Problems to be solved by the invention
In the individual package of the absorbent article, a release sheet may be interposed between the absorbent article and the individual package sheet in order to enable the absorbent article to be attached to and detached from the individual package sheet. In this case, adhesive portions such as hot melt adhesives are formed between the absorbent article and the release sheet and between the release sheet and the individual packaging sheet. Further, in the case of detaching the absorbent article from the release sheet, it is also necessary to configure the release sheet so as not to be peeled from the individual package sheet and to facilitate the detachment of the absorbent article from the release sheet.
Here, in the individual package of the absorbent article described in patent document 1, the functional layer is provided on one of the front side and the rear side in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent article with respect to the region where the absorber is provided. The end portion of the absorbent article on the side where the functional layer is disposed is wider than the other portions, and an adhesive portion is provided at the end portion in the width direction of the wide width portion in order to fix the wide width portion to the individual packaging sheet. Therefore, in order to effectively peel the individual package sheet from the adhesive portion at the widthwise end portion of the wide width portion, when the widthwise end portion of the wide width portion is pinched and the absorbent article is to be peeled off, a force is applied in the widthwise direction of the absorbent article, and therefore, it is necessary to configure such that the peeling sheet is difficult to peel from the individual package sheet and the absorbent article is easy to peel from the peeling sheet with respect to the force in the widthwise direction.
Thus, the present invention provides an individual package of an absorbent article in which a release sheet is interposed between an absorbent article having a wide width portion and an individual package sheet, and in which the absorbent article is easily detached from the release sheet from the wide width portion as a starting point.
Means for solving the problems
In order to solve the above problems, the present inventors provide an absorbent article individual package comprising: an independent packaging sheet; 1 or more release sheets having one surface fixed to the individual packaging sheet by a 1 st adhesive part; and an absorbent article detachably fixed to the other surface of each of the 1 or more release sheets by a 2 nd adhesive section, wherein the individual package body has a longitudinal direction and a width direction in an unfolded state, the absorbent article has a wide width section on a front side or a rear side in the longitudinal direction, the width direction end portion release sheets constituting the 1 or more release sheets are disposed on both end portions in the width direction of the wide width section, respectively, and a peel strength when the width direction end portion release sheets are peeled from the individual package sheet in the width direction is larger than a peel strength when the absorbent article is peeled from the width direction end portion release sheets in the width direction.
ADVANTAGEOUS EFFECTS OF INVENTION
According to the present invention, in the individual package of the absorbent article in which the absorbent article having the wide width portion at the end portion in the longitudinal direction is fixed to the individual package sheet via the release sheet, the absorbent article can be easily detached from the individual package sheet with the wide width portion as a starting point.

Detailed Description
The present invention relates to the following aspects.
[ solution 1]
An individual package of an absorbent article, comprising: an individual packaging sheet; 1 or more release sheets having one surface fixed to the individual packaging sheet by a 1 st adhesive part; and an absorbent article detachably fixed to the other surface of each of the 1 or more release sheets via a 2 nd adhesive portion, wherein the individually wrapped body has a longitudinal direction and a width direction in an unfolded state, the absorbent article has a wide width portion on a front side or a rear side in the longitudinal direction, the width direction end portion release sheets constituting the 1 or more release sheets are disposed on both ends in the width direction of the wide width portion, respectively, and a peel strength when the width direction end portion release sheets are peeled from the individually wrapped body in the width direction is larger than a peel strength when the absorbent article is peeled from the width direction end portion release sheets in the width direction.
According to claim 1 of the present invention, in the unfolded state of the individual package, the peel strength when the width direction end portion peel sheet disposed at the width direction both end portions of the wide width portion is peeled from the individual package sheet is larger than the peel strength when the absorbent article is peeled from the width direction end portion peel sheet. Therefore, when the widthwise end of the wide width portion of the absorbent article is pinched and the absorbent article is to be separated from the individual packaging sheet in the widthwise direction, the individual packaging sheet is difficult to be separated from the release sheet on the side having a large peel strength, and the absorbent article is easy to be separated from the release sheet on the side having a small peel strength.
[ solution 2]
The individually wrapped absorbent article according to claim 1, wherein the outer edge in the width direction of the 2 nd adhesive section in contact with the width direction end release sheet is disposed at the same position as or inside the outer edge in the width direction of the 1 st adhesive section in contact with the width direction end release sheet.
According to claim 2 of the present invention, the outer edge in the width direction of the 2 nd adhesive section in contact with the width direction end release sheet is disposed at the same position as or inside the outer edge in the width direction of the 1 st adhesive section in contact with the width direction end release sheet. Therefore, when the wide portion of the absorbent article is pinched and the absorbent article is to be separated from the individual package sheet, the force of pulling the width-direction end portion release sheet from the individual package sheet via the 1 st adhesive portion is more likely to be transmitted to the width-direction end portion release sheet before the force of pulling the width-direction end portion release sheet from the absorbent article via the 2 nd adhesive portion is more likely to be transmitted to the width-direction end portion release sheet.
[ solution 3]
The individually wrapped absorbent article according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the absorbent article includes an absorbent body and a functional layer containing a functional agent, the functional layer is disposed in the wide width portion, and the functional layer is disposed adjacent to one side in a longitudinal direction of the absorbent body in the developed state.
According to claim 3 of the present invention, since the absorbent article includes the functional layer disposed adjacent to one side in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent body in addition to the absorbent body and is disposed in the wide width portion, the dimension in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent article including the wide width portion is likely to be increased. In such an absorbent article, when the absorbent article is peeled off by pinching the wide width portion, the absorbent article is easily separated in the width direction, and the absorbent article is easily separated from the individual packaging sheet by applying the present invention.
[ solution 4]
The individually wrapped absorbent article according to claim 3, wherein the absorbent article further comprises a liquid-permeable top sheet, and in the unfolded state, a ratio of a maximum dimension in a longitudinal direction of the top sheet to a maximum dimension in a longitudinal direction of the absorbent body is larger than a ratio of a maximum dimension in a width direction of the top sheet to a maximum dimension in a width direction of the absorbent body.
According to the invention of claim 4, since the ratio of the maximum dimension of the top sheet of the absorbent article to the maximum dimension of the absorbent body in the longitudinal direction (the maximum dimension of the top sheet in the longitudinal direction/the maximum dimension of the absorbent body in the longitudinal direction) is large compared to the ratio thereof in the width direction (the maximum dimension of the top sheet in the width direction/the maximum dimension of the absorbent body in the width direction), the top sheet extends longer in the longitudinal direction, and tends to have a shape that is longer in the longitudinal direction and that is larger in the longitudinal dimension of the absorbent article. By applying the present invention to such an absorbent article, the absorbent article can be easily detached from the individual package sheet.
[ solution 5]
The individually wrapped absorbent article according to claim 3 or 4, wherein the 2 nd adhesive portion that is in contact with the widthwise end portion release sheet is present in a plurality of divided portions, and the 2 nd adhesive portion that is present in a plurality of portions is arranged substantially parallel to each other along the longitudinal direction.
According to claim 5 of the present invention, the 2 nd adhesive portion that comes into contact with the widthwise end portion release sheet is present in a plurality of divided portions, and the 2 nd adhesive portions present in the plurality are present substantially parallel to each other along the longitudinal direction. In the individual package of an absorbent article according to claim 3 or 4 of the present invention, since the dimension in the longitudinal direction is easily longer than that of a normal individual package of an absorbent article in the unfolded state, the 2 nd adhesive part is arranged in a stripe shape extending in the longitudinal direction, and thus the absorbent article having a long dimension in the longitudinal direction is easily detached from the individual package sheet in the width direction.
Further, even if the widthwise end portion of the absorbent article is folded and bonded so that the 2 nd adhesive portion applied to the absorbent article is located inside after the absorbent article is detached from the widthwise end portion release sheet, the amount of adhesive applied to the portion of the 2 nd adhesive portion applied to the bond is relatively small, and therefore the folded adhesive portion of the absorbent article is easily detached, and as a result, the absorbent article is easily detached from the release sheet.
[ solution 6]
The individually wrapped absorbent article according to claim 5, wherein the total of the areas of the 2 nd adhesive portions in contact with the widthwise end portion release sheet is 60% or less of the area of the widthwise end portion release sheet.
According to claim 6 of the present invention, since the total area of the 2 nd adhesive sections in contact with the width direction end release sheet is 60% or less with respect to the area of the width direction end release sheet, even if the width direction end sections of the absorbent article are folded and adhered so that the 2 nd adhesive section applied to the absorbent article is positioned inside after the absorbent article is detached from the width direction end release sheet, the amount of application of the 2 nd adhesive section to the portion applied to the adhesive is relatively small, and therefore, the folded adhesive section of the absorbent article is easily detached, and as a result, the absorbent article is easily detached from the individual package sheet.
[ solution 7]
The individually wrapped absorbent article according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the rigidity of the release sheet is greater than the rigidity of the individually wrapped sheet.
According to the 7 th aspect of the present invention, when the absorbent article is detached from each of the release sheets by gripping at least a part of the individual package sheet and at least a part of the absorbent article, each of the release sheets is difficult to deform, and therefore, even if the absorbent article deforms, each of the release sheets is difficult to follow the deformation, and in addition, the peel strength of the 1 st adhesive section is greater than the peel strength of the 2 nd adhesive section, and the absorbent article is likely to remain on the individual package sheet side, and therefore, the absorbent article is likely to detach from the individual package sheet and each of the release sheets.
[ solution 8]
The individually wrapped absorbent article according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the outer edge in the longitudinal direction of the 2 nd adhesive portion that comes into contact with the longitudinal end release sheet constituting the 1 or more release sheets disposed at both ends in the longitudinal direction is disposed at the same position as or inside the outer edge in the longitudinal direction of the 1 st adhesive portion that comes into contact with the longitudinal end release sheet.
According to the 8 th aspect of the present invention, since the outer edge in the longitudinal direction of the 2 nd adhesive section which comes into contact with the longitudinal end release sheet which is the release sheet disposed at both ends in the longitudinal direction is disposed at the same position as or inside the outer edge in the longitudinal direction of the 1 st adhesive section which comes into contact with the longitudinal end release sheet, the absorbent article can be easily detached from the individual package sheet and the release sheet in the longitudinal direction.
[ solution 9]
The individually wrapped absorbent article according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the absorbent article has 1 or more folding lines extending in the longitudinal direction.
