Abstract
It is an object of the present application to provide a method for document retrieval applied to a network device, the method comprising: determining one or more first search formulas according to the search content and/or one or more first documents obtained based on the search content, and generating at least one first search prompt message according to the one or more first search formulas; and sending the at least one first retrieval prompt information to the user equipment. The application can provide the user with the idea of limiting the search range again when the user searches the documents, and can avoid jumping out of the current search, thereby avoiding breaking the current search idea of the user, further, the application can also avoid the user to input different search contents for multiple times to search and browse to confirm whether related documents exist, thereby simplifying the search operation of the user and improving the search efficiency of the user.

In some embodiments, the step S11 includes: the network equipment determines one or more image information associated with the search content according to the search content; and taking the image retrieval taking the one or more pieces of image information as retrieval conditions as one or more first retrieval formulas, and generating first retrieval prompt information corresponding to each first retrieval formula. In some embodiments, search content input by a user is identified, one or more image information associated with the search content is determined according to the identification result, and image search with the one or more image search as search conditions is used as one or more first search formulas. In some embodiments, during image retrieval, the one or more image information is converted into image vectors based on an image similarity matching algorithm, and then whether two image information are identical or similar is determined by calculating the similarity between different image vectors, thereby retrieving one or more retrieval results containing other image information identical or similar to the one or more image information. For example, the search content input by the user is a patent application number N1, the application number N1 is identified, and one or more pieces of image information in the patent document M1 corresponding to the patent application number N1 are determined based on the identification result, the image information may be a drawing of a abstract representative of the patent document M1, or may be a plurality of drawing sheets in the patent document M1, the image information P1 is a drawing of a certain drawing sheet in the patent document M1, and the image search using the image information P1 as the search condition is set as a first search expression, and one or more patent documents including a drawing of a specification or a drawing of an abstract identical or similar to the image information P1 can be searched based on the first search expression. In some embodiments, the image content corresponding to the one or more pieces of image information associated with the search content may be identified by an image identification technology, and then one or more first search formulas are determined according to the identified image content, and the search is performed according to the first search formulas, so that one or more patent documents related to the image content are obtained by search. For example, the search content input by the user is the patent application number N1, the application number N1 is identified, one or more pieces of image information in the patent document M1 corresponding to the patent application number N1 are determined according to the identification result, the image information P1 is a description drawing in which a certain image content in the patent document M1 is an "air conditioner internal structure", then the image content corresponding to the image information P1 is obtained through image identification first, the corresponding first search formula is determined to be the "name/air conditioner internal structure", and the search is performed according to the first search formula, so that one or more patent documents with the patent name including the "air conditioner internal structure" are searched.
In some embodiments, the step S11 includes: the network equipment obtains first search algorithms corresponding to the one or more first documents, and determines a second search algorithm according to the first search algorithm, wherein the second search algorithm is other search algorithms except the first search algorithm in a preset plurality of search algorithms; and determining one or more first search formulas according to the second search algorithm, and generating first search prompt information corresponding to each first search formula. In some embodiments, the network device retrieves the retrieved content input by the user according to a first retrieval algorithm to obtain one or more first documents. In some embodiments, the search accuracy of different search algorithms for different search contents is different, and generally, the network device can only select one search algorithm which is regarded as the most accurate or optimal by the network device from a plurality of search algorithms or combine several search algorithms, at this time, the network device can select one or more other search algorithms except the first search algorithm from the plurality of search algorithms, and then determine one or more first search formulas according to the selected one or more other search algorithms and the search contents input by the user before. In some embodiments, the second search algorithm further includes a search of the translated text of the search content, using a different feature extraction method or weight assignment method for the search content, and so on.
