Description

Fastening nail seat, nail rod locking device and spine fixing system
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a fastening nail seat, a nail rod locking device and a spine fixing system.
Background
The spinal fixator is a frequently used instrument for treating diseases such as vertebral body sliding, spinal stenosis and spinal degeneration in clinic. The spinal fixator is mainly composed of a screw seat barrel, a set screw, a pedicle screw, a connecting rod, a transverse connecting rod and the like.
The key link of the spine fixator is that the connecting rod is fixed between the set screw and the pedicle screw by the set screw.
In prior spinal fixation devices, the set screw is typically threadedly connected to the cartridge barrel, and the threads are conventional standard or negative angle threads. The two threaded connection modes have poor locking effect and insufficient anti-loosening function.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to a fastening nail seat, a nail rod locking device and a spine fixation system, which help solve the above-mentioned problems.
The invention is realized by the following steps:
a fastening nail seat comprises a nail seat barrel and a fastening screw; the set screw is coaxially arranged with the nail seat barrel, and the set screw is arranged in the nail seat barrel; the set screw is in threaded connection with the nail seat barrel through a hook lock thread; in the radial section of the set screw, the section of the external thread of the set screw is L-shaped, the section comprises an extension section and a hook lock section, the hook lock section is connected with the body of the set screw through the extension section, and the extension direction of the hook lock section is opposite to the screwing direction of the set screw; the side wall of the nail seat barrel is provided with two opposite guide grooves, the guide grooves extend along the axis direction of the nail seat barrel and are used for being placed into a connecting rod of a vertebral fixing system along the direction vertical to the axis of the nail seat barrel; and driving the set screw to move in the nail seat barrel, wherein the set screw can push the connecting rod to move along the axial direction of the nail seat barrel.
The working principle of the fastening nail seat is as follows:
in screwing the set screw with the external screw thread as the hook lock screw thread into the nail seat barrel with the internal screw thread as the hook lock screw thread, compared with the conventional screw thread and the negative angle screw thread, the set screw and the nail seat barrel can achieve the interlocking effect, and the good locking and anti-loosening purposes can be realized.
Further, the extension section is inclined toward the withdrawal direction of the set screw. The technical effects are as follows: the extension is similar to the extension of the negative angle thread, but the end of the extension in the hook lock thread is not a sharp end, but rather is connected to the hook lock section. At this time, the connecting rod is positioned in front of the set screw, and the tighter the set screw presses the connecting rod, the greater the reaction force of the connecting rod to the set screw is, the greater the embracing force of the hook lock thread to the set screw body (due to the extending direction of the hook lock section being opposite to the screwing direction of the set screw) is, so the stronger the locking and retaining capabilities of the set screw in the fastening screw seat are.
Further, the nail seat barrel is provided with an annular lead-in groove; the annular lead-in groove is arranged on the end face, placed into the set screw, of the nail seat barrel and is coaxial with the nail seat barrel; the diameter of the annular lead-in groove is equal to the diameter of the external thread of the set screw. The technical effects are as follows: the annular lead-in groove is favorable for smoothly putting the set screw into the inner cavity of the screw seat barrel, avoids the situations of thread slipping, tooth staggering and the like when the set screw is screwed in, and reduces the probability of damage of the set screw in the operation.
Further, the set screw is provided with a first annular groove; the first ring groove is arranged on the outer side of the set screw in a winding mode. The technical effects are as follows: the arrangement of the first ring groove reduces the cross sectional area of the set screw at the first ring groove and reduces the bearable shearing force at the position. When the degree of depth reasonable in design of first annular, screw into holding screw hard and will make holding screw fracture in first annular department, prevent excessively to extrude the connective bar and damaged the structure of hook lock screw thread.
Further, the external thread of the set screw is disposed between the front end of the set screw and the first ring groove. The technical effects are as follows: after the set screw is broken, only the threads between the front end of the set screw and the first annular groove bear the threaded connection effect, so that the threads are not arranged on other outer side walls of the set screw. And, a part of the broken fastening screw is easier to be taken out from the nail seat barrel because the screw thread is not arranged.
Further, the nail seat barrel is provided with a second ring groove; the second annular groove is arranged on the outer side of the nail seat barrel in a surrounding mode. The technical effects are as follows: the second ring groove functions similarly to the first ring groove, and when the nail holder barrel is too long, the redundant part can be removed by screwing the nail holder barrel.
A nail rod locking device comprises a connecting rod, a plurality of pedicle screws and the fastening nail seat, wherein the connecting rod penetrates through a plurality of nail seat cylinders through the guide grooves, and the pedicle screws are arranged in the nail seat cylinders; the set screw, the connecting rod and the pedicle screw are sequentially arranged in the screw seat barrel.
Furthermore, the pedicle screw is connected with the screw seat barrel through the head of the pedicle screw, and the axis of the pedicle screw can be superposed with the axis of the screw seat barrel or crossed in an inclined angle. The technical effects are as follows: the through hole for installing the pedicle screw is a universal through hole, so that the pedicle screw can be placed into a skeleton in a larger angle range, and the requirement of the installation space of the nail-rod locking device in an operation is met.
The spinal fixation system comprises a cross link rod and at least two nail rod locking devices, wherein one end of the cross link rod is connected with one connecting rod, and the other end of the cross link rod is connected with the other connecting rod.
Further, the length of the cross link can be adjusted. The technical effects are as follows: the length of the cross-linking rod is adjustable, so that the height and the bone size of different patients can be met, the adaptability of the spine fixing system is stronger, and the surgical needs of more people can be met under the condition that instruments do not need to be replaced. Specifically, the cross link rod can be a telescopic structure formed by sleeving a straight rod and a sleeve, and can also be fixedly arranged on one connecting rod at one end of the cross link rod, and the other end of the cross link rod is in threaded connection with the corresponding connecting rod.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
according to the fastening screw seat, the screw rod locking device and the spine fixing system, the connecting rod is tightly pressed by the fastening screw, the fastening screw is in threaded connection with the screw seat barrel through the hook lock thread, the hook lock thread enables the fastening screw and the screw seat barrel to be interlocked, and the locking and anti-loosening functions of the fastening screw are improved.