According to the 9 th aspect of the present invention, in general, when the absorbent article has 1 or more folding lines extending in the longitudinal direction, wrinkles extending in the longitudinal direction tend to remain in the unfolded state of the individual package, and therefore it is difficult to detach the absorbent article from the individual package sheet in the longitudinal direction. Thus, the absorbent article can be easily detached from the individual package sheet by applying the present invention.
[ solution 10]
The individually packaged absorbent article according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the individually packaged absorbent article comprises: a 1 st widthwise folding portion which is provided on one end side in the widthwise direction and is folded in the widthwise direction with a 1 st lengthwise folding line along the lengthwise direction as a base point; a 2 nd widthwise folded part which is folded in the widthwise direction with a 2 nd fold line in the lengthwise direction as a base point, the 2 nd fold line being provided on the other end side in the widthwise direction; a 1 st longitudinal folded portion that is folded in the longitudinal direction with a 1 st fold line in the width direction as a base point, the 1 st and 2 nd longitudinal folded portions being provided at one end side in the longitudinal direction in a state where the 1 st and 2 nd longitudinal folded portions are folded; and a 2 nd longitudinal folded portion which is folded in the longitudinal direction with a 2 nd fold line in the width direction as a base point provided on the other end side in the longitudinal direction in a state where the 1 st and 2 nd longitudinal folded portions are folded, the individual package of the absorbent article includes an adhesive tape having one end portion joined to a surface of a 2 nd end portion of the 1 st longitudinal folded portion and the other end portion joined to a surface of the 2 nd longitudinal folded portion, the 2 nd end portion being located on a side opposite to a 1 st end portion on the 1 st fold line side in the width direction of the 1 st longitudinal folded portion in the longitudinal direction, and the 1 st longitudinal folded portion includes in the width direction: a pair of side portions located at both sides of the adhesive tape; and an intermediate portion located between the pair of side portions and contacting at least one of the pair of side portions, the individual package of the absorbent article further including reinforcing members disposed on the pair of side portions, respectively.
When a user grips the individual package with one hand in the width direction, a force may be applied to the individual package from both ends in the width direction toward the center. In this case, when the magnitude of the applied force is too large, the individual package, particularly, both the 1 st longitudinal direction folded portion and the 2 nd longitudinal direction folded portion thereof may be deformed into a substantially concave shape along the shape of the palm. In this case, it may be difficult to smoothly pinch the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape. Therefore, in the present individual package, the reinforcing member is disposed at each of the pair of side portions located on both sides of the adhesive tape at the 1 st longitudinal direction folded portion. Therefore, when a force is applied to the 1 st longitudinal folded portion from both ends in the width direction toward the central portion, the side portions including the reinforcing member are less likely to be deformed, and the middle portion not including the reinforcing member is likely to be deformed. However, since the intermediate portion is fixed to the 2 nd longitudinal folded portion by the adhesive tape and is slightly difficult to deform, a portion near a boundary between the pair of side portions and the intermediate portion is mainly deformed. Specifically, the portions of the 1 st longitudinal folded portion near the boundaries between the pair of side portions and the intermediate portion are deformed when viewed in the longitudinal direction, and the portions of the pair of side portions corresponding to the both end portions in the width direction of the individual package are raised from the intermediate portion to form a substantially V-shape. At this time, the 2 nd longitudinal folded portion is deformed in a substantially concave shape, but the portion on the outer side in the width direction is less raised. Therefore, gaps are generated between the 2 nd longitudinal folded portion and the pair of side portions, respectively. When these gaps are formed, the user inserts a finger into any of the gaps naturally, pinches the side portion, and pulls the side portion away from the 2 nd lengthwise folded portion, thereby attempting to peel the adhesive tape. Here, since the pair of side portions include the reinforcing member, the force to be pulled can be easily transmitted to the adhesive tape. Thus, the user can easily open the individual package by inserting a finger into the gap, pinching the side portion, and peeling the adhesive tape. That is, it is possible to provide an individual package of an absorbent article which can be easily opened even when the individual package is held with one hand and opened with the other hand. Therefore, the individual package has the following features: the absorbent article can be easily opened with one hand and easily detached from the individual packaging sheet after opening, and therefore can be extremely easily handled at the start of use and quickly worn.

In the present specification, the term "user" includes not only a person who actually wears the absorbent article (i.e., a wearer), but also a person who wears the absorbent article on another person (e.g., a caregiver).
[ Individual Package ]
In the individual package 10 according to one embodiment of the present invention, the sanitary napkin 1 to which the individual package sheet 11 is fixed is disposed on the skin-facing surface S of the sanitary napkin 1 F To be inner side in the longitudinal direction D L And the width direction D W The upper side is formed by folding into three, and has a flat and substantially rectangular parallelepiped outer shape as shown in fig. 1.
As shown in fig. 1 (a), the individually packaged body 10 of the present embodiment is sealed with the adhesive tape 12 disposed on the outer surface of the individually packaged sheet 11 across the open end of the individually packaged sheet 11 and at other portions, thereby maintaining the individually packaged state of the folded sanitary napkin 1.
The individual package 10 has a longitudinal direction D L And the width direction D W Respectively corresponding to the longitudinal direction D of the sanitary napkin 1 in the unfolded state L And the width direction D W Corresponding modeThe present invention is not limited to this folding method.
Hereinafter, the absorbent article that can be used in the individual package of the present invention will be described in further detail using the sanitary napkin 1.
Absorbent article
FIG. 2 is a view taken along the thickness direction D from the surface sheet 2 side in the developed state T Fig. 3 is a plan view of the sanitary napkin 1 viewed from the back sheet 3 side in the thickness direction D in the unfolded state T A plan view of the sanitary napkin 1. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the sanitary napkin 1 has a longitudinal direction D in a plan view L And the width direction D W And in the specific width direction D W Central axis C of W To the front side D F At the end part of the sanitary napkin 1, the width direction D of the sanitary napkin W Are projected outward in the width direction D W Is measured in the direction of (e.g., width direction D) and the periphery W Central axis C of W Upper) than the wide width portion 20 having a wider width. In addition, on the rear side D of the sanitary napkin 1 B Has a width direction D of the sanitary napkin 1 W Is directed toward the width direction D W And a pair of wing portions 6, 6 projecting in a substantially trapezoidal shape on the outer side. In the present embodiment, the individual package 10 of the sanitary napkin includes, in an unfolded state: 1 or more release sheets having one surface fixed to the individual packaging sheet 11 via a release sheet adhesive portion 16; and a sanitary napkin 1 detachably fixed to the other surface of each of the 1 or more release sheets via a fixing adhesive section. As described later, the sanitary napkin 1 is unfolded in the width direction D W Central axis C of W To the front side D F Is provided with a width direction D passing through the sanitary napkin 1 W Both end portions of (B) protrude outward in the width direction D W The dimension and the periphery of (e.g. the 1 st fold line LL in the width direction described later) 1 Upper) than the wide width portion 20 having a wider width. In this embodiment, theA width direction D provided on the wide width part 20 W The wide-width- part release sheets 13 and 13, which will be described later, at both ends of the packaging sheet 11 are directed from the individual packaging sheet 11 in the width direction D W The peel strength at the time of peeling is set to be higher than that of the sanitary napkin 1 in the width direction D from the wide-width- part peeling sheets 13, 13 W The peel strength at the time of detachment is large. Thus, in the unfolded state, the width direction end of the wide width portion 20 of the sanitary napkin 1 is pinched to make the sanitary napkin 1 to be separated from the individual package sheet 11 in the width direction D W At the time of detachment, the individual packaging sheet 11 is difficult to detach from the wide-width portion peeling sheets 13, 13 on the side with a large peel strength, and the sanitary napkin 1 is easily detached from the wide-width portion peeling sheets 13, 13 on the side with a small peel strength, so that the sanitary napkin 1 is easily detached from the wide-width portion peeling sheets 13, 13 when the sanitary napkin 1 is detached from the individual packaging sheet 11.
The peel strength in the present specification is a peel strength measured by using a tensile tester "5543" (made by instron corporation) with a tensile speed of 100mm/min from 10mm to 20mm between chucks and with the width of a test piece being taken as a product width. More specifically, the peel strength between the release sheet and the individual packaging sheet is the peel strength measured by sandwiching the width direction end of the release sheet between one chuck and sandwiching the width direction end of the individual packaging sheet between the other chuck, and the peel strength between the absorbent article and the release sheet is the peel strength measured by sandwiching the width direction end of the absorbent article between one chuck and sandwiching the width direction end of the release sheet between the other chuck.
In the present invention, the outer shape of the absorbent article is not limited to the specific width direction D W Central axis C of W To the front side D F The end portion of (2) may be formed in a shape of a wide portion 20, a shape of a pair of wing portions 6, or a shape of a pair of wing portions in a width direction D W Central axis C of W To the rear side D B Has a shape having a wide portion at the end portion thereof and a shape having no pair of wing portions 6 and 6. For example, the present invention is not limited to the front side D F The form in which the wide width part 20 is formed is also included in the rear side D of the absorbent article B The end portion of the absorbent article has a form in which a wide portion is additionally formed, and the rear side D of the absorbent article B In the width direction D of W The upper end portion is formed with a flap portion, and the width of both the absorption region and the flap portion corresponding to the absorption region 30 of the sanitary napkin 1 is wide (for example, an independent package of a sanitary napkin for night use having a hip flap). The overall shape of the absorbent article may be any longitudinal shape (for example, a rectangular shape, an oval shape, an hourglass shape, etc.) according to various uses, etc.
In the above aspect, the absorbent article can be easily detached from the individual package sheet starting from the wide portion by adjusting the positional relationship between the 1 st adhesive portion and the 2 nd adhesive portion.
