Detailed Description
In order to make the technical solutions of the present invention better understood, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The inventor finds that the smart television in the prior art has more and more functions and is more and more intelligent through research. Sometimes, a user likes to watch television on a sofa, but the smart television in the prior art does not have the function of automatically rotating the television screen according to the posture of the user, so that the user can not watch television well under different posture scenes such as the sofa opposite to the television, and the user is inconvenient to watch the television.
In order to solve the above problems, in an embodiment of the present invention, an implementation method for automatically rotating a television screen according to a user gesture is provided, and various non-limiting embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, the method for processing a tv screen automatically rotated according to a user gesture according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps:
s100, acquiring and collecting a current image of a target area in front of a television;
before the embodiment of the invention is implemented, the rotation angle of the television screen corresponding to different postures of the human body can be preset. How much the angle is rotated, not necessarily 90, depending on the user's particular posture; for example, the posture that the user lies flat at the front end of the television completely and is parallel to the ground is preset, and the rotation angle of the television screen of the corresponding television is vertical to the ground by 90 degrees. For example, a user lying posture is set to be 45 degrees with the ground, and the angle of rotation of a television screen of the corresponding television is set to be 45 degrees with the ground; the rotation angle of the television screen corresponding to different postures of the human body is preferably set to enable the display of the television screen to be always parallel to the connection line of the eyes of the user.
When the method is implemented specifically, the current image of the target area in front of the television can be acquired and collected through the image acquisition module, for example, the current image of the target area in front of the television can be acquired and collected through a camera installed on the television.
S200, identifying the position of a human body in a target area according to the acquired current image of the target area;
in the embodiment of the invention, the position of the human body in the target area can be identified according to the acquired current image of the target area.
For example, the human body position contour in the target region of the image can be recognized and judged according to the acquired current image of the target region. Namely, the human body position in the current image of the target area in front of the television is identified, and the human body position outline is marked, so that the human body posture can be conveniently identified at the back.
Step S300, recognizing the posture of the human body in the target area according to the recognized position of the human body in the target area;
in the step, the posture of the human body in the target area is recognized according to the recognized position of the human body in the target area.
For example, in specific implementation, the contour image information of the human body position in the image can be extracted according to the recognized human body position in the target region; namely, identifying the area of the person in the image as the position of the person;
then mapping the extracted contour image information of the human body position to a preset human body posture reference model; for example, the extracted contour image information of the human body position is mapped to a preset human body posture reference model in a simulation mode, and the human body posture in the target area is recognized according to the comparison of the contour image information of the human body position mapped to the preset human body posture reference model.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the preset human body posture reference model may include, for example: a fully-flat posture parallel to the floor surface, a posture at 35 degrees to the floor surface, a posture at 45 degrees to the floor surface, a posture at 60 degrees to the floor surface, a posture at 45 degrees to the floor surface, and the like.
And step S400, automatically rotating the television screen to an angle corresponding to the human body posture according to the recognized human body posture.
According to the recognized human body posture, the television screen is automatically rotated to the angle corresponding to the human body posture;
in the specific implementation of the invention, in order to prevent the television screen from rotating disorderly, whether to control the automatic rotation of the television screen or not can be considered when the user lies down for more than a preset time, such as 30 seconds;
the method specifically comprises the following steps: detecting the recognized human body posture and checking whether the recognized human body posture continues to be maintained for more than a predetermined time, for example, 30 seconds;
when the recognized human body posture is checked to continue to be maintained for more than a predetermined time (30 seconds), the television screen is automatically rotated to an angle corresponding to the human body posture according to the recognized human body posture.
Because it is normally preferable to control the television screen display to always be parallel to the user's eye line. Then, when it is checked that the user's lying posture in front of the tv is a full lying posture parallel to the ground, it is best to automatically rotate the tv screen to an angle corresponding to the posture of the human body to be 90 degrees perpendicular to the ground. In the fully lying position, as shown in fig. 2, when the front user of the tv lies on his side and is parallel to the line a of the ground, the rotation angle of the tv screen is controlled to be 90 degrees perpendicular to the ground, and as shown in fig. 2, the line B is 90 degrees perpendicular to the line a of the ground.
According to the invention, after the gesture of the user is recognized, the vertical angle of the television screen is automatically rotated, so that the experience of watching the television under the corresponding gesture of the user is improved. The angle of rotation of the television screen in the present invention is not necessarily 90 degrees, depending on the specific gesture of the user.
When the posture that the user lies on the side in front of the television and the ground form 35 degrees is detected, controlling the television screen to automatically rotate to the angle corresponding to the posture of the human body to form 90+35 degrees with the ground as the best angle;
when the posture that the user lies on the side in front of the television and the ground form a 45-degree posture is detected, controlling the television screen to automatically rotate to the angle corresponding to the human body posture, wherein the angle is the best 90+ 45-degree posture;
when the posture that the user lies on the side in front of the television and the ground form 60 degrees is checked, the television screen is controlled to be automatically rotated to the angle corresponding to the human body posture, and the angle is optimally 90+60 degrees to the ground.
In a further embodiment, in order to distinguish and avoid the television screen from rotating around when there are many people, the present invention may set:
when the human body posture of a person in a target area in front of the television is identified, automatically rotating the television screen to an angle corresponding to the human body posture;
when the human body postures of a plurality of persons in the target area in front of the television are recognized, the television screen is automatically rotated to an angle corresponding to the human body postures only when the human body postures of the plurality of persons are in a lying down state. Therefore, the problem that a plurality of people cannot watch TV conveniently due to the fact that one person lies down to cause a TV screen can be avoided. In the invention, when the human postures of a plurality of persons are in the lying state, the screen can be controlled to automatically rotate to the angle corresponding to the human postures when the condition that the plurality of persons are in the same posture state is checked. Thus, the influence on other people to watch television can be avoided.
In the specific implementation of the present invention, the method for controlling the rotation of the tv screen to the angle corresponding to the human posture may include the following embodiments:
first, the tv frame is rotated mechanically, as shown in fig. 2, the tv is connected to the support through a rotating bracket, the rotating bracket is provided with a driving motor, and the tv screen is controlled to rotate to an angle corresponding to the posture of the human body through mechanical rotation. The mechanical hardware rotation is more dynamic, and convenience is provided for users to use.
The second rotation mode is used for controlling the hardware mechanism of the television frame body not to rotate, and controlling the electronic screen displayed by the television to automatically rotate to an angle corresponding to the human body posture through software; therefore, the hardware cost can be saved, and the rotation of the electronic screen can be controlled by software.
Therefore, the method of the embodiment of the invention can realize the technology of automatically rotating the television after identifying the user gesture, particularly automatically rotating the television in the vertical direction; moreover, the automatic rotation angle of the invention is related to the specific gesture of the user, and is not necessarily fixed 90 degrees; greatly providing convenience for the operation and the use of users. The invention can meet the requirement of watching television under more lying-posture scenes with different angles.
