Description

Intestinal tract flushing and drainage device
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to an intestinal tract irrigation drainage device.
Background
Fecal incontinence refers to the loss of control of the anal sphincter over the discharge of feces and gas, and is one of the defecating disorders. The offensive treatment is an indispensable important means for treating gastrointestinal dysfunction of patients with acute severe pancreatitis, directly influences the development and outcome of the acute severe pancreatitis, and achieves the effects of early recovering the gastrointestinal function of the patients, protecting the intestinal mucosa barrier, reducing the absorption of endotoxin and harmful substances and reducing the inflammatory reaction degree by applying intestinal tract promoting medicaments, enema, Chinese traditional medicine and other modes. However, the offensive treatment is a double-edged sword for patients, on one hand, the offensive treatment has a positive effect on the outcome of patients with acute severe pancreatitis, and on the other hand, the offensive treatment causes the increase of defecation times and the change of stool characters, so that the risk of the occurrence of the incontinence-related dermatitis is obviously increased. Fecal incontinence is prone to cause various complications, and not only causes great pain to patients, causes psychological disorders and increases the economic burden of families, but also brings many difficulties to nursing work. Especially, the incidence rate of the senile incontinence is high, China enters an aging society, and the senile incontinence becomes a problem which needs to be solved urgently in medical care, and the medical field and the society are paid attention. Incontinence-related dermatitis is an irritant dermatitis caused by exposure of the skin to the stools and urine, manifested as erythema, maceration, exfoliation of the skin, etc., with burning, pain, itching or tingling sensations, with or without infection.
Currently, the prevention and treatment of dermatitis associated with incontinence is divided into the following categories: 1. the topical selection of suitable absorbent products, the most common method of preventing incontinence-related dermatitis, such as disposable diapers, adult diapers, and the like; 2. when the local skin has the incontinence-related dermatitis, proper skin protection powder or ulcer powder or hydrophilic fiber can be selected according to the skin damage condition and range to carry out local skin care so as to promote the healing of a wound surface, and an painless wound protection film is sprayed on the skin protection powder or the ulcer powder so as to isolate the stimulation of liquid dung on the wound and the skin; 3. the anal tube, the tracheal cannula with the air bag or other air bag conduit is connected with a low negative pressure, so that most of water samples can be led out, and the skin impregnation is reduced; 4. the use of an ostomy bag, sticking the one-piece ostomy bag and coating skin protection powder; 5. placing disposable tampon, and replacing the tampon after 4-8h, if the stool amount is large and the anus overflows the liquid feces, replacing in time.
However, the prior art regarding the prevention and treatment of incontinence-related dermatitis suffers from the following drawbacks and deficiencies:
1. the local selection of a proper absorption type product can absorb the loose stool or water-like stool discharged by a patient, reduce the range of moist pollution, but have limited absorption, easy leakage and pollution to the skin, frequent replacement, timely wiping of the skin around the anus, large nursing workload and increased risk related to incontinence of the patient caused by long-term exposure of the local skin to stool stimulation; 2. the use of the skin protection powder can reduce the occurrence of the incontinence-related dermatitis to a certain extent, but the skin is still exposed to the stimulation of excrement, the risk still exists, if the incontinence-related dermatitis occurs once, the treatment effect is poor, and the workload of nursing staff is increased due to the frequent spraying of the protective agent and the excrement cleaning; 3. the phenomenon of stool overflow cannot be avoided by using the traditional anal tube, so that the irritation to the perianal skin is caused; although the air bag anal canal can manage incontinence feces, if the feces are not loose, the tube is blocked, the intra-abdominal pressure of a patient is increased, and the tube falling phenomenon can occur when the anal sphincter is relaxed; 4. the observation of the perianal skin of a patient can be influenced by the use of the ostomy bag, the chassis of the ostomy bag is easy to fall off or the ostomy bag explodes due to the fact that the patient moves, the excrement amount and the gas amount are large, the risk of perianal skin injury is increased due to frequent tearing, the risk of skin exposure to excrement is increased, and meanwhile, part of patients are allergic to the ostomy bag; 5. the compression of the internal cotton strip on the anal canal can cause the perianal swelling and the dropping of the internal cotton strip easily due to the large excrement amount and the large gas amount of the patient.
In view of the above, there is a need for a flushing drainage device with effective fixation, which can prevent the anal canal from falling off and facilitate flushing and drainage, and there is no report on such a flushing drainage device.

The distance between the air bag 2 and the far end of the anal tube body 1 is 15-20 cm. The safe distance from the lower anal cannula avoids inserting too deeply or too shallowly.
The inner wall of the conduit is provided with a hardness support strip. Wherein, the hardness support bar provides the hardness effect for anal canal body 1, makes things convenient for the intubate.
The fitting sheet 3 is made of transparent dressing. Convenient observation, patient's comfort level is good.
The near-end of anal canal body 1 be equipped with drainage hole 11, and drainage hole 11 distributes in the end and the side of anal canal body 1. This design facilitates drainage or irrigation from different directions.
The proximal end of the anal tube body 1 has an inclination angle of 30-60 degrees. The anal tube body 1 distributed at an angle has good penetrating effect. The drainage bottle 7 is marked with a graduated scale. The quantity of the drainage liquid is convenient to be quantified.
The flushing drainage device is also provided with a drainage bottle 7; the drainage bottle 7 is provided with a drainage cover 71; the drainage cover 71 is provided with a first interface 72 and a second interface 73; the first interface 72 is connected with the anal tube body 1, and the second interface 73 is connected with a negative pressure device. The alternative uses ordinary drainage or negative pressure drainage, also can be used to the anal canal exhaust, specifically as follows: when the common drainage is needed, the negative pressure device in the flushing drainage device is closed; when continuous drainage is needed, a negative pressure device in the flushing drainage device can be opened to provide suction power, so that continuous drainage is realized; when the anal tube is required to exhaust, the anal tube body 1 is directly communicated with the flushing drainage device, so that the air flow can be discharged from the flushing drainage device. In the traditional scheme, the drainage bag is closed, so that anal canal exhaust is limited.
According to the intestinal tract irrigation and drainage device, the air bag 2 is arranged outside the anus, so that the damage caused by the compression of the internal air bag 2 on intestinal tract mucous membranes and anal canal skin is effectively avoided; the first flushing pipe 4 and the second flushing pipe 5 are arranged, so that intestinal irrigation or enema can be carried out under the condition that the anal canal is not disconnected, and overflowing excrement can be effectively flushed and drained; the drainage bottle 7 is arranged, can selectively use common drainage or negative pressure drainage, and can also be used for anal tube exhaust.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, several modifications and additions can be made without departing from the method of the present invention, and these modifications and additions should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.