In some embodiments, the search content includes a plurality of second search terms, wherein the determining a second search algorithm from the first search algorithm includes: if the first search algorithm corresponding to the one or more first documents comprises a weight corresponding to each second search term, adjusting the weight corresponding to at least one second search term, and determining the second search algorithm according to the adjusted weight. In some embodiments, the search content includes a plurality of second search terms, and the second search algorithm may be determined by adjusting weights of a certain second search term or a plurality of second search terms in the search and according to the plurality of second search terms after the weights are adjusted. In some embodiments, for each second term, the weight of the second term in the search may be adjusted based on the location information of the second term in one or more second documents (e.g., in title, abstract, claims, description background, description summary, etc.). In some embodiments, the weight of each second term in the search may be adjusted according to a common weight assignment algorithm for information retrieval and data mining, for example, according to tf-idf (term frequency-inverse Document frequency) algorithm of different optimization methods.
In some embodiments, the search content includes one or more second search terms, where determining the one or more first search terms according to the search content and/or the one or more first documents retrieved based on the search content includes: preprocessing the one or more second search terms to obtain one or more first search terms; wherein the preprocessing operation includes at least one of: adding search terms; deleting the search term; and replacing the search term. In some embodiments, the search content includes one or more second search terms, a preprocessing operation is performed on one or more second search terms, and then the one or more second search terms after preprocessing are used as the first search terms. In some embodiments, the preprocessing operation includes, but is not limited to, adding new terms, deleting a term, replacing a term with a new term, rearranging an original plurality of terms, and the like.
In some embodiments, the preprocessing operation includes an operation of replacing a term, and the performing preprocessing operation on the one or more second terms to obtain one or more first terms includes: for at least one second search term of the one or more second search terms, determining a replacement term corresponding to each second search term of the at least one second search term; and for the one or more second search terms, replacing each second search term in the at least one second search term with a replacement term corresponding to the second search term to obtain one or more first search terms. In some embodiments, the preprocessing is performed to replace one or more second search terms in the search content with new search terms, the search content includes one or more second search terms, for at least one second search term in the one or more second search terms, a replacement term corresponding to each second search term is determined, the second search term is replaced with the replacement term, and then one or more second search terms which are not replaced and one or more second search terms after the replacement are used as the first search term. For example, the search content is "chinese library air-conditioning bluetooth", which includes 3 second search words, namely "chinese library", "air-conditioning", "bluetooth", and for the second search word "chinese library", a replacement word corresponding to the second search word is determined as "european library", the second search word is replaced from "chinese library" to "european library", and then the second search word "air-conditioning", "bluetooth" which is not replaced and the second search word "european library" after the replacement are used as the first search word.
In some embodiments, the determining, for at least one second term of the one or more second terms, a replacement term corresponding to each second term of the at least one second term includes: determining at least one replaceable second term from the one or more second terms; for each of the at least one alternative second term, determining a replacement term corresponding to the alternative second term. In some embodiments, semantic recognition may be performed on each second search term, whether the second search term can be replaced is determined according to the semantic of each second search term, or whether each second search term can be replaced may be determined according to a search rule of document search, at least one replaceable second search term which can be replaced is determined from one or more second search terms, then for each replaceable second search term, a replacement term corresponding to the replaceable second search term is determined, the replaceable second search term is replaced with the replacement term, for example, the search content is "air conditioner smart wifi", including 3 second search terms, namely "air conditioner", "smart" and "wifi", according to the semantic of each search term, the replaceable second search term is determined to be "wifi", and the replaceable second search term is determined to be "bluetooth", then the replaceable second search term is replaced with "bluetooth" from "wifi", and then the non-replaced second search term is replaced with "bluetooth" and "second search term" after "smart air conditioner" is used as the second search term.
In some embodiments, the determining at least one alternative second term from the one or more second terms includes: obtaining the corresponding replaceability of each second search term in the one or more second search terms; and determining at least one replaceable second search term from the one or more second search terms according to the corresponding replaceable degree of each second search term, wherein the replaceable degree of the replaceable second search term is larger than or equal to a preset replaceable degree threshold value. In some embodiments, semantic recognition may be performed on each second term, or a search rule of document search may be combined to obtain a degree of substitution of each second term, then at least one replaceable second term that can be replaced is determined from one or more second terms, where the degree of substitution of each replaceable second term is greater than or equal to a predetermined degree of substitution threshold, or the degree of substitution of each replaceable second term is greater than or equal to the degree of substitution of other second terms other than the replaceable second term in one or more second terms, then for each replaceable second term, a replacement term corresponding to the replaceable second term is determined, and the replaceable second term is replaced with the replacement term.
