The control screen 10 is used for regulating and controlling the temperature of the perfusate, the flow rate of the perfusate and the host of the mechanical perfusion apparatus for the medical isolated organ. The control screen 10 is mechanically decoupled from the host computer. The control panel 10 and the hanging rod 30 are both arranged on the supporting component 20. The hanging rod 30 is mechanically separated from the host, and the hanging rod 30 is used for hanging an infusion container.
It should be noted that "mechanically separate" in mechanical separation of the control panel 10 from the host computer means that the control panel 10 is not connected to the host computer, or the control panel 10 is not mounted on the host computer. Similarly, "mechanically separated" in the mechanical separation of the hanger 30 from the host means that the hanger 30 is not connected to the host or that the hanger 30 is not attached to the host.
On the one hand, the control screen 10 and the hanging rod 30 are mechanically separated from the host, that is, are not arranged on the host again, so that the structural volume of the host can be reduced, and the host is convenient to transport; on the other hand, the control screen 10 can be used for regulating and controlling the temperature of the perfusate, the flow rate of the perfusate and a host machine for opening and closing the mechanical perfusion equipment of the medical isolated organ, which is equivalent to combining the traditional temperature control screen, the flow control screen 10 and the operating system screen together to form a screen, so that the structural volume of the host machine can be greatly reduced, and the operation is convenient; in addition, the control screen 10 and the hanging rod 30 are arranged on the supporting component 20, various operation positions are relatively centralized, and the operation is more convenient.
In addition, it should be noted that, when the ventilator is disposed on the host, the control screen 10 can also be used to control the ventilator to perform related actions, so that the screen for controlling the ventilator does not need to be separately disposed on the host, so that the control operation becomes simplified, and meanwhile, the volume of the host can be reduced, so that the host can be transported conveniently.
Further, the support assembly 20 includes a main rod 21, a first cantilever 22, and a second cantilever 23. One end of the first cantilever 22 is connected to the main lever 21, and the other end of the first cantilever 22 is connected to the control screen 10. Thus, the support assembly 20 has a simple structure, and can simultaneously support the control screen 10 and the hanging rod 30. In addition, the control screen 10 and the hanging rod 30 are respectively positioned at two sides of the main rod 21, so that the balance effect is achieved, and the side turning is not easy. In addition, be the detachable integrated configuration between mobile jib 21, first cantilever 22, second cantilever 23, control panel 10 and the peg 30, in the transportation like this, decompose into each little spare part with the screen peg device of medical isolated organ machinery perfusion apparatus, transport spare part can, occupation space is less, so be convenient for transport, transportation cost is lower.
Referring to fig. 3 to 5, fig. 3 is a schematic top view illustrating a screen hanging bar apparatus of a mechanical perfusion apparatus for an isolated organ for medical use according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 4 is a schematic cross-sectional view of fig. 3 in A-A direction, and fig. 5 is an enlarged schematic view of fig. 4 at C. Further, the support assembly 20 also includes a stationary shaft 24. The fixed shaft 24 is fixedly arranged at the end part of the main rod 21, and the fixed shaft 24 is connected with the main rod 21 in a shaft end positioning and base meter screw fixing mode. The first cantilever 22 has a plug 221 at an end thereof, the fixed shaft 24 has a recess 241 corresponding to the plug 221, the plug 221 is fitted into the recess 241, a rotary sleeve 242 is provided between the plug 221 and an inner wall of the recess 241, and the rotary sleeve 242 is fitted over the plug 221. In order to meet the use requirements of rotation strength, wear and the like, the rotating shaft sleeve 242 is made of a POM sleeve body, however, the rotating shaft sleeve 242 may be made of other wear-resistant materials, and the invention is not limited thereto. The rotating shaft sleeve 242 is in clearance fit with the outer wall of the insert block 221, and the first cantilever 22 can rotate on a plane perpendicular to the main rod 21. When the first boom 22 is rotated to a preset position, the rotation sleeve 242 and the insert 221 are positioned by, for example, a base screw, so that the first boom 22 is fixed with respect to the main rod 21.
Referring again to FIG. 2, in one embodiment, support assembly 20 further includes a mounting assembly 25 disposed between first arm 22 and control screen 10. The mounting assembly 25 includes a first mounting plate 251, a base 252, and a connection block 253. The back of the control screen 10 is detachably mounted on a first mounting plate 251, the first mounting plate 251 is connected with a base 252, the base 252 is rotatably connected with a connecting block 253, and the connecting block 253 is connected with the first cantilever 22. Specifically, the rotation mode of the base 252 and the connection block 253 is damped rotation, that is, the base 252 and the connection block 253 are connected by a damped rotation shaft, for example. When the angle between the base 252 and the connecting block 253 is adjusted, the angle position of the control screen 10 can be correspondingly adjusted, so that the viewing is facilitated.
