The infant pillow of claim 1 wherein the pillow body is cloud-shaped and the sides of the pillow body are curved surfaces that naturally diverge; the transverse maximum length of the pillow body is 40cm, the longitudinal maximum length is 25cm, and the side edge thickness is 2.5-3cm when no insert is inserted.

The infant pillow according to claim 1, wherein insert fixing layers are fixed to edges of two sides of the back surface of the pillow surface layer, a containing cavity for containing the insert is formed between the insert fixing layers and the pillow surface layer, one end of each insert fixing layer is provided with a socket, and an elastic band for fixing and adjusting is arranged at the socket.
5. The infant pillow of any one of claims 1 or 4 wherein one end of the tab conforms to the shape of the pillow edge and the tab increases in thickness in a direction extending from the socket to the pillow edge when the tab is placed in the cavity.
6. The infant pillow according to claim 5, wherein the insert comprises an insert surface layer and an inner filling, the insert surface layer is a regenerated fiber probiotic fabric which is prepared by blending 40-50% of regenerated cellulose fiber and 50-60% of polyester fiber and is subjected to probiotic microcapsule post-finishing, and the inner filling is bionic honeycomb cotton prepared from environment-friendly polyester fiber.
7. The infant pillow of claim 6 wherein the insert is 15-18cm long, 10-13cm wide and 2.5-4cm thick at its maximum.
8. A method of making an infant pillow as defined in any one of claims 1-7, comprising:
step S1: according to the design draft of the baby pillow, a modeling mold matched with the size and the shape of the baby pillow and a 3D template of the insert are arranged;
step S2: distributing bionic honeycomb cotton with different thicknesses according to concave-convex parts on the modeling mould;
step S3: uniformly spraying hot melt adhesive on the bionic honeycomb cotton through an air pressure spray gun;
step S4: placing the modeling mold on hot melting equipment, melting the hot melt adhesive by the hot melting equipment in a specific temperature environment and a specific pressure environment within a certain time, and in the process of cooling and solidifying the hot melt adhesive, adhering and fixing the bionic honeycomb cotton and the pillow surface layer, and primarily molding the baby pillow;
step S5: the insert fixing layer is arranged on two sides of the reverse side of the pillow surface layer and is fixed through sewing, and an elastic band is additionally arranged at the insert opening of the insert fixing layer and is used for fixing and adjusting the insert;
step S6: then, the periphery of the baby pillow is stitched with a special cloth to form a rolling strip with a certain width to wrap the periphery of the baby pillow, and the baby pillow is molded;
step S7: a pair of insert sheets are selectively placed in a cavity formed by the insert sheet fixing layer and the reverse surface of the pillow surface layer.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein said hot melt adhesive is a PUR hot melt adhesive.
10. The method as claimed in claim 8, wherein in step S4, the hot melting device completes the hot melting and curing of the hot melt adhesive at a high temperature of 100-.