In some embodiments, the step S11 includes: the network equipment determines a first retrieval formula corresponding to each retrieval step according to the retrieval content and/or one or more first documents retrieved based on the retrieval content and one or more retrieval steps set by a user, and generates first retrieval prompt information corresponding to each first retrieval formula. In some embodiments, according to one or more search steps set by a user, determining a first search formula corresponding to each search step, and generating first search prompt information corresponding to each first search formula. For example, when a patent application number is input as search content to perform search, a user may customize the search step, for example, first generate a first search formula using a patent classification number corresponding to the patent application number, and then generate a second first search formula using an inventor corresponding to the patent application number.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises: the network equipment determines the presentation position of each first retrieval prompt in the one or more first documents for each first retrieval prompt in the at least one first retrieval prompt; wherein, the step S12 includes: the network equipment sends the at least one first retrieval prompt information and the presentation position corresponding to each first retrieval prompt information to the user equipment. In some embodiments, for each first search hint information, a presentation location of the first search hint information in one or more first documents is specified, e.g., after the first search hint information is specified to be presented in the first document or at the top or bottom of a page of the first document, and then the first search hint information is sent to the user device along with the presentation location, and the user device displays the received first search hint information at the specified presentation location according to the received presentation location specified by the network device.
In some embodiments, the determining, for each first search hint in the at least one first search hint, a presentation location of the first search hint in the one or more first documents includes: and for the first retrieval prompt information in the at least one first retrieval prompt information, determining the presentation position of the first retrieval prompt information in the one or more first documents according to the position of the first document in the one or more first documents, which is associated with the first retrieval formula corresponding to the first retrieval prompt information. In some embodiments, for each first search hint information, a presentation position of the first search hint information in one or more first documents is determined according to a position of a first document associated with a first search formula corresponding to the first search hint information in the one or more first documents, for example, the first search hint information is presented in front of or behind the first document associated with the first search hint information. For example, if the first search expression is "applicant/User 1", the corresponding first search presentation information "applicant User1 related patent quick check" is displayed before or after a first document of which a certain applicant is User1 among the one or more first documents.
In some embodiments, the step S11 includes: the network equipment determines one or more first search formulas according to the search content and/or one or more first documents obtained based on the search content and combining user browsing behavior information of a user for the one or more first documents, and generates at least one first search prompt message according to the one or more first search formulas. In some embodiments, one or more first retrievals may be determined based on the retrieved content and/or the one or more first documents in combination with browsing behavior information of the user for the one or more first documents. For example, if the number of the first documents browsed by the user is detected to meet the preset number threshold, or if the duration of the first documents browsed by the user is detected to meet the preset duration threshold, one or more first search formulas are determined according to the search content and/or one or more first documents, and corresponding first search prompt information is sent to the user equipment for display. In some embodiments, the network device may determine, according to browsing behavior information of the user with respect to one or more first documents, search interests of the user, for example, determine which patent comparison of the inventor is interested in the user, or determine which patent comparison corresponding to the patent classification number is interested in the user, and then determine, according to search content and/or search directions determined according to search interests of the user, one or more first search formulas according to the search content and/or the one or more first documents obtained by searching based on the search content, and send corresponding first search prompt information to the user device for display.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises: the network equipment adjusts the one or more first search formulas according to the user browsing behavior information of the user equipment corresponding to the user aiming at the one or more first documents, generates one or more adjusted second search formulas, and generates at least one second search prompt message according to the one or more second search formulas; and sending the at least one second retrieval prompt information to the user equipment. In some embodiments, the network device may redetermine the search interest of the user according to the browsing behavior information of the user for one or more first documents, for example, determine that the user is interested in the patent comparison of which inventor, or determine that the user is interested in the patent comparison corresponding to which patent class number, and redetermine the search direction according to the search interest of the user, so as to generate a new second search formula and a new second search prompt message based on the original first search formula and the first search prompt message according to the newly determined search direction, or adjust the original first search formula and the first search prompt message into the second search formula and the second search prompt message, and send the second search prompt message to the user device for display.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises: the network equipment obtains the selected words sent by the user equipment; determining one or more third search formulas according to the selected word, and generating at least one third search prompt message according to the one or more third search formulas; and sending the at least one third retrieval prompt information to the user equipment. In some embodiments, a user selects a word in a certain first document in a current page, i.e., a first document search result page, for example, selects a word in a finger sliding or mouse sliding manner, then sends the selected word as a selected word to a network device, and the network device determines one or more third search formulas according to the selected word, generates corresponding third search prompt information, and sends the corresponding third search prompt information to the user device for display. In some embodiments, the selected word may be directly used as a third search term to generate a third search formula, or the selected word may be subjected to semantic recognition, and the third search formula may be generated according to the semantic recognition result, or the third search formula may be generated according to the selected word and the search content.
