Example 1
An automobile front cover switch assembly is provided, as shown in fig. 1, comprising a first lock catch arranged on an automobile body, a main control lock 4 arranged on the inner side of an automobile front cover, an automobile lock sensor 2, a locking sensor 5 and an unlocking switch 3; wherein the front cover and the body of the automobile are locked with the buckle of the first lock catch through the master lock 4; the lock sensor 2 is connected with an ignition switch 1 of the automobile and judges whether the automobile is flameout or not according to the state of the ignition switch 1; the unlocking switch 3 is respectively connected with the vehicle lock sensor 2 and the main control lock 4, and when the vehicle lock sensor 2 judges that the vehicle is in a flameout state, the unlocking switch 3 can control the main control lock 4 and the first lock catch to be locked and unlocked; the locking inductor 5 is connected with the automobile front cover to judge whether the automobile front cover is in lock catch clamping connection with the automobile body.
Specifically, the ignition switch 1 may be started by a keyless remote control or may be started by a vehicle key with a key cylinder. The unlocking switch 3 can be arranged in the vehicle, and can be arranged at the setting position of an opening handle at the lower part of the existing instrument desk, or can be arranged on a vehicle key to be started by remote control. The unlock switch 3 may be a switch for controlling the current of the circuit, a switch for controlling the on/off of the circuit, or a controller for sending a control signal, and the present embodiment is not particularly limited.
It should be understood that the control process among the unlocking switch 3, the vehicle lock sensor 2 and the main control lock 4 can be realized by simple circuit on-off by using the electric connection of circuit wires, and can also be connected to a vehicle body control system to enhance the control efficiency. That is, "the connection" in "the unlocking switch 3 is respectively connected with the lock sensor 2 and the master lock 4" may be an electrical connection or a communication connection, that is, the lock sensor 2 completes the operability of the unlocking switch 3 through a simple circuit on/off, or sends a control signal to make the unlocking switch 3 operable, so that the unlocking switch 3 may be further used to control the master lock 4.
More specifically, the lock sensor 2 may be a simple circuit switch, when the ignition switch 1 is a common plug-in key cylinder, the key is plugged to the end, and when the lock sensor 2 is touched, the circuit is broken to determine that the vehicle is not flameout, and when the key is pulled out and the switch of the lock sensor 2 is bounced, the vehicle is determined to be flameout, and the circuit is closed. The lock sensor 2 may also be a pressure-sensitive sensor that determines whether the vehicle is turned off by recognizing a pressed state of the key when inserted, for example, the ohong MEMS pressure sensor 2SMPP-02 ultra-small. In addition, the vehicle lock sensor 2 may be a sensor that determines feedback of the optical sensor when the optical sensor is inserted by an identification key, or may be a sensor that determines a signal of remote ignition of the vehicle by identification, or a sensor that sends a signal to the vehicle controller when the vehicle is in a flameout state.
Further, the lock sensor 5 may be an optical sensor, a vibration sensor, or a press sensor as long as it can determine that the front cover is in contact with the vehicle body. The locking sensor 5 is connected with the front cover of the automobile, and judges whether the front cover of the automobile is in lock catch clamping connection with the automobile body, so that other controls can be further carried out, for example, an alarm can be given out when the contact between the front cover and the automobile body is abnormal, or the main control lock 4 is controlled to be locked after the contact between the front cover and the automobile body is detected. The latching sensors 5 are of a type that does not require a small sensor to display readings, such as a low power MEMS gauge pressure sensor.
When the automobile lock is used, the automobile lock sensor 2 judges whether the automobile is flameout or not by identifying the state of the ignition switch 1 of the automobile, so that the front cover can be opened by taking the flameout of the automobile as a necessary condition for opening the front cover and judging the current automobile state, and the main control lock 4 can be opened. Compared with the first lock unlocking in the prior art, the first lock unlocking method based on the automobile flameout as a necessary condition for unlocking the front cover is more suitable for the operation habit of a driver, and is safer without the risk of opening the front cover because the automobile is still running. And then the unlocking switch 3 is controlled to control the main lock 4 and the first lock catch to unlock, so that the front cover is opened. Compared with the prior art, the driver only needs to operate the unlocking switch 3 once to open the front cover, and does not need to walk to the headstock to find the handle and do not need to repeatedly unlock the lock, so that the problems that the repeated unlocking operation is needed in the prior art and the risk of clamping hands of the front cover caused by the driver finding the headstock to lock the handle are solved.