FIG. 4 is a longitudinal direction D of the sanitary napkin 1 L Central axis C extending upwardly L Cross-sectional view of a cross-section of (a). As shown in fig. 4, the sanitary napkin 1 includes, as main constituent members: a liquid-permeable surface sheet 2 in the thickness direction D T A skin-facing surface S on which the sanitary napkin 1 is formed F (ii) a A liquid-impermeable back sheet 3 forming the non-skin-facing surface S of the sanitary napkin 1 B (ii) a A water-absorbent body 4 located between the front sheet 2 and the back sheet 3; and a functional layer 21 located on the front side D of the sanitary napkin 1 F The wide portion 20 is located between the front sheet 2 and the back sheet 3, and contains a temperature sensitive agent as a functional agent.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, the sanitary napkin 1 is provided with a slit in the width direction D W Respectively along the length direction D L A pair of extended side panels 5, 5. Further, as shown in fig. 3, the sanitary napkin 1 is disposed on the non-skin-facing surface S of the back sheet 3 B The sanitary napkin has a fixing adhesive section as the 2 nd adhesive section of the present invention, which detachably fixes the sanitary napkin 1 to the other surface of each of the plurality of release sheets. More specifically, the constituent members include: a clothes fixing adhesive part 70 in the thickness direction D T Is overlapped with the absorbent body 4 and extends along the length direction D L A plurality of extended strips; a pair of wing partsFixing adhesive parts 71, 71 extending in the longitudinal direction D L A plurality of extending strips are arranged on the non-skin-facing surface S of each of the pair of wing parts 6, 6 B (ii) a A pair of front side adhesive parts 72, 72 extending along the longitudinal direction D L A plurality of extending strips are arranged on the front side D of the sanitary napkin 1 F The width direction D of the wide width part 20 W Two end portions of (a).
As shown in fig. 2, the sanitary napkin 1 includes, in plan view: front end imaginary line LE 1 So as to pass through the foremost side D of the sanitary napkin 1 F Is arranged along the width direction D W Extending; and rear end imaginary line LE 2 So as to pass through the rearmost side D of the sanitary napkin 1 B Is arranged along the width direction D W And (4) extending. The sanitary napkin 1 has an imaginary line LE at the front end 1 And rear end imaginary line LE 2 Has the following components: a wide part 20 in the longitudinal direction D L Front side D of F The functional layer 21 for imparting a warm feeling to the wearer; and an absorption region 30 which is located behind the wide part 20 B An absorbent body 4 for absorbing liquid excreta such as menstrual blood discharged from the wearer is provided adjacent to the absorbent body. As described above, the sanitary napkin 1 includes the absorbent member 4 and the functional layer 21 disposed adjacent to the front side of the absorbent member 4, and by disposing the functional layer in the wide width portion 20, the sanitary napkin 1 including the wide width portion 20 in the longitudinal direction D L Is liable to become large in size. The longitudinal direction D of the sanitary napkin 1 L The overall length of the upper side cannot be accommodated by the palm of one hand, and when the user peels the sanitary napkin 1 from the individual packaging sheet 11, the wide width portion 20 is pinched to peel the sanitary napkin 1, which tends to be easily detached. Thus, the wide-width- part release sheets 13, 13 are adjusted to be directed in the width direction D from the individual package sheet 11 W The peeling strength at the time of peeling and the peeling strength at the time of peeling the sanitary napkin 1 from the wide-width- portion peeling sheets 13, 13 in the width direction, thereby facilitating the peeling of the sanitary napkin 1 from the wide-width- portion peeling sheets 13, 13 and the peeling of the sanitary napkin 1 from the wide-width-portion peeling sheets 13, 13The sanitary napkin 1 is separated from the individual packaging sheet 11.
Further, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the functional layer 21 and the front side D of the absorbent body 4 F The absorbent bodies 4 of the absorbent regions 30 are arranged adjacent to each other in the wide width portion 20 so as not to extend beyond the boundaries of these regions. On the other hand, in the absorbent region 30, the functional layer 21 of the wide width portion 20 extends beyond the boundaries of these regions, and the absorbent body 4 relatively on the skin-facing surface side and the functional layer 21 relatively on the non-skin-facing surface side are provided in the adjacent portions of the absorbent region 30 adjacent to the wide width portion 20 in the thickness direction D T And an overlapping portion 40. By partially overlapping the absorbent body 4 and the functional layer 21 in this manner, the overlapping portion 40 has a main function of absorbing liquid excreta discharged from the wearer. However, in the present invention, the absorber and the functional layer may not overlap each other to form an overlapping portion.
In addition, the absorption region 30 can be divided into the following 3 regions: the opposite region of the discharge opening in the longitudinal direction D L Is located at the substantially central part of the absorption region 30 and is provided in the width direction D W In a range overlapping with the pair of flaps 6, and facing the excretory opening of the wearer when the sanitary napkin 1 is worn; a front side absorption region opposite to the discharge port F Adjacent; and a rear side absorption region which is arranged at the rear side D of the region opposite to the excretion opening B Adjacent to each other.
As shown in fig. 2, the sanitary napkin 1 includes, in plan view: length direction 1 st fold line LW 1 (imaginary line) and the 2 nd fold line LW in the length direction 2 (imaginary line) along the longitudinal direction D L Extended in the width direction D of the sanitary napkin 1 W Performing three-folding; 1 st fold line LL in width direction 1 (imaginary line) and the 2 nd fold line LL in the width direction 2 (imaginary line) along the width direction D W Extending in the longitudinal direction D of the sanitary napkin 1 L And carrying out three-fold. The sanitary napkin 1 is attached to the independent packaging sheet 11 and has a skin-facing surface S F Using the longitudinal direction to form an inner side1 st fold line LW 1 And a 2 nd fold line LW in the length direction 2 After being folded into three, the 1 st fold line LL in the width direction is used 1 And a 2 nd fold line LL in the width direction 2 Folded in three to form the individual package 10 described above. Here, in general, the individual package of the absorbent article folded by the folding line is likely to have the longitudinal direction D left in the unfolded state of the individual package L An extended crease. Thus, when the absorbent article is to be oriented in the width direction D from the individual package sheet W When the absorbent article is separated from the packaging sheet, the absorbent article is not easily separated from the individual packaging sheet in the longitudinal direction D because the folded portion is bent L And (4) upper separation. However, in the sanitary napkin 1 of the present embodiment folded by the fold lines, the wide-width-portion-releasing sheets 13, 13 are adjusted to be oriented in the width direction D from the individual package sheet W Peeling strength at the time of peeling and orientation of the absorbent article from the wide-width- part peeling sheets 13, 13 in the width direction D W The peeling strength at the time of detachment is such that the sanitary napkin 1 can be easily oriented in the width direction D W And (4) disengaging. Thus, the 1 st fold line LW in the passing length direction 1 And a 2 nd fold line LW in the length direction 2 The individual package 10 of the sanitary napkin 1 of the present embodiment folded into three is more easily obtained by adjusting the orientation in the width direction D W The above peel strength at the time of peeling.
When worn, the sanitary napkin 1 is configured such that the non-skin-facing surface S of the sanitary napkin is opposed to the skin B The sanitary napkin 1 is attached to the inner surface of clothing (e.g., underwear) of a wearer by the clothing-fastening adhesive section 70 and the pair of front-side adhesive sections 72, and then the pair of flaps 6, 6 are folded back toward the outer surface of the clothing and attached to the outer surface of the clothing by the pair of flap-fastening adhesive sections 71, thereby fastening the sanitary napkin to the clothing of the wearer.
In the present invention, the provision of the pair of wing portions is not an essential constituent element, and therefore, such wing portions may not be necessary depending on the form of the absorbent article and the like.
Hereinafter, various components of the absorbent article that can be used in the individual package of the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the sanitary napkin 1.
[ surface sheet ]
In the sanitary napkin 1, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the topsheet 2 has a surface extending from the front end to the rear end in the longitudinal direction of the sanitary napkin 1 and extending from the width direction D of the sanitary napkin 1 in a plan view W The one end of the tube extends to the other end of the tube. As shown in fig. 4, the topsheet 2 is arranged in the thickness direction D of the sanitary napkin 1 T A contact surface (i.e., the skin-facing surface S of the sanitary napkin 1) which is disposed at a position on the skin-facing surface side and can be brought into contact with the skin surface of the wearer F ) The liquid-permeable sheet-like member of (4).
The liquid-permeable sheet-like member is not particularly limited as long as it has various properties (for example, liquid permeability, skin touch, flexibility, strength, and the like) that can be used as a top sheet of an absorbent article, and various nonwoven fabrics such as a hot air nonwoven fabric, a spunlace nonwoven fabric, a spunbond nonwoven fabric, and a point-bond nonwoven fabric, and a porous resin film, for example, can be used. The sheet-like member is not particularly limited in structure, and various sheet-like structures such as a flat sheet-like structure having a plurality of openings and a concavo-convex structure can be used in addition to a flat non-porous sheet-like structure.
When a nonwoven fabric is used as the surface sheet, the type of the constituent fibers is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include hydrophilic fibers such as cellulose-based fibers and hydrophilic thermoplastic resin fibers (e.g., hydrophilic olefin-based resins, hydrophilic polyester-based resins, etc.) subjected to a hydrophilization treatment. These fibers may be used alone, or 2 or more kinds of fibers may be used in combination.
In the present invention, the outer shape, various dimensions, basis weight, and the like of the top sheet can be any outer shape, various dimensions, basis weight, and the like corresponding to desired liquid permeability, skin touch, flexibility, and the like.
[ absorbent body ]
In the above-mentionedIn the sanitary napkin 1, as shown in fig. 2, the absorbent body 4 has a longitudinal outer shape in plan view as follows: the sanitary napkin 1 has a substantially central portion in the longitudinal direction D, which is substantially centered in the region where the pair of wings 6, 6 are formed in the region where the excretory opening faces L And the width direction D W And a longitudinal direction D of the base member L Are respectively oriented in the longitudinal direction D L The outer side of the projection is projected so as to draw a circular arc. As shown in FIG. 4, the absorbent member 4 is disposed in the thickness direction D of the sanitary napkin 1 T The upper portion is disposed between the front sheet 2 and the back sheet 3, and is formed of a water-absorbing member having predetermined water absorbency and liquid retainability, capable of absorbing and retaining liquid excreta such as menstrual blood and the like that have passed through the front sheet 2.
Such a water-absorbing member is not particularly limited as long as it can absorb and hold liquid excreta such as menstrual blood discharged from the wearer, and any water-absorbing member known in the art can be used. Examples of such a water-absorbent member include a water-absorbent member in which at least one absorbent core made of an arbitrary water-absorbent material is covered with a hydrophilic core covering sheet such as tissue paper. Examples of the water-absorbent material constituting the absorbent core include hydrophilic fibers, high-absorbent polymers, and the like, and more specifically, cellulose fibers such as ground pulp, cotton, rayon, and acetate; a granular material comprising a high-absorbency polymer such as a sodium acrylate copolymer; and mixtures thereof, and the like.
