However, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the group of easy-tear garbage bags of the present invention can be received in other ways to form other shapes. For example, in other embodiments, a plurality of the garbage bag units 10 in the easy-tear garbage bag set can be stacked in a manner similar to a paper extraction stack, and the invention is not limited in this respect. In addition, two adjacent garbage bag units 10 in the easily torn garbage bag set can be directly rolled without being folded.
In order to enable those skilled in the art to understand the present invention, at least one embodiment of the present invention is described below by taking the easy-tearing type garbage bag set as an example, which is formed into a cylindrical shape by rolling. After the easy-tearing type garbage bag set is formed, a rolling direction is formed. For example, in an embodiment of the present invention, when the easily torn garbage bag set is formed into a cylindrical shape by rolling, and a user pulls one of the garbage bag units 10 in the rolling direction, the garbage bag unit 10 is gradually unfolded to expose the pre-tearing line 21 and the cutting line 22, so that the user can separate the garbage bag unit 10 from the easily torn garbage bag set by tearing the pre-tearing line 21 of the pre-tearing line 21. In another embodiment of the present invention, the set of easy-to-tear type garbage bags is implemented to be folded to form a stacked block shape, and when a user pulls one of the garbage bag units 10 in the rolling direction, the pulled garbage bag unit 10 is gradually unfolded.
It can be understood that, in the present invention, since the cutting line 22 is provided between two adjacent garbage bag units 10, when a user separates one garbage bag unit 10 from the group of easy-tear type garbage bags to be unfolded, the unfolded garbage bag unit 10 can be separated by the user along the cutting line 22 and the pre-tearing line 21.
Preferably, in the present invention, the cutting line 22 is disposed in the middle of the pre-tearing line 21, in other words, the pre-tearing line 21 is disposed on both sides of the cutting line 22. Through the design, in the process of manufacturing the easy-tearing type garbage bag set, after a certain amount of tension is applied between two adjacent garbage bag units 10 in the unfolded easy-tearing type garbage bag set 100, the two adjacent garbage bag units 100 are not easily separated at the cutting line 22 and the pre-tearing line 21. That is, the position of the cutting line 22 relative to the pre-tearing line 21 is important for manufacturing the group of easy-to-tear garbage bags.
Referring to fig. 5, 7 and 9, in the present invention, each garbage bag unit 10 includes an opening 11, a bottom 12 opposite to the opening 11, and a sidewall 13, wherein the bottom 12 extends integrally to form the sidewall 13, wherein the sidewall 13 and the bottom 12 can form a receiving cavity 101, wherein the opening 11 extends integrally to the sidewall 13, and can form an opening 102 communicating with the receiving cavity 101.
The bottom end of the bottom 12 of each garbage bag unit 10 is closed, so that the receiving cavity 101 can be communicated with the outside only through the opening 102. In this way, the user can place the waste into the housing cavity 101 through the opening 102, and the bottom end of the bottom 12 is closed, so that the waste can be prevented from leaking out of the bottom 12.
In the present invention, when a plurality of the garbage bag units 10 are rolled to form the cylindrical easy-to-tear garbage bag set, each rolled garbage bag unit 10 is in a rolled state. When a plurality of the garbage bag units 10 are unfolded in the rolling direction, each of the unfolded garbage bag units 10 is formed in a flat state. When at least one of the garbage bag units 10 is separated from the easy-tear type garbage bag set and the side wall 13 forms the receiving cavity 101 to be opened for containing garbage, the garbage bag unit 10 is in a use state.
In the example shown in fig. 6 and 7, each of the garbage bag units 10 in the rolled state further forms a notch 14, wherein the notch 14 is communicated with the opening 102 when the garbage bag unit 10 is separated from the tear-off garbage bag set and then in the use state.
In the example of the present invention shown in fig. 8 and 9, each of the garbage bag units in the rolled state is provided with a tying member 15, wherein the tying member 15 is drawably held at the opening portion 11 when the garbage bag unit 10 is separated from the tear-off type garbage bag set and then in the use state. When the binding member 15 of the garbage bag unit 10 in the use state is pulled, the opening formed by the opening portion 11 is gradually closed.
