As shown in fig. 6, the projection module 40 includes a projection profile 401 and a projector assembly, the projector assembly includes a projection rear cover 402, a projection housing 403, a projection cover 404, a projection front cover 405, and a projector 406, and a projection opening for mounting the projector assembly is opened on a side wall of the projection profile 401; the inner wall of the projection section bar 401 is provided with inner ribs which are uniformly distributed along the circumference and axially extend, and the upper connecting piece 6 and the lower connecting piece 7 are respectively fixed at the upper end and the lower end of the projection section bar 401 through threaded connection; two rows of fixed sliding blocks 107 are arranged on the inner ribs on two sides of the projection port, and the projector assembly and the projection profile 401 are fixed through the fixed sliding blocks 107.
As shown in fig. 7, the monitoring module 50 includes a monitoring cavity 501 and a monitor 503 mounted on the monitoring cavity 501 through a monitoring mounting cover plate 502, and internal ribs uniformly distributed along the circumference and extending in the axial direction are provided in the upper and lower ends of the monitoring cavity 501, and the upper connecting member 6 and the lower connecting member 7 are respectively fixed at the upper and lower ends of the monitoring cavity 501 through threaded connection.
As shown in fig. 8, the lighting module 60 includes a cylindrical lamp housing 605, and a heat sink cover 601, a lighting heat sink assembly 602, an upper reflective cup 603, a fixing rod 604, and a lower reflective cup 606 sequentially arranged in the lamp housing 605 from top to bottom, and the bottom of the lamp housing 605 is fixed to the lower connector 7 by a screw connection.
In the invention, the intelligent lamppost main body is circular, that is, the base section bar 103, the sound section bar 201, the WIFI section bar 301, the projection section bar 401, the monitoring cavity 501 and the lampshade 605 are all circular in design, and in practical application, section bar structures in various shapes such as square, rectangle, polygon, circle, ellipse and the like can be selected according to requirements.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, the upper connecting member 6 includes a bottom plate 61 fixed on the top of the lower module and an external cylinder 62 arranged at the center of the bottom plate 61, and the diameter of the external cylinder 62 is gradually reduced from bottom to top; the lower connecting piece 7 comprises a bottom support 71 fixed at the bottom of the upper module and an inner connecting tube 72 arranged at the center of the bottom support 71, the diameter of the inner connecting tube 72 is gradually reduced from top to bottom, and the upper connecting piece 6 is clamped with the lower connecting piece 7 through the inner and outer sleeve matching of the inner connecting tube 72 and the outer connecting tube 62; the inner connecting cylinder 72 and the outer connecting cylinder 62 are provided with convex grooves uniformly distributed along the circumference, and the circumferential fixation of the upper connecting piece 6 and the lower connecting piece 7 is realized through the matching of the inner connecting cylinder 72 and the convex grooves on the outer connecting cylinder 62.
As shown in fig. 13, the waterproof rubber pad 8 is disposed on the outer edge of the bottom of the chassis 61 and the outer edge of the top of the bottom support 71.
As shown in fig. 14, a decorative part 5 is arranged between each module, and the decorative part 5 includes two semi-annular shells, which are sleeved outside the external cylinder 62 and connected into a complete annular shell by a snap.
Further, still can set up culture customization LOGO atmosphere lamp 2, WIFI LOGO atmosphere lamp 4 between base module 10 and audio module 20, WIFI module 30 and the projection module 40, culture customization LOGO atmosphere lamp 2, WIFILOGO atmosphere lamp 4 all cup joint in the external 62 outsides of connecting piece 6. In order to realize the electricity and connect, seted up the electric connecting hole on the cell wall of external cylinder 62 tongue all around, in order to cup joint culture customization LOGO atmosphere lamp 2 or WIFI LOGO atmosphere lamp 4 simultaneously, upper and lower connecting piece section of thick bamboo wall length between base module 10 and audio module 20, WIFI module 30 and the projection module 40 is longer than general upper and lower connecting piece.
In the invention, the network cable socket body shown in fig. 15 is adopted in each section bar and each connecting piece to realize communication connection, and the electric socket body structure shown in fig. 16a and 16b is adopted to realize the electric connection of each modular electric appliance.
The specific embodiment of the invention is as follows:
the whole lamp installation process is as follows: as shown in fig. 2, a cultural customized LOGO atmosphere lamp 2 is sleeved on a base module 10, and a sound module 20 is inserted into the base module 10 after being compressed by a pressing plate 3, so that the sound module 20 is connected with the base module 10; inserting the WIFI module 30 into the sound module 20 to complete the connection between the WIFI module 30 and the sound module 20; sleeving the WIFI LOGO lamp on the WIFI module 30, inserting the projection module 40 into the WIFI module 30, and finishing the installation of the projection module 40 and the WIFI module 30; inserting the monitoring module 50 into the projection module 40 to complete the installation of the monitoring module 50 and the projection module 40; inserting the lighting module 60 into the monitoring module 50 to complete the installation of the lighting module 60 and the monitoring module 50; and finally, mounting the decorative part 5 on the whole lamp to finish the whole lamp mounting.
The assembly process of the single module is as follows:
base module 10: as shown in fig. 3, the base decoration 102 is sleeved on the base section bar 103, and then the base flange 101 is fixed on the base section bar 103; sliding the fixed sliding block 107 into the internal rib of the base section bar 103, and fixing the electric appliance rear cover 106 on the fixed sliding block 107; fixing the electric appliance shell 105 on the electric appliance rear cover 106, and fixing the electric appliance front cover 104 on the electric appliance shell 105; the top is provided with a connecting piece 6 to complete the assembly of the base module 10.
The sound module 20: as shown in fig. 4, the fixed slider 107 is slid into the inner rib of the audio profile 201, and then the audio shell 203 is fixed on the fixed slider 107; the audio 202 is fixed to the audio housing 203, the top is fitted with the connector 6, and the bottom is fitted with the connector 7, completing the assembly of the audio module 20.
The WIFI module 30: as shown in fig. 5, the upper connector 6 is fixed to the upper portion of the WIFI profile 301, and the lower connector 7 is fixed to the bottom of the WIFI profile 301, so as to complete the assembly of the WIFI module 30.
The projection module 40: as shown in fig. 6, the fixed slide block 107 is slid into the rib inside the projection profile 401, and then the projection rear cover 402 is fixed on the fixed slide block 107; fixing a projection shell 403 on a projection rear cover 402, and fixing a projection front cover 405 on the projection shell 403; the projector 406 is mounted on the rear projection cover 402 and the front projection cover 405, and the projection cover 404 is mounted to complete the assembly of the projection module 20.
The monitoring module 50: as shown in fig. 7, the monitor 503 is fixed to the monitor mounting cover 502, and the fixed assembly is mounted on the monitor chamber 501; the upper connector 6 is mounted on the upper portion of the monitoring chamber 501, and the lower connector 7 is fixed to the bottom of the monitoring chamber 501, thereby completing the assembly of the monitoring module 50.
The lighting module 60: as shown in fig. 8, the lower reflector cup 606 is fixed to the lower connector 7, and then the fixing rod 604 is fixed to the lower reflector cup 606; a lampshade 605 is sleeved on the upper reflecting cup 603, and the upper reflecting cup is fixed on a fixed rod 604; the light source heat sink assembly 602 is fixed to the fixing cup 603, and then the heat sink cover plate 601 is fixed to the light source heat sink assembly 602, thereby completing the assembly of the lighting module 60.
The installation process of the waterproof sealing element of the single module comprises the following steps: as shown in fig. 13, the waterproof rubber mat 8 is clamped at the bottom of the upper connecting piece and then inserted into the upper opening of the section bar, and the upper opening is waterproof after the screw is locked; the waterproof rubber pad 8 is clamped on the lower connecting piece and then inserted into the lower opening of the section bar, and the lower opening is waterproof after the screw is locked; the sinking platform of the section door is waterproof, namely, a single module completes the waterproofing.
The intelligent lamp post realizes the functions of dimming and color mixing of illumination, commercial advertising, traffic data analysis, safe environmental monitoring and the like, and effectively solves the problems of high cost, difficult maintenance, unattractive appearance and the like caused by the installation of the lamp posts with multiple lamp posts; the modularized installation is simple and fast, and the projector, the camera, the LED illumination and the like in the module can be replaced fast, the assembly and disassembly maintenance cost is greatly saved, and the service life of components can be effectively prolonged due to the tight waterproof structure.

