Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description is intended only to teach one skilled in the art how to practice the invention, and is not intended to be exhaustive or to limit the scope of the invention.
First embodiment
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present invention proposes a high pressure washer including a hand-held washing part 1 and a base 2. The hand-held cleaning part 1 and the base 2 are detachably connected together.
The hand-held cleaning part 1 may be a hand-held high-pressure cleaner, which includes a housing 11, a battery 12, a water pump 13, and a spray head 14. The spray head 14 is connected to the shell 11, the battery 12 and the water pump 13 are both arranged in the shell 11, and the water pump 13 is connected with the spray head 14. The water pump 13 is driven to work by the power supplied by the battery 12, so that the liquid entering the water pump 13 from an external water source or a water storage container can be sprayed out through the spray head 14, and the high-pressure liquid sprayed out from the spray head 14 can be used for cleaning the surface of an object.
The hand-held cleaning part 1 is further provided with a hand-held part 15 for hand-held operation, and the hand-held part 15 can be connected to the housing 11, thereby facilitating the hand-held cleaning operation by the user.
It is understood that the hand-held washing part 1 can be held by a user for a washing operation. When the high-pressure liquid formed by the water pump 13 exceeds a certain pressure level, for example, exceeds 2.5MPa, the handheld cleaning part 1 needs to reach the waterproof level of IPX7 to meet the safety standard. Ensuring that liquid does not flow to electrical components, such as the battery 12, causing a risk of short circuits and the like. However, in the case where the high-pressure liquid formed by the water pump 13 does not reach a certain pressure level, for example, 2.5MPa, the hand-held washing part 1 only needs to reach a waterproof level of IPX5 to satisfy the safety standard. Ensuring that liquid does not flow to electrical components, such as the battery 12, causing a risk of short circuits and the like.
It will be appreciated that the higher water resistance rating of IPX7 achieved by the handheld cleaning portion 1 may result in a more complex structure, higher manufacturing cost, heavier weight and/or larger size of the handheld cleaning portion 1 than the lower water resistance rating of IPX5 achieved by the handheld cleaning portion 1, which may be disadvantageous for ease of operation.
In the present embodiment, the handheld cleaning unit 1 can achieve the waterproof level of IPX5, and when the handheld cleaning unit 1 is handled by hand, the output of the water pump 13 needs to be limited so that the high-pressure liquid output by the water pump 13 does not exceed 2.5 MPa.
The handheld cleaning part 1 is provided with a first recognition part for detecting whether the handheld cleaning part 1 and the base 2 are connected together, and the first recognition part may be a hall sensor or the like.
The base 2 includes a grip 21, a push rod 22, and a base body 23, the push rod 22 may be an elongated rod, the grip 21 is fixedly connected to one end of the push rod 22, and the base body 23 is pivotably connected to the other end of the push rod 22. Further, the push rod 22 and the base body 23 are connected by a connecting portion. The connecting portion and the push rod 22 and the connecting portion and the base body 23 are pivotally connected by the rotating shafts, and the axes of the two rotating shafts are perpendicular, so that the push rod 22 can pivot in two perpendicular directions relative to the base body 24, and the angle of the push rod 22 can be flexibly adjusted relative to the base body 24.
The base body 23 is provided with a receiving portion for receiving the hand-held cleaning portion 1, and in particular, the spray head 14 of the hand-held cleaning portion 1 can be inserted into the receiving portion, thereby connecting the hand-held cleaning portion 1 and the base 2 together. The interior of the base body 23 may be provided with a passage that communicates with the receiving portion so that the high-pressure liquid ejected from the ejection head 14 can be ejected from the base body 23 after passing through the passage.
The grip portion 21 may include a ring portion, and the base body 23 may be pushed to move by gripping the grip portion 21 and pushing the push rod 22.
The base body 23 is provided with a second recognition portion which can detect whether the hand-held cleaning portion 1 and the base 2 are connected together or not through the cooperation of the first recognition portion and the second recognition portion, and the second recognition portion can be a hall sensor or the like.
It will be appreciated that when the hand-held cleaning portion 1 and the base 2 are coupled together, a user can clean by grasping the grip portion 21 and pushing the push rod 22 to move the base body 23. Since the user in this case does not need to directly touch the hand-held cleaning portion 1, the pressure of the high-pressure liquid formed by the water pump 13 may exceed a certain pressure level (2.5MPa), for example up to 5MPa, at the level of the water resistance of the IPX5, which also meets the safety standards.
