranged in the buffer mechanism (22), the stirring device comprises a motor (221), a stirring shaft (222) and stirring blades (223), one end of the stirring shaft (222) is connected with an output shaft of the motor (221), the stirring shaft (222) is provided with the stirring blades (223), and the stirring blades (223) are provided with through holes (224).
4. The municipal sewage treatment system according to claim 3, wherein the shape of the agitating blade (223) is at least one of diamond, square, and fan.

The municipal sewage treatment system according to claim 1, wherein the lower portion of the primary sedimentation mechanism (23) communicates with the lower portion of the buffering mechanism (22), the primary sedimentation mechanism (23) comprises a primary sedimentation chamber (231), and a filter screen (232) is disposed in the primary sedimentation chamber (231).
6. The municipal sewage treatment system according to claim 5, wherein the filter screen (232) is disposed in the bottom third of the primary settling chamber (231).
7. The municipal sewage treatment system according to claim 1, wherein the purification mechanism (24) is in communication with an upper portion of the primary sedimentation mechanism (23), and wherein the purification mechanism (24) comprises a biological contact oxidation tank (241).
8. The municipal wastewater treatment system according to claim 1, wherein the re-precipitation mechanism (25) is in communication with a lower portion of the purification mechanism (24), the re-precipitation mechanism (25) comprises a wastewater coarse filtration chamber (251), a wastewater precipitation chamber (252), a wastewater treatment water storage chamber (253), and a precipitate output device (254), wherein a coarse filtration screen (255) is disposed in the wastewater coarse filtration chamber (251), the coarse filtration screen (255) is obliquely disposed, a coarse filtration outlet (256) is disposed at a bottom of the wastewater coarse filtration chamber (251), the wastewater precipitation chamber (252) is in communication with the wastewater coarse filtration chamber (251) through the coarse filtration outlet (256), an oblique precipitate baffle (257) is disposed at a bottom of the wastewater precipitation chamber (252) at the coarse filtration outlet (256), and the precipitate baffle (257) forms a buffer port (258) with an inner wall of the wastewater precipitation chamber (252) at the coarse filtration outlet (256), the middle part in sewage sedimentation chamber (252) is provided with fine filtration filter screen (259), the top that lies in fine filtration filter screen (259) on sewage sedimentation chamber (252) is provided with the overflow hole, sewage treatment water storage chamber (253) is through overflow hole and sewage sedimentation chamber (252) intercommunication, precipitate output device (254) set up in sewage sedimentation chamber (252) bottom, and communicate with sewage sedimentation chamber (252).

The municipal sewage treatment system according to claim 1, wherein the disinfecting and sterilizing mechanism (26) is communicated with a sewage treatment water storage cavity (253) of the re-depositing mechanism (25), an adsorbent resin is placed in the disinfecting and sterilizing mechanism (26), the adsorbent resin contains nano silver-titanium dioxide composite material, and the disinfecting and sterilizing mechanism (26) is irradiated by an ultraviolet lamp to disinfect the municipal sewage in the disinfecting and sterilizing mechanism (26).
10. The municipal sewage treatment system according to any one of claims 1 to 9 further comprising a solar power module (4), wherein the solar power module (4) is electrically connected to the sewage inlet device (1), the sewage treatment device (2) and the sewage outlet device (3), respectively.