In addition, the sanitary napkin 1 has the wide width portion 20, so that the sanitary napkin 1 has the longitudinal direction D L The dimension of (A) relative to the longitudinal direction D of the absorbent body 4 L Is relatively large. Thus, the maximum dimension in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent body 4 is relatively small with respect to the maximum dimension in the longitudinal direction of the sanitary napkin 1, and the longitudinal direction D of the topsheet 2 L With respect to the longitudinal direction D of the absorbent body 4 L To the width direction D of the surface sheet 2 W With respect to the width direction D of the absorbent body 4 W The ratio of the maximum size of (c) is relatively large. Utensil for childrenIn particular, the sanitary napkin 1 satisfies the following relational expression.
(longitudinal direction D of surface sheet 2) L Maximum dimension of (2)/longitudinal direction D of the absorbent body 4 L Maximum size of (2)>(width direction D of surface sheet 2) W Maximum dimension of/width direction D of absorbent body 4 W Maximum size of (1)
The top sheet in the above formula is a single sheet that comes into contact with the excretory opening of the wearer when the absorbent article is worn, and the absorbent body is a single absorbent body that overlaps the excretory opening contact region of the absorbent article in the thickness direction. Accordingly, the size of the top sheet 2 herein does not include the size of the side sheets 5 and 5 described later, and the size of the absorbent body 4 does not include the size of the functional layer 21.
The surface sheet 2 of the sanitary napkin 1 satisfying the above relational expression is in the longitudinal direction D L Extended longer in the longitudinal direction D of the sanitary napkin 1 L Is likely to be larger in size and is likely to be larger in the longitudinal direction D than in a normal absorbent article L The long and long shape is described above, but in the individual package 10 of the sanitary napkin 1, as described later, the sanitary napkin 1 can be easily detached from the individual package sheet 11 by adjusting the positional relationship between the fixing adhesive portion and the release sheet adhesive portion 16. However, the absorbent article of the present invention is not limited to the longitudinal direction D of the topsheet L Relative to the longitudinal direction D of the absorbent body L Is compared with the width direction D of the surface sheet W With respect to the width direction D of the absorbent body W The longitudinal direction D of the surface sheet of the absorbent article having a larger ratio of the maximum dimension of L Relative to the longitudinal direction D of the absorbent body L Is compared with the width direction D of the surface sheet W With respect to the width direction D of the absorbent body W May be equal or smaller than the ratio of the maximum size of (c).
In the present invention, the outer shape, various sizes, unit area weight, and the like of the absorbent body can be any outer shape, various sizes, unit area weight, and the like corresponding to desired absorption performance, flexibility, strength, and the like.
[ Back sheet ]
In the sanitary napkin 1, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the back sheet 3 has a shape extending from the front end to the rear end in the longitudinal direction of the sanitary napkin 1 and extending from the width direction D of the sanitary napkin 1 in plan view W The one end of the first and second side portions extends to the other end of the second side portion. As shown in fig. 4, the back sheet 3 is arranged in the thickness direction D of the sanitary napkin 1 T Is arranged at a position on the non-skin-facing surface side, and forms a non-contact surface facing the skin surface of the wearer (i.e., the non-skin-facing surface S of the sanitary napkin 1) B ) Is formed of the liquid-impermeable sheet-like member of (1).
The liquid-impermeable sheet-like member is not particularly limited as long as it has liquid-impermeability to the extent that it can prevent at least permeation of liquid excreta discharged from the wearer, and for example, a hydrophobic nonwoven fabric formed of thermoplastic resin fibers (for example, polyolefin resin fibers such as polyethylene and polypropylene, polyester resin fibers such as polyethylene terephthalate, and various composite fibers such as sheath-core type fibers) can be used; a hydrophobic resin film made of a thermoplastic resin such as a polyolefin resin; a laminate in which a nonwoven fabric is bonded to the resin film; SMS nonwoven fabric and the like. The structure of the sheet-like member is not particularly limited, and various sheet-like structures such as a flat sheet-like structure having a plurality of openings for maintaining predetermined liquid-tightness and ensuring air permeability, and an uneven structure, in addition to a flat non-porous sheet-like structure, can be employed.
In the present invention, the shape, various dimensions, weight per unit area, and the like of the back sheet may be any shape, various dimensions, weight per unit area, and the like according to desired leakage-proof performance, air permeability, and the like.
[ side sheet ]
In the sanitary napkin 1, as shown in fig. 2, the pair of side sheets 5 and 5 are formed in the width direction D of the sanitary napkin 1 in plan view W Are respectively arranged along the length directionTo D L A pair of extended band-shaped sheet members. The pair of side sheets 5, 5 are arranged in the thickness direction D of the sanitary napkin 1 T The surface sheet 2 forms the skin-facing surface S of the sanitary napkin 1 F
The pair of side sheets 5, 5 have respective width directions D W The outer side end of the back sheet 3 is joined to the skin-facing surface of the back sheet 3 to form a fixed end, and the width direction D W The center side end of (2) is not joined to any component member such as the front sheet 2, and forms a free end. Thus, when the sanitary napkin 1 is worn, the pair of side sheets 5, 5 have the width direction D W Can form a leakage-preventing wall portion for preventing leakage of liquid excreta discharged from the wearer.
The band-shaped sheet member used as the side sheet is not particularly limited as long as it has various properties (for example, liquid impermeability (leakage resistance), tactile sensation to the skin, flexibility, strength, and the like) that can be used as the side sheet of the absorbent article, and for example, a sheet member obtained by cutting a liquid impermeable sheet member (that is, a sheet member such as a hydrophobic nonwoven fabric or a hydrophobic resin film) similar to the back sheet into a band shape can be used.
In the present invention, the side sheet may have any shape, size, weight per unit area, and the like according to the desired leakage-proof property, tactile sensation, flexibility, and the like.
In the present invention, the provision of the pair of side sheets is not an essential constituent element, and therefore, depending on the form of the absorbent article, the provision of such side sheets may not be necessary.
[ functional layer ]
In the sanitary napkin 1, as shown in fig. 2, the functional layer 21 is provided on at least the front side D of the sanitary napkin 1 in plan view F In the width direction D W In the longitudinal direction D of the wide portion 20 having a larger dimension than the surrounding area L And the width direction D W To a wide range of predetermined profilesAnd (4) shape. As shown in fig. 4, the functional layer 21 is formed in the thickness direction D of the sanitary napkin 1 T The upper portion is disposed between the front sheet 2 and the back sheet 3, and is formed of a sheet-like member containing a temperature sensitive agent as a functional agent for imparting a predetermined action (temperature sensitive action) to the wearer.
The sheet member forming the functional layer 21 is composed of a temperature sensitive agent as a functional agent and a base material capable of holding the temperature sensitive agent. In the present invention, the wide portion is not limited to the arrangement of the functional layer containing the functional agent, and the absorbing layer containing no functional agent may be arranged between the front sheet and the back sheet.
In the present embodiment, the base material capable of holding the functional agent is not particularly limited as long as it is capable of holding the functional agent in a liquid or solid state, and examples thereof include a fabric (for example, a nonwoven fabric, a woven fabric, a knitted fabric, and the like), a porous resin sheet (for example, a sponge sheet, and the like), and the like. The substrate may be used alone as a substrate for the functional layer or may be used in combination with other constituent members (for example, a front sheet, a back sheet, an intermediate sheet, a core wrap sheet, and the like).
In addition, when the functional agent itself has a predetermined shape retention property or the like, and the functional agent is disposed alone at a predetermined position of the absorbent article and can exert a predetermined function, the functional layer may not have a base material.
(functional agent)
In addition, in the sanitary napkin 1, the temperature sensitive agent used as the functional agent includes: a temperature-sensitive component which does not generate heat by itself but stimulates a temperature-sensitive receptor of the skin of the wearer to make the wearer feel temperature; and a solvent component which dissolves the temperature sensitive component. In the sanitary napkin 1, the temperature sensitive agent is contained in substantially the entire functional layer 21 in a plan view, but may be contained in a local portion (e.g., only the central portion) as long as the predetermined temperature sensitive function can be exhibited.
In order to prevent volatilization or migration to other areas before the sanitary napkin 1 is used, the functional agent may also be protected in a water-disintegrable protective member such as microcapsules. The functional agent encapsulated in the microcapsule disintegrates when contacted with a liquid (exemplified by menstrual blood, urine, and sweat), and releases the functional agent to the outside. The discharged functional agent is vaporized by the body temperature of the wearer or the like, or comes into contact with the skin of the wearer, thereby exerting a predetermined function on the wearer.
Examples of the raw material of the microcapsule include: a saccharide; for example, monosaccharides (exemplified by glucose), disaccharides (exemplified by sucrose), and polysaccharides (exemplified by dextrin, glucomannan, sodium alginate, and water-soluble starch); gelatin; and water-soluble polymers (for example, polyvinyl alcohol and polyvinyl acetate).
The microcapsules are commercially available, and examples thereof include INCAP (trademark) commercially available from Symrise. In addition, the microcapsule can be produced, for example, as follows: the raw material of the microcapsule is dissolved in water to form an aqueous solution, and the functional agent and the surfactant are mixed in the aqueous solution, and the mixture is dried under reduced pressure while spraying the aqueous solution.
In the sanitary napkin 1, even if the functional layer 21 is disposed on the non-skin-facing side of the top sheet 2, the temperature sensitive agent of the functional layer 21 can penetrate through the top sheet 2 and come into contact with the skin of the wearer's lower abdomen when the sanitary napkin 1 is worn, and therefore the temperature sensitive component of the temperature sensitive agent can stimulate the skin temperature sensitive receptor and impart a temperature sensation to the wearer's lower abdomen.
By thus warming the lower abdomen of the wearer, that is, the portion close to the uterus of the wearer, it is expected to alleviate dysmenorrhea of the wearer, or alleviate symptoms such as premenstrual syndrome, cold intolerance, climacteric disorder, and the like.
In addition, the functional layer 21 is disposed in the thickness direction D T The position of (a) is not particularly limited as long as the position allows the warming agent to contact the skin of the wearer when the sanitary napkin 1 is worn, but it is preferable to be close to the skin-facing surface S from the viewpoint of easy contact with the skin of the wearer F The position of (a).
