Abstract
The invention discloses a cleaning vehicle dust suction pipe anti-blocking device based on pressure detection and a control system, wherein the anti-blocking device comprises a nozzle, a waterway, a water pump and a water tank; the nozzle is arranged on a dust suction pipe and/or a sucker in the cleaning vehicle; the nozzle is connected with a water pump with controllable flow through a water path; the water pump pumps water in the water tank into the water path and sends the water to the nozzle, and the dust suction pipe and/or the sucker are/is sprayed with water through the nozzle. The invention can solve the problem that the dust absorption pipe and the sucker are easy to block, can quickly and efficiently clear the block, prevent the dust absorption pipe from blocking, improve the operation efficiency of the sweeper, and can save water, thereby improving the endurance time of the water tank.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of mechanical equipment for road cleaning, and particularly relates to a cleaning vehicle dust suction pipe anti-blocking device and a control system based on pressure detection.
Background
In the rapid era of urban construction, the maintenance of various cities is developed towards mechanization, particularly in the aspects of road maintenance and cleaning, so that the garbage sweeper is produced in the large environment. The garbage sweeper is one of road maintenance machines which are earlier in development and more in market utilization in China.
The dust suction device and the dust suction pneumatic conveying system are working devices and key systems for sucking and picking up garbage in the operation process of the sweeper, the dust suction device comprises a sucker, a sucker lifting railing, a dust suction pipeline, an oil cylinder and other structures, and the whole suction conveying system comprises a dust suction structure, a sectional type dust suction pipe, a box body, a fan, a control system and the like. The structure in the box body consists of a dust absorption pipeline, a filter screen and an air suction opening. When the garbage cleaning operation is carried out, the sucking disc is put down, the fan is started to establish a certain negative pressure for the box body, the dust collecting device is used for sucking and picking up garbage collected to the middle of the sweeping brush, and the garbage is conveyed into the garbage box body through air force, so that the cleaning operation is realized. And in the cleaning process, in order to avoid secondary pollution caused by raised dust to the environment, the sweeping disc is sprayed during operation, so that the silt on the ground has certain humidity, and the dust is easily blocked by the silt, so that the problem is solved and no effective solution is available. In the current industrial situation, aiming at the phenomenon of blockage of a dust collection pipe, a method of stopping operation, lifting a box body and manually removing blocked silt is adopted. the sensor is arranged in the dust collection pipe and used for collecting the wind pressure and/or wind volume data in the dust collection pipe and sending the collected data to the controller;
the water pump pumps water in the water tank into the water path under the control of the controller, the water is sent to the nozzle, and the dust suction pipe and/or the sucker are/is sprayed with water through the nozzle.
Further, the sensor is also arranged at the air outlet of the fan of the cleaning vehicle.

the invention provides a cleaning vehicle dust suction pipe anti-blocking device and a control system based on pressure detection, which realize automatic detection and automatic control when a cleaning vehicle is in a large mud and sand amount on a working road surface and the dust suction pipe is easily blocked by mud, quickly wash a sucker and a position where the dust suction pipe is easily blocked by water, quickly clear the blockage by means of wind speed, solve the problem that the dust suction pipe and the sucker are easily blocked, quickly and efficiently clear the blockage, prevent the blockage of the dust suction pipe, improve the working efficiency of the cleaning vehicle, and save water, thereby improving the endurance time of a water tank.

