the anti-splashing mechanism comprises a supporting shaft (2), a sealing cover (5), a sealing sleeve (21), two cylinders (10), two first bearings (1) and two supporting assemblies, wherein the supporting shaft (2) is perpendicular to a driving shaft (11), the middle of the supporting shaft (2) is fixedly connected with a power device (4), the axes of the cylinders (10) are parallel to the driving shaft (11), the two cylinders (10) are respectively arranged on two sides of a crushing tank (9), two ends of the supporting shaft (2) are respectively connected with one ends of the two cylinders (10) through the first bearings (1), the other ends of the two cylinders (10) are respectively fixedly connected with a base (7), the sealing sleeve (21) and the driving shaft (11) are coaxially arranged, the driving shaft (11) penetrates through the sealing sleeve (21), and the driving shaft (11) is connected with the sealing sleeve (21) in a sliding and sealing manner, the sealing cover (5) covers an opening of the crushing tank (9), the sealing cover (5) is fixedly connected with the sealing sleeve (21), the two supporting components are respectively arranged on two sides of the driving shaft (11), and the supporting shaft (2) is connected with the sealing cover (5) through the supporting components;
the heat dissipation mechanism comprises a first pipeline (3), two heat dissipation assemblies and at least two second pipelines (19), the two ends of the first pipeline (3) are communicated with one ends, far away from the sealing covers (5), of the two sealing cylinders (6) respectively, the second pipelines (19) are arranged inside the power device (4), the two ends of the second pipeline (19) are communicated with the outside of the power device (4), one ends of the second pipelines (19) are communicated with the first pipeline (3), the two heat dissipation assemblies are arranged on the two sides of the power device (4) respectively, the two heat dissipation assemblies are arranged on the supporting shaft (2), and the two heat dissipation assemblies are connected with the sealing covers (5).

The tissue mashing and homogenizing machine with the splash preventing function as claimed in claim 1, wherein a control box is arranged on the base (7), a PLC is arranged inside the control box, a display screen and at least two control keys are arranged on the control box, and the display screen and each control key are electrically connected with the PLC.

The tissue mashing and homogenizing machine with splash preventing function as claimed in claim 1, the supporting component comprises a sealing cylinder (6), a piston column (14) and a spring (13), the axis of the sealing cylinder (6) is parallel to the driving shaft (11), one end of the sealing cylinder (6) is fixedly connected with the supporting shaft (2), the piston column (14) and the sealing cylinder (6) are coaxially arranged, one end of the piston column (14) is arranged in one end of the sealing cylinder (6), the piston column (14) is connected with the sealing cylinder (6) in a sliding and sealing way, the other end of the piston column (14) is fixedly connected with the sealing cover (5), the piston is characterized in that the spring (13) is sleeved on the piston column (14), one end of the sealing cylinder (6) is fixedly connected with the sealing cover (5) through the spring (13), and the spring (13) is in a compression state.
4. The tissue mashing and homogenizing machine with splash-proof function according to claim 3, characterized in that the inner wall of the sealing cylinder (6) is coated with sealing grease.

The tissue mashing and homogenizing machine with the splash preventing function according to claim 1, wherein the heat dissipation assembly comprises a second bearing (20), a rack (17), a gear (16) and at least two fan blades (18), the inner ring of the second bearing (20) is fixedly connected with the support shaft (2), the outer ring of the second bearing (20) is fixedly connected with the gear (16), the rack (17) is parallel to the drive shaft (11), one end of the rack (17) is fixedly connected with the sealing cover (5), the rack (17) is meshed with the gear (16), and the fan blades (18) are uniformly arranged on the periphery of one end, close to the power device (4), of the second bearing (20) in the circumferential direction.
6. The tissue mashing and homogenizing machine with splash protection as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that the second pipe (19) is made of copper.
7. The tissue mashing and homogenizing machine with splash-proof function as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the inner wall of the crushing tank (9) is coated with an anticorrosive coating.

The tissue mashing and homogenizing machine with the splash-proof function according to claim 1, characterized in that a sealing ring is arranged at one end of the sealing sleeve (21) close to the base (7), and the sealing sleeve (21) is connected with the driving shaft (11) in a sealing way through the sealing ring.

The tissue mashing and homogenizing machine with the splash-proof function as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the sealing cover (5) is provided with a positioning rope (15), the supporting shaft (2) is fixedly connected with the sealing cover (5) through the positioning rope (15), and the length of the positioning rope (15) is smaller than that of the sealing cylinder (6).
