The system for recycling and treating the floating pollutants on the sea surface according to claim 1, further comprising a connecting rod (27) and a mounting rod (28), wherein the top end of the connecting rod (27) is connected with the right half area of the bottom end of the mounting rod (28), the bottom end of the connecting rod (27) is connected with the right half area of the top end of the box cover (5), and the left end of the mounting rod (28) is connected with the right end of the motor (2).

The system for recovering and treating the floating pollutants on the sea surface of claim 2, further comprising a reinforcing rod (29), wherein the top end of the reinforcing rod (29) is connected with the bottom end of the connecting pipe (25), and the bottom end of the reinforcing rod (29) is connected with the right half area of the top end of the box cover (5).
4. The system for recovering and treating the floating pollutants on the sea surface as claimed in claim 3, wherein the bottom ends of the four groups of supporting legs (4) are provided with rubber pads (30).
5. The system for recovering and treating the floating pollutants on the sea surface as claimed in claim 4, wherein the connecting pipe (25) is provided with a regulating valve (31).
6. The system for recovering and disposing of marine floating pollutants as claimed in claim 5, further comprising a pull ring (32), wherein the left end of the pull ring (32) is connected to the central region of the right side wall of the baffle plate (10).
7. The system for recovering and treating the floating pollutants on the sea surface as claimed in claim 6, wherein a branch pipe (33) is communicated with the central area at the bottom end of the water tank (21), and a control valve (34) is arranged on the branch pipe (33).
8. The system for recovering and treating the floating pollutants on the sea surface as claimed in claim 7, wherein a dust cover (35) is detachably arranged at the water inlet.