The high-pressure cleaning machine has two working modes, wherein the first working mode is a handheld mode, and the second working mode is a hand-push mode.
In the first operation mode, the user can directly hold the hand-held cleaning part 1, pressurize the liquid by the water pump 13, and spray the high-pressure liquid from the spray head 14 for cleaning. The water pump 13 operates in a low pressure state with low output power, so that the pressure of the liquid output by the water pump 13 does not exceed a certain pressure level, for example, 2.5 MPa.
In the second working mode, the handheld cleaning part 1 and the base 2 are connected together, and the connection of the handheld cleaning part 1 and the base 2 can be identified through the matching of the first identification part and the second identification part. At this time, the water pump 13 may be automatically or manually switched to a high pressure state with high output power, so that the pressure of the liquid output by the water pump 13 may exceed a certain pressure level, for example, 2.5 MPa.
The water pump 13 can be automatically switched to a high-pressure state with high output power, when the first identification part and the second identification part are matched to identify that the handheld cleaning part 1 is connected with the base 2, the identification part sends a control signal to the control part, and the control part adjusts the maximum output power of the water pump 13 after receiving the signal, so that the maximum output power of the water pump 13 is adjusted to be in a high-pressure state under a second working mode.
In the second operation mode, the user can hold the holding portion 21 of the base 2 to push the base body 23 to move, so that the high pressure cleaning machine performs the cleaning operation in the second operation mode. Under the same waterproof grade, the liquid sprayed out when the water pump 13 is in a high-pressure state can be higher than the liquid sprayed out when the water pump 13 is in a low-pressure state, so that the cleaning effect is better.
In the first operating mode, the high-pressure washer may be restricted by the mechanical structure and/or the control system, so that the water pump 13 is only in the low-pressure state and cannot be switched to the high-pressure state.
It can be understood that the low pressure state means that the output power of the water pump 13 does not exceed a certain limit, so that the pressure of the liquid output by the water pump 13 does not exceed a certain pressure level, and the low pressure state may also have a plurality of adjustable gears. For example, different stages may be selected in the low pressure state so that the pressure of the liquid output from the water pump 13 is 1MPa, 1.5MPa, or 2 MPa. The high-pressure state is that the output power of the water pump 13 exceeds a certain limit, so that the pressure of the liquid output by the water pump 13 exceeds a certain pressure level, and the high-pressure state can also have a plurality of adjustable gears. For example, different stages may be selected in the high pressure state so that the pressure of the liquid output from the water pump 13 is 3MPa, 3.5MPa, or 4 MPa.
Second embodiment
The overall structure of the high pressure washer according to the second embodiment of the present invention is the same as that of the first embodiment. In the present embodiment, the same components as those of the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and detailed description thereof is omitted.
As shown in fig. 3, the present invention proposes a high pressure washer including a hand-held washing part 1 and a base 2. The hand-held cleaning part 1 and the base 2 are detachably connected together.
The base 2 includes a grip 21, a push rod 22, and a base body 23, the push rod 22 may be an elongated rod, the grip 21 is fixedly connected to one end of the push rod 22, and the base body 23 is pivotably connected to the other end of the push rod 22. The grip portion 21 is provided with a receiving portion for receiving the hand-held cleaning portion 1, and specifically, the spray head 14 of the hand-held cleaning portion 1 can be inserted into the receiving portion, thereby connecting the hand-held cleaning portion 1 and the base 2 together. The interior of the grip portion 21, the push rod 22 and the base body 23 may be provided with a passage which communicates with the receiving portion, so that the high-pressure liquid ejected from the ejection head 14 may pass through the passage and then be ejected from the base body 23.
Although the specific technical solutions of the present invention are explained in detail in the above specific embodiments, it should be further explained that:
(1) in the above embodiment, the hand-held washing part 1 includes the battery 12, however, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the hand-held washing part 1 may also be supplied with power by connecting a power cord.
(2) In the above embodiment, the hand-held cleaning unit 1 is provided with the first recognition unit, and the base 2 is provided with the second recognition unit.
