Firstly, the heat generated by the sterilization device during working can be taken away by utilizing the flowing of water in the closestool, and the metal base is cooled so as to cool the sterilization device; meanwhile, a self-cleaning water channel in the closestool is used for cooling the metal base, so that the effect of further cooling the sterilization device is achieved. In one embodiment of the invention, the metal base is aluminum or aluminum alloy, copper, stainless steel. The transparent window is made of one of double-polished sapphire, quartz plate, silicon wafer, glass plate, plastic, resin and silica gel, and is made of a basically completely transparent dielectric material, especially the quartz plate and the silica gel.
