In summary, the present invention provides a video conference annotation method, a video conference server and a storage medium, wherein the method includes: receiving the operation of scanning the two-dimension code on the sharing screen by at least one participant in the multi-party video conference, and sending the explanation content of the current video conference to the participant who has scanned the code; and receiving annotation information for annotating the explanation content by the participants, and sending the annotation information to the sharing screens of all members participating in the video conference. According to the invention, when the multi-person video conference is carried out, a plurality of participants can talk back and explain the content in real time and share the content on the sharing screen of all the participants, so that the participation degree and the intuition of the participants in publishing viewpoints are improved, the communication efficiency of conference subjects is improved, and the problem of low communication efficiency of the current intelligent video conference system is solved.
Of course, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the above embodiments may be implemented by a computer program instructing relevant hardware (such as a processor, a controller, etc.), and the program may be stored in a computer readable storage medium, and when executed, the program may include the processes of the above method embodiments. The storage medium may be a memory, a magnetic disk, an optical disk, etc.

Claims (10)

1. A video conference annotation method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving an operation of scanning a two-dimensional code on a shared screen by at least one participant in a multi-party video conference, and sending explanation content of the current video conference to the participant who has scanned the code, wherein the explanation content comprises explanation content which is not annotated and explanation content which is annotated by other participants;
receiving annotation information for annotating the explanation content by the participants and sending the annotation information to a shared screen of all members participating in the video conference, wherein the annotation information is obtained by annotating the explanation content by the participants through a mode of circle points, characters, pictures and others' annotation;
in the video conference process, non-participating members are invited to form a team to communicate with the conference on the basis of an invitation instruction of a user, and a conference comment is generated and is sent to a video stream of the video conference for communication and discussion with the conference members.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the receiving of the comment information of the participants for commenting the explanation content and sending the comment information to a shared screen of all members participating in the video conference further comprises:
and when the subjects corresponding to the annotation information pass, forming resolution by the annotation results of the subjects, generating a conference summary according to the resolution, and sending the conference summary to the sharing screens of all the members participating in the video conference.

The method according to claim 1, wherein the receiving of the operation of scanning the two-dimensional code on the shared screen by at least one participant in the multi-party video conference and the sending of the explanation content of the current video conference to the participant who has scanned the code specifically comprises:
when the real-time annotation function is started by receiving the operation of a host in a participant, displaying the two-dimensional code entering the real-time annotation on a shared screen of the video conference;
receiving the operation of scanning the two-dimensional code on the sharing screen by at least one participant in the video conference, distributing the authority of real-time annotation to the participant who has scanned the code, and completing login authentication of the participant who has scanned the code;
the method comprises the steps of obtaining explanation content of a current video conference, wherein the explanation content comprises explanation content which is not annotated and explanation content which is annotated by other participants, and sending the explanation content to the participants who have scanned codes.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein the receiving annotation information that the participant annotates the explanation content and sending the annotation information to a shared screen of all members participating in the video conference specifically comprises:
receiving the operation that the scanned conferees annotate the editable explanation content in real time through an annotation tool, and acquiring annotation information of completed annotation to generate annotation records;
receiving annotation records of all participants participating in annotation, selecting one or more annotation records in all the annotation records to send to a sharing screen of all the members participating in the video conference, or sending all the annotation records to the sharing screen of all the members participating in the video conference after sequencing according to a display sequence.

The method according to claim 1, wherein the receiving of the operation of scanning the two-dimensional code on the shared screen by at least one participant in the multi-party video conference and the sending of the explanation content of the current video conference to the participant who has scanned the code specifically comprises:
when at least two participants need to communicate with each other and annotate together, a video conference subgroup is created, and the situation that at least two participants join the video conference subgroup is received;
when the real-time annotation function is started by receiving the operation of a host in a participant, displaying the two-dimensional code entering the real-time annotation on a shared screen of the video conference;
receiving the operation of scanning two-dimensional codes on a shared screen by all the participants in the video conference subgroup, distributing the authority of real-time annotation to all the participants in the video conference subgroup, and completing login authentication of all the participants in the video conference subgroup;
and acquiring the subject information, sending a subject editable file to all participants in the video conference subgroup, and creating a subgroup name with the subject as a name.
6. The method according to claim 5, wherein the receiving annotation information that the participant annotates the explanation content and sending the annotation information to a shared screen of all members participating in the video conference includes:
receiving the operation that all participants in the video conference subgroup annotate the editable issue in real time through an annotation tool, and acquiring annotation information of completed annotation to generate an annotation record, wherein the annotation record comprises: inviter and topic subgroup names;
receiving the annotation records of all the participants in the video conference subgroup, selecting one or more annotation records in all the annotation records to send to the sharing screens of all the members participating in the video conference, or sending all the annotation records to the sharing screens of all the members participating in the video conference after sequencing according to the display sequence.
7. The video conference annotation method of claim 2, wherein said annotation information comprises: topic, endorsement content, attendees and time.
8. The video conference annotation method of claim 7, wherein said conference summary comprises: topics, endorsement headings, resolution, time, and attendees;
the annotation broker is the annotation information of all participants participating in annotation;
the resolution is the final confirmed annotation result of the participator.

A video conference server, characterized in that the video conference server comprises: a memory, a processor, and a videoconference annotation program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the videoconference annotation program when executed by the processor implementing the steps of the videoconference annotation method of any of claims 1-8.
10. A storage medium storing a videoconference annotation program that, when executed by a processor, performs the steps of the videoconference annotation method of any of claims 1-8.