Referring to fig. 2A, 2B, 3, 6 and 8, in the present invention, two adjacent garbage bag units 10 are connected to each other by the pre-tearing line 21, and after the connected garbage bag units 10 are folded and rolled, the easily torn garbage bag set is formed. At this time, each of the disposal bag units 10 in the easily torn disposal bag set is in the rolled state. When each of the garbage bag units 10 in the rolling state is rolled to form the easy-to-tear garbage bag set, a side edge, specifically a left side edge 103 and a right side edge 104 opposite to the left side edge 103, is formed on each of the two sides of the rolling direction of the easy-to-tear garbage bag set, and each of the garbage bag units 10 in the rolling state forms a first end 105 and a second end 106 opposite to the first end 105 through a portion of the pre-tearing line 21 connected to another adjacent garbage bag unit 10.
It should be noted that the pre-tearing line 21 extends from one side of the easy-tearing garbage bag set to the other side of the easy-tearing garbage bag set. Specifically, the pre-tearing line 21 extends from the left side 103 to the right side 104 of the easily torn garbage bag set. In the present invention, the total length of the pre-tear lines 21 is equal to or greater than the total length of the cut lines 22. In this way, when the easily torn garbage bag set is manufactured, a certain amount of tension can be borne between two adjacent garbage bag units 10.
It is worth mentioning that, referring to fig. 2A, 3, 5 and 6, in the embodiments of the present invention, when the garbage bag units 10 are in the rolled state, the side wall 13 of each garbage bag unit 10 is folded to form the left side edge 103 and the right side edge 104, the opening portion 11 and the bottom portion 12 of the garbage bag unit 10 can form the first end portion 105 and the second end portion 106, respectively, and the first end portion 105 of one garbage bag unit 10 and the second end portion 106 of the other garbage bag unit 10 are connected to both sides of the pre-tearing line 21, respectively. That is, in the present embodiment, when one of the garbage bag units 10 is separated from the tear-off type garbage bag set, the first end 105 or the second end 106 of the garbage bag unit 10 will directly form the opening portion 11 or the bottom portion 12 of the garbage bag unit 10. In other words, at this time, the opening portion 11 of one of the dust bag units 10 and the bottom portion 12 of the other dust bag unit 10 are connected by the pre-tear line 21.
Referring to fig. 2B, in the present embodiment, when the garbage bag units 10 are in the rolled state, the side wall 13 of each garbage bag unit 10 is folded to form the left side edge 103 and the right side edge 104, and the opening 11 and the bottom 12 of the garbage bag unit 10 can form the first end 105 and the second end 106, respectively, and the first end 105 of one of the garbage bag units 10 and the first end 105 of the other garbage bag unit 10 are connected to both sides of one of the pre-tear lines 21, respectively, while the first end 106 of one of the garbage bag units 10 and the first end 106 of the other garbage bag unit 10 are connected to both sides of the other adjacent pre-tear line 21, respectively. That is, in the present embodiment, when one of the garbage bag units 10 is separated from the tear-off type garbage bag set, the first end 105 or the second end 106 of the garbage bag unit 10 will directly form the opening portion 11 or the bottom portion 12 of the garbage bag unit 10.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, in another embodiment of the present invention, when the garbage bag units 10 are in the rolled state, the side wall 13 of each garbage bag unit 10 is folded to form the first end 105 and the second end 106, and the opening 11 and the bottom 12 of the garbage bag unit 10 form the left side 103 and the right side 104, respectively. That is, in the illustrated embodiment, the side wall 13 of one of the garbage bag units 10 and the side wall 13 of the other garbage bag unit 10 are connected by the pre-tear line 21.
