Background

The use method of the end surface degreasing device for the hardware casting part comprises the following specific operations:

s2, in the process of temperature rising, the electromagnetic adsorption seats 5 located at the front and rear positions are respectively started, the pair of electromagnetic adsorption seats 5 are intermittently electrified to realize reciprocating motion of the left side and the right side of the rotating mechanism 8, the diffusion ball 11 on the connecting rod 9 is reset by the torsion spring 804 in the rotating mechanism 8, the diffusion ball 11 rotates and tilts towards one end along with the rotating mechanism 8 and is in beating contact with the beating sheet 6, the piercing needle 601 on the beating sheet 6 pierces the filling capsule 1102 through the piercing hole 1104, the sodium peroxide powder 12 inside the filling capsule 1102 after being pierced diffuses outwards through the piercing hole 1104 and the pores of the spherical reticulated shell 1101, the sodium peroxide powder 12 reacts with water to produce sodium hydroxide and oxygen, and the alkaline sodium hydroxide is mixed in the washing water to decompose and remove grease attached to the hardware casting;
s3, after the sodium peroxide powder 12 in the two diffusion balls 11 is completely diffused and the grease on the hardware casting is separated out, the electric telescopic cylinder 4 is started, the electric telescopic cylinder 4 drives the reticular bearing frame 2 to move upwards, so that the reticular bearing frame 2 is separated from the water surface of the degreasing box 1, and at the moment, the technical personnel can wash the hardware casting inside the reticular bearing frame 2 by using an external water pipe, and the hardware casting is easier to clean thoroughly.
