Step 506, after the access network agrees to obtain the SI related statistical information counted by the terminal, the access network sends a terminal statistical information obtaining request message through a dedicated signaling, and the message includes indication information for requesting the terminal to provide the SI related statistical information.

sending an acquisition request message to the terminal under the condition that the indication information indicates that the terminal can report system information statistical information;
and receiving a reply message sent by the terminal according to the acquisition request message, wherein the reply message comprises the system information statistical information.
8. The method according to claim 7, wherein the receiving the indication information sent by the terminal comprises:
receiving any one of the following messages sent by the terminal, wherein the message comprises the indication information;
a connection establishment completion message, a connection reestablishment completion message, a connection restoration completion message, and a reconfiguration completion message.
9. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
adjusting the system information broadcast type corresponding to the cell according to the system information statistical information; and/or
And adjusting system resource scheduling configuration information according to the system information statistical information, wherein the system resource scheduling configuration information is related to the system information request.
10. The method of claim 1, wherein the system information statistics comprise first system information statistics and/or second system information statistics;
the sending the system information statistical information to the MDT data collection node includes:
and sending the first system information statistical information and/or the second system information statistical information to the MDT data collection node.

14. The method of claim 13, wherein the determining whether the statistical trigger condition is satisfied according to the statistical configuration information comprises:
determining that the statistical trigger condition is satisfied when at least one of:
the area position of the cell in which the terminal is positioned belongs to the area range indicated by the statistical range configuration information;
the RAT type corresponding to the service cell where the terminal is located at present is one of the RAT types indicated by the configuration information of the statistical RAT list;
and the PLMN where the terminal is located belongs to one of the PLMNs indicated by the statistical PLMN list configuration information.
15. The method according to any of claims 11-14, wherein the statistical configuration information further comprises: first system information statistics configuration information;
the first system information statistics configuration information includes: the number threshold value M and the first statistical duration of the SI types which are allowed to be counted by the terminal and requested by the terminal; m is a positive integer.
16. The method of claim 15, wherein obtaining system information statistics based on the statistical configuration information comprises:
counting the type of the SI requested by the terminal and the number of times of the type of the SI requested by the terminal within the first counting duration;
and obtaining the statistical information of the first system information according to the statistical result.
17. The method of claim 16, wherein the counting the type of SI requested by the terminal and the number of times the type of SI is requested by the terminal comprises:
when the terminal initiates a system information request, counting the types of all SI contained in the request process of the system information, and adding 1 to a frequency counter of each SI type request; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,

recording the SIB type used by the terminal, and adding 1 to a used number counter of the SIB type; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,

and receiving a reply message sent by the terminal according to the acquisition request message, wherein the reply message comprises the system information statistical information.
41. The apparatus of claim 40, wherein the processor is further configured to read a program in the memory and perform the following:
receiving any one of the following messages sent by the terminal, wherein the message comprises the indication information;
a connection establishment completion message, a connection reestablishment completion message, a connection restoration completion message, and a reconfiguration completion message.
42. The apparatus of claim 34, wherein the processor is further configured to read a program in the memory and perform the following:
adjusting the system information broadcast type corresponding to the cell according to the system information statistical information; and/or
And adjusting system resource scheduling configuration information according to the system information statistical information, wherein the system resource scheduling configuration information is related to the system information request.
43. The apparatus of claim 34, wherein the system information statistics comprise first system information statistics and/or second system information statistics; the processor is also used for reading the program in the memory and executing the following processes:
and sending the first system information statistical information and/or the second system information statistical information to the MDT data collection node.

determining whether the statistical trigger condition is met or not according to the statistical configuration information;
and acquiring the system information statistical information under the condition of meeting the statistical trigger condition.

determining that the statistical trigger condition is satisfied when at least one of:
the area position of the cell in which the terminal is positioned belongs to the area range indicated by the statistical range configuration information;
the RAT type corresponding to the service cell where the terminal is located at present is one of the RAT types indicated by the configuration information of the statistical RAT list;
and the PLMN where the terminal is located belongs to one of the PLMNs indicated by the statistical PLMN list configuration information.
48. The terminal according to any of claims 44-47, wherein the statistical configuration information further comprises: first system information statistics configuration information;
the first system information statistics configuration information includes: the number threshold value M and the first statistical duration of the SI types which are allowed to be counted by the terminal and requested by the terminal; m is a positive integer;
the processor is also used for reading the program in the memory and executing the following processes:
counting the type of the SI requested by the terminal and the number of times of the type of the SI requested by the terminal within the first counting duration;
and obtaining the statistical information of the first system information according to the statistical result.
49. The terminal of claim 48, wherein the processor is further configured to read a program stored in the memory and execute the following process:
when the terminal initiates a system information request, counting the types of all SI contained in the request process of the system information, and adding 1 to a frequency counter of each SI type request; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
