In this embodiment, the weighing motor 25, the pre-stirring motor 12, the feeding motor and the main stirring motor are manually controlled or controlled by a controller. When the controller is used for controlling, the feeding switch assembly 6 is set to be an electric control switch, the controller is connected with the weighing motor 25, the pre-stirring motor 12, the feeding motor, the main stirring motor, the electric control valve and the electric control switch, and the controller can control the addition amount of raw materials, the pre-stirring time, the feeding efficiency and the main stirring time, so that automatic trial assembly of concrete is realized.

A small-sized concrete trial-mix system for a laboratory is characterized by comprising a pre-mixing box (1), a configuration platform (2), a feeding auger (3) and a main mixing box (4), wherein the configuration platform (2) for mixing concrete raw materials is arranged above a feed inlet of the pre-mixing box (1), and a discharge outlet of the pre-mixing box (1) is communicated with a feed inlet of the main mixing box (4) through the feeding auger (3);
a movable weighing platform (21) is arranged on the configuration platform (2), at least one weighing body (22) is arranged on the weighing platform (21), a bottomless charging barrel (7) is fixedly arranged above the weighing platform (21), and the bottom of the charging barrel (7) corresponds to an object placing platform surface on the upper portion of the weighing body (22).
The auxiliary material feeding assembly is arranged above the main stirring box (4) and comprises an additive barrel (15) and a liquid barrel (16), and discharge ports of the additive barrel (15) and the liquid barrel (16) are connected with an auxiliary material feeding port (43) at the upper end of the main stirring box (4).

The small-sized concrete trial system for the laboratory according to claim 1, wherein two ends of the weighing platform (21) are provided with sliding blocks (23), the sliding blocks (23) are matched with horizontal sliding grooves on two sides of the configuration platform (2), a threaded rod (24) in threaded connection with the sliding blocks (23) is arranged in the sliding grooves, the threaded rod (24) is in rotary connection with the configuration platform (2), and one end of the configuration platform (2) is provided with a weighing motor (25) for driving the threaded rod (24) to rotate.
3. The small-sized concrete trial system for the laboratory according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the bottom of the charging barrel (7) is arranged in parallel with the object placing table of the balance body (2) and a gap exists in the vertical direction, and the gap is 2mm-5 mm.

The small-sized concrete trial system for the laboratory according to claim 3, wherein a sponge brush body (26) is arranged on one side of the weighing platform (21) close to the charging barrel (7), and the upper surface of the sponge brush body (26) and the lower surface of the charging barrel (7) are positioned on the same horizontal plane.

The small-sized concrete trial-batching system for the laboratory according to claim 5, wherein the feeding switch assembly (6) comprises a clamping seat (61), a rotating rod (62), a clamping block (63), a connecting rod (64), a baffle (65) and a handle (66), the clamping seat (61) is provided with two clamping positions which are matched with the clamping block (63) at the upper part and the lower part, the rotating rod (62) is fixedly connected to the upper end of the clamping block (63), the rotating rod (62) is slidably connected with the clamping seat (61), the connecting rod (64) is rotatably connected to the lower end of the clamping block (63), the baffle (65) is fixedly connected to the lower end of the connecting rod (64), and the baffle (65) is located at the discharge hole of the pre-stirring box (1) and corresponds to the discharge section of the pre-stirring box (1).

The small-sized concrete trial system for the laboratory according to claim 6, wherein the cross section of the clamping block (63) is rectangular, the cross section of the clamping position is a circular surface with a diameter size larger than the long side size of the clamping block (63), a channel capable of accommodating the clamping block (63) is arranged between the upper clamping position and the lower clamping position, and the width of the cross section of the channel is smaller than the length of the long side of the clamping block (63).

The small-sized concrete trial-batching system for the laboratory according to claim 1, wherein a screw inlet (31) is arranged at a discharge port of the feeding screw (3), and a water outlet (13) is arranged at a discharge port of the pre-stirring box (1) and a feed port of the feeding screw (3).
9. The small concrete trial system for the laboratory according to claim 1, wherein the feed inlet of the main mixing box (4) is provided with a main mixing box water inlet (42).
10. The small-sized concrete trial system for the laboratory according to claim 1, wherein an additive buffer tank (151) is arranged below the additive barrel (15), and scales are arranged on the additive buffer tank (151);