In some embodiments, the obtaining the selected word sent by the user equipment includes: acquiring the selected words sent by the user equipment and the belonging column information corresponding to the selected words; wherein, determining one or more third search formulas according to the selected word, and generating at least one third search prompt message according to the one or more third search formulas, including: and determining one or more third search formulas according to the selected words and the column information, and generating at least one third search prompt message according to the one or more third search formulas. In some embodiments, the third search formula may be determined according to the selected word and the column information corresponding to the selected word, for example, the column information may be a column such as a class number, a abstract, a main weight, and the like. For example, if the word selected by the User is "User3", and the column information to which the selected word corresponds is "inventor", the third search formula may be determined to be "inventor/User 3" according to the selected word "User3" and the corresponding column information "inventor".
In some embodiments, the determining one or more third search formulas according to the selected word, and generating at least one third search hint information according to the one or more third search formulas includes: and determining one or more third search formulas according to the selected words and the search content, and generating at least one third search prompt message according to the one or more third search formulas. The current page is the first document retrieval result page. In some embodiments, a third search formula may be determined based on the search content AND the selected word, e.g., the search content is "air-conditioning", the selected word is "intelligent", AND the third search formula may be determined to be "air-ground AND intelligent". In some embodiments, the search method corresponding to the search content may be boolean search, or semantic search, where the selected word may perform boolean search with the search content according to the corresponding column information (e.g., title, abstract, main weight, etc.) of the selected word, or may perform semantic search according to the semantic of the selected word and the search content.
Fig. 2 shows a flow chart of a method for document retrieval applied to a user device, the method comprising step S21 and step S22, according to an embodiment of the application. In step S21, the user equipment receives at least one first search hint information sent by the network equipment, where the at least one first search hint information is generated by the network equipment according to one or more first search formulas, and the one or more first search formulas are determined by the network equipment according to search content and/or one or more first documents obtained by searching based on the search content; in step S22, the user device presents the at least one first retrieval hint information on a display page of the one or more first documents.
In step S21, the user equipment receives at least one first search hint information sent by the network equipment, where the at least one first search hint information is generated by the network equipment according to one or more first search formulas, and the one or more first search formulas are determined by the network equipment according to search content and/or one or more first documents obtained by searching based on the search content. In some embodiments, at least one first search hint information sent by the network device is received, or one or more first documents sent by the network device and at least one first search hint information may also be received simultaneously.
