As used herein, the term "and/or" includes all or any element and all combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
The terms "upper, lower", "inside, outside", "left and right" used in the present invention are relative terms, such as "upper" and "lower" are relative terms, and do not represent an orientation in practical use. The orientation of the light adjusting component in practical application can be changed according to specific situations; for example, the light adjusting assembly of fig. 4 may be rotated clockwise or counterclockwise by 90 ° without affecting the function of the light adjusting assembly of the present invention.
The invention provides a light adjusting assembly, which is shown by combining fig. 1-fig. 2 and comprises a circuit board 1, wherein a touch area is arranged on the circuit board 1, a touch panel 2 is arranged above the touch area, the touch area and the touch panel 2 form a touch button, and a plurality of color areas 21 are arranged on the surface of the touch panel 2; when each color area 21 receives a touch operation, the touch button is triggered to output a corresponding color selection instruction. When the light adjusting component of the present invention is applied to a circuit, if a user needs to select a certain color of light effect, the corresponding color area 21 on the surface of the touch panel 2 is touched to form a corresponding color selection instruction on the touch button, so as to realize the selection of the light color. Compared with the existing light adjusting system, the light adjusting system does not need to combine, superpose and adjust the lights with various colors to obtain a specific color, does not need an operator to have rich light adjusting experience and a theory familiar with color superposition, can trigger the touch button to output a selected color only by touching the corresponding color on the touch panel 2 by a user, and has the advantages of simple and practical structure and simple and visual user operation.
The touch panel 2 may have a planar structure or a non-planar structure with a certain concave-convex structure. When the touch panel 2 is a planar structure, in order to facilitate the user to perform the touch operation by using a finger, the surface area of each color area 21 may be matched with the size of the finger, so as to avoid the confusion of the color selection command caused by touching multiple color areas 21 at the same time. In some embodiments, the surface of the color area 21 may also be provided as a convex or concave surface, for example, the surface of each color area 21 is convex, the surface of each color area 21 is provided with different colors, and a concave edge is provided between adjacent color areas 21, so that each color area 21 has a distinct space therebetween, which is beneficial for a user to select a desired color more accurately. In other embodiments, each color region 21 may also be configured to have an alternating concave-convex structure, or different convex or concave patterns are provided to guide the user to touch at a suitable position, so as to improve the touch accuracy.
The touch button formed by the touch area and the touch panel 2 may be a capacitive touch button or a resistive touch button. When the touch button is a resistance-type touch button, the touch panel 2 needs to have a certain deformation capability; a certain gap is formed between the touch area and the touch panel 2 to form a disconnected touch circuit. When a user touches the color area 21 on the touch panel 2, the color area 21 of the touch panel 2 is slightly deformed to contact with the touch area, so that the touch circuit is turned on and the resistance is changed; when the circuit board 1 detects the resistance change, the touch position of the user can be calculated according to the resistance change, so that the color area 21 touched by the user is obtained, and a corresponding color selection instruction is obtained. When the touch button is a capacitive touch button, a certain gap is also formed between the touch area and the touch panel 2 to form a touch capacitance space, but the touch panel 2 does not need to be deformed; when a user touches the color area 21 on the touch panel 2, the capacitance between the touch area and the touch panel 2 changes; when the circuit board 1 detects the capacitance change, the touch position of the user can be calculated according to the capacitance change, so that the color area 21 touched by the user can be obtained.
In another embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 3, the touch area includes a plurality of sub-touch units 11 regularly arranged, and the sub-touch units 11 are electrically isolated from each other. When the touch area is a whole, the touch position of the user can be calculated through the resistance change or the capacitance change and the like. In order to simplify the structure of the touch button, reduce the circuit cost and improve the touch response speed, the present embodiment divides the touch area into a plurality of sub-touch units 11 with isolated electrical signals, and each sub-touch unit 11 can form a touch button with the touch panel 2; when a user touches a certain color area 21 on the touch panel 2, the capacitance or resistance of the sub-touch unit 11 corresponding to the color area 21 changes, and the color area 21 corresponding to the touch can be directly obtained or calculated according to the change, so as to issue a corresponding color selection instruction. In this embodiment, the touch area is divided into a plurality of sub-touch units 11 arranged regularly, so that the response speed of each touch button can be increased, the color touch response speed of the light adjusting assembly can be increased, and the processing difficulty and the processing cost of the touch area can be reduced.
