The first driving mechanism 8 drives all the monomer clamps 7 to rise by the height of one monomer clamp 7, so that the dental handpiece 6 sleeved with the wiping sleeve 201 rises to a wiping position D, the dental handpiece 6 filled with oil rises to a pre-wiping position C, and the dental handpiece 6 adjacent to the lower part of the original oil level B rises to an oil filling position B. The difference between this embodiment and embodiment 1 is that an oscillation position E is added in the box 9 in this embodiment, so that the dental handpiece 6 sleeved with the wiping sleeve 201 in the pre-wiping position C first oscillates under the action of the oscillation mechanism, so that the residual lubricating oil at the end of the oil hole 601 drains into the wiping sleeve 201 and is absorbed by the right portion of the wiping sleeve 201 under the oscillation action, and then the wiping sleeve 201 is driven to rotate and wipe by the wiping mechanism 5 when entering the wiping position D.
