In order to further determine the existence of wrinkles, the light emitting unit 41 further includes a background light source 412 disposed in the light source direction, the background light source 412 is disposed on a horizontal adjusting arm 413, the horizontal adjusting arm may be any existing mechanical arm capable of performing telescopic and/or transverse and/or longitudinal displacement adjustment on a horizontal plane, as shown in fig. 4, in an embodiment of the present invention, a link mechanical arm is employed, and includes a first link and a second link, one end of the first link is pivotally connected to a fixed point, the other end of the first link is pivotally connected to the second link, the first link is capable of rotating around the fixed point, and the second link is capable of rotating around the other end of the first link, so as to achieve position adjustment on the horizontal plane. The background light source 412 provides light from bottom to top for the financial document from the back side of the financial document, the light transmittance of the wrinkle part is low under the action of high-brightness background light, and whether the financial document has wrinkles or not is secondarily judged according to the difference between the wrinkle part and the plane part. The background light source 412 is automatically retracted to a hidden position set at one side when not in operation, and the horizontal height of the background light source 412 is lower than that of the highest stroke end point of the lifting rod. In addition, the background light source 412 adopts a multi-color LED lamp to provide multi-color background light for the financial document, and based on a multi-color compensation scanning method, different wavelength bands and wavelengths are provided by different color lights to scan information on the financial document, and gray scale identification and modeling are performed on the information obtained by each scanning, and the determined financial document information is obtained by matching with image data of standard characters.
When the financial document is placed on the financial document placing platform 1, the LED lamp array is started, the CCD camera starts to collect image information, the gray level conversion unit 44 performs gray level conversion on the collected image, whether wrinkles exist on the financial document is judged according to gray level values, if wrinkles exist on the financial document, shadows can be generated on the part of one side, which is shaded, of the wrinkles under the light of one side provided by the LED lamp array, pixel gray level values of the gray level image are compared according to a set gray level threshold value, and whether the financial document has wrinkles is preliminarily judged according to the judgment condition that the pixel gray level value of the positions of the wrinkles is higher than the set gray level threshold value.
If the financial document is preliminarily judged to have wrinkles, the financial document adsorption adjusting component 2 is adjusted according to the position of the financial document, namely the four first adsorption components 26 are enabled to be over against four vertex angles of the financial document through adjusting the rotating angles of the third rotating component 23 and the fourth rotating component 24, then the first adsorption components 26 are started to adsorb the financial document, and the lifting rod is driven to lift the financial document.
Then, the background light source 412 extends out from the hidden position at one side through the horizontal adjusting arm 413, and moves to the position below the fold position to provide high-brightness background light for the fold position, and the light transmittance of the fold or the folded part is low under the action of the high-brightness background light, so that whether the financial document has folds or not is accurately judged through gray level identification by collecting the financial document image under the background light again. In order to avoid the problem that the precision of the hardware device affects the positioning precision, the background light source 412 may be moved around the positioning point within a small range by the cooperation of the transverse telescopic arm and the longitudinal rail after being positioned below the fold position.
When the financial document is determined to have wrinkles, the second rotating part 22 of the financial document adsorption and adjustment part 2 is controlled to drive the wrinkled financial document to rotate towards one side of the leveling and rolling roller assembly 3, the financial document is sent to an input port of the leveling and rolling roller assembly 3, the financial document sent by the financial document adsorption and adjustment part 2 is adsorbed towards the rolling roller direction by the second adsorption part 33 arranged between the two rolling conveyor belts and is sent between the two rolling roller groups, and the wrinkle leveling work is realized through the surface contact between the two rolling roller groups. The number of turns of the rolling roller is set and adjusted according to the sum of the length size of the financial document identified by the image identification module and the length of the rolling channel, so that when the folded financial document moves from one side of the financial document placing platform 1 to one side of the classification box 92 and the tail end of the folded financial document is about to leave the rolling roller, the rolling roller stops rotating, the rotation is adjusted reversely, and the flattened folded financial document is reversely returned to the financial document placing platform 1.
After the financial document is leveled and returns to the financial document placing platform 1, the second rotating part 22 of the financial document adsorption and adjustment part 2 is controlled to rotate towards one side of the financial document transfer guide rail 5 with the folded financial document, the financial document is sent to a position close to the financial document transfer guide rail 5, one side of the financial document is lifted and close to one side of a financial document transfer seat 6 arranged on the financial document transfer guide rail 5, meanwhile, the third adsorption part 62 on the financial document transfer seat 6 is started, the first adsorption part 26 of the financial document adsorption and adjustment part 2 close to one side of the financial document transfer seat 6 is closed, one end of the financial document close to the financial document transfer seat 6 is adsorbed to the financial document transfer seat 6 under the action of negative pressure adsorption, then the first adsorption part 26 of the financial document adsorption and adjustment part 2 far away from one side of the financial document transfer seat 6 is closed, so that the other end of the financial voucher is vertically attached to the financial voucher transfer seat 6 under the action of the adsorption force, the gravity and the zigzag restoring force, and the financial voucher adsorption adjusting part 2 is restored to the initial state.

The corrugated financial voucher is transferred to the financial voucher transfer seat through the matching of the financial voucher adsorption adjusting part and the adsorption part on the financial voucher transfer seat, and the corrugated financial voucher is transferred to the financial voucher storage platform along the financial voucher transfer guide rail by the financial voucher transfer seat, so that the corrugated financial voucher is stored independently, secondary bending cannot occur in the storage process, and the problem that the corrugated financial voucher is damaged or blocks a financial voucher classification box due to accumulation and storage is solved.

the alignment pasting assembly comprises a regular box and a gluing part, the regular box and the financial document placing platform are arranged up and down oppositely, a three-dimensional moving guide rail is erected above the regular box, and the gluing part is arranged at the vertical telescopic free end of the three-dimensional moving guide rail.