Claims (10)

1. The intelligent lamppost is characterized by comprising a base module (10) and functional modules arranged on the base module (10), wherein the functional modules comprise one or more of a sound module (20), a WIFI module (30), a projection module (40), a monitoring module (50) and a lighting module (60), and the modules are connected and fixed with one another by the clamping and matching of an upper connecting piece (6) and a lower connecting piece (7);
the upper connecting piece (6) comprises a chassis (61) fixed at the top of the lower module and an external cylinder (62) arranged at the center of the chassis (61), and the diameter of the external cylinder (62) is gradually reduced from bottom to top; the lower connecting piece (7) comprises a bottom support (71) fixed at the bottom of the upper module and an inner connecting tube (72) arranged at the center of the bottom support (71), the diameter of the inner connecting tube (72) is gradually reduced from top to bottom, and the upper connecting piece (6) is clamped with the lower connecting piece (7) through the inner and outer sleeve matching of the inner connecting tube (72) and the outer connecting tube (62); the inner connecting cylinder (72) and the outer connecting cylinder (62) are provided with convex grooves uniformly distributed along the circumference, and the circumferential fixation of the upper connecting piece (6) and the lower connecting piece (7) is realized through the matching of the inner connecting cylinder (72) and the convex grooves on the outer connecting cylinder (62).

