一种基于区块链的权利管理方法、装置、系统及存储介质，该管理方法包括：接收第一权利声明事务请求并将第一权利声明事务请求记录在区块链中，以及接收第二权利声明事务请求并将第二权利声明事务请求记录在区块链中。第一权利声明事务请求包括对于第一权利的第一权利声明以及第一权利衍生许可合约；第二权利声明事务请求包括对于第二权利的第二权利声明以及第二权利使用许可合约，第二权利声明包括第二权利基于第一权利，第二权利使用许可合约被执行时触发第一权利衍生许可合约。该方法可方便地管理衍生权利的声明、许可等事务。
