Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a calcium silicate board manufacturing system, in particular to a DCS control system for pulping calcium silicate board waste cement bag paper.
Background
All the devices of the calcium orthosilicate board waste cement bag paper pulping system are manually and independently controlled, and the flow of the pulp and the pressure of the devices are manually adjusted by workers according to experience. Because the operating skill level of each worker is different, the work responsibility is different. Causing large quality fluctuation of the slurry and different production capacity of each shift. Therefore, the energy consumption of pulping is high, and the manual adjustment equipment is more, the arrangement workers are more, and the labor intensity is high.

The solution of the invention for solving the technical problem is as follows:
the DCS control system for the calcium silicate board waste cement bag paper pulping is characterized by comprising a field control station, an IO cabinet and a field cabinet, wherein the field control station is a large-scale I/O processing system; the field control station comprises a main control unit which is a central processing unit of the field control station; the IO cabinet comprises a mounting plate, an air switch, a relay, an isolation module and terminals, all external wiring is completed in the terminals in the cabinet, and the relay, the corresponding IO module and the terminals are all arranged in the IO cabinet; the field cabinet has an IP grade of 55 grades, and is internally provided with a main control unit, a power supply module and an I/O module.
A field control station: the large-scale I/O processing system for direct communication with the site is a site control device with the functions of signal acquisition, loop regulation, logic linkage, sequential control and local operation. The field control station consists of an operation station, a main control unit, an analog I/O module and a digital I/O module which are suitable for various signals, a communication module, a power supply module, a cabinet and the like.
An on-site cabinet: aiming at the field process condition of waste cement bag paper pulping, a cabinet of a field remote control station is specially designed for the severe environment of a factory, and the IP grade is 55 grade. The main control unit, the power supply module and the I/O module are all firmly installed inside, and a field instrument signal wire enters the cabinet through a channel at the bottom of the cabinet and is directly connected to a terminal of the I/O module.
The main control unit is a central processing unit of the field control station and is used for processing signals, controlling and calculating, communicating with a server and other units and the like of the station. In the technical scheme, the CPU adopts 315-2PN/DP, the CPU is communicated with an upper computer (an engineer station/an operator station) through the Ethernet, and the master station and the slave station are communicated through PROFIBUS DP.
CPU315-2 PN/DP: a CPU having a medium-capacity program memory and a program size; the method has higher processing capacity for binary and floating point number operations; use as a centralized controller on a production line with centralized and distributed I/O; PROFINET interface with dual port switch; PROFINET I-Device, an intelligent PROFINET Device for connecting to the CPU of a SIMATIC or third party PROFINET I/O controller; component-based automation via PROFINET; PROFINET agent for PROFIBUS DP smart devices in a Component Based Automation (CBA) system; an integrated MPI/PROFIBUS DP master/slave interface.
As one of the preferred embodiments, the field control station extends a small block I/O ET200S, ET200S is a multifunctional, highly modular I/O system that includes a power module, digital or analog input and output modules, technology modules, an IO-Link Master station and motor starters, frequency converters, and a start interface.
ET 200S: SIMATIC ET200S is a multi-functional, highly modular I/O system with a protection level of IP20 that can be precisely tailored to automation tasks. Interface modules with integrated CPU and PROFINET/PROFIBUS connections have been proposed-both standard and safety designs. The modular ET200S can provide a rich set of modules including a power supply module, a digital or analog input and output module, a technology module, an IO-Link master station, a motor starter, a frequency converter, and a start interface. ET200S can also be used under conditions of high mechanical pressure due to its robust structure. Under the condition of space shortage, a small block I/O ET200S COMPACT can be expanded. ET200S is also a version of SIPLUS, which has a larger applicable temperature range. ET200S advantages: wiring is greatly saved; the space requirement in the control cabinet is low; having a compact plate; modular design; the module series is complete; designing for integration safety; the specific channel diagnosis function is integrated; the configuration work is simplified by the assembly and disassembly of the optional parts; modules can be replaced on the fly (hot-swap).
In a preferred embodiment, the I/O processing system has software and hardware self-diagnostic functions, the template channel is isolated from field signals, and the terminals are separated from the module. The operation of different levels of personnel is limited by setting the password, and misoperation of field personnel is avoided. All I/O modules have software and hardware self-diagnosis functions, template channels are isolated from field signals, terminals are separated from the modules, field replacement and processing are facilitated, and system maintenance time is shortened. A fault limiting function: and when the system fails, the process output is kept unchanged, so that the influence of the system failure is limited to the minimum range. Enough margin is reserved in all links of the system to guarantee the operation safety.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
compared with the original pulping treatment system, the DCS control system for the calcium silicate board waste cement bag paper has the following advantages:
1. the DCS control system is applied to the pulping treatment of the waste cement bag paper of the calcium silicate board, the technical reliability is high, the human-computer interface is friendly, and the operation is simple.
2. The product quality is improved: because the equipment operation and the process control adopt automatic control, the quality of the produced pulp is stable, and the retention rate of the fiber length is improved by 12 percent compared with that before the modification.
3. The yield is improved: after the DCS control system is adopted, the shutdown frequency caused by the fault of manual operation is reduced, and the pulping yield per shift is improved by 10 percent compared with the prior art.
4. Energy conservation: due to the improvement of the yield per shift, the unit power consumption of the auxiliary pulping equipment is reduced, and the power consumption per ton of pulp pulping is reduced by 7 percent compared with the prior art.
5. The number of workers is reduced: because the production operation is automatic, the labor intensity of workers is reduced, and the number of workers per shift is correspondingly reduced.