The temperature-sensitive component contained in the temperature-sensitive agent is preferably a plant-derived compound from the viewpoint of making the wearer feel comfortable, and examples thereof include capsaicin, vanillyl alcohol alkyl ether derivatives (e.g., vanillyl ether, vanillyl alcohol butyl ether, vanillyl alcohol pentyl ether, vanillyl alcohol hexyl ether, etc.), ginger extract, ginger oil, and the like. Among these compounds, vanillyl alcohol alkyl ether derivatives, ginger extract, ginger oil and the like are preferably used from the viewpoint of skin irritation. These compounds may be used alone, or 2 or more of them may be used in combination.
When the temperature sensitive agent is applied to a substrate by coating or the like, a solvent component capable of dissolving or dispersing the temperature sensitive component may be used together with the temperature sensitive component, and examples of such a solvent component include a lipophilic solvent and a hydrophilic solvent.
Examples of the lipophilic solvent include oils and fats such as natural oils (e.g., fatty acid esters such as triglycerides, coconut oil, linseed oil, and the like), hydrocarbons (e.g., paraffin, and the like). On the other hand, examples of the hydrophilic solvent include water and alcohols, and examples of the alcohols include lower alcohols (e.g., methanol, ethanol, ethylene glycol, and glycerol), and higher alcohols (e.g., octanol and lauryl alcohol).
Among these solvents, lipophilic solvents such as fats and oils or alcohols are preferably used in terms of ease of control of volatility, and lipophilic solvents such as fats and oils are more preferably used in terms of ease of maintenance of absorption performance of the absorbent article.
After the application of such a solvent to the substrate, the solvent may remain in the application target site in a state of being cured or semi-cured, or the solvent may be volatilized and only the solute may remain.
In addition, from the viewpoint of the temperature-sensitive effect, the concentration of the temperature-sensitive component in the case where the temperature-sensitive agent contains a solvent is preferably 0.0001 mass% or more and 5.0 mass% or less, more preferably 0.0005 mass% or more and 3.0 mass% or less, and still more preferably 0.1 mass% or more and 1.0 mass% or less.
In the present invention, the functional agent is not limited to the temperature sensitive agent, and any functional agent can be used according to the desired action. Examples of such functional agents include a cold feeling agent, a heat generating agent, and a drug (e.g., a skin astringent, an anti-inflammatory agent, an antibacterial agent, a pH adjuster, and a humectant). These functional agents may be used in combination, for example, such that 1 kind of functional agent (e.g., a temperature sensitive agent) is disposed in a part of the functional layer and another kind of functional agent (e.g., a cooling agent) is disposed in another part in a plan view.
In the present invention, the cooling agent usable as the functional agent includes a cooling component which does not absorb heat by itself but stimulates the skin of the wearer to make the wearer feel cool, and may include a solvent component which dissolves or disperses the cooling component as necessary. Examples of the cooling component include menthol (e.g., l-menthol); menthol derivatives (e.g., menthyl lactate, menthyl glycerol ether, etc.); methyl salicylate; essential oils derived from plants such as peppermint and eucalyptus. The solvent component that may be contained in the cooling agent may be the same as the solvent component that may be contained in the temperature-sensitive agent.
In addition, in the case where the cooling agent contains a solvent, the concentration of the cooling component in the cooling agent is preferably 0.0001% by mass or more and 5.0% by mass or less, more preferably 0.0005% by mass or more and 3.0% by mass or less, and still more preferably 0.1% by mass or more and 1.0% by mass or less, from the viewpoint of the cooling effect.
In the present invention, the heat generating agent that can be used as the functional agent has an effect of warming the skin of the wearer by its own heat generation. Examples of such a heat generating agent include heat generating agents utilizing chemical properties such as the heat of oxidation of metal powder such as iron powder, the heat of neutralization with an acid or an alkali, and the heat of hydration of inorganic salts. The heat generating agent may be used by being dissolved or dispersed in a solvent component or a dispersion medium.
In the present invention, the drug that can be used as the functional agent imparts a predetermined pharmacological action to the skin of the wearer, and examples thereof include a skin astringent, an anti-inflammatory agent, an antibacterial agent, a pH adjuster, a moisturizing agent, and the like.
Examples of the skin astringent include skin astringent containing astringent components such as zinc oxide, aluminum sulfate, tannic acid, and oil-soluble polyphenols (e.g., phellodendron extract, hypericum erectum extract, chamomilla extract, birch extract, loquat leaf extract, linden extract, and hop extract).
Examples of the anti-inflammatory agent include anti-inflammatory agents containing anti-inflammatory components derived from natural anti-inflammatory components (e.g., peony extract, hypericum erectum extract, chamomile extract, mugwort extract, perilla extract, etc.), synthetic anti-inflammatory components (e.g., allantoin, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, etc.), and the like.
Examples of the antibacterial agent include antibacterial agents containing antibacterial components derived from natural sources (for example, phellodendron extract, olive leaf extract, chamomile extract, garcinia extract, zanthoxylum extract, perilla extract, houttuynia extract, hop extract, eucalyptus extract, mugwort extract, etc.), synthetic antibacterial components (for example, ethylhexylglycerin, etc.), and the like.
Examples of the pH adjuster include pH adjusters containing weakly acidic components for keeping skin weakly acidic, such as malic acid, succinic acid, citric acid, tartaric acid, and lactic acid.
Examples of the moisturizer include moisturizers containing a moisturizing component such as a polyhydric alcohol (e.g., glycerin, propylene glycol, butylene glycol, sorbitol), urea, and an emollient component (e.g., petrolatum).
In the present invention, the content (weight per unit area) of the functional agent of the functional layer can adopt a predetermined content corresponding to the kind of the functional agent, the arrangement position of the functional layer, and the like. For example, in the case where a temperature sensitive agent or a cooling agent is used as the functional agent and the functional layer is disposed in the same manner as in the sanitary napkin 1, the weight per unit area of the temperature sensitive component or the cooling component which is the active ingredient of the functional agent may preferably be 0.001g/m 2 Above and 10g/m 2 Hereinafter, more preferably 0.003g/m 2 Above and 5g/m 2 The amount of the surfactant is more preferably 0.01g/m or less 2 Above and 2.5g/m 2 The following weights per unit area are included in the functional layer。
In the present invention, the functional layer may have any external shape, dimensions, basis weight, and the like according to the type, arrangement, and the like of the functional agent. The property of the functional agent is not particularly limited, and for example, the functional agent may be a solution-like functional agent containing an active ingredient, may be a solid-like component that can be applied, may be composed of a liquid-like active ingredient, or may be a volatile component.
The colorant used for coloring the functional layer is not particularly limited, and any colorant known in the art (for example, pigment, dye, etc.) can be used. The coloring means based on the colorant is not particularly limited, and the functional layer may be colored by applying or printing a colorant, or may be colored by including a colorant in a constituent component of the functional layer, for example.
[ adhesive part for fixation ]
As described above, as shown in fig. 3, the sanitary napkin 1 is disposed on the non-skin-facing surface S of the back sheet 3 B Has a plurality of fixing adhesive parts as the 2 nd adhesive part. More specifically, the method comprises: a clothes fixing adhesive part 70 in the thickness direction D T Is overlapped with the absorbent body 4 along the longitudinal direction D L A plurality of extended strips; a pair of wing part fixing adhesive parts 71, 71 extending along the length direction D L A plurality of extending strips are arranged on the non-skin-facing surface S of each of the pair of wing portions 6, 6 B (ii) a A pair of front side adhesive parts 72, 72 extending along the longitudinal direction D L A plurality of extending strips are arranged on the front side D of the sanitary napkin 1 F The width direction D of the wide part 20 W And (c) two end portions. These fixing adhesive portions are each formed of an adhesive disposed in the predetermined manner described above.
The front adhesive portions 72 and 72 of the present embodiment correspond to the 2 nd adhesive portion that contacts the end release sheet in the width direction of the present invention, but the front adhesive portions 72 and 72 are present in a plurality of divided portions as described above, and a plurality of the front adhesive portions are presentThe front side adhesive parts 72, 72 are arranged along the length direction D L Extend in the width direction D W Are arranged substantially parallel to each other with an upper gap therebetween. Thus, in the unfolded state, the longitudinal direction D is larger than that of a typical individual package of absorbent articles L The individual package of the sanitary napkin 1 in which the dimension of (D) is easily increased can be easily made to be in the longitudinal direction D L The sanitary napkin 1 having a long dimension is taken from the individual packaging sheet 11 along the width direction D W And (4) disengaging. The constituent materials of the sanitary napkin 1 such as the side sheets 5, 5 and the back sheet 3 are highly flexible and tend to be easily deformed, but even after the sanitary napkin 1 is separated from the wide-width-portion separating sheets 13, the width-direction end portions of the sanitary napkin 1 extend along the longitudinal direction D L The folded back sheets 3 that have been folded are bonded to each other so that the front side adhesive sections 72, 72 applied to the sanitary napkin 1 are folded along the extended folding axis, the amount of adhesive applied to the bonded portions of the front side adhesive sections 72, 72 is relatively small, and the possibility of bonding between the adhesives can be reduced. This makes it easy to peel off the folded bonded portion of the sanitary napkin 1, and as a result, the sanitary napkin 1 is easily detached from the peel-off sheet.
The sum of the areas of the front side adhesive sections 72, 72 in contact with the wide width section release sheets 13, 13 corresponding to the width direction end section release sheets of the present invention is 60% or less with respect to the area of the wide width section release sheets 13, 13. Thus, even after the sanitary napkin 1 is separated from the wide-width-portion release sheets 13, the wide-width- portion release sheets 13, 13 of the sanitary napkin 1 are separated in the longitudinal direction D L The extended folding axis is bent so that the front side adhesive sections 72, 72 applied to the sanitary napkin 1 are located inside, and the bent back sheets 3 are bonded to each other, and the amount of adhesive applied to the bonded portions of the wide section release sheets 13, 13 is relatively small. This makes it easy to peel off the folded and bonded portion of the sanitary napkin 1, and as a result, the sanitary napkin 1 is easily detached from the individual packaging sheet 11.
As the adhesive used for such a fixing adhesive portion, any adhesive known in the art can be used, and examples thereof include pressure-sensitive adhesives mainly composed of styrene-based copolymers such as styrene-ethylene-butadiene-styrene (SEBS), styrene-butadiene-styrene (SBS), and styrene-isoprene-styrene (SIS). By using these adhesives in the fixing adhesive parts, the sanitary napkin 1 can be detachably fixed to clothing, various release sheets, and the like.