In some embodiments of the present invention, when the touch areas are an integral whole, the touch buttons are triggered to output corresponding color selection commands, and a touch position may be calculated by detecting a touch electrical signal output by the touch buttons, and a color of the corresponding color area 21 is obtained according to the touch position to output the corresponding color selection command. When the touch area is divided into a plurality of sub-touch units 11 with isolated electrical signals, triggering the touch button to output a corresponding color selection instruction, which may be to obtain the corresponding sub-touch unit 11 by detecting the touch electrical signal output by the touch button, and then obtain one or more color areas 21 corresponding to the sub-touch unit 11; when the sub-touch unit 11 corresponds to the plurality of color areas 21, one color area 21 corresponding to a specific touch position in the plurality of color areas 21 can be further confirmed according to the touch electrical signal, so as to confirm and output a corresponding color selection instruction. Of course, in some embodiments, the color selection command may be a command for making the light emit one color, or may be a command for making the light emit a gradient color.
In a further embodiment, each sub-touch unit 11 may correspond to one color region 21. When a user touches a first color area, the capacitance or resistance of a first sub-touch unit corresponding to the first color area changes; on the contrary, when the circuit board 1 detects that the capacitance or the resistance of the first sub-touch unit changes, it is determined that the color corresponding to the first color region is selected by the user through the touch operation, so that the touch button outputs the color selection instruction corresponding to the first color region. Compared with the embodiment in which the touch areas are entirely integrated, or the embodiment in which one sub-touch unit 11 corresponds to multiple color areas 21, in the technical scheme of this embodiment, the corresponding selected color does not need to be obtained through calculation, but the corresponding sub-touch unit 11 can directly output an electrical signal through a user touch operation, and the color area 21 on the touch panel 2 corresponding to the sub-touch unit 11 can be used as the selected color, so that the processes of calculating the touch position and calculating the selected color are omitted, the requirement on the calculation capability of the circuit board 1 is reduced, and the effects of reducing the manufacturing cost of the circuit board 1 and shortening the touch response time are achieved.
In order to facilitate the circuit board 1 to output the touch signal, the present invention further provides another embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, when each sub-touch unit 11 corresponds to one color region 21, the circuit board 1 may be provided with an outlet 14, and the outlet 14 includes an output pin electrically connected to each sub-touch unit 11. When a change in an output pin signal of the outlet terminal 14 is detected, it can be determined that the sub-touch unit 11 corresponding to the output pipe is triggered, and the color corresponding to the color area 21 of the sub-touch unit 11 can be used as the selected light color. The outlet terminal 14 may further include a power input pin for connecting an operating power source to provide an operating voltage of the touch button.