That is, in the present invention, the portion where two adjacent garbage bag units 10 are connected by the pre-tear line 21 may be the left side 103 of one garbage bag unit 10 and the right side 104 of the other garbage bag unit 10 adjacent thereto, the first end 105 of one garbage bag and the left side 103 of the other garbage bag unit 10 adjacent thereto, or the first end 105 of one garbage bag unit 10 and the second end 106 of the other garbage bag unit 10, and the present invention is not limited in this respect. In order to enable those skilled in the art to understand the present invention, in at least one embodiment of the present invention, the portion where two adjacent garbage bag units 10 are connected by the pre-tearing line 21 is taken as an example to illustrate the first end 105 of one garbage bag unit 10 and the second end 106 of the other garbage bag unit 10, but those skilled in the art will understand that the present invention is not limited thereto.
Specifically, in the present invention, the opening portion 11 of one of the dust bag units 10 in the rolled state is interconnected with the bottom portion 12 of the other of the dust bag units 10 by the pre-tear line 21.
When a user tears one of the garbage bag units 10 from the easily torn garbage bag set, since the cutting line 22 is provided on the extending path of the pre-tearing line 21, the user can grasp the easily torn garbage bag set and the garbage bag unit 10 to be separated from the easily torn garbage bag set respectively by extending fingers into the cutting line 22, so that the garbage bag unit 10 to be separated can be gradually torn away along the cutting line 22 toward the left side 103 and the right side 104 of the garbage bag unit 10 in the rolled state. In the present invention, the cutting line 22 disposed between two adjacent disposal bag units 10 forms a holding channel between two adjacent disposal bag units 10 in the easily torn disposal bag set, wherein the holding channel is formed to provide a force point for a user to separate the disposal bag unit 10 from the easily torn disposal bag set, so as to facilitate the user to apply force when separating the disposal bag unit 10.
In addition, when the user inserts a finger into the cutting line 22, the pre-tear line 21 will be torn along the cutting line 22 toward at least one of the left side 103 and the right side 104. That is, by providing the cutting line 22, when the user separates the garbage bag unit 10 that he needs from the easily torn garbage bag set, the pre-tearing line 21 is torn from both sides of the cutting line 22 of the pre-tearing line 21, so that the force used by the user can be reduced, and the separated garbage bag unit 10 is not easily broken due to uniform stress.
In one embodiment of the present invention, when each garbage bag unit 10 is in the rolling state, the cutting line 22 of the pre-tearing line 21 is disposed in the middle of the pre-tearing line 21, i.e. between the left side 103 and the right side 104. In addition, the number of the cutting lines 22 of the pre-tear line 21 may be one, or may be a plurality of lines provided at intervals, and the present invention is not limited in this respect.
It is worth mentioning that when the cutting line 22 is provided in plural, the plural cutting lines 22 are symmetrically provided along the expanding direction of the group of easy-to-tear type waste bags. When the user separates the garbage bag unit 10 from the easily torn garbage bag set, the symmetrically arranged cutting lines 22 can guide the separated garbage bag unit 10 to be separated from another adjacent garbage bag unit 10 along the cutting lines 22 and the pre-tearing lines 21, so that the garbage bag unit 10 separated from the easily torn garbage bag set is not easily torn due to deviation from the pre-tearing lines 21.
Referring to fig. 4A and 4B, in an embodiment of the present invention, each of the garbage bag units 10 in the rolled state is connected by the pre-tear line 21, wherein the pre-tear line 21 forms two of the cutting lines 22, and wherein the two cutting lines 22 of the pre-tear line 21 are symmetrically disposed at the middle of the pre-tear line 21. When one of the garbage bag units 10 is unfolded along the rolling direction, the pre-tearing line 21 between two adjacent garbage bag units 10 is gradually revealed. At this time, if the user needs to separate the exposed disposal bag unit 10 from the tear-off disposal bag set, the user can insert two fingers of one hand into the cutting line 22 and hold the unfolded disposal bag unit 10, while the other hand holds the tear-off disposal bag set in the rolled state and also inserts two fingers into the cutting line 22, and then the two hands apply opposite forces in the rolling direction of the disposal bag unit 10 to tear off the disposal bag unit 10 along the pre-tearing line 21.
It should be noted that, during the process of applying force by the user, the cutting line 22 can guide the pre-tearing line 21 to be torn from the cutting line 22 to the two sides of the easy-to-tear garbage bag set, so that the two adjacent garbage bag units 10 are not torn due to uneven force application by the user.