According to another specific embodiment of the present invention, the embodiment of the present invention discloses a front cover switch assembly for an automobile, wherein the main control lock 4 comprises a first electromagnetic lock cylinder and a first buckling part capable of being driven by the first electromagnetic lock cylinder; the first electromagnetic lock cylinder is electrically connected with the unlocking switch 3 and is controlled to be powered on or powered off through the unlocking switch 3.
Specifically, the main control lock 4 is an electromagnetic lock, and after the main control lock is powered on, the first electromagnetic lock cylinder generates electromagnetic force to attract the first buckling part, so that the first buckling part is separated from the first lock buckle to complete unlocking.
More specifically, the vehicle lock sensor 2 judges that the vehicle is flameout through the state of the ignition switch 1, at the moment, the vehicle lock sensor 2 is electrified as a switch control circuit of the circuit, and as the first electromagnetic lock cylinder is electrically connected with the unlocking switch 3, the unlocking switch 3 is started after the first electromagnetic lock cylinder is electrified to control the first electromagnetic lock cylinder to be electrified and generate magnetic force. When the master lock 4 needs to be unlocked, the unlocking switch 3 is manually controlled.
According to another specific embodiment of the present invention, the automobile front cover switch assembly disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, further includes a second lock catch disposed on the automobile body, and an inductive lock 6 disposed inside the automobile front cover; wherein the front cover and the body of the automobile are locked with the buckle of the second lock catch through the induction lock 6; the induction lock 6 comprises a second electromagnetic lock cylinder and a second buckling part which can be driven by the second electromagnetic lock cylinder; the second electromagnetic lock cylinder is electrically connected with the vehicle lock sensor 2, and the second electromagnetic lock cylinder is controlled to be powered on or powered off according to the judgment result of the vehicle lock sensor 2.
Specifically, the second electromagnetic lock core is controlled to be powered on or powered off according to the judgment result of the vehicle lock sensor 2, namely when the vehicle lock sensor 2 judges that the vehicle is flamed out, the unlocking switch 3 and the induction lock 6 are powered on, wherein the unlocking switch 3 is in an open state, and the induction lock 6 is unlocked.
More specifically, the process of sensing the inside of the lock 6 is that the vehicle lock sensor 2 controls the second electromagnetic lock cylinder to be electrified and generates electromagnetic force to attract the second buckling portion, and the second buckling portion is separated from the second lock catch to be clamped, so that unlocking is completed.
By adopting the scheme, the safety is improved through the double-locking structure, and the risk of misoperation is avoided.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, in the automobile front cover switch assembly disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the first latch and the second latch are disposed at the front side of the automobile body, and the main control lock 4 and the inductive lock 6 are disposed at the inner side of the automobile front cover side by side; the first electromagnetic lock cylinder and the second electromagnetic lock cylinder are an electromagnetic component 7, and the driving force of the first buckling part is larger than that of the second buckling part.
Specifically, when the front cover needs to be opened, after the vehicle lock sensor 2 senses that the vehicle is turned off, the electromagnetic member 7 is energized to attract the second buckling portion to be separated from the lock catch, so that the inductive lock 6 is opened, and at this time, the driving force (electromagnetic force) of the electromagnetic member 7 is not enough to enable the first buckling portion to be separated from the lock catch. Furthermore, as the vehicle lock sensor 2 enables the circuit where the unlocking switch 3 is located to be electrified, the unlocking switch 3 can control the electromagnetic component 7, the unlocking switch 3 is operated to increase the current, so that the driving force of the electromagnetic component 7 is increased, the first buckling part is further attracted to be separated from the lock catch to unlock the main control lock 4, and the front cover is opened.
It should be understood that the unlocking switch 3 in this embodiment may be a resistance switch, or other switches that can control the current magnitude of the circuit in which the first electromagnetic lock cylinder and the second electromagnetic lock cylinder are located. The electromagnetic member 7 may be an electromagnet.
By adopting the scheme, the locking and unlocking of the induction lock 6 and the main control lock 4 can be completed by using one lock catch and one electromagnetic component 7. In addition, what the unblock switch 3 that this embodiment used was connected with sense lock and the master control lock 4 of protecgulum is the electric wire, and the electric wire is softer for the steel wire line relatively, can adapt to more complicated front deck overall arrangement, reduces the exposure risk to reduce the opening force, make interior card handle paste more and make the profile with whole.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, the latching sensor 5 is a vibration sensor disposed inside the front cover of the vehicle.
Specifically, the vibration sensor may be disposed at the bottom of the latch of the front cover, and when the front cover is closed and pressed down, the front cover touches the vehicle body, and at this time, the first latching portion or the second latching portion falls down to the bottom of the latch to generate vibration, and the vibration sensor senses the vibration, so that it is determined that the front cover is closed, and the first latching portion or the second latching portion is aligned to the latch, so that the latching sensor 5 can send a next control command after sensing the signal.