In step S22, the user device presents the at least one first retrieval hint information on a display page of the one or more first documents. In some embodiments, at least one first search hint is displayed in place on the current page, i.e., the first document search results page, e.g., the first search hint is displayed in place in the first page of the first document search results page in the form of a search guide. Preferably, a certain first document associated with the first search hint information is acquired in a first document search result page (for example, the degree of correlation with the first search hint information satisfies a predetermined degree of correlation threshold, or the degree of correlation with the first search hint information is greater than the degree of correlation corresponding to other first documents), and the first search hint information is displayed after the first document, for example, after the first document. In some embodiments, if the user is not interested in a certain first search hint information presented on the current page, a closing operation (e.g., clicking on the "close" button in the search guide) may be performed on the first search hint information to cancel the presentation of the first search hint information on the current page. In some embodiments, each search guide corresponds to one first search hint information, or one search guide may correspond to multiple first search hints information, and then switch among the search guides by different labels.
In some embodiments, the step S21 includes: the user equipment receives at least one first retrieval prompt message sent by the network equipment and one or more second documents corresponding to each first retrieval prompt message; wherein the method further comprises: and the user equipment responds to the unfolding triggering operation of the user on the target first retrieval prompt information in the at least one first retrieval prompt information, and presents one or more second documents corresponding to the target first retrieval prompt information on the display page. In some embodiments, the network device performs searching according to each first searching formula to obtain one or more second documents, and then sends at least one searching prompt message and one or more second documents corresponding to each searching formula to the user device. In some embodiments, for each first search formula, the network device ranks the retrieved one or more second documents according to relevance to the search condition or the first document or ranks the retrieved second documents according to other factors (such as application dates), and sends the first search prompt information and the first search prompt information together with a predetermined number of the second documents ranked in front to the user device. In some embodiments, the user device presents one or more second documents corresponding to the target first retrieval hint information on the current page in response to a user's expand trigger operation for the target first retrieval hint information (e.g., clicking on an "expand" button in the index guide).
In some embodiments, the method further comprises: the user equipment responds to the unfolding triggering operation of a user for the target first retrieval prompt information in the at least one first retrieval prompt information, generates an unfolding request and sends the unfolding request to the network equipment, wherein the unfolding request comprises the target first retrieval prompt information or the identification information of the target first retrieval prompt information; and receiving and presenting one or more third documents corresponding to the target first retrieval prompt information returned by the network equipment based on the unfolding request on the display page. In some embodiments, the user equipment responds to the expansion triggering operation of the user on the target first search prompt information (for example, clicking an 'expansion' button in the index guide frame), generates an expansion request of the target first search prompt information and sends the expansion request to the network equipment, wherein the expansion request can directly contain the target first search prompt information or a target first search formula, or can also contain identification information corresponding to the target first search prompt information or identification information corresponding to the target first search formula, after receiving the expansion request, the network equipment searches according to the target first search formula, searches to obtain one or more third documents, and then returns all or part of the one or more third documents to the user equipment and displays the third documents on the current page.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises: the user equipment responds to a continuous browsing triggering operation of a user aiming at the target first retrieval prompt information, generates a continuous browsing request and sends the continuous browsing request to the network equipment; and receiving and presenting one or more third documents which are returned by the network equipment and correspond to the target first retrieval prompt information on a new display page. In some embodiments, the user device responds to a continuous browsing trigger operation (for example, clicking a "browse more" button in the index guide frame) of the user for the target first search prompt information, generates a continuous browsing request for the target first search prompt information and sends the continuous browsing request to the network device, after receiving the continuous browsing request, the network device searches according to the target first search corresponding to the target first search prompt information, and obtains one or more fourth documents, and returns the one or more fourth documents to the user device, the user device jumps out of the current browsing page and jumps to a new browsing page to present the one or more fourth documents, so that the user browses all search results corresponding to the target first search prompt information.