It should be noted that, in the present invention, since in the present embodiment, the two adjacent garbage bag units 10 are connected by the pre-tearing line 21, respectively, the first end 105 of one garbage bag unit 10 and the second end 106 of the other garbage bag unit 10 are connected. Therefore, when the user separates one of the garbage bag units 10 from the easily tearable garbage bag set, the opening 11 will be automatically formed by the garbage bag unit 10 separated from the easily tearable garbage bag set or another garbage bag unit 10 on the easily tearable garbage bag set which was previously adjacent to the garbage bag unit 10 separated from the easily tearable garbage bag set. In this manner, the opening 102 will be automatically formed by the garbage bag unit 10 separated from the tear-off garbage bag set.
According to another aspect of the present invention, a device for manufacturing a set of easy-to-tear type garbage bags is disclosed in the present invention, which is described in detail below according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and in particular, the device for manufacturing a set of easy-to-tear type garbage bags can be formed on a semi-finished product of a set of easy-to-tear type garbage bags with at least one pre-tear line 21 and at least one cut line 22 located in an extending direction of the pre-tear line 21 at a predetermined distance, so that the garbage bag unit 10 can be easily torn off from the set of easy-to-tear type garbage bags.
Specifically, the manufacturing equipment of the easy-to-tear type garbage bag set comprises a cutting device 31, wherein the cutting device 31 can automatically form the cutting line 22 and the pre-tearing line 21 on the semi-finished product of the easy-to-tear type garbage bag set.
Referring to fig. 10, in an embodiment of the present invention, specifically, the pressure cutting device 31 includes a pressure cutting device main body 311 and a set of pressure cutting members 312, wherein the pressure cutting members 312 are mounted on the pressure cutting device main body 311, wherein one of the pressure cutting members 312 includes a pre-tearing line pressure cutting portion 3121 and a cutting line cutting portion 3122, wherein the pre-tearing line pressure cutting portion 3121 and the cutting line cutting portion 3122 respectively extend from the pressure cutting device main body 311 toward the same direction of the same plane integrally. After a semi-finished product of the easy-to-tear type garbage bag set passes through the cutting and pressing device 31, the pre-tearing lines 21 are respectively formed on the semi-finished product of the easy-to-tear type garbage bag set at intervals of a preset distance.
It should be noted that the length of the cutting line 3122 extending from the cutting device body 311 is longer than the length of the pre-tearing line 3121 extending. Therefore, when the cutting and pressing device is used for processing, the pre-tearing line cutting and pressing portion 3121 can cut a corresponding portion of the semi-finished product of the easy-to-tear type garbage bag to form the cutting line when the semi-finished product of the easy-to-tear type garbage bag set is cut and pressed to form the pre-tearing line 21. In this way, the cutting line 22 and the pre-tearing line 21 can be formed between two adjacent garbage bag units 10.
It is understood that, in the present invention, the pre-tear line pressing portion 3121 may be implemented as a serrated edge, and the cut line cutting portion 3122 may be implemented as a flat edge.
It should be noted that, in the present invention, the preliminary tear line pressure cutting portion 3121 is provided intermittently in the pressure cutting device main body 3111 through the cut line pressure cutting portion 3122. In other words, in the present invention, the cutting line cutting portion 3122 is disposed between the pre-tearing line cutting portions 3121, so that the pre-tearing line between two adjacent garbage bag units 10 in the easily torn garbage bag set formed after the processing by the cutting and pressing device 31 is disposed between two adjacent garbage bag units intermittently by the cutting line, thereby preventing the formed easily torn garbage bag set from being separated from the easily torn garbage bag set directly due to the pulling of the easily torn garbage bag set by the processing equipment in the subsequent processing process.
Preferably, in another embodiment of the present invention, the cutting and pressing device 31 includes a plurality of cutting line cutting portions 3122, wherein the cutting line cutting portions 3122 of the cutting and pressing device 31 are symmetrically disposed on the cutting and pressing device body 3111, so that a plurality of symmetrical cutting lines 32 can be formed on the easy-to-tear type garbage bag semi-finished product processed by the cutting and pressing device 31.
