Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a clip device used in conjunction with an endoscope and a clip portion thereof, and more particularly, to a clip device used for hemostasis in suturing an operation wound under an endoscope or for preventing delayed hemostasis, for temporarily clipping a tissue to fix another instrument, or for use in applications such as position marking.
Background
In the prior art, the following clamping devices or hemostats are used to clamp tissue to achieve the purposes of closing a wound, stopping bleeding or preventing delayed bleeding:
in the patent document with the patent application number of CN201310272522.2 published in china, a hemostatic clamp is disclosed, which adopts a release mode of breaking a connecting piece and a fixing mode of fixing a push-pull seat and a clamping piece by an elastic spring leaf on the wall of a clamp tube, and the fixing mode of releasing the clamping piece of the hemostatic clamp is exposed, so that the hemostatic clamp has a risk of loosening and the clamping piece releasing process is troublesome.
In the patent document with the patent application number of CN201220250652.7 published in China, an elastic claw is arranged in a separating ring with a movable opening ring in series, the separating ring is straightened to achieve the purpose of releasing when the separating ring is released, the flange of the elastic claw is clamped into a hemostatic clamp in a fixing mode of a concave ring of a containing pipe, the force of the instrument for opening the separating ring is mutually perpendicular to the force borne by the separating ring, so that the separating ring and the clamping piece are difficult to loosen, and the containing pipe and a handle are released in a mode of extruding and opening the claw, and the structure is complex and the operation is laborious.
In the patent document with the patent application number of CN201410222753.7 published in china, a hemostatic clamp is disclosed, in which a sliding groove is provided in the middle of a clamping arm, and a bending structure at the end of the sliding groove is locked by opening and closing a clamp body through reciprocating motion along the sliding groove. The clamping arm of the instrument is provided with a groove, so that the processing difficulty and cost are increased, and the special shape of the clamping arm ensures that the clamping arm has smaller elasticity and is not firm to clamp; in addition, the deformation of the steel wire buckle of the device enables the steel wire buckle to be loosened from the clamping arm, and the steel wire buckle has an opening gap, so that accidental loosening can be generated when the clamp body is pushed repeatedly, and the use stability is affected.
In U.S. published patent application No. US8062311B2, a hemostatic clamp is disclosed that requires a yoke to restrain the advance and stop of the clip, and that retains the yoke in the patient, and that has barbed holes in the clamp tube, which is also inconvenient to use.
As can be seen from the above, in the release of the conventional clip device, the separation of the clamping portion and the release portion is realized by the fracture mode of the connecting member or the connecting sheet or other structural parts, so that there are fracture residues or fragments splashing, or there are many parts and the structure is relatively complex, and various functions are dispersed in different parts, which results in poor process reliability, more parts remaining in the patient, and a relatively long total length after clipping. Therefore, the patent document with publication number CN108013914A discloses an improved hemostatic clamp used under an endoscope, the clamp part of which comprises clamping pieces, a clamp tube, a stop pin, a connecting pin, a push-pull seat and a connecting tube for connecting a mandrel, wherein the push-pull seat is arranged in the clamp tube and can move back and forth, the connecting tube is fixed at the rear end of the push-pull seat, the clamping pieces are elastic metal sheets, the tails of the clamping pieces are provided with open holes, the connecting pin penetrates through the holes of the two clamping pieces and is fixed with the front end of the push-pull seat, and one side of the hole at the tail of the clamping piece is provided with a first protruding part which is turned over outwards; the tail part of the inner wall of the clamp pipe is provided with a circle of stopping parts, when the two clamping pieces are clamped tightly, the protruding parts at the tail parts of the clamping pieces are clamped on the stopping parts, and the stop pin is fixed at the front part of the clamp pipe so as to limit the push-pull seat to slide out of the clamp pipe. In this structure, have the strengthening rib on the clamping piece, clamping-force is big, and the release does not have fracture piece, can realize reducing the characteristics of keeping the section length when bigger opening. However, the inventor believes that the structure has more parts, complex assembly structure, more process steps, unreliable movable positioning between the clamping piece and the push-pull seat, inconvenient and reliable operation, and further improvement and reduction of manufacturing cost are still needed. Chinese patent document No. CN110464410A is an improvement based on the former patent, and discloses a clip device and a clamping portion thereof for cooperating with an endoscope, wherein a connecting portion is disposed at the front end of a push-pull seat, the front portion of the connecting portion protrudes towards the left and right sides to form radial pin portions, the tails of two clips are respectively sleeved on the two radial pin portions through holes to realize the movable connection between the clips and the push-pull seat.