In some embodiments, the receiving at least one first search hint information sent by the network device includes: receiving at least one first retrieval prompt message sent by network equipment and the presentation position of each first retrieval prompt message; wherein, the step S22 includes: and the user equipment presents the first retrieval prompt information on the display pages of the one or more first documents according to the presentation position of the first retrieval prompt information for each first retrieval prompt information. In some embodiments, the network device may send the presentation location of each first search hint information to the user device, for example, after the network device designates that the first search hint information is presented in the first document, or after the network device designates that the first search hint information is presented at the top or bottom of the page of the first document of the first page, the user device receives the presentation location of each first search hint information, and then displays the first search hint information at the designated presentation location of the current page, that is, the first document search result page.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises: the method comprises the steps that user equipment responds to word-taking operation executed by a user aiming at a target first document, and selected words corresponding to the word-taking operation are obtained; transmitting the selected word to the network device; and receiving and presenting at least one third retrieval prompt message sent by the network equipment. In some embodiments, the user selects a word in a certain first document in the current page, i.e. the first document retrieval result page, for example, selects a word by means of finger sliding or mouse sliding, then sends the selected word as a selected word to the network device, and then receives third retrieval prompt information returned by the network device and determined according to the selected word and displays the third retrieval prompt information on the current page.
In some embodiments, the sending the selected word to the network device includes: and obtaining the information of the column corresponding to the selected word, and sending the selected word and the information of the column to the network equipment. In some embodiments, the column information may be a classification number, abstract, main claim, etc. For example, if the word selected by the User is "User3", and the column information corresponding to the selected word is "inventor", the selected word "User3" and the corresponding column information "inventor" are sent to the network device.
FIG. 3 shows a flow chart of a system method for document retrieval according to another embodiment of the application.
As shown in fig. 3, in step S31, the network device determines one or more first search formulas according to the search content and/or one or more first documents obtained by searching based on the search content, and generates at least one first search prompt message according to the one or more first search formulas, where step S31 is the same as or similar to the foregoing step S11, and is not repeated herein; in step S32, the network device sends the at least one first search prompt message to the user device, where step S32 is the same as or similar to step S12, and is not described herein; in step S33, the user equipment receives the at least one first search prompt message sent by the network equipment, and presents the at least one first search prompt message on a display page of the one or more first documents, where step S33 is the same as or similar to the foregoing steps S21 and S22, and will not be described herein.
Fig. 4 shows a block diagram of a network device for document retrieval, the device comprising a one-to-one module 11 and a two-to-two module 12, according to one embodiment of the application. A one-to-one module 11, configured to determine one or more first search formulas according to search content and/or one or more first documents obtained based on the search content, and generate at least one first search prompt message according to the one or more first search formulas; a second module 12, configured to send the at least one first search hint information to the user equipment.
And a one-to-one module 11, configured to determine one or more first search formulas according to the search content and/or one or more first documents obtained based on the search content, and generate at least one first search prompt message according to the one or more first search formulas. In some embodiments, the document may be a patent document and the document retrieval may be a patent document retrieval. In some embodiments, a user inputs search content in a search bar on a user device, and in response to a search triggering operation performed by the user on the search content (for example, the user clicks a "search" button on a current page), the user device sends the search content to a network device, the network device receives the search content and searches according to the search content to obtain one or more first documents, then automatically determines one or more first search formulas related to the search content or the one or more first documents for re-search according to the search content and/or the one or more first documents, and then generates at least one search prompt message according to the one or more first search formulas, wherein the search prompt message is mainly used for prompting the user on which aspect of the content the first search formula is automatically searched and prompting the user to expand and present one or more second documents obtained by searching according to the first search formulas on the current page after clicking. In some embodiments, the first search formula includes, but is not limited to, a conventional search formula, an intelligent search formula, and the like, where the conventional search formula mainly identifies search contents input by a User, and is determined according to a recognition result, for example, the search contents input by the User are a certain patent application number, the network device obtains the applicant/inventor/agent corresponding to the patent application number, a citation/cited patent, a family of patents, determines a first search formula "applicant/User 1" according to the applicant User1 corresponding to the patent application number, then generates corresponding first search prompt information "same applicant User1 related patent quick search", and the intelligent search formula may be that one or more first documents are statistically analyzed to obtain all first documents or a plurality of first documents which are arranged in a predetermined number in front and occupy a plurality of comparison terms (for example, keywords, patent class numbers, applicant, and the like) and are ranked according to the patent application number, for example, performs statistical analysis on 100 first documents which are arranged in front and occupy a plurality of comparison terms corresponding to the relevance ranking, and wherein the first search terms corresponding to the first documents are not found by the first search formula 2, and the invention search formula may be a search algorithm is not limited to the first search formula 2, and the invention search algorithm is not limited to the first search algorithm is generated by adding the search results, and the first search formula may be the search algorithm is not limited to the method of adding the search results to the first search results, deleting, replacing, rearranging combinations, etc., and then generating a first search formula based on the adjusted search term, for example, the search content is "chinese library and air conditioner and bluetooth", and the first search formula is generated by replacing "chinese library" in the search content with "european library".
