In this embodiment, referring to fig. 6, the outer end of the knob 51 (the force applying portion of the knob 51) extends out of the first housing 11, a circle of flange 511 is circumferentially disposed on the sidewall of the knob 51, and in the first correcting portion, the inner end of the ferrule 21 extends into the mounting portion 1 to block the inner sidewall of the flange 511 of the knob 51, so that the knob 51 cannot move inward; a buckle plate 8 is fixedly arranged on the outer end face of the first shell 11, and the buckle plate 8 is arranged on the first shell 11 and then is abutted against the outer side wall of the flange 511 so as to block the outer side wall of the flange 511 of the knob 51 and prevent the knob 51 from moving outwards; under the common restriction of the inner ends of the pinch plate 8 and the cutting sleeve 21, the knob 51 can only rotate between the inner end of the cutting sleeve 21 and the pinch plate 8, so that the knob 51 is prevented from falling off.
A row of first through holes 211 are formed in the side wall of one side of the cutting sleeve 21 at intervals, and through holes 212 extending along the length direction of the cutting sleeve 21 are formed in the side wall of the cutting sleeve 21 opposite to the side wall of the first through holes 211; the adjusting plate 22 is provided with a second through hole 221 corresponding to the first through hole 211.