Example 1
As shown in figure 1, the invention discloses a cleaning vehicle dust suction pipe anti-blocking device based on pressure detection, which comprises a large-flow blockage cleaning nozzle 1, a waterway 2, a direct-current water pump 3 and a water tank 7.
The large-flow blockage removing nozzle 1 is respectively arranged below a position which is easy to block on a dust suction pipe 8 or a sucking disc 9 in a dust suction device of a cleaning vehicle, silt is easy to accumulate at the rear side of a suction and spray horn mouth from feedback of a large number of users, silt is easy to accumulate at the butt joint of a dust suction pipe 81 in the box body 11 and a dust suction pipe 82 on a vehicle frame, and the large-flow blockage removing nozzle 1 can be arranged at the positions.
The high-flow blockage removing nozzle 1 is connected with a direct-flow water pump 3 with controllable flow and a water tank 7 through a water channel 2 to form an independent blockage removing control water channel. The water in the water tank 7 is pumped into the water channel 2 by the direct-current water pump 3 and is sent to the large-flow blockage removing nozzle 1, and the dust collection pipe 8 is sprayed with water and is blocked by the large-flow blockage removing nozzle 1.
A detection sensor 4 for measuring air quantity and/or air pressure is arranged in the dust suction pipe 8, and a sensor 6 for detecting air quantity and/or air pressure is also arranged at an air outlet 101 of the fan 10.
When the dust suction pipe 8 is blocked by garbage, the sensors 4 and 6 detect that the air volume and/or the air pressure change, the direct-current water pump 3 is controlled to be started, the blockage cleaning treatment is carried out on the dust suction pipe 8 through the large-flow blockage cleaning nozzle 1, and the water spraying amount can be controlled according to the variable quantity of the air volume and/or the air pressure. When the quantity of the garbage on the road surface is not large, the direct current water pump 3 can be manually controlled to start and stop, and different modes can be selected according to actual working conditions.
The invention can not only meet the cleaning operation effect, prevent the dust absorption pipe from being blocked, but also save water, thereby improving the endurance time of the water tank.
Example 2
As shown in figure 1, the invention discloses a cleaning vehicle dust suction pipe anti-blocking control system based on pressure detection, which comprises a large-flow blockage removing nozzle 1, a water channel 2, a direct-current water pump 3, a detection sensor 4, a controller 5, a fan air outlet pressure detection sensor 6 and a water tank 7.
The large-flow blockage removing nozzle 1 is respectively arranged below a position which is easy to block on a dust suction pipe 8 or a sucking disc 9 in a dust suction device of a cleaning vehicle, silt is easy to accumulate at the rear side of a suction and spray horn mouth from feedback of a large number of users, silt is easy to accumulate at the butt joint of a dust suction pipe 81 in the box body 11 and a dust suction pipe 82 on a vehicle frame, and the large-flow blockage removing nozzle 1 can be arranged at the positions.
The high-flow blockage removing nozzle 1 is connected with a direct-flow water pump 3 with controllable flow and a water tank 7 through a water channel 2 to form an independent blockage removing control water channel. The water in the water tank 7 is pumped into the water channel 2 by the direct-current water pump 3 and is sent to the large-flow blockage removing nozzle 1, and the dust collection pipe 8 is sprayed with water and is blocked by the large-flow blockage removing nozzle 1. The direct current water pump 3 is provided with a controller, the controller is connected with the controller 5 through a wire harness, the rotating speed of the direct current water pump 3 can be set through a can bus, and the change of the rotating speed of the direct current water pump 3 causes the change of the water quantity, so that the water spraying quantity of the large-flow blockage removing nozzle 1 is controlled.
A detection sensor 4 for measuring air quantity and/or air pressure is arranged in the dust collection pipe 8, meanwhile, a sensor 6 for detecting air quantity and/or air pressure is also arranged at an air outlet 101 of the fan 10, the sensor 6 is connected with the controller 5 through a wire harness, and the purposes of quick and reliable real-time detection and feedback of the operation condition of the pneumatic conveying system are achieved through double detection.
When the dust suction pipe 8 starts to be blocked by garbage, the sensor detects that the air volume and/or the air pressure change, the signal is transmitted to the controller 5, the controller 5 starts the direct-current water pump 3 according to a preset program, when the air volume and/or the air pressure are lower than a set value, the blockage of the dust suction pipe 8 is removed through the large-flow blockage removing nozzle 1, and the water spraying amount can be controlled according to the air volume and/or the air pressure change. When the quantity of the garbage on the road surface is not large, the direct current water pump 3 can be manually controlled to start and stop, and different modes can be selected according to actual working conditions.
The invention can not only meet the cleaning operation effect, prevent the dust absorption pipe from being blocked, but also save water, thereby improving the endurance time of the water tank.

2. The cleaning vehicle dust suction pipe blockage prevention device based on pressure detection as claimed in claim 1, wherein a sensor for measuring air volume and/or air pressure is arranged in the dust suction pipe.
3. The cleaning vehicle dust suction pipe blockage preventing device based on pressure detection as claimed in claim 1, wherein a sensor for detecting air volume and/or air pressure is arranged at an air outlet of a fan of the cleaning vehicle.
4. The pressure detection-based cleaning vehicle dust suction pipe blockage prevention device as claimed in claim 2 or 3, wherein the opening and closing of the water pump are controlled according to the detection signal variation of the sensor.
5. The pressure detection-based cleaning vehicle dust suction pipe blockage prevention device as claimed in claim 2 or 3, wherein the rotation speed of the water pump is controlled according to the detection signal variation of the sensor.
6. The pressure detection-based cleaning vehicle dust suction pipe blockage prevention device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the water pump is manually or automatically controlled.
7. A cleaning vehicle dust collection pipe anti-blocking control system based on pressure detection is characterized by comprising a nozzle, a waterway, a water pump, a water tank, a sensor and a controller;
the nozzle is arranged on a dust suction pipe and/or a sucker in the cleaning vehicle and is connected with the water pump through a water path;
the sensor is arranged in the dust collection pipe and used for collecting the wind pressure and/or wind volume data in the dust collection pipe and sending the collected data to the controller;
the water pump pumps water in the water tank into the water path under the control of the controller, the water is sent to the nozzle, and the dust suction pipe and/or the sucker are/is sprayed with water through the nozzle.