In the present invention, the arrangement, the shape, the various sizes, and the like of the 2 nd adhesive part may be any arrangement, shape, various sizes, and the like in consideration of ease of fixing to the clothes.
[ independent packaging sheet ]
Fig. 1 is a perspective view of an individual package 10 obtained by folding a sanitary napkin 1, and fig. 1 (a) is a view from a skin-facing surface S F A perspective view of the individual package 10 viewed from the side, and fig. 1 (b) is a view from the non-skin-facing surface S B A perspective view of the individual package 10 viewed from the side. In the above embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the individual package 10 has the non-skin-facing surface S disposed on the sanitary napkin 1 B The plurality of fixing adhesive parts are fixed to the individual packaging sheet 11 of the sanitary napkin 1. In fig. 3 and 4, the individual package sheet 11 is not shown.
The individual packaging sheet 11 is folded together with the sanitary napkin 1, and the folded sanitary napkin 1 is wrapped and formed of a predetermined sheet-like member.
The sheet-like member that can be used as the individual packaging sheet is not particularly limited, and for example, a resin sheet, a nonwoven fabric, or the like can be used. Among them, from the viewpoint of airtightness of the individual package, a resin sheet is preferably used, and a resin sheet made of a polyolefin resin such as polyethylene or polypropylene is more preferably used. The resin sheet may have a single-layer structure or a multilayer laminated structure, and may have a barrier layer made of an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (EVOH) resin or the like.
In the present invention, the individual packaging sheet may have any shape, size, weight per unit area, and the like in consideration of packaging easiness, airtightness, and the like.
[ Release sheet ]
In the above embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the individual package 10 includes 1 or more release sheets having one surface fixed to the individual package sheet 11 via the release sheet adhesive portion 16 as the 1 st adhesive portion. More specifically, the sanitary napkin 1 includes: wide-width part release sheets 13, 13 as release sheets disposed in the width direction D of the wide-width part 20 W Two ends of the upper part; an absorbent-position-releasing sheet 14 which is provided in the thickness direction D T Is arranged to overlap with the absorbent body 4 of the sanitary napkin 1; and wing peeling pieces 15, 15 disposed on the wings 6, 6. The other surfaces of the wide-width- portion release sheets 13, 13 are detachably fixed to the front-side adhesive sections 72, the other surface of the absorbent-body-position release sheet 14 is detachably fixed to the garment-fixing adhesive section 70, and the other surfaces of the flap- portion release sheets 15, 15 are detachably fixed to the flap-fixing adhesive sections 71, whereby the sanitary napkin 1 is detachably fixed from the release sheets. Further, as shown in fig. 3, the wide-width- part peeling sheets 13, 13 of the present embodiment are disposed in the width direction D of the wide-width part 20 W The two end portions of (a) correspond to the width-direction end peeling sheets of the present invention. In addition, at least a part of the wide-width-portion release sheets 13 and the absorbent-body-position release sheet 14 of the present embodiment is disposed in the longitudinal direction D of the sanitary napkin 1 L The two end portions of (a) correspond to the longitudinal end peeling sheets of the present invention.
In the present embodiment, the rigidity of each release sheet is relatively large compared to the rigidity of the individual package sheet 11. Accordingly, when at least a part of the individual packaging sheet 11 and at least a part of the sanitary napkin 1 are respectively held and the sanitary napkin 1 is detached from each release sheet, each release sheet is difficult to deform, so even if the sanitary napkin 1 is deformed, each release sheet is difficult to follow such deformation, and the peel strength of the peel sheet adhesive section 16 is greater than that of the fixing adhesive section, and is easy to remain on the individual packaging sheet 11 side, so that the sanitary napkin 1 is easily detached from the individual packaging sheet 11 and each release sheet.
Each of the release sheets described above is fixed to the individual packaging sheet 11 on one surface thereof by the release sheet adhesive section 16 which is the 1 st adhesive section of the present invention. Here, in the present embodiment, the front adhesive sections 72 and 72 in contact with the wide section release sheets 13 and 13 have a width direction D W Is arranged in the width direction D of the release sheet adhesive part 16 in contact with the wide-width part release sheets 13, 13 in the unfolded state W At the same position or more inside than it. Thus, when the wide width portion 20 of the sanitary napkin 1 is pinched and the sanitary napkin 1 is intended to be detached from the individual package sheet 11 in the width direction, the force of pulling the wide width portion release sheets 13, 13 from the individual package sheet 11 via the release sheet adhesive portions 16 is more likely to be transmitted to the wide width portion release sheets 13, 13 than the force of pulling the wide width portion release sheets 13, 13 from the sanitary napkin 1 via the front side adhesive portions 72, and therefore the wide width portion release sheets 13, 13 are pulled toward the individual package sheet 11 and are likely to remain on the individual package sheet 11 side, and the sanitary napkin 1 is likely to be detached from the wide width portion release sheets 13, 13.
The front side adhesive parts 72, 72 and the garment-fastening adhesive part 70, which are in contact with the wide-width- part release sheets 13, 13 corresponding to the longitudinal-direction end-part release sheets and the absorbent-body-position release sheet 14, respectively, are arranged in the longitudinal direction D L Is arranged in the longitudinal direction D of a release sheet adhesive section 16 as a 1 st adhesive section in contact with the wide-width section release sheets 13, 13 and the absorbent body position release sheet 14, respectively L At the same position or more inside than it. Thereby, the sanitary napkin 1 is pinched in the longitudinal direction D L The end portion of the sanitary napkin 1 is intended to be oriented in the longitudinal direction D L When the individual packaging sheet 11 is detached, the pulling force that pulls the wide-width- portion release sheets 13, 13 and the absorbent-position release sheet 14 from the individual packaging sheet 11 side is easily transmitted to the wide-width- portion release sheets 13, 13 and the absorbent-position release sheet 14 via the release-sheet adhesive section 16 having a stronger peel strength, and the pulling force is more easily applied to the front-side adhesive sections 72, 72 and the garment-fastening adhesive section 70, so that the pulling force is easily applied from the longitudinal direction D L Make the physiology use the defenderThe raw napkin 1 is released from the individual packaging sheet 11 and the release sheet.
In the present invention, the positional relationship between the 1 st adhesive portion and the 2 nd adhesive portion is not limited to the above-described relationship, and the peel strength when the width direction end portion peel sheet is peeled from the individual package sheet in the width direction can be appropriately adjusted within a range larger than the peel strength when the absorbent article is peeled from the width direction end portion peel sheet in the width direction. In the present invention, in order to make the peel strength when the release sheet is peeled from the individual packaging sheet larger than the peel strength when the absorbent article is peeled from the release sheet, the adhesive force of the adhesive applied to the 1 st adhesive part may be made larger than the adhesive force of the adhesive applied to the 2 nd adhesive part by appropriately changing the type, application amount, application area, and the like of the adhesive applied to the 1 st adhesive part and the adhesive applied to the 2 nd adhesive part. For example, the adhesive applied to the 1 st adhesive part may have a higher adhesive strength than the adhesive strength applied to the 2 nd adhesive part, the amount of the adhesive applied to the 1 st adhesive part may be larger than the amount of the adhesive applied to the 2 nd adhesive part, or the area of the adhesive applied to the 1 st adhesive part may be larger than the area of the adhesive applied to the 2 nd adhesive part. Further, the release sheet may be subjected to release treatment only on the other surface thereof to which the 2 nd adhesive portion is applied, without being subjected to release treatment on the one surface thereof to which the 1 st adhesive portion is applied.
[ adhesive tape ]
In the above embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 (a) and 2, the individual package 10 includes the adhesive tape 12 disposed on the outer surface of the individual package sheet 11 so as to extend over the end portion and other portions of the individual package sheet 11. The adhesive tape 12 is formed of a strip-shaped tape member for sealing the opening end of the individual packaging sheet 11 folded together with the sanitary napkin 1 and maintaining the individual packaged state of the folded sanitary napkin 1.
As the tape member used for the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 12, any tape member known in the art can be used, and examples thereof include a tape member composed of a tape-shaped tape base material (e.g., a film, a nonwoven fabric, paper, etc.) and a pressure-sensitive adhesive (e.g., a rubber-based pressure-sensitive adhesive, an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive, etc.) disposed on the surface of the tape base material. The constituent materials of the film and the nonwoven fabric that can be used as the tape base are not particularly limited, and examples thereof include polyolefin resins such as polyethylene and polypropylene; polyester resins such as polyethylene terephthalate; a polyamide resin; polyurethane resin, and the like. The tape base material may also have stretchability.
In the present invention, the adhesive tape may be disposed in any manner, in which the strength, the ease of opening, and the like required for the adhesive tape are taken into consideration, such as in terms of the configuration, the shape, and the various dimensions.
In the present invention, since the provision of such an adhesive tape 12 is not an essential constituent element, the individual package may not be provided with such an adhesive tape as long as the individual package can be maintained in an individually packaged state by means other than the adhesive tape (for example, a heat-fusion bonding means).
[ method of Forming Individual Package ]
Hereinafter, a method of folding the absorbent article to form the individual package of the present invention (i.e., a method of forming the individual package) will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. Fig. 5 is a perspective view for explaining a folding method of the sanitary napkin 1 for forming the individual package 10.
The sanitary napkin 1 in the unfolded state shown in fig. 5 (a) can be used in the longitudinal direction D as shown in fig. 5 (b) L Extended lengthwise 1 st fold line LW 1 And a 2 nd fold line LW in the length direction 2 On the skin-facing surface S F To form an inner side along the width direction D W After being folded into three, as shown in fig. 5 (c) and 5 (D), respectively, in the width direction D W Extended width direction 1 st fold line LL 1 And a 2 nd fold line LL in the width direction 2 On the skin-facing surface S F To form an inner side along the length direction D L Folded into three, thereby forming the individual package 10 of the above embodiment.
In addition, when the sanitary napkin 1 is folded, the sanitary napkin 1 is connectedIs fixed on the non-skin opposite surface S B The individual package sheets 11 are folded together, and after the folding, the opening end of the folded individual package sheet 11 is sealed with an adhesive tape 12 disposed at the end of the individual package sheet 11 on the outer surface of the individual package sheet 11, thereby maintaining the packaged state.