More preferably, in the present invention, the total width of the cut line cut portion 3122 is smaller than the total width of the pre-tear line cut portion 3121. Preferably, the widths of two adjacent pre-tearing line pressure cutting portions 3121 on the pressure cutting device body 3111 are respectively greater than the width of the cutting line cutting portion 3122 between the two pre-tearing line pressure cutting portions 3122.
It should be noted that, in the present invention, the semi-finished product of the easy-to-tear type disposal bag set means that each disposal bag unit 10 of the easy-to-tear type disposal bag set is in the flat state, and the pre-tear line 21 and the cutting line 22 are not formed between two adjacent disposal bag units 10. That is, in one example of the present invention, the first end 105 and the second end 106 of one of the garbage bag units 10 in the intermediate product of the tearable garbage bag set are integrated.
Preferably, the apparatus for manufacturing the easily torn garbage bag set further comprises a control device 32, wherein the cutting and pressing device 31 is controllably connected to the control device 321. The control device 32 can control the cutting and pressing device 31 to automatically process the semi-finished products of the easy-to-tear type garbage bag sets according to a predetermined frequency, so as to simultaneously form the pre-tearing lines 21 and the cutting lines 22 at a plurality of positions on two adjacent semi-finished products of the easy-to-tear type garbage bag sets which are separated by a predetermined distance.
It should be noted that the frequency of the operation of the cutting and pressing device 31 controlled by the control device 32 is equal to the time required for any one of the garbage bag units 10 to move the distance from the first end 105 to the second end 106 of the garbage bag unit 10. Therefore, by controlling the operating frequency of the cutting and pressing device 31, the length from the first end 105 to the second end 106 of the finally formed garbage bag unit 10 can be further controlled. Especially, when the first end 105 to the second end 106 of the garbage bag unit 10 are the opening 11 and the bottom 12 of the garbage bag unit 10 in use, respectively, the length of each finally formed garbage bag unit 10 can be controlled by controlling the operating frequency of the cutting and pressing device 31.
Specifically, when the easy-to-tear type garbage bag set semi-finished product is pulled, after the easy-to-tear type garbage bag set semi-finished product moves for a predetermined distance, the control device 32 controls the cutting and pressing device 31 to automatically cut and press the easy-to-tear type garbage bag set semi-finished product located below. The easy-to-tear type garbage bag group semi-finished product cut and pressed by the pre-tearing line cutting and pressing portion 3121 of the cutting and pressing device 31 forms the pre-tearing line 21 on the easy-to-tear type garbage bag group semi-finished product, and the cutting line 22 is formed on the easy-to-tear type garbage bag group semi-finished product cut and pressed by the cutting line cutting portion 3122 of the cutting and pressing device 31.
Preferably, in the present invention, the pre-tearing line cut-pressing portion 3121 and the cutting line cutting portion 3122 are disposed on the same straight line, and the straight line where the pre-tearing line cut-pressing portion 3121 and the cutting line cutting portion 3122 are located is perpendicular to both side edges of the easy-to-tear type waste bag group semi-finished product and a direction in which the easy-to-tear type waste bag group semi-finished product moves.
More preferably, the length of the cutting line cutting portion 3122 extending from the cutting and pressing device main body 311 is greater than the length of the pre-tearing line cutting and pressing portion 3121 extending from the cutting and pressing device main body 311, so that when the cutting and pressing device 311 cuts and presses the easy-to-tear type garbage bag set semi-finished product, the easy-to-tear type garbage bag semi-finished product is more easily cut between two adjacent garbage bag units 10 of the easy-to-tear type garbage bag set semi-finished product to form the cutting line.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the easy-to-tear type garbage bag set semi-finished product refers to a state where the easy-to-tear type garbage bag set needs to be cut by the cutting and pressing device and then two adjacent garbage bag unit semi-finished products 1002 close to the connecting portion need to be pressed and sealed to form the easy-to-tear type garbage bag set, where the easy-to-tear type garbage bag set semi-finished product 1002 refers to a state where the opening portion 11 and the bottom portion 12 are not formed yet in the garbage bag unit 10.
