Abstract
The invention discloses a zipper cloth belt dyeing yarn drum and a dyeing cylinder; the dyeing cylinder comprises a cylinder body and a cylinder cover; a yarn drum is arranged in the cylinder body and comprises a hollow cylinder body, holes are distributed in the cylinder body, one end of the cylinder body is opened, and the other end of the cylinder body is closed; a bobbin bottom plate is arranged in the cylinder body, a dye liquor inlet is formed in the bobbin bottom plate, the opening end of the cylinder body is pressed on the bobbin bottom plate, and the dye liquor inlet of the bobbin bottom plate is communicated with the cylinder body; a yarn cylinder pressure head is arranged in the cylinder cover and is driven by the pressing driving device to press the closed end of the cylinder body. The invention sets the cylinder body of the yarn cylinder into a structure with one end open and the other end closed, the closed end of the cylinder body is pressed and pressed tightly by the outside of the yarn cylinder pressure head, and the end can not generate the liquid leakage phenomenon because the structure that the yarn cylinder cover plate covers the open end is not arranged, thereby greatly reducing the liquid leakage risk and enhancing the dyeing effect.

Background

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the structure of the bobbin used in the current zipper dyeing includes a hollow bobbin body 1 with two open ends, and holes (not shown) are distributed on the bobbin body 1. As shown in fig. 3 and 4, during dyeing, firstly, a cloth tape is wound on a cylinder body 1 and then is placed in a dyeing vat, one end of the cylinder body 1 is pressed on a yarn cylinder bottom plate 2, the other end of the cylinder body 1 is covered by a yarn cylinder cover plate 3 and is screwed by a rotary thread head 4, dye liquor is pumped into the cylinder body 1 through a dye liquor inlet 5 on the yarn cylinder bottom plate 2, then the dye liquor is printed on the cloth tape through holes distributed on the cylinder body 1 and then flows into the cylinder body 6 for circulation. One of the reasons for the leakage of the dye solution is that the cover plate 3 of the yarn bobbin may be warped and deformed, and the poor sealing between the cover plate and the opening end of the cylinder body 1 causes the leakage of the dye solution, thereby affecting the normal circulation path of the dye solution, and part of the dye solution is not printed on the cloth belt through the holes distributed on the cylinder body 1, so that the dyeing effect is greatly reduced.

Example 1
The bobbin of example 1 is shown in fig. 5 and 6, and comprises a hollow bobbin body 1, holes (not shown in the figures) are distributed on the bobbin body 1, one end of the bobbin body 1 is open, and the other end of the bobbin body 1 is closed. The closed end of the cylinder 1 is welded and closed by a disc-shaped end cover 7. The two ends of the cylinder body 1 are respectively sleeved with a ring-shaped baffle 8, and the baffle 8 is connected with the cylinder body 1 through a cone frustum 9.
The dyeing cylinder of example 1 is shown in fig. 7 and 8, and includes a cylinder body 6 and a cylinder head 10; a yarn drum is arranged in the cylinder body 6, the yarn drum comprises a hollow drum body 1, holes are distributed on the drum body 1, one end of the drum body 1 is opened, and the other end of the drum body 1 is closed; a yarn drum bottom plate 2 is arranged in the cylinder body 6, a dye liquor inlet 5 is arranged on the yarn drum bottom plate 2, the opening end of the cylinder body 1 is pressed on the yarn drum bottom plate 2, and the dye liquor inlet 5 of the yarn drum bottom plate 2 is communicated with the cylinder body 1; a yarn tube pressure head 11 is arranged in the cylinder cover 10, and the yarn tube pressure head 11 is driven by a pressing driving device 12 to press the closed end of the cylinder body 1.
The yarn barrel bottom plate 2 is further provided with a yarn barrel plug 13, and the barrel body 1 is sleeved outside the yarn barrel plug 13.
As shown in fig. 9, the pressing driving device 12 is disposed on the cylinder cover 10, and a driving shaft of the pressing driving device 12 passes through the cylinder cover 10 to be connected with the bobbin pressing head 11. The bobbin indenter 11 is shown as a flat indenter, although the bobbin indenter may have other shapes, such as a conical indenter. The pressing driving device 12 may be a cylinder, a hydraulic cylinder, an electric cylinder, a linear motor, a rack-and-pinion transmission mechanism, a nut-and-screw mechanism, or other driving devices, and is illustrated as a cylinder.
During dyeing, the cloth belt is wound on the cylinder body 1, then the cylinder body 6 is placed, the open end of the cylinder body 1 is pressed on the yarn cylinder bottom plate 2, the closed end of the cylinder body 1 is tightly pressed by the outside of the yarn cylinder pressing head 11, dye liquor is pumped into the cylinder body 1 through the dye liquor inlet 5 on the yarn cylinder bottom plate 2, then the dye liquor is printed and dyed on the cloth belt through the holes distributed on the cylinder body 1, and then the dye liquor flows into the cylinder body 6 to be circulated. Because the structure that the yarn barrel cover plate covers the opening end is not arranged, the liquid leakage phenomenon cannot occur at the end, the liquid leakage risk is greatly reduced, and the dyeing effect is enhanced.