The intelligent lamp post installed in a modularized way according to claim 1, wherein the base module (10) comprises a base flange (101), a base section bar (103) and a base decoration (102), the bottom of the base section bar (103) is fixed through the base flange (101), and the base decoration (102) is sleeved on the bottom of the base section bar (103); the inner wall of the base section bar (103) is provided with inner ribs which are uniformly distributed along the circumference and axially extend, and the upper connecting piece (6) is fixed at the top of the base section bar (103) through a stud (1) which penetrates through the chassis (61) and the inner ribs.

The intelligent lamp post installed in a modularized way according to claim 2, characterized in that an electrical appliance port is formed in the side wall of the base section bar (103), and an electrical appliance component is installed in the electrical appliance port; two rows of fixed sliding blocks (107) are arranged on the inner ribs on two sides of the electric appliance opening, the fixed sliding blocks (107) are fixed on the inner ribs in a sliding mode through threaded connection, and then the electric appliance assembly and the fixed sliding blocks (107) are fixedly connected through threaded connection.

The intelligent lamppost installed in a modularized way according to claim 1, characterized in that the sound module (20) comprises a sound section bar (201) and sound components, and a sound port for installing the sound components is opened on the side wall of the sound section bar (201); the inner wall of the sound equipment section bar (201) is provided with inner ribs which are uniformly distributed along the circumference and axially extend, and the upper connecting piece (6) and the lower connecting piece (7) are respectively fixed at the upper end and the lower end of the sound equipment section bar (201) through threaded connection; two rows of fixed sliding blocks (107) are arranged on the inner ribs on two sides of the sound opening, and the sound component and the sound section bar (201) are fixed through the fixed sliding blocks (107).

The intelligent lamppost installed in a modularized manner according to claim 1, wherein the WIFI module (30) comprises a WIFI section bar (301) and WIFI components arranged in the WIFI section bar (301), inner ribs which are uniformly distributed along the circumference and axially extend are arranged on the inner wall of the WIFI section bar (301), and the upper connecting piece (6) and the lower connecting piece (7) are respectively fixed at the upper end and the lower end of the WIFI section bar (301) through threaded connection.

The intelligent lamp post installed in a modularized manner according to claim 1, wherein the projection module (40) comprises a projection section bar (401) and a projector assembly, and a projection port for installing the projector assembly is formed in a side wall of the projection section bar (401); the inner wall of the projection profile (401) is provided with inner ribs which are uniformly distributed along the circumference and axially extend, and the upper connecting piece (6) and the lower connecting piece (7) are respectively fixed at the upper end and the lower end of the projection profile (401) through threaded connection; two rows of fixed sliding blocks (107) are arranged on the inner ribs on two sides of the projection port, and the projector assembly and the projection profile (401) are fixed through the fixed sliding blocks (107).

The intelligent lamp post installed in a modularized manner according to claim 1, wherein the monitoring module (50) comprises a monitoring cavity (501) and a monitor (503) installed on the monitoring cavity (501), internal ribs which are uniformly distributed along the circumference and axially extend are arranged in the upper end and the lower end of the monitoring cavity (501), and the upper connecting piece (6) and the lower connecting piece (7) are respectively fixed at the upper end and the lower end of the monitoring cavity (501) through threaded connection.

The intelligent lamppost for modular installation according to claim 1, wherein the lighting module (60) comprises a lampshade (605), and a radiator cover plate (601), a lighting heat dissipation assembly (602), an upper reflecting cup (603), a fixing rod (604) and a lower reflecting cup (606) which are sequentially arranged in the lampshade (605) from top to bottom, and the bottom of the lampshade (605) is fixed with the lower connecting piece (7) through threaded connection.

The intelligent lamp post installed in a modularized way according to claim 1, wherein the decorating part (5) is arranged between the modules, the decorating part (5) comprises two semi-annular shells, and the two semi-annular shells are sleeved on the outer sides of the upper connecting piece (6) and the lower connecting piece (7) and are connected into a complete annular shell through a buckle.