Specifically, in this example, after the easy-to-tear type waste bag set semi-finished product moves for a predetermined distance, the control device 32 can automatically control the cutting and pressing device 31 to cut and press the easy-to-tear type waste bag set semi-finished product, so as to form the pre-tearing line 21 and the cutting line 22 on the easy-to-tear type waste bag set semi-finished product at a predetermined distance.
Referring to fig. 11, in the second embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus for making a set of easy-to-tear garbage bags further includes a press sealing device 33, wherein the press sealing device 33 can press seal the semi-finished product of the set of easy-to-tear garbage bags after being cut and pressed by the cutting and pressing device 31 at a position close to the pre-tearing line 21 and the cutting line 22, so as to partially seal the semi-finished product of the set of easy-to-tear garbage bags on both sides of the pre-tearing line 21, so as to form the first end 105 and the second end 106 of one garbage bag unit 10 in the set of easy-to-tear garbage bags.
Preferably, in the present invention, the press sealing device 33 is implemented to press seal the semi-finished product of the easy-to-tear type garbage bag set near the pre-tearing line 21 by means of heat sealing to form the easy-to-tear type garbage bag set. Accordingly, the press-sealing device 33 is implemented as a heat-sealing device.
It should be noted that, in the first embodiment of the present invention, the sequence of the sealing and pressing performed by the sealing and pressing device 33 may be implemented before the cutting and pressing performed on the semi-finished product of the easy-to-tear type garbage bag set in the first embodiment. In other words, in the first embodiment, after the sealing device 33 performs sealing to form the semi-finished product of the easy-to-tear type garbage bag set, the semi-finished product of the easy-to-tear type garbage bag set is cut and pressed. By such a manufacturing method, the easily torn garbage bag set can be directly formed after the cutting and pressing device 32 cuts and presses, and the invention is not limited in this respect.
More preferably, the control device 32 can control the sealing device 33 to seal the semi-finished product of the easily torn garbage bag set so as to form the first end 105 of one garbage bag unit 10 and the second end 106 of the adjacent garbage bag unit 10 in the easily torn garbage bag set.
Further, the easily torn garbage bag set manufacturing equipment further comprises a film blowing device 34 and a transmission device 35, wherein the film blowing device 34 can automatically blow raw materials to form a bulged thin bag-shaped easily torn garbage bag set semi-finished product with a certain thickness, and the bulged thin bag is pressed by the transmission device 35 to form the easily torn garbage bag set semi-finished product which is mutually overlapped and flat. In this embodiment, the outer wall of the bulged semi-finished product of the easy-to-tear type garbage bag set is the side wall 13 of each subsequently formed garbage bag unit 10. In addition, the transmission device 35 can automatically transmit the flat semi-finished product of the easy-tearing type garbage bag set to subsequent equipment for processing. Specifically, the spheroidal thin bag blown by the film blowing device 34 has a high end, wherein the high end is driven by the transmission device 35 to convey the thin bag to a subsequent device for processing, and the thin bag-shaped semi-finished product of the easy-to-tear type garbage bag set is pressed by the transmission device 35 to return the gas in the thin bag-shaped semi-finished product of the easy-to-tear type garbage bag set to the film blowing device 34.
It is worth mentioning that, in the present invention, the film blowing device 34 blows a certain amount of gas into the raw material, thereby enabling the raw material to form the raised thin bag. It is more worth mentioning that by controlling the amount of the gas formed by the film blowing device 34, the thickness and toughness of the bulged thin bag can be controlled. Specifically, the film blowing device 34 includes a body member 341 and a blowing member 342. When the film blowing device 34 blows in gas, a gas space 340 can be formed, and the raw material can be blown into the bulged thin bag-shaped semi-finished product of the easy-tearing type garbage bag set, wherein the blown gas blows in the bulged thin bag-shaped semi-finished product of the easy-tearing type garbage bag set. As the thin bag-shaped easy-to-tear type garbage bag set semi-finished product is continuously driven by the driving device 35, the bulged thin bag-shaped easy-to-tear type garbage bag set semi-finished product is pressed into the flat easy-to-tear type garbage bag set semi-finished product, and the sheet-shaped film can be further driven to the next process by the driving device 35.