In other embodiments of the present invention, an avoidance area is disposed on the touch area, so as to set a button switch for implementing a key function on the circuit board 1; referring to fig. 3, a touch switch 12 is disposed in the avoidance area, a mounting hole 22 is disposed in the middle of the touch panel 2, a key 3 for switching the state of the touch switch 12 is fixed in the mounting hole 22, and the position of the key 3 is opposite to the touch switch 12; when the key 3 is pressed down under the action of external force, the touch switch 12 is triggered to switch the switch state, so that the key function is achieved; an elastic element 4 for restoring the key 3 from the touch position to the initial position is arranged between the key 3 and the circuit board 1. The light adjusting component in this implementation not only can realize that the corresponding colour on the touch panel 2 reaches the purpose of adjusting the light colour, but also can realize the button function. The key function may be used to indicate the on-off state of the touch panel 2 or to confirm a selected color. When the on-off state of the key function is matched with the color selection instruction for use, the function of adjusting the light color through the touch panel 2 can be controlled through the on-off state, and when the function is turned off, the user can be prevented from mistakenly controlling the touch panel 2 to change the light color. When the on-off state of the key function is matched with the color selection instruction for use, the color selected by the touch panel 2 can be confirmed through the on-off state; for example, when the user selects a desired color of the lamp through the touch panel 2, the lighting color can be previewed in the corresponding display area, if the user presses the key 3, the user confirms the selected color, and at this time, the color selection instruction is sent to the corresponding lighting system, so as to change the lighting effect or the stage effect of the lighting system.
The circuit board 1, the touch panel 2, the keys 3 and the elastic element 4 can be fixed by connecting elements or by connecting structures such as buckles. In an embodiment of the present invention, the key 3 may include a key cap 31, and the key cap 31 is provided with a buckle 32 at a side close to the circuit board 1; the inner side of the mounting hole 22 is provided with a limit step 23 for preventing the buckle 32 from coming off along the direction away from the circuit board 1. This embodiment can fix button cap 31 in touch panel 2 middle part through the cooperation of buckle 32 with spacing step 23, realizes exempting from the instrument installation, simple structure, and is with low costs. The inner side is a side close to the center line of the mounting hole 22. The snap 32 may be one or more, preferably, a barb shape with certain deformation capability, so as to be conveniently inserted into the mounting hole 22 and not easily come off after being inserted. The engagement between the latch 32 and the limit step 23 can be a structure commonly used in the prior art, and will not be described herein.
In order to facilitate the user to know the on-off state of the key 3 or the light adjusting component of the invention, the invention also provides the following embodiment: as shown in fig. 3 to 5, an indicator light 13 is disposed in the avoidance region; the key cap 31 is a light-transmitting key cap, a hollow light-transmitting space is arranged between the indicator light 13 and the key cap 31, and light of the indicator light 13 penetrates through the hollow light-transmitting space and is emitted out of the key cap 31. The indicator light 13 is connected with different circuit modules, so that the indicator light 12 not only can indicate the working state of the key 3, but also can be used for indicating the power-on state or the working state of the light adjusting component, or used as illumination or decoration. The invention therefore also proposes the following examples:
the indicator lamp 13 is electrically connected with the touch switch 12, and the switch signal of the touch switch 12 is related to the switch signal of the indicator lamp 13. When a user presses the key 3, the touch switch 12 is triggered to output a pressing instruction, and meanwhile, a switch signal of the indicator lamp 13 is triggered, so that the indicator lamp 13 is turned on or off, and the user knows the current working state of the light adjusting assembly. For example, when the user double-clicks the key 3, the touch panel 2 of the light adjustment assembly may be turned off, and the indicator lamp 13 may be turned off at the same time, so as to prompt the user that the color selection function of the light adjustment assembly is currently in an off state. When the user clicks the key 3, the function of the touch panel 2 of the light adjusting assembly is activated again, and the indicator lamp 13 is turned on at the same time, so as to prompt the user to input a color selection instruction through the touch panel 2.
