Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of detection devices, in particular to an illuminating device in urine detection equipment and an application method thereof.
Background
Urine is the residue after "blood wash". The metabolism of human body can produce metabolic waste and redundant electrolyte in blood, and in order to keep blood healthy, the waste must be filtered out, the process is just like blood cleaning, and the final residue is urine. Therefore, urine detection is of the most important biological significance to human health.
At present, urine is often detected by using urine test paper in a test process, and color blocks on the urine test paper chemically react with different component indexes in the urine, so that the color block colors of the test paper strip are changed (the concentration of a single component in the urine corresponds to the color block color change). In order to test the accuracy, the shot picture or image needs to be compared with the standard color block, so that the lighting system is very important, and if a common light source is adopted, the color difference is caused, and the accuracy of the test result is further influenced.

Detailed Description
The features of the present invention and other related features are described in further detail below by way of example in conjunction with the following drawings to facilitate understanding by those skilled in the art:
as shown in fig. 1-6, the labels 1-5 are respectively shown as: RGBLED lighting source 1, light guide plate 2, transparent glass substrate 3, urine test paper 4, camera 5.
Example (b): the illumination device in the urine test equipment in this embodiment is used for illuminating the urine test paper 4 shown in fig. 6 in a urine test, so as to ensure that the colors of the color blocks of the urine test paper can be accurately distinguished, and further, the accuracy of a urine test result is effectively improved.
As shown in fig. 1, the lighting device in the urine detection apparatus in the present embodiment includes an rgb led lighting source 1, a light guide plate 2, and a transparent glass substrate 3. As shown in fig. 4, the rgb led lighting source 1 is a light source of the lighting device, and is symmetrically installed at the upper and lower ends of the light guide plate 2 in the height direction. The rgbl led lighting source 1 can be directly mounted on the light guide plate 2 by arranging the socket structure, and the socket structure and the light guide plate are detachably connected and fixed, so that the later maintenance of the device, such as the repair or replacement of the rgbl led lighting source 1 or the light guide plate 2, is facilitated. The transparent glass substrate 3 is disposed on one side of the light guide plate 2, and is mainly used for adsorption and fixation of the urine test paper 4 during testing.
As shown in fig. 2, the side surface of the light guide plate 2 on the side adjacent to the transparent glass substrate 3 is provided as a sawtooth surface, i.e., the surface thereof is provided in a sawtooth shape; and the tooth body of each sawtooth on the surface of the sawtooth becomes shallow gradually from the middle to the two sides of the light guide plate 2 in the height direction. This is because, as shown by the arrow direction in fig. 2, the light emitted by the two rgb led lighting sources 1 is uniformly and symmetrically irradiated onto the urine test paper 4 through the sawtooth surface of the light guide plate 2, and then the light is reflected by the urine test paper 4 and penetrates through the transparent glass substrate 3 and the light guide plate 2 to the outside. That is, the sawtoothed surface of the light guide plate 2 is used for providing an incident angle with the urine test paper 4 for the light emitted by the rgb led lighting source 1, and simultaneously ensuring the uniformity of the light; the other more important function is that, through the design of the sawtooth surface structure of the light guide plate 2, the light guide plate 2 does not need to be plated with an antireflection film on the surface thereof to increase the transmittance, and meanwhile, a plating diffusion plate does not need to be arranged on one side of the light guide plate, in this case, light guiding can still be realized, and the reflected light carries the information of the urine test paper 4 for imaging, so that the cost can be significantly reduced while the test accuracy is ensured.
As shown in fig. 3, the reflected light carrying information of the urine test strip 4 is captured by the camera 5 to form an image, and the obtained image may be transmitted to a processor or a cloud for processing, so as to perform a test according to the image information of the urine test strip 4. In some embodiments, the processor or cloud is embedded with image recognition and algorithms to derive index data of constituents in urine.
When the lighting device in the urine detection device in the embodiment is specifically applied, the lighting device comprises the following steps:
1) the urine test paper 4 is absorbed on one side surface (back) of the transparent glass substrate 3 after being immersed in urine to be detected, and meanwhile, the urine test paper 4 is enabled to be flatly unfolded and absorbed on the transparent glass substrate 3.
2) The light guide plate 2 with the rgb led lighting source 1 is disposed in parallel on the other side surface (front surface) of the transparent glass substrate 3, and the distance between the two surfaces should meet the requirement of the incident angle shown in fig. 2, so as to ensure that the light reflected by the urine test paper 4 is relatively uniform.
3) Arranging a camera 5 serving as a camera device on the outer side of the light guide plate 2, and shooting the front side of the urine test paper 4 through the camera 5, wherein the shooting direction of the camera 5 sequentially passes through the light guide plate 2 and the glass substrate 3 to the urine test paper 4; at this time, light emitted by the rgb led lighting source 1 is uniformly irradiated onto the urine test paper 4 through the sawtooth surface of the light guide plate 2, and then reflected by the urine test paper 4 to penetrate through the transparent glass substrate 3 and the light guide plate 2 to the camera 5.
4) And obtaining a urine detection result according to the image of the urine test paper shot by the camera 5. Specifically, in the analysis principle, the camera 5 takes a picture of the test strip soaked in urine to form a picture, the built-in processor performs spectrum reduction and standard color block color analysis and comparison on the test strip, and advanced image color difference and algorithm are adopted, so that index data of each component in the urine is obtained.
The application method is based on the diffuse reflection full-color chromaticity matching design concept, and combines the built-in processor to perform image color classification and algorithm on the photo, so that index data of various components in urine are obtained, and the data accuracy is effectively improved.
In the embodiment, in specific implementation: as shown in fig. 5, the transparent glass substrate 3 is a flat plate, and the transmittance thereof is not less than 99.9%, so that the light reflected by the urine test paper 4 can pass through the transparent glass substrate 3 as much as possible, thereby ensuring the accuracy of the information of the urine test paper 4 carried by the reflected light.
The rgb led illumination source 1 may be connected to a controller, which can controllably adjust the color of the light emitted by the rgb led illumination source 1. Specifically, for the detection of urine, since urine has specificity, even if urine components and expression colors collected by healthy people in different time periods are different, based on the specificity, the rgbd illumination light source 1 can emit light with specific colors under the control of the controller, thereby effectively solving the specificity of urine test and ensuring the accuracy of urine test. Meanwhile, the controller can automatically adjust the RGBLED lighting source 1 in modes of programming or built-in algorithm and the like, so that the automation degree is improved, and the controller is convenient to use.
Although the conception and the embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the drawings, those skilled in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications can be made therein without departing from the scope of the appended claims, and therefore, they are not to be considered repeated herein.