In the present invention, the folding method of the absorbent article for forming the individual package is not limited to the embodiment described above, and any folding method can be adopted in consideration of the compactness of the individual package, the ease of opening, and the like.
[ detachment method for detaching absorbent article from individually wrapped body ]
The method of separating the sanitary napkin 1 from the individual package of the sanitary napkin 1 according to the present embodiment differs depending on the user, but the sanitary napkin 1 includes the wide portion 20 and the longitudinal direction D L Is larger, it is conceivable to detach the sanitary napkin 1 from the individual package 10 by the following method, for example.
First, the individually packaged bodies 10 in the individually packaged state are each in the longitudinal direction D L And the width direction D W The upper cover is folded in three, and the user firstly puts the independent packaging body 10 along the length direction D L Spread out and then along the width direction D W And (4) unfolding. Sanitary napkin 1 has front side D F Has a wide part 20 at the end, and the user holds the wide part 20 in the width direction D with his or her fingertips W The upper end portion is intended to separate the sanitary napkin 1 in the diagonal direction of the individual packaging sheet 11. At this time, the one of the front side adhesive portions 72, 72 facing the one of the wide-width portion peeling sheets 13, 13 is applied with the direction D directed in the width direction W The force of (c). Even in such a case, the individual package of the sanitary napkin 1 of the present invention can be easily peeled from the wide-width- portion peeling sheets 13, 13 and easily separated from the individual package sheet 11.
After one wide-width-portion release sheet 13 is peeled from the sanitary napkin 1, the other wide-width-portion release sheet 13 and the absorber-position release sheet 14 are also peeled off as the separation of the individual wrapping sheet 11 of the sanitary napkin 1 progresses.
< embodiment 2 >
Hereinafter, embodiment 2 of the individual package of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. In this embodiment, the differences from embodiment 1 will be mainly described. Fig. 6 to 8 are diagrams showing a configuration example of the individually packaged body 10 (individually packaged state) according to the present embodiment. Fig. 6 is a perspective view showing a configuration example of an individual package 10 (an individually packaged state) of the sanitary napkin 1. Fig. 7 is a plan view showing a configuration example of the individual package 10 of the sanitary napkin 1. Fig. 8 is a schematic diagram showing an individual packaging method (a method of forming an individual package 10) of the sanitary napkin 1 according to the embodiment. Fig. 6 and 8 are substantially the same as fig. 1 and 5, respectively, but are different from fig. 1 and 5 in that the positions of the functional layer 21 and the wide-width- portion release sheets 13 and 13 in the individual package 10 are indicated in a readily understandable manner.
Here, the individual package 10 is in the width direction D W Upper quilt length direction 1 th fold line LW 1 And a 2 nd fold line LW in the length direction 2 Divided into three regions. That is, the individual package 10 is in the width direction D W Upper is divided into 1 st fold line LW 1 Outer side (one end side) 1 st widthwise folded part B 1 Specific length direction 2 nd fold line LW 2 The 2 nd widthwise fold B on the outer side (the other end side) 2 And a 1 st longitudinal fold line LW 1 And a 2 nd fold line LW in the length direction 2 A central part B in the width direction between C . In addition, these portions are at the 1 st fold line LW in the length direction of the individual package 10 1 And a 2 nd fold line LW in the length direction 2 The same is said to be the 1 st widthwise folded part B in the case of being folded 1 And the 2 nd widthwise folded part B 2 And a widthwise central portion B C
The individual package 10 is arranged in the longitudinal direction D L Upper quilt width direction 1 th fold line LL 1 And a 2 nd fold line LL in the width direction 2 Divided into three regions. That is, the individual package 10 is in the longitudinal direction D L Is divided into 1 st fold line LL in the width direction 1 Outer side (one end side) 1 st longitudinal folded part A 1 The 2 nd fold line LL in the width direction 2 The 2 nd longitudinal folded part A on the outer side (the other end side) 2 And a 1 st fold line LL in the width direction 1 And the 2 nd fold line LL in the width direction 2 A central part A in the longitudinal direction between C . In addition, these portions are on the 1 st fold line LL in the width direction of the individual package 10 1 And a 2 nd fold line LL in the width direction 2 When the sheet is folded, the sheet is also referred to as a 1 st longitudinal folded part A 1 And the 2 nd longitudinal folded part A 2 And a longitudinal central part A C
In the individual package 10, as shown in fig. 6, the 1 st longitudinal folded part a is in an individually packaged state 1 Including a pair of side portions 63, 63 and a middle portion 61. Here, the pair of side portions 63, 63 are located at the 1 st fold line LW in the longitudinal direction 1 And a 2 nd fold line LW in the length direction 2 At the 1 st longitudinal folded part A 1 In the width direction D of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 12 W Along the length direction D L And (4) extending. In the present embodiment, the one side portion 63 is folded in the 1 st longitudinal direction by the portion A 1 In the width direction D of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 12 W The position of the side edge of one side is the width direction D of the side part 63 W And the end edge of one side is closer to the width direction D than the end edge W The outer portion of (a). The width direction D of the side part 63 W Is the 1 st fold line LW in the length direction 1 The position of (a). The other side 63 is the width direction D of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 12 W The other side edge of (2) is the width direction D of the side part 63 W The end edge of one side is closer to the width direction D than the end edge W The outer side portion of (a). The width direction D of the side part 63 W Is the 2 nd fold line LW in the length direction 2 The position of (a). In another embodiment, the pair of side portions 63, 63 each have a width direction D W Is closer to the inner edge than the width direction D of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 12 W Either inboard or outboard. Wherein the inner or outer side is, for example, in the width direction D W Width direction D of the upper pitch adhesive tape 12 W Edge of less than adhesionWidth direction D of belt 12 W 1/2 of the size of (a).
The intermediate portion 61 is in the width direction D W Is located between the pair of side portions 63, 63 and extends along the longitudinal direction D L And (4) extending. The intermediate portion 61 is in the width direction D W Has the same size as the adhesive tape 12 and contacts both of the pair of side portions 63, 63. In another embodiment, the intermediate portion 61 is in the width direction D W Having a size smaller than that of the adhesive tape 12, is located between the pair of side portions 63, and is in contact with one of the pair of side portions 63, 63. In another embodiment, the intermediate portion 61 is arranged in the width direction D W Has a size smaller than that of the adhesive tape 12, is located between the pair of side portions 63, and does not contact both of the pair of side portions 63, 63.
In the present embodiment, the pair of side portions 63, 63 have higher rigidity than the intermediate portion 61. In other words, the middle portion 61 can be said to be a region of relatively low rigidity in the region between the pair of side portions 63, 63. Therefore, in the width direction D W Of the independent packaging body 10 (the 1 st longitudinal folded part A of) 1 ) When a force is applied, the side portions 63 are less likely to deform, and the middle portion 61 is more likely to deform. Therefore, the width direction D can be released so that the pair of side portions 63, 63 deform relatively little and the middle portion 61 deforms relatively much W The force of (c). Further, since the intermediate portion 61 may be present in a region between the pair of side portions 63, 63 as a region having relatively low rigidity, it is not necessary to provide the intermediate portion in the width direction D W Is present as long as it is present in the width direction D W A partial region of (a) may be sufficient.
In the present embodiment, the 1 st widthwise folded part B 1 And a widthwise central portion B C Width direction D of W One side portion of (2) is laminated on the one side portion 63 in the thickness direction T, and the 2 nd widthwise folded part B 2 And a widthwise central portion B C In the width direction D of W The other side portion of (b) is laminated on the other side portion 63 in the thickness direction T. Therefore, as shown in fig. 7 and the like, the wide-width-portion release sheet 13 is stacked on most of the side portions 63 in the thickness direction T and arranged in the wide direction TThe front side adhesive part 72 (not shown) and the release sheet adhesive part 16 (not shown) of one surface and the other surface of the web release sheet 13, 2 functional layers 21, 2 front surface sheets 2, 2 back surface sheets 3, and 2 individual packaging sheets 11. On the other hand, the intermediate portion 61 is formed by laminating a widthwise central portion B in the thickness direction T C And the 1 st widthwise folded part B 1 And the 2 nd widthwise folded part B 2 Width direction D of W The outer edge of the outer side. Therefore, as shown in fig. 7 and the like, the functional layer 21, 2 front sheets 2, 2 back sheets 3, and 3 individual packaging sheets 11 are stacked in the thickness direction T in most parts of the intermediate portion 61. Here, if the side portions 63 and the intermediate portion 61 are considered to have the same effect on the rigidity of the front sheet 2, the back sheet 3, and the individual packaging sheet 11, the side portions 63 include the front side adhesive portion 72, the wide-width portion release sheet 13, the release sheet adhesive portion 16, and the functional layer 21 more than the intermediate portion 61. Thus, each side portion 63 is formed from more layers than the middle portion 61. In other words, the middle portion 61 can be said to be a region formed of relatively few layers of the region between the pair of side portions 63, 63. Therefore, in the width direction D W Of the independent packaging body 10 (the 1 st longitudinal folded part A of) 1 ) When a force is applied, the side portions 63 are less likely to be deformed, and the middle portion 61 is more likely to be deformed. Therefore, the width direction D can be released so that the pair of side portions 63, 63 deform relatively little and the middle portion 61 deforms relatively much W The force of (c). The intermediate portion 61 need not necessarily be in the width direction D as long as it is a region formed of relatively few layers and is present in a region between the pair of side portions 63, 63 W Exists in the width direction D W A partial region of (a) may be sufficient.
Next, the function of the individually packaged body 10 of the sanitary napkin 1 according to the present embodiment will be described. Fig. 9 is a schematic diagram showing the operation of the individual package 10. The user uses one hand H along the width direction D W By gripping the individual package 10, the individual package 10 may be applied with a force from the width direction D W Force K directed towards the central portion. In this case, when the magnitude of the applied force K is excessively large, the individual package may occur10, in particular the 1 st longitudinal fold a thereof 1 And the 2 nd longitudinal folded part A 2 All deformed into a substantially concave shape along the shape of the palm. In this case, it may be difficult to smoothly pinch the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 12.