By adopting the scheme, the vibration generated when the cover is closed is taken as a judgment basis, whether the front cover is closed or not and whether the buckling part is aligned with the lock catch or not can be accurately identified, and therefore incomplete locking of the front cover is avoided.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, the first electromagnetic key cylinder and the second electromagnetic key cylinder are electrically connected to the lock inductor 5.
Specifically, the lock sensor 5 detects that the first electromagnetic lock cylinder/the second electromagnetic lock cylinder is powered off when the front cover vehicle body is closed.
During the use, the vibrations inductor can set up in the hasp bottom of protecgulum, and after closing the protecgulum and making it press, the protecgulum touched the automobile body, and first clamping part or second clamping part touched the hasp bottom this moment, and vibrations are sensed to shutting inductor 5, and then make the circuit power failure by force, and above-mentioned electromagnetic component 7 loses the circuit and no longer attracts first clamping part or second clamping part, and first clamping part or second clamping part leave electromagnetic component 7 and lock with the hasp, accomplish the protecgulum and lock and close.
According to another embodiment of the invention, in the automobile front cover switch assembly disclosed in the embodiment of the invention, the lock sensor 2 is arranged at the bottom of the lock cylinder of the automobile, and whether the automobile stalls is judged according to the position of the lock cylinder.
By adopting the scheme, the vehicle lock sensor 2 is a physical switch, and is regarded as a disconnected circuit connection when a key is inserted, and is regarded as a reconnected circuit after the key is pulled out. The specific circuit can be connected with the vehicle lock sensor 2 only by one end of a wire, the other end of the wire is connected with the unlocking switch 3, and the wire is divided into a plurality of paths to be connected with the sensing lock 6, so that the various controls can be completed by simple circuit connection, and the structure is simple and the cost is low.
Example 2
There is also provided a control method of controlling the opening and closing assembly of the front cover of the automobile in embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 3, comprising the steps of:
s1: judging whether the automobile is flameout or not according to the state of an ignition switch 1 of the automobile;
s2: after the automobile is judged to be flameout, the unlocking switch 3 controls the main lock 4 to be unlocked with the first lock catch, and the locking sensor 5 is started.
Specifically, the unlocking inductive switch in step S1 determines whether the automobile stalls according to the plugging/unplugging state of the automobile key in the automobile lock cylinder, and when the automobile key is inserted into the lock cylinder, the unlocking inductive switch senses that the automobile does not stall; when the unlocking induction switch senses that the lock cylinder is pulled out of the automobile key, the automobile is judged to be flameout, the induction lock 6 is unlocked, and the locking inductor is started.
By adopting the scheme, whether the automobile is flamed out or not is identified, so that the front cover can be opened by taking the flameout of the automobile as a necessary condition for opening the front cover and judging the current automobile state, and the main control lock 4 can be opened.
In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, before step S2, the method further includes the following steps:
s1-2: after the automobile is judged to be flameout, the induction lock 6 is unlocked.
By adopting the scheme, the safety is improved through the double-locking structure, and the risk of misoperation is avoided.
In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the following steps are also included; and S3, after the locking sensor is started, the locking sensor monitors whether the front cover is in a closed state, and if the front cover is closed, the locking sensor 5 controls the sensing lock 6 and the main control lock 4 to be locked.
Specifically, in step S3, the locking sensor determines whether the front cover is in the closed state according to the vibration generated when the front cover is closed, and then controls the inductive lock 6 and the main control lock 4 to lock, wherein the specific control manner may be the manner of locking the inductive lock 6 and the main control lock 4 after the electromagnetic member 7 is powered off in the above embodiment 1, or may be a manner of unlocking through different structures, for example, the locking sensor 5 senses the vibration, but instead of powering off, the other electromagnetic member 7 applies a force that causes the second locking portion/the first locking portion to fasten the lock catch, and the specific locking manner is not limited in this embodiment.
By adopting the scheme, the vibration generated when the cover is closed is taken as a judgment basis, whether the front cover is closed or not and whether the buckling part is aligned with the lock catch or not can be accurately identified, and therefore incomplete locking of the front cover is avoided.
While the invention has been shown and described with reference to certain preferred embodiments thereof, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the foregoing is a more detailed description of the invention, taken in conjunction with the specific embodiments thereof, and that no limitation of the invention is intended thereby. Various changes in form and detail, including simple deductions or substitutions, may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