A second module 12, configured to send the at least one first search hint information to the user equipment. In some embodiments, the first search hint information may be sent to the user device separately, or may be sent to the user device together with one or more first documents. In some embodiments, the searching is performed according to the first searching formula, one or more second documents are obtained through searching, the one or more second documents are sent to the user equipment together with the first searching prompt information, or the one or more second documents are ranked according to the relevance with the searching condition or the first document or according to other factors (such as application date), the first searching prompt information is sent to the user equipment together with the first searching prompt information together with the first predetermined number of second documents ranked in front, or the second documents which have been browsed by the user history can be removed from the one or more second documents, and the removed one or more second documents are sent to the user equipment together with the first searching prompt information. In some embodiments, after receiving the first search hint information, the user device displays the first search hint information in an appropriate location on a current page, i.e., a first document search results page, e.g., displays the first search hint information in the form of a search guide in an appropriate location on the first page of the first document search results page. Preferably, a certain first document associated with the first search hint information is acquired in a first document search result page (for example, the degree of correlation with the first search hint information satisfies a predetermined degree of correlation threshold, or the degree of correlation with the first search hint information is greater than the degree of correlation corresponding to other first documents), and the first search hint information is displayed after the first document, for example, after the first document. In some embodiments, the user may further modify the first search expression corresponding to the first search hint information on the user device to obtain a new modified first search expression and a new corresponding first search hint information.
In some embodiments, the apparatus is further to: for each first search formula of the one or more first search formulas, obtaining one or more second documents matched with the first search formula; wherein, two module 12 is used for: and sending the at least one first retrieval prompt message and one or more second documents matched with each first retrieval formula corresponding to the at least one first retrieval prompt message to the user equipment. Fig. 5 shows a block diagram of a user device for document retrieval, the device comprising a two-in-one module 21 and a two-in-two module 22, according to one embodiment of the application. A second module 21, configured to receive at least one first search hint sent by a network device, where the at least one first search hint is generated by the network device according to one or more first search formulas, where the one or more first search formulas are determined by the network device according to search content and/or one or more first documents obtained by searching based on the search content; and a second-second module 22, configured to present the at least one first search hint information on a display page of the one or more first documents.

In some embodiments, at least one first search hint is displayed in place on the current page, i.e., the first document search results page, e.g., the first search hint is displayed in place in the first page of the first document search results page in the form of a search guide. Preferably, a certain first document associated with the first search hint information is acquired in a first document search result page (for example, the degree of correlation with the first search hint information satisfies a predetermined degree of correlation threshold, or the degree of correlation with the first search hint information is greater than the degree of correlation corresponding to other first documents), and the first search hint information is displayed after the first document, for example, after the first document. In some embodiments, if the user is not interested in a certain first search hint information presented on the current page, a closing operation (e.g., clicking on the "close" button in the search guide) may be performed on the first search hint information to cancel the presentation of the first search hint information on the current page. In some embodiments, each search guide corresponds to one first search hint information, or one search guide may correspond to multiple first search hints information, and then switch among the search guides by different labels.
