Abstract
The invention relates to a method for controlling point rust on the surface of strip steel in a cold rolling continuous annealing path, which comprises the following steps: (1) controlling the process of the cleaning section of the continuous annealing unit; (2) controlling the process of the annealing section of the continuous annealing unit; (3) controlling the polishing section process of the continuous annealing unit; (4) controlling an oiling section of the continuous annealing unit; (5) controlling the product in the middle of the continuous annealing line; the invention focuses on controlling the point rust defect on the surface of the strip steel of the cold rolling continuous annealing path through continuous annealing process adjustment and product warehouse area management, and finally reduces the defective rate caused by the point rust.

Background
With the improvement of the requirements of users on the surface quality of the cold-rolled strip steel, the control of the surface defects of the cold-rolled strip steel is more and more concerned, and the control level becomes one of the key factors for supplying the cold-rolled strip steel to high-end users. The cold-rolled continuous annealing path steel plate is easy to have the defect of point rust on the surface in the production and storage processes, and because the unqualified products of the point rust not only cause a large amount of loss every year, but also cause adverse effects on subsequent use and influence the trust of customers to manufacturers.
The cold rolling and continuous rolling path point rust has many influence factors, such as internal and external factors including relative humidity and temperature of atmosphere, atmosphere components around metal, surface chemical components, physical states and medium components of a steel plate and the like. The defects have different shapes, cause and solution methods, and are a complex comprehensive problem.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a method for controlling the surface spot rust of a cold-rolled continuous annealing path strip steel, which emphasizes on controlling the surface spot rust defect of the cold-rolled continuous annealing path strip steel through continuous annealing process adjustment and product warehouse area management, and finally reduces the defective rate caused by the spot rust.

(3) the continuous annealing unit polishing section process control: controlling the air pressure of an outlet blowing air beam to be 4-6 MPa, controlling the concentration of the finishing liquid to be 3-5% and controlling the flow of the finishing liquid to be 3-5L/min;
(4) continuous annealing unit oil coating section control: in the production of intermediate products of continuous annealing unit, the light oiling is controlled to be 300-500 mg/m2A/side;
(5) and continuously annealing, and controlling the product in the middle of the line: the storage period of the intermediate product after continuous withdrawal is controlled within 5 days.

A method for controlling the point rust on the surface of the strip steel of a cold rolling continuous annealing path comprises the following control processes:

The spot rust problem of the surface of the cold-rolled steel plate in the atmospheric environment is an electrochemical corrosion process, according to the basic principle of corrosion electrochemistry, the corrosion resistance of the surface of the cold-rolled steel plate is related to the state and the potential of a surface oxide, and the more complete the oxide film is, the smaller the potential difference between the oxide and a base material is, the less rust is generated. Therefore, the residual elements on the surface of the cold-rolled steel strip are controlled, and the entry of damp air is prevented, so that the occurrence of the corrosion problem can be effectively reduced. The invention aims at the implementation process control of the cold rolling continuous annealing path strip steel, and can effectively reduce the defective rate caused by the surface spot rust defect.