Referring to fig. 1, 4 and 6, fig. 6 illustrates a cross-sectional view of fig. 3 in the direction B-B. In one embodiment, the boom 21 is provided with a first routing channel 211 and the first boom 22 is provided with a second routing channel, which is in communication with the first routing channel 211. The control wires of the control panel 10 are disposed in the first routing channel 211 and the second routing channel. Thus, the control wires of the control screen 10 are hidden in the first routing channel 211 and the second routing channel, and the routing channels play a role in protecting the control wires, so that the control wires can be prevented from being damaged. Specifically, the first routing channel 211 extends from one end of the main bar 21 to the other end of the main bar 21, the end of the first cantilever 22 is connected to the top end of the main bar 21, and the second routing channel extends from one end to the other end of the first cantilever 22.
Referring to fig. 1, 4 and 6, in one embodiment, a first sleeve 231 is disposed at one end of the second cantilever 23, and the first sleeve 231 is sleeved on the main rod 21. The first sleeve 231 is a locking sleeve with adjustable tightness. Thus, after the relative positions of the second cantilever 23 and the main rod 21 are determined, the locking sleeve is locked and fixed, so that the second cantilever 23 and the main rod 21 are connected and fixedly combined together. When the position of the second cantilever 23 needs to be adjusted, the locking sleeve can be released, and the position of the second cantilever 23 can be adjusted up and down along the main rod 21 or rotated. Specifically, the first sleeve 231 is provided with an opening extending from one end to the other end, and two abutment plates 2311 located at both sides of the opening, locking holes are formed in the abutment plates 2311, and the two abutment plates 2311 are connected through the locking holes by locking members. The locking member is, for example, a combination of a screw and a nut, when the nut is tightened, the two abutting plates 2311 can be made to approach each other so that the first sleeve 231 is fastened to the main rod 21, and when the nut is loosened, the two abutting plates 2311 are separated from each other, and at this time, the first sleeve 231 correspondingly loosens the main rod 21. The locking member may be a pin, a rope, or the like, and is not limited herein.
Referring to fig. 1, 4 and 6, further, a second sleeve 232 is disposed at the other end of the second cantilever 23, and the second sleeve 232 is rotatably sleeved on the hanging rod 30. The second sleeve 232 is secured to the hanger bar 30 by fasteners 233. Thus, after the relative positions of the second cantilever 23 and the hanging rod 30 are determined, the second cantilever 23 and the hanging rod 30 are fixedly combined together by fastening the second cantilever by the fastening member 233. When the position of the infusion container on the hanging rod 30 needs to be adjusted, the fastening piece 233 can be loosened, and the height position of the hanging rod 30 can be adjusted up and down or the angle position of the hanging rod 30 can be adjusted by rotating. Specifically, the second sleeve 232 is provided with a through hole, a screw hole corresponding to the position of the through hole is formed in the side wall of the hanging rod 30, and the fastening piece 233 is, for example, a screw rod or a screw, and the fastening piece 233 passes through the through hole and is installed in the screw hole. Further, in order to facilitate the rotation of the adjusting fastener 233, the fastener 233 is connected with a knob, and the rotation of the fastener 233 can be facilitated by driving the knob to rotate, so that the second sleeve 232 can be conveniently adjusted to loosen or fix the hanging rod 30.
It should be noted that, in infringement comparison, the "fastener 233" may be a "portion of the knob", that is, the "fastener 233" is integrally manufactured with the "other portion of the knob"; or a separate component which is separable from the other part of the knob, i.e., the fastener 233 can be manufactured separately and then combined with the other part of the knob into a whole.
Referring to fig. 1, 4 and 6, in one embodiment, the bottom of the boom 21 is provided with a second mounting plate 26. The second mounting plate 26 is adapted to be removably mounted to a wall or a side wall of the host computer. In this way, in the actual use process, the second mounting plate 26 is mounted on the wall or the side wall of the host machine, so that the main rod 21 is fixed, and the main rod 21 can better support the control screen 10 and the infusion container on the hanging rod 30.
Referring to fig. 1, 4 and 6, in one embodiment, a hanging member 31 is provided at the top end of the hanging rod 30. The hanging member 31 comprises a connecting rod 311 and a plurality of hooks 312 circumferentially arranged around the connecting rod 311 at intervals. The hook 312 is used for hanging an infusion container. The infusion container is, for example, an infusion bag, an infusion bottle or an infusion tank.
Referring to fig. 1, 4 and 6, in one embodiment, the support assembly 20 further includes a pinch valve 27 and a retaining plate 28. The pinch valve 27 is used for adjusting the flow opening of the delivery tube of the infusion container, and the pinch valve 27 is mounted on the second cantilever 23 through a fixing plate 28. The pinch valve 27 not only can be used for adjusting the flow opening of the delivery tube of the infusion container, but also has a certain fixing effect on the delivery tube.
Referring to fig. 1, 4 and 6, in one embodiment, a medical isolated organ mechanical perfusion apparatus includes a screen hanging bar device of any of the above embodiments of the medical isolated organ mechanical perfusion apparatus.
