At present, the traditional mode of food cold chain logistics in China is mainly a mode of food production → refrigeration of a production cold storage house → transportation of a freezing truck trunk line → sale of the cold storage house → terminal distribution → consumers, the traditional food cold chain logistics is long in time and high in cost, and meanwhile, due to the fact that food needs to be frozen, the quality of the food is poor, nutrition is reduced, and the current consumption requirements cannot be met. The fresh food is stored in the foam box, and the foam box is used for heat preservation, so that the foam box has the advantage of light weight, but the heat preservation effect is poor, even if the fresh food is subjected to vacuum or modified atmosphere packaging, the ice bag, the dry ice or other cold storage agents are matched, the logistics preservation time of the fresh food in winter is at most 3 days, the preservation time in summer is only 2 days, or even some fresh foods are only 1 day, and due to the limited heat preservation and preservation effects, the domestic express logistics company is difficult to deliver the fresh food to the hands of consumers within the specified time. Therefore, the bottleneck of the existing cold-chain logistics fresh-keeping packaging technology causes that a new logistics mode is difficult to popularize in a large area, and a new technology is urgently needed to solve the current technical bottleneck.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of overcoming the defect of adopting a foam box in the existing transportation process and provides a fresh food cold-chain logistics fresh-keeping box and application thereof.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problem is that,
the fresh food cold-chain logistics fresh-keeping box mainly comprises a box cover and a box body, wherein a gasket is arranged between the box cover and the box body, the box body is sequentially provided with an outer protective shell, a first vacuum heat-insulating plate, pearl wool, a second vacuum heat-insulating plate and a moisture-proof layer from outside to inside, and a cavity surrounded by the moisture-proof layer is an inner cavity; the cover body part is also sequentially provided with an outer protective shell, a first vacuum heat-insulating plate, pearl wool, a second vacuum heat-insulating plate and a moisture-proof layer from outside to inside, and the outer protective shell, the first vacuum heat-insulating plate, the pearl wool, the second vacuum heat-insulating plate and the moisture-proof layer of the box body are respectively connected into a whole. The packaging material is prepared by adopting advanced packaging processing technologies such as seamless and integral technologies.
The outmost layer of box is outer protective housing, and outer protective housing is enclosed by aluminium membrane material and forms, and outer protective housing one side is outwards, and the opposite side meets with first vacuum insulation panel (can furthest improve the vacuum degree in the first vacuum insulation panel, can also fill the heat-insulating material in the first vacuum insulation panel, improve heat preservation, energy-conserving effect), fills pearl wool (having resistant high, low temperature change, heat preservation thermal-insulated, high elasticity, shockproof effect) in first vacuum insulation panel inboard, and second vacuum insulation panel (carry out heat preservation thermal-insulated to the utmost in the cotton inboard of pearl, and the dampproof course is established to the second vacuum insulation panel inboard, and the cavity that the dampproof course encloses and forms is the inner chamber, is used for splendid attire fresh food.

The moisture-proof layer is attached to the inner cavity, so that the speed of water vapor in the inner cavity discharged to the heat-insulating layer is effectively reduced. And effectively prevents the formation of condensation, protects and maintains the thermal functionality of the structure, thereby achieving the purpose of saving energy consumption and preventing the water vapor from exosmosis.
The fresh food cold-chain logistics fresh-keeping box can also be matched with a special biological cold storage agent, so that the fresh food logistics fresh-keeping time is longer.
The application of the fresh food cold-chain logistics fresh-keeping box can be applied to cold-chain logistics fresh-keeping of cold fresh food, particularly cold fresh meat.

(4) boxing: rapidly transferring the cooled fresh meat into a fresh-keeping box at the ambient temperature of less than 4 ℃, wherein the volume ratio of the cooled fresh meat to the inner cavity of the logistics fresh-keeping box is 1: 3-5, and filling the fresh-keeping box with fragmentary plastic fillers to basically fill the logistics fresh-keeping box;
(5) sealing the box body: covering the logistics fresh-keeping box, and sealing the joint of the box body and the box cover by using a transparent adhesive tape; the isolation of internal and external gases is ensured;
(6) logistics sending: delivering a logistics fresh-keeping box filled with cold fresh meat to a logistics company, placing the logistics fresh-keeping box in logistics at the ambient temperature of less than 35 ℃, controlling the logistics time within 7 days, and monitoring the temperature change of the inner cavity of the fresh-keeping box in the logistics process;
(7) and (3) receiving goods by the customer: the customer receives the logistics fresh-keeping box filled with the cold fresh meat within 7 days, observes that the logistics fresh-keeping box is not damaged, and the box body and the box cover are good in sealing performance, and opens to take out the cold fresh meat.
The fresh food cold-chain logistics fresh-keeping box can overcome the defects of the prior art, integrates refrigeration, transportation and sale, is applied to cold-chain logistics of cold fresh pork, can keep the logistics time of primary freshness of the cold fresh pork up to 7.09 days at the ambient temperature lower than 35 ℃, and has a very good practical application effect.
Compared with the prior heat preservation box, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the invention provides a fresh food cold chain transportation fresh-keeping box which can keep fresh quality of food for a long time and solve the problems of quality reduction, putrefaction or deterioration of fresh food due to long-time transportation. Therefore, the logistics express capacity of most domestic logistics express companies is met, and the logistics cost can be reduced.
(2) The vacuum heat-insulating plate adopted by the invention has high temperature resistance, high compressive strength, long service life, light weight, convenient transportation and the like, and adopts seamless and integral packaging processing technology, so that the logistics fresh-keeping box has better heat-insulating and weight-reducing effects.
(3) The invention can achieve the effects of heat preservation and fresh keeping without active refrigeration equipment, does not depend on a refrigerator car in the transportation process, and can be transported by airplanes, steamships, trains and common cars, thereby reducing the logistics transportation cost.
(4) The invention is not only suitable for fresh food, but also can be used for reagents, medicines, field sampling and the like, and can be combined with the preservative in the future, so that the using amount of the ice bag and the weight of the whole scheme are reduced on the premise of ensuring the preservation effect of the food, thereby reducing the cost and improving the benefit.

