The structured assessment resource management system according to claim 1, wherein said assessment resource authority management subsystem comprises: the system comprises a resource creating module, a resource warehousing module, a resource management module and a resource authorization module; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the resource creating module is used for creating evaluation resources in the form of test questions or/and evaluation resources in the form of test papers and sending the evaluation resources to the resource warehousing module;
the resource warehousing module is used for storing the received evaluation resources to an organization public resource library in a structured mode;
the resource management module is used for deleting, modifying and searching the evaluation resources in the institution public resource library;
the resource authorization module is used for selecting the evaluation resources from the organization public resource library according to the received administrator authorization command, generating a read-only copy and sending the read-only copy to the sub-users; the authorization command includes an evaluation resource ID number and a reception sub-user name.
3. The system for managing structured evaluation resources of claim 2, wherein the creating of the evaluation resources in the form of test questions specifically comprises:
receiving test questions in a mode of text entry, recording uploading, picture uploading, image-text mixed arrangement, rich text editing, formula editing and multi-format attachment adding;
receiving the setting of an objective question option;
receiving a reference answer and setting of test question analysis;
and generating an ID number, a test question number and an initial version number.
4. The system for managing structured evaluation resources according to claim 2, wherein the creating of the evaluation resources in the form of test paper specifically includes:
receiving test paper by selecting from a test paper library, selecting from the grouped test paper and directly inputting test paper to form the test paper;
traversing each test question in the test paper, receiving the division module and the score corresponding to each test question, and respectively generating an ID number, a test question number and an initial version number corresponding to each test question.
5. The structured evaluation resource management system according to claim 3 or 4, wherein the specific implementation process of the resource warehousing module comprises:
receiving an evaluation resource; the evaluation resources comprise the evaluation resources sent by the resource creating module and the evaluation resources selected from the online evaluation test paper;
generating index information according to the evaluation resources and storing the index information into an organization public resource library, wherein the index information comprises a picture thumbnail and a video key frame;
and storing the evaluation resources into an organization public resource library, wherein the evaluation resources comprise the following fields: the test question ID number, the ID number of the user, the test question number, the question version number, the test question type, the test question title, the test question information, the source terminal, other extension information, the creation time and the updating time.

The structured assessment resource management system according to claim 1, wherein said assessment resource personal management subsystem comprises: the system comprises a resource creating module, a resource warehousing module, a resource management module and a resource sharing module; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the resource creating module is used for creating evaluation resources comprising test question forms and test paper forms and sending the evaluation resources to the resource warehousing module;
the resource warehousing module is used for storing the received evaluation resources to the personal resource library in a structured mode;
the resource management module is used for deleting, modifying and searching the evaluation resources in the personal resource library, and is also used for selecting the evaluation resources from the received read-only copy and the personal resource library to generate an online evaluation test paper;
the resource sharing module is used for selecting the evaluation resources from the personal resource library according to the received sub-user sharing command, generating an editable copy and sending the editable copy to other sub-users; the sub-user sharing command comprises a test question ID number and a received sub-user name.
7. The structured evaluation resource management system according to claim 6, wherein the resource warehousing module is implemented by:
receiving an evaluation resource; the evaluation resources comprise: the editable copy shared by the evaluation resource and other sub-users and sent by the resource creating module;
generating index information according to the evaluation resources and storing the index information into a personal resource library, wherein the index information comprises a picture thumbnail and a video key frame;
storing the evaluation resources into a personal resource library, wherein the evaluation resources comprise the following fields: the test question ID number, the ID number of the user, the test question number, the question version number, the test question type, the test question title, the test question information, the source terminal, other extension information, the creation time and the updating time.