When the indication lamp 13 is disposed in the avoidance area, the light color of the indication lamp 13 may interfere with the color displayed in the color area 21 on the touch panel 2, and therefore, the following embodiments are further provided in the present invention: the elastic member 4 is a light-tight elastic member and is disposed between the touch panel 2 and the indicator 13. The elastic member 4 can prevent the color of the light emitted from the indicator light 13 from interfering with the color display of the color area 21, so that the operator can judge and select the color more accurately. Of course, when the buckle 32 is fastened to the circuit board 1, it may be disposed between the touch panel 2 and the indicator 13, and may also have an effect of preventing the color of the light emitted by the indicator 13 from interfering with the color display of the color area 21. In some embodiments, the elastic member 4 and the buckle 32 can be disposed between the touch panel 2 and the indicator 13, and can prevent color interference.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, in an embodiment of the present invention, key cap 31 is provided with a pressing portion 33 at a middle portion of a side close to circuit board 1; when the key 3 is at the touch position, the touch part 33 is in contact with the touch switch 13; when the key 3 is at the initial position, the pressing portion 33 is separated from the touch switch 13. In the embodiment, the touch portion 33 presses the touch switch 13 to trigger the state of the key 3, and the structure is simple and the cost is low. Of course, in some embodiments, non-contact structures such as photoelectric barriers and electromagnetic induction may also be adopted, which are not described herein again.
Based on the light adjusting component, the invention also provides a light control device which comprises at least one light adjusting component so as to achieve the purpose that a user can control and adjust light. The light adjusting component can be applied to scenes such as an intelligent lighting system and a stage system.
Based on the light adjusting component, the invention further provides a light control system which adopts the light adjusting component to obtain a control instruction, and as shown in fig. 6, the light control system comprises the following steps:
step S10: acquiring a color selection instruction acting on a color area;
step S20: generating a light color control instruction according to the color selection instruction;
step S30: and controlling the light emitting color of the light equipment according to the light color control instruction.
When the light adjusting component further comprises a key, a light color control instruction can be generated according to the color selection instruction, the selected light color is previewed, but the light equipment is not directly controlled to change the light color, the light equipment is controlled to change the light color only when the instruction that the user presses the key is obtained, and therefore the purpose that the user can modify the light color of the light equipment before the light color is changed is achieved. In this case, step S30 may specifically be as follows:
and acquiring a confirmation instruction of the key, and controlling the light emitting color of the lighting equipment according to the current lighting color control instruction and the confirmation instruction.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, the key 3 includes a key cap 31, a touch panel 2 and a circuit board 1. The touch panel 2 is connected and fixed with the circuit board 1. A mounting hole 22 is formed in the middle of the touch panel 2, and a limiting step 23 is arranged on the side wall of the mounting hole 22. The key cap 31 is a pressing element, the buckle 23 is disposed at a position of the lower end of the key cap 31 opposite to the limiting step 23, and the key cap 31 is fixed on the touch panel 2 through the buckle 23 and can move up and down relative to the circuit board 1.
The circuit board 1 is provided with a touch switch 12 at a position opposite to the key cap 31, the bottom of the key cap 31 is provided with a raised pressing part 33, when the key cap 31 is pressed, the key cap 31 moves downwards, and the pressing part 33 turns on or off the touch switch 12. Indicator lights 13 are disposed on both sides of the touch switch 12 for providing light to indicate the on or off state of the key 3. The circuit board 1 is provided with a touch area corresponding to the touch panel 2, and the touch area is divided into a plurality of sector array areas, which respectively correspond to different color areas 21 on the touch panel 2. Specifically, the touch panel 2 is an annular light-transmitting area, and is a color-gradient ring having a plurality of colors, such as red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, on the surface, to form the color area 21. When the touch panel 2 is touched, the lighting equipment can be adjusted to emit light with corresponding colors according to corresponding colors of the touch position; therefore, the aim of adjusting the scene atmosphere by adjusting the color of the light is fulfilled.
An annular elastic member 4 is further disposed in the key cap 31, and the elastic member 4 elastically abuts between the key cap 31 and the circuit board 1. When the key 3 presses the elastic member 4 to move toward the circuit board 1, the elastic member 4 is elastically deformed to provide a restoring force for the key 3. Meanwhile, the elastic member 4 is made of an opaque material and is disposed in an adjacent area between the key cap 31 and the touch panel 2, so that the color display of the color area of the touch panel 2 can be prevented from being interfered by the color of light emitted from the indicator 13, and an operator can judge and select the color more accurately.