The outer protective shell 11 on the outermost side of the cover body from outside to inside is tightly connected with the outer protective shell 5 in the box body when the cover body is closed, the outer protective shell can protect the integrity of the whole preservation box on the way of logistics transportation, the damage of the preservation box caused by collision can be avoided, the cover body is also provided with two layers of vacuum heat insulation plates, namely a first vacuum heat insulation plate 10 and a second vacuum heat insulation plate 8, the pearl wool 9 is filled between the first vacuum heat insulation plate 10 and the second vacuum heat insulation plate 8, and therefore the cover body has better heat preservation and heat insulation effects. The bottom of the cover body is completely wrapped with a damp-proof layer, so that the water in fresh food or water in the ice bag is prevented from overflowing from the upper side. As shown in figure 3, the vacuum insulation panel in the preservation box adopts the filling core material and the vacuum protection surface layer, has low heat conductivity coefficient, and has the characteristics of light weight and thin wall. (4) boxing: rapidly transferring the cooled fresh meat into a fresh-keeping box at the ambient temperature of less than 4 ℃, wherein the volume ratio of the cooled fresh meat to the inner cavity of the logistics fresh-keeping box is 1:4, and filling the fresh-keeping box with fragmentary plastic fillers to ensure that the logistics fresh-keeping box is basically filled with the plastic fillers;
(5) sealing the box body: covering the logistics fresh-keeping box, and sealing the joint of the box body and the box cover by using a transparent adhesive tape; the isolation of internal and external gases is ensured;
(6) logistics sending: delivering a logistics fresh-keeping box filled with cold fresh meat to a logistics company, placing the logistics fresh-keeping box in logistics at the ambient temperature of less than 35 ℃, controlling the logistics time within 7 days, and monitoring the temperature change of the inner cavity of the fresh-keeping box in the logistics process;
(7) and (3) receiving goods by the customer: the customer receives the logistics fresh-keeping box filled with the cold fresh meat within 7 days, observes that the logistics fresh-keeping box is not damaged, and box body and box cover are intact in tightness, and opens to take out the cold fresh meat to detect and analyze.
Fig. 5 shows an application embodiment of the preservation box, taking fresh cold fresh pork as an example, and studies the time for applying the cold chain logistics of fresh food to the preservation box and the temperature change in the cavity of the preservation box during the cold chain logistics process. From fig. 5, we can see that the cold fresh meat flowing time can reach 7.09 days, and by the 7 th day, the storage temperature of the cold fresh meat is only 3 ℃ on average, and the ambient temperature of the external flowing reaches 23 ℃ on average, and the fluctuation is continuously generated, but the temperature in the cavity of the preservation box is not influenced at all. FIG. 6 shows that the color change before and after the application of the fresh food cold-chain logistics fresh-keeping box to the chilled fresh pork logistics is small, and Table 1 reflects that the application of the fresh-keeping box of the invention to the chilled fresh pork logistics shows that the changes of the volatile basic nitrogen TVB-N, the juice loss rate, the pH value and the total number of bacterial colonies before and after the logistics are small, and the TVB-N value of a meat sample after 7 days of logistics is 14.67, which is still lower than the national fresh meat primary standard of 15mg/100 g. Under the same logistics environment condition, the foam insulation box is adopted to be stored for 3 days in combination with the controlled atmosphere logistics, the quality change is shown in the table 2, the result shows that the cold fresh meat is decayed due to the fact that the foam insulation box is stored for 3 days in combination with the controlled atmosphere logistics, and the obvious effect of the invention is proved.

(6) logistics sending: delivering a logistics fresh-keeping box filled with cold fresh meat to a logistics company, placing the logistics fresh-keeping box in logistics at the ambient temperature of less than 35 ℃, controlling the logistics time within 7 days, and monitoring the temperature change of the inner cavity of the fresh-keeping box in the logistics process;
(7) and (3) receiving goods by the customer: the customer receives the logistics fresh-keeping box filled with the cold fresh meat within 7 days, observes that the logistics fresh-keeping box is not damaged, and the box body and the box cover are good in sealing performance, and opens to take out the cold fresh meat.