It is worth integrating that the film blowing device 34 is connected to the control device 32, wherein the control device 32 can control the film blowing device 34 to blow the raw material according to a predetermined frequency to form the bulging thin bag-shaped semi-finished product of the easily torn garbage bag set.
Further, the apparatus 300 for making easily torn garbage bag sets includes a folding device 36, wherein the folding device 36 is installed on the transmission path of the transmission device 35. After the transmission device 35 drives the flat and flat semi-finished product of the easy-to-tear type garbage bag set to the folding device 36, the folding device 36 is folded in an at least partially folding manner to form the semi-finished product of the easy-to-tear type garbage bag set. It is worth mentioning that, in this example, the semi-finished product of the easily torn garbage bag set is not processed by the cutting and pressing device 31, nor is it sealed by the sealing and pressing device 32.

More preferably, the feeding device 38 is connected to the control device 32, wherein the control device 32 can control the feeding device 38 to automatically deliver the contained raw material to the film blowing device 34.
According to another aspect of the invention, the invention provides a method for manufacturing a garbage bag set, wherein the method for manufacturing the easily torn garbage bag set comprises the following steps:

Further, after the step 12005 and before the step 12001, the method for manufacturing the easily torn garbage bag set further includes the steps of:
12006: folding the flat semi-finished product of the easy-tearing type garbage bag set.
Before the step 12004, the method for manufacturing the easily torn garbage bag set further includes the steps of:
12007: is automatically fed to the film blowing device 34.

Claims (17)

1. An easily tear type disposal bag group, its characterized in that, it includes at least two disposal bag units and an at least tear line in advance, wherein adjacent two the disposal bag unit passes through tear line in advance by interconnect, wherein easily tear type disposal tape group includes at least cutting line, wherein each cutting line set up in tear the direction that the line extends in advance.
2. The set of easy-to-tear garbage bags of claim 1, wherein each pre-tear line is intermittently disposed between two adjacent garbage bag units by the cutting line.
3. The set of easy-to-tear garbage bags of claim 2, wherein a plurality of the cutting lines are symmetrically arranged in the extending direction of each pre-tearing line.
4. The set of easy-tear garbage bags of claim 3, wherein the total length of the severance lines is less than or equal to the total length of the pre-tear lines.
5. The set of easy-to-tear garbage bags of claim 3, wherein the length of one of the pre-tear lines between two adjacent garbage bag units is greater than the length of two of the cutting lines respectively connected to the pre-tear lines.

The set of easy-tear garbage bags of any one of claims 1-5, wherein the set of easy-tear garbage bags forms a rolling direction, wherein each of the garbage bag units can be rolled into a cylindrical shape along the rolling direction or unfolded into a unfolded state along the rolling direction, wherein the unfolded garbage bag units in the set of easy-tear garbage bags form a left side and a right side opposite to the left side along two sides of the rolling direction, respectively, wherein each of the garbage bag units has a first end and a second end, wherein the first end and the second end of at least one garbage bag unit are connected to the first end of another garbage bag unit and the second end of another garbage bag unit through the pre-tear lines, respectively, wherein when the garbage bag units are opened for use after being separated from the set of easy-tear garbage bags, the garbage bag units are in a using state, wherein each garbage bag unit in the using state comprises an opening part, a bottom part and a side wall, the bottom part is opposite to the opening part, the side wall forms an accommodating cavity, the opening part forms an opening communicated with the accommodating cavity, the opening part forms the first end part and the bottom part forms the second end part when each garbage bag unit is in the rolling state, and the side walls respectively form the left side surface and the right side surface.

