An adjustable voltage-stabilizing power box 9 is arranged at the power input end of the test device; the adjustable voltage-stabilizing power box 9 is provided with a test starting switch; the testing device realizes the function of circulating lifting of the glass by setting the voltage parameters for testing and verification through the adjustable voltage-stabilizing power box 9.
The invention completely simulates the operation mode of a real vehicle, adds a vehicle body controller part to verify the reliability of the whole vehicle window lifter, and has the advantages of simple structure, low manufacturing cost, good universality, flexible and simple operation, high reliability and the like, so that the performance requirement of the vehicle window lifter assembly meets the relevant national and enterprise standards, and the durability, reliability and failure of the vehicle window lifter are prevented.
The testing device is simple in structure, low in cost, high in universality, easy to operate, convenient to maintain and high in reliability, and the testing method meets the standard requirement. The design scheme can meet the requirements of normal-temperature testing, and the testing device has the advantages that the testing period, the frequency and the times can be set, and the device can be flexibly moved.
