Abstract
The invention relates to a device for uniformly sealing a metal thin-wall part, in particular to a device for realizing uniform deformation of an orifice of the metal thin-wall part under multiple installation modes, which comprises a limiting block, a compression body, a fastening piece, a spring and a pressing block, wherein the center part of the compression body is provided with a part hole, a spring hole and a threaded hole; the limiting block is connected with the left side of the compression body, and the middle part of the limiting block is provided with a through hole which is the same as the part hole; the pressing block is connected with the right side of the pressing body. The device can be used in a vertical state or a horizontal state, namely can be used on various general machine tools and presses, and has strong universality; the contained piece can be elastically righted, the elastic force is adjustable, and the operation difficulty is reduced; the seal is uniform and has no burr, and the deformation can be controlled quantitatively.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a device for uniformly sealing a metal thin-wall part, in particular to a device for realizing uniform deformation of an orifice of the metal thin-wall part under various installation modes.
Technical Field
1. The original device is arranged on a lathe, a roller is arranged on a tool rest, and the roller and the outer wall of a part are extruded and deformed by radially moving the tool rest, so that the orifice is uniformly deformed and sealed.
2. The original device has problems:
(1) in the sealing process, the machine tool spindle drives the metal thin-wall part to be in a rotating state, the contained part needs to be manually propped against the metal thin-wall part to prevent the metal thin-wall part from falling down, and meanwhile, the operation tool rest moves radially and generates extrusion, so that the requirement on machine tool operators is high.
(2) Sharp edges are easy to generate after sealing.
(3) The deformation cannot be quantitatively controlled.

According to the technical scheme, the symmetrical double-conical-surface grinding device for the small parts comprises a limiting block, a compression body, a fastening piece, a spring and a pressing block, wherein a part hole, a spring hole and a threaded hole are formed in the center of the compression body, the part hole, the spring hole and the threaded hole are sequentially connected from left to right and penetrate through the compression body, the spring is arranged on the fastening piece, and the fastening piece is screwed in the threaded hole; the limiting block is connected with the left side of the compression body, and the middle part of the limiting block is provided with a through hole which is the same as the part hole; the pressing block is connected with the right side of the pressing body.
As a further improvement of the invention, the diameters of the part hole, the spring hole and the threaded hole are reduced in sequence.
As a further development of the invention, the outer diameter of the spring is smaller than the outer diameter of the tightening piece.
The invention has the advantages that:
the device can be used in a vertical state or a horizontal state, namely can be used on various universal machine tools and presses, and has strong universality.

As shown in fig. 1, a device for uniformly sealing a metal thin-wall part comprises a limiting block 1, a pressing variant body 3, a fastening piece 5, a spring 4 and a pressing block 6, wherein a part hole 8, a spring hole 9 and a threaded hole 10 are formed in the central part of the pressing variant body 3, the part hole 8, the spring hole 9 and the threaded hole 10 are sequentially connected from left to right and penetrate through the pressing variant body 3, the spring 4 is welded on the fastening piece 5, and the fastening piece 5 is screwed in the threaded hole 10; the limiting block 1 is connected with the left side of the pressure variable body 3, and a through hole 11 which is the same as the part hole 8 is formed in the middle of the limiting block 1; the pressing block 6 is connected with the right side of the pressing variable body 3.
Further, the diameters of the part hole 8, the spring hole 9 and the threaded hole 10 are sequentially reduced.

The deformation of the orifice of the part can be adjusted by adjusting the thickness of the limiting block 1 so as to limit the moving range of the contained part 2 in the part hole 8.