In some embodiments, the second module 21 is configured to: receiving at least one first retrieval prompt message sent by network equipment, and one or more second documents corresponding to each first retrieval prompt message; wherein the method further comprises: and the user equipment responds to the unfolding triggering operation of the user on the target first retrieval prompt information in the at least one first retrieval prompt information, and presents one or more second documents corresponding to the target first retrieval prompt information on the display page. FIG. 6 illustrates an exemplary system that can be used to implement various embodiments described in the present application.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 6, the system 300 can function as any of the devices of the various described embodiments. In some embodiments, system 300 may include one or more computer-readable media (e.g., system memory or NVM/storage 320) having instructions and one or more processors (e.g., processor(s) 305) coupled with the one or more computer-readable media and configured to execute the instructions to implement the modules to perform the actions described in the present application.
For one embodiment, the system control module 310 may include any suitable interface controller to provide any suitable interface to at least one of the processor(s) 305 and/or any suitable device or component in communication with the system control module 310.
The system control module 310 may include a memory controller module 330 to provide an interface to the system memory 315. Memory controller module 330 may be a hardware module, a software module, and/or a firmware module.
The system memory 315 may be used, for example, to load and store data and/or instructions for the system 300. For one embodiment, system memory 315 may include any suitable volatile memory, such as, for example, a suitable DRAM. In some embodiments, the system memory 315 may comprise a double data rate type four synchronous dynamic random access memory (DDR 4 SDRAM).
For one embodiment, system control module 310 may include one or more input/output (I/O) controllers to provide an interface to NVM/storage 320 and communication interface(s) 325.
For example, NVM/storage 320 may be used to store data and/or instructions. NVM/storage 320 may include any suitable nonvolatile memory (e.g., flash memory) and/or may include any suitable nonvolatile storage device(s) (e.g., one or more Hard Disk Drives (HDDs), one or more Compact Disc (CD) drives, and/or one or more Digital Versatile Disc (DVD) drives).
NVM/storage 320 may include storage resources that are physically part of the device on which system 300 is installed or which may be accessed by the device without being part of the device. For example, NVM/storage 320 may be accessed over a network via communication interface(s) 325.
Communication interface(s) 325 may provide an interface for system 300 to communicate over one or more networks and/or with any other suitable device. The system 300 may wirelessly communicate with one or more components of a wireless network in accordance with any of one or more wireless network standards and/or protocols.
For one embodiment, at least one of the processor(s) 305 may be packaged together with logic of one or more controllers (e.g., memory controller module 330) of the system control module 310. For one embodiment, at least one of the processor(s) 305 may be packaged together with logic of one or more controllers of the system control module 310 to form a System In Package (SiP). For one embodiment, at least one of the processor(s) 305 may be integrated on the same die as logic of one or more controllers of the system control module 310. For one embodiment, at least one of the processor(s) 305 may be integrated on the same die with logic of one or more controllers of the system control module 310 to form a system on chip (SoC).
In various embodiments, the system 300 may be, but is not limited to being: a server, workstation, desktop computing device, or mobile computing device (e.g., laptop computing device, handheld computing device, tablet, netbook, etc.). In various embodiments, system 300 may have more or fewer components and/or different architectures. For example, in some embodiments, system 300 includes one or more cameras, keyboards, liquid Crystal Display (LCD) screens (including touch screen displays), non-volatile memory ports, multiple antennas, graphics chips, application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), and speakers.

1. A method for document retrieval for a network device, wherein the method comprises:
Determining one or more first retrieval formulas according to retrieval contents and one or more first documents retrieved based on the retrieval contents, generating at least one first retrieval prompt message according to the one or more first retrieval formulas, or determining one or more first retrieval formulas according to the one or more first documents retrieved based on the retrieval contents, and generating at least one first retrieval prompt message according to the one or more first retrieval formulas, wherein the first retrieval prompt message is used for prompting a user to automatically retrieve the contents based on the first retrieval formulas and prompting the user to click to present one or more second documents retrieved according to the first retrieval formulas on a current page, the network equipment has retrieved the one or more first documents according to the retrieval contents, the first retrieval formulas are used for retrieving again, the current page is a display page of the one or more first documents, and the retrieval range of the retrieval again is independent of the retrieval range of the one or more first documents retrieved based on the one or more first documents;
transmitting the at least one first retrieval hint information to a user device to present the at least one first retrieval hint information on the current page;