The set of easy-tear garbage bags of any one of claims 1-5, wherein the set of easy-tear garbage bags forms a rolling direction, wherein each of the garbage bag units can be rolled into a cylindrical shape along the rolling direction or unfolded into a unfolded state along the rolling direction, wherein the unfolded garbage bag units in the set of easy-tear garbage bags form a left side and a right side opposite to the left side along two sides of the rolling direction, respectively, wherein each of the garbage bag units has a first end and a second end, wherein the first end and the second end of at least one garbage bag unit are connected to the first end of another garbage bag unit and the second end of another garbage bag unit through the pre-tear lines, respectively, wherein when the garbage bag units are opened for use after being separated from the set of easy-tear garbage bags, the garbage bag units are in a using state, each garbage bag unit in the using state comprises an opening part, a bottom part and a side wall, the bottom part is opposite to the opening part, an accommodating cavity is formed in the side wall, an opening part communicated with the accommodating cavity is formed in the opening part, the first end part and the second end part are respectively formed in the side wall when each garbage bag unit is in a rolling state, and the left side edge and the right side edge are respectively formed in the opening part and the bottom part.

11. The apparatus for manufacturing a set of easy-to-tear type disposal bags according to any one of claims 8 to 10, wherein the pre-tear line cutting portion is intermittently provided to the cutting/pressing device main body by the cutting line cutting portion.
12. The apparatus for making set of easy-to-tear garbage bags according to claim 11, wherein the cutting device comprises a plurality of cutting line cutting portions, wherein the cutting line cutting portions are symmetrically disposed on the cutting device body.
13. The easy-to-tear type disposal bag manufacturing apparatus of claim 12, wherein a total width of the cutting line cutting portion is equal to or less than a total width of the pre-tearing line cutting portion.

The easy-to-tear type disposal bag assembly making apparatus of claim 12, wherein the width of each of two adjacent pre-tearing line pressure-cutting portions on the pressure-cutting device main body is greater than the width of the cutting line pressure-cutting portion between the two pre-tearing line pressure-cutting portions.
15. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the apparatus comprises a control device, wherein the cutting device is controllably connected to the control device, and wherein the cutting device is controlled by the control device to cut the semi-finished product at a predetermined frequency.

The apparatus of claim 15, wherein the apparatus comprises a sealing device and a driving device, wherein the sealing device is controllably connected to the control device, wherein the driving device is capable of driving the semi-finished product of the group of easy-to-tear waste bags between the sealing device and the cutting device, wherein the sealing device is disposed on a path of the driving device for driving the semi-finished product of the group of easy-to-tear waste bags, and wherein the sealing device is capable of sealing the semi-finished product of the group of easy-to-tear waste bags at a predetermined distance from the semi-finished product of the group of easy-to-tear waste bags.

The apparatus for manufacturing easily tearable garbage bag set according to claim 16, wherein the apparatus further comprises a film blowing device, wherein the film blowing device is disposed on the transmission path of the transmission device for transmitting the semi-finished product of easily tearable garbage bag set, wherein the film blowing device is capable of forming the semi-finished product of easily tearable garbage bag set, and the formed semi-finished product of easily tearable garbage bag set is capable of being transmitted by the transmission device, wherein the apparatus comprises a feeding device, wherein the feeding device is connected to the film blowing device, wherein the feeding device is capable of transmitting the raw material for manufacturing the semi-finished product of easily tearable garbage bag set to the film blowing device, wherein the feeding device is capable of being automatically controlled by the control device for automatically transmitting the raw material for manufacturing the semi-finished product of easily tearable garbage bag set to the film blowing device, the manufacturing equipment of the easy-tearing type garbage bag set comprises a folding device, wherein the folding device is arranged on a path of a semi-finished product of the easy-tearing type garbage bag set, which is transmitted by a transmission device, the folding device can fold the semi-finished product according to a preset mode, the manufacturing equipment of the easy-tearing type garbage bag set comprises a rolling device, wherein the rolling device is arranged at the end of the path of the semi-finished product of the easy-tearing type garbage bag set, which is transmitted by the transmission device, and the rolling device can roll the processed semi-finished product of the easy-tearing type garbage bag set.