Therefore, in the sanitary napkin 1, the folded portion A is folded in the 1 st longitudinal direction 1 The rigidity of each of the pair of side portions 63, 63 located on both sides of the adhesive tape 12 is made higher than the rigidity of the intermediate portion 61 located between the pair of side portions 63, 63. Thus, the first longitudinal folded part A is folded in the 1 st direction 1 Applied from the width direction D W Can make the respective side portions 63 with high rigidity difficult to deform and can make the intermediate portion 61 with low rigidity easy to deform, when a force K is applied to the central portion from both end portions of (a). Alternatively, in the sanitary napkin 1, the folded part A is folded in the 1 st longitudinal direction 1 Reinforcing members (exemplified by at least one of the functional layer 21, the front side adhesive portion 72, the wide-width portion release sheet 13, the release sheet adhesive portion 16, and other sheet members) are disposed inside each of the pair of side portions 63, 63. Thus, the first longitudinal folded part A is folded in the 1 st direction 1 Applied from the width direction D W When the force K is applied to the central portion from both end portions, the side portions including the reinforcing member can be made less likely to be deformed, and the intermediate portion not including the reinforcing member can be made more likely to be deformed.
However, the intermediate portion 61 is fixed to the 2 nd longitudinal folded portion a by the adhesive tape 12 2 But is slightly difficult to deform. Therefore, the first longitudinal folded part A is folded in the 1 st direction 1 Applied from the width direction D W When a force K is applied to the center portion from both end portions of the pair of side portions 63, the portion near the boundary with the middle portion 61 is mainly deformed. Specifically, the longitudinal direction D L As a result, the 1 st longitudinal folded part A was observed 1 Of the pair of side portions 63, the portion near the boundary with the intermediate portion 61 is deformed, and the width direction D of the individual package 10 with respect to the pair of side portions 63, 63 W The portions corresponding to the both end portions of the sheet stand up from the intermediate portion 61 as a base point. That is, the middle portion 61 is a kind of broken line (or base point), and the side portions 63, 63 on both sides thereof stand up to form a substantially V-shape. At this time, the 2 nd longitudinal folded part A 2 Is deformed in a substantially concave shape, but its width directionD W Less stands up in the outer portion of (2). Thus, the folded part A is folded in the 2 nd longitudinal direction 2 Gaps V are respectively created between the pair of side portions 63, 63. When these gaps V are formed, the user inserts a finger into any one of the gaps V naturally, and pinches the 2 nd longitudinal folded part A of the side part 63 2 And pulled apart to release the adhesive tape 12. Here, since the pair of side portions 63 and 63 have relatively high rigidity, the force to be pulled apart can be easily transmitted to the adhesive tape 12. Thus, the user can easily open the individual package 10 by inserting a finger into the gap V, pinching the side portion 63, and peeling the adhesive tape 12. That is, it is possible to provide the individual package 10 of the sanitary napkin 1 which can be easily opened even when the individual package 10 is held by one hand H and opened by the other hand.
Here, the side portion 63 is relatively high in rigidity (or hardly deformed), but the side portion 63 as a whole need not be high in rigidity as long as the rigidity is locally high. The area of the region of the side portion 63 having high rigidity (or being difficult to deform) is 30% or more, preferably 40% or more, more preferably 50% or more, and still more preferably 60% or more of the entire area of the side portion 63 in a plan view. In addition, in consideration of the range of arrangement of the finger to which the force K is applied, the side portion 63 has a region with high rigidity (or is difficult to deform) in the longitudinal direction D in a plan view L The dimension of (b) is given as the longitudinal direction D of the side part 63 L Is 30% or more, preferably 40% or more, more preferably 50% or more, and further preferably 60% or more of the size of (b). In addition, from the viewpoint of resistance to the force K, the width direction D of the region where the rigidity of the side portion 63 is high (or is hard to deform) in plan view W The dimension (D) can be listed as the width direction D of the side part 63 W Is preferably 70% or more, more preferably 80% or more, and further preferably 90% or more.
On the other hand, the intermediate portion 61 is low in rigidity (or easily deformed), but the entire region between the pair of side portions 63, 63 does not need to be low in rigidity as long as the rigidity is locally low. The region between the pair of side portions 63, 63 has low rigidity in plan viewThe area of the region(s) of (2) is 40% or more, preferably 50% or more, more preferably 60% or more, and even more preferably 70% or more of the entire area of the region between the pair of side portions 63, 63. Further, from the viewpoint that the intermediate portion 61 functions as a kind of folding line, the longitudinal direction D of the region between the pair of side portions 63, which has low rigidity (or is easily deformed), is viewed in plan L The maximum dimension of (2) can be listed as the longitudinal direction D of the side part 63 L Is 60% or more, preferably 70% or more, more preferably 80% or more, and further preferably 90% or more. In addition, from the viewpoint that the intermediate portion 61 functions as a kind of folding line, the width direction D of the region having low rigidity (or easily deformable) between the pair of side portions 63, 63 is seen in plan view W The maximum dimension of (2) can be enumerated as the width direction D of the entire region between the pair of side portions 63, 63 W Preferably 20% or more, more preferably 30% or more, and further preferably 40% or more of the size of (b).
As a method of relatively increasing the rigidity (or the difficulty of deformation) of each of the pair of side portions 63, as described above, the following method may be mentioned: the side portion 63 is formed of a relatively large number of layers by adding layers not included in the intermediate portion 61 (for example, at least the wide-width portion release sheet 13, preferably the front side adhesive portion 72, the release sheet adhesive portion 16) or a small number of layers (functional layers 21) if included, to the side portion 63. Such at least the wide-width portion release sheet 13, preferably the functional layer 21, the front-side adhesive portion 72, the release sheet adhesive portion 16, and the like can be said to be reinforcing members for reinforcing the rigidity of the side portions 63. Alternatively, as a method of relatively improving the rigidity, as described above, there can be a method of: the already included material such as the sheet member is arranged to be included in the side portion 63 and not included in the intermediate portion 61, or the rigidity of the material arranged in the side portion 63 is increased so that the rigidity of the side portion 63 becomes high. As a method of improving the rigidity of the material, there can be a method of changing the material, a method of changing the thickness, or the like. Alternatively, as a method of relatively increasing the rigidity, there is a method of inserting a member having relatively high rigidity, such as a sheet member, other than the release sheet, as a reinforcing member into the whole or part of the side portion 63 in a plan view.
The comparison of the rigidity (or the difficulty of deformation) between the side portions 63 and the intermediate portion 61 can be performed by comparing the measurement results of the pushing force described below. The press-in force is measured as the magnitude of a load required when a predetermined jig is pressed into a substantially plate-shaped sample by a predetermined distance in the thickness direction. The larger the pressing force is, the more difficult the deformation is, and thus the higher the rigidity can be said to be. The device for measuring the insertion force comprises: a sample stage; a hole portion extending inward from an upper surface of the sample stage; a fixing member for fixing the sample to an upper surface of the sample stage; a cylindrical jig which is disposed above the sample stage and which can pass through the hole; and a digital load cell for measuring a load applied to the jig. The measurement method is a method in which a sample is placed on the upper surface of a sample stage so that a measurement target region covers a hole, the sample is fixed by a fixture, and a load applied to the fixture is measured when the fixture is lowered from above the sample toward the hole. The measurement method is specifically performed as follows.
(1) Cutting at the 1 st fold line LW in the length direction 1 And a 2 nd fold line LW in the length direction 2 At the 1 st longitudinal folded part A which is folded 1 As a sample. For example, the 1 st longitudinal folded part A of the sample is folded in a plurality of rectangular measurement target regions having a 2mm square 1 And (5) dividing.
(2) So that the plane direction (longitudinal direction D) of the sample L And the width direction D W ) The sample is placed on the upper surface of the sample stage in parallel with the upper surface of the sample stage and fixed by a fixing member. The sample stage has a hole (diameter 20mm × depth 10 mm) extending inward from the upper surface of the sample stage substantially perpendicularly. The sample is fixed so that the center of one measurement target region is located at the center of the hole.
(3) The sample stage is set on the stage (the sample stage may be set on the stage in advance). Wherein the table has a columnar member extending upward in the vertical direction. A digital load cell (FGP-5: manufactured by NIDEC-SHAPO K.K.) in which a cylindrical jig (diameter: 2 mm. Times. Length: 100 mm) was connected to the tip of a probe was attached to the columnar member. The jig is disposed above the hole of the sample stage in the vertical direction so that the distal end of the jig contacts the measurement target region of the sample. At this time, the jig moves perpendicularly to the plane direction of the sample, and the sample can be pushed in the thickness direction T.
(4) The jig was moved vertically downward at a speed of 30mm/min to press the region to be measured of the sample by 1mm in the thickness direction T. The maximum load (N) measured by the digital force gauge at this time was recorded.
(5) A folded part A in the 1 st longitudinal direction 1 In (2), the measurement target region is sequentially changed, and the measurements (1) to (4) are repeated to the 1 st longitudinal folded part A 1 The measurement was performed as a whole.
(6) The measurements (1) to (5) were repeated for N different samples (N is a natural number of 3 or more), and the average value of these measurements was used as the pushing force.
The rigidity (or the degree of difficulty of deformation) of the side portions and the intermediate portion can be compared with each other depending on the number and types of layers included in the side portions and the intermediate portion. For example, the side portion 63 includes layers not included in the intermediate portion 61 (exemplified by the front side adhesive portion 72, the wide portion release sheet 13, and the release sheet adhesive portion 16) and a small number of layers (exemplified by the functional layer 21) if included. Thus, the side portions 63 can be made significantly stiffer (or less deformable) than the middle portion 61. Alternatively, the side portions 63 include reinforcing members that are significantly stiffer (or less deformable), so long as the intermediate portion 61 is not included, the side portions 63 can be significantly stiffer (or less deformable) than the intermediate portion 61.
In another embodiment, the reinforcing member (exemplified by the functional layer 21, the front side adhesive portion 72, the wide-width portion release sheet 13, and the release sheet adhesive portion 16) partially extends from each of the pair of side portions 63, 63 to the adjacent intermediate portion 61 in the width direction D W Of the end portion of (a). That is, the reinforcing member extends from the side portion 63 to the inside of the intermediate portion 61 (the end portion range thereof) beyond the end edge of the intermediate portion 61 adjacent to the side portion 63. Therefore, the desired fold A is formed in the 2 nd longitudinal direction by pinching the side part 63 2 When the force is pulled open, the force can be more reliableThe force is transmitted to the adhesive tape 12. That is, the user can more easily open the individual package 10. The end portion means a range of 30% of the entire range from both end edges of the entire range.
