A working method of a kitchen and bathroom lamp is characterized in that: the LED illuminating lamp comprises a bottom plate, an LED illuminating light source, an ultraviolet light source, a switch, a human body sensor and a gesture sensor, wherein two ends of the bottom plate extend upwards to form side walls of the bottom plate; the LED illumination device comprises an ultraviolet light source, a light transmission plate, a light guide plate, a bottom plate and a base plate, wherein the ultraviolet light source is arranged in an installation groove, the light transmission plate is arranged above the ultraviolet light source, the LED illumination light source is respectively arranged in limiting grooves on two sides of the installation groove, the light guide plate is arranged above the LED illumination light source, one end of the light guide plate is connected with the side wall of the bottom plate, and the other end of the light guide plate is connected with the installation groove and is arranged on the bottom plate; the switch is arranged at one end of the bottom plate, the human body sensor is arranged at one side of the bottom plate and fixedly connected with the bottom plate, the gesture sensor is arranged at one side of the bottom plate and fixedly connected with the bottom plate, and the distance between the ultraviolet light source and the bottom plate is greater than the distance between the LED illumination light source and the bottom plate;
the working method of the kitchen and bathroom lamp comprises an illumination mode and a sterilization mode;
the illumination mode comprises the steps of:
1) adjusting the lighting mode through a switch;
2) the LED lighting source works, and the ultraviolet light source is not started;
3) the swing gesture detected by the gesture sensor is compared with a preset gesture, the brightness value corresponding to the swing gesture is determined to adjust the brightness, and stepless dimming is achieved;
the sterilization mode includes the steps of:
a. the sterilization mode is adjusted through a switch; starting an LED illumination light source;
b. the human body sensor detects a human body signal in a detection range, and the ultraviolet light source is not started;
c. if the human body sensor does not detect the human body within a preset time in the detection range, controlling the LED lighting source to be turned off; starting the ultraviolet light source after a delay time to start sterilization;
d. and if the human body sensor does not detect the human body within a preset time in the detection range, the LED illuminating light source is controlled to be started, the ultraviolet light source is controlled to be extinguished, and the sterilization state in the sterilization mode is reflected through the lighting state of the LED illuminating lamp.

A method of operating a kitchen or bath light as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the mounting groove is equipped with the joint arch in the one side that is close to the bottom plate lateral wall, and the bottom plate lateral wall is equipped with fixed arch in the one side that is close to the mounting groove, the light guide plate sets up in LED illuminating light source top with joint arch and fixed protruding cooperation slip respectively.

A method of operating a kitchen or bath light as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the ultraviolet light source is also provided with a sliding base, two sides of the sliding base respectively extend outwards and upwards in an inclined manner, two sides of the sliding base extend inwards to form a light-transmitting plate sliding groove after extending outwards and upwards in an inclined manner, and the light-transmitting plate is arranged in the light-transmitting plate sliding groove; the sliding base is provided with a sliding rail, the inner side of the mounting groove is provided with a corresponding sliding chute, the ultraviolet light source is arranged in the mounting groove in a sliding manner through the sliding base, and the ultraviolet light source is arranged in the mounting groove through the sliding base; the two sides of the sliding base are attached to the light guide plate after being installed.

A method of operating a kitchen or bath light as claimed in claim 3, wherein: the ultraviolet light source further comprises an ultraviolet light belt, mounting slide rails are arranged on two sides in the sliding base, a mounting slide groove is formed in the bottom of the sliding base through the mounting slide rails, and the ultraviolet light belt is arranged in the mounting slide groove in a sliding mode.
5. A method of operating a kitchen or bath light as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the ultraviolet light source comprises a UVA lamp bead and a UVC lamp bead.
6. A method of operating a kitchen or bath light as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the human body sensors are provided with 2.

The method of claim 6, wherein the lamp further comprises: and step b, when the two human body sensors can not detect the human body signals, the operation is started after a preset delay time, and when the human body sensors detect the human body signals, the ultraviolet light source stops operating immediately.
8. The method of claim 6, wherein the lamp further comprises: and c, automatically detecting a kitchen and bathroom lamp by a circuit, and stopping the work of the ultraviolet light source and giving out a warning when any one of the two human body sensors has a fault.

A method of operating a kitchen or bath light as claimed in claim 1, wherein: when the LED illumination light source is in the illumination mode, if the gesture motion is not detected by the user, the LED illumination light source works according to the initial brightness and enters the illumination mode.
