Abstract
The invention discloses a blowing device of a loom, which comprises a dust absorption motor component, a blowing device, a blowing pipe fixing device and a blowing pipe adjusting device, wherein the air inlet end of the blowing device is connected with the dust absorption motor component, the air outlet end of the blowing device is connected with the blowing pipe adjusting device, and the blowing pipe adjusting device is movably connected with the blowing pipe fixing device. The device can meet the blowing requirements of different positions of the loom, and the blowing device can fully utilize waste gas and save energy; the hairiness on the warp is removed more thoroughly, the interference to the weft insertion of the loom is reduced, and the working efficiency of the loom is improved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of textile machinery, in particular to a blowing device of a weaving machine.
Background
Under the working state of the loom, hairiness and thread ends can fall onto the left and right fixed guide rails and yarns, and long-term accumulation can affect the operation of a weft insertion mechanism to cause a false weft breakage phenomenon; meanwhile, the warp yarns are adhered to the yarns, and the phenomenon of warp adhesion and warp breakage caused by the opening of the warp yarns can be influenced. Further reducing the efficiency of the loom and improving the defective rate of the cloth surface. At present, a loom in the industry only has a left and right fixed guide rail dust collection device, the dust collection device only has the function of removing the hair feather and the thread end of the sword head, and the dust collection device has no effect on the feather falling of the rest parts of the fixed guide rails. The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: the air blowing device of the weaving machine comprises a dust absorption motor assembly, an air blowing device, a blowing pipe fixing device and a blowing pipe adjusting device, wherein the air inlet end of the air blowing device is connected with the dust absorption motor assembly, the air outlet end of the air blowing device is connected with the blowing pipe adjusting device, and the blowing pipe adjusting device is movably connected with the blowing pipe fixing device.

3. Through the matching use of the blowing device and the air suction device, the hairiness on the warp yarns is removed more thoroughly, the interference on the weft insertion of the loom is reduced, the weft splicing is smoother, the number of broken wefts is obviously reduced, and the working efficiency of the loom is improved.

As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the blowing device of the loom of the present invention includes a dust-absorbing motor assembly 2, a blowing device 3, a blowing pipe fixing device 4 and a blowing pipe adjusting device 5, wherein an air inlet end of the blowing device 3 is connected to the dust-absorbing motor assembly 2, an air outlet end of the blowing device 3 is connected to the blowing pipe adjusting device 5, and the blowing pipe adjusting device 5 is movably connected to the blowing pipe fixing device 4. Dust absorption motor component 2 includes dust absorption motor 2.1, screw 2.2, clamp 2.3, air intake manifold 2.4 and tee bend 2.5, dust absorption motor 2.1 is connected with bottom support 1 through screw 2.2, and support 1 installs on the base of loom bottom. The two sides of the lower part of the dust collection motor 2.1 are respectively provided with an air suction pipe orifice 2.7 connected with an exhaust pipe for filtering waste gas and an air blowing pipe orifice 2.6 connected with an air inlet main pipe. One end of the blowpipe is connected with the free end of the air inlet main pipe 2.4 in a sealing mode through the hoop, the other end of the blowpipe is provided with a blowing elbow, and the blowing elbow is connected with the blowpipe adjusting device. The number of blowpipes can set up many according to the user demand difference, as shown in fig. 3, the blowpipe is equipped with two and is left tuber pipe 3.4 and right tuber pipe 3.2 respectively, the one end of left tuber pipe 3.4 and right tuber pipe 3.2 links to each other with air inlet house steward 2.4 free end respectively, and the other end of left tuber pipe is equipped with left elbow 3.5 of blowing, and the other end of right tuber pipe is equipped with right elbow 3.3 of blowing.

The blowpipe adjusting device 5 is slidable on the blowpipe fixing device 4 to adjust the fixing position of the blowpipe, thereby achieving adjustment of the left and right positions of the blowpipe. The free end of the air inlet main pipe is provided with a tee joint 2.5, the left air pipe 3.4 and the right air pipe 3.2 are respectively communicated with the air inlet main pipe 2.4 through the tee joint 2.5, and the air inlet main pipe 2.4 can supply air to the left air pipe and the right air pipe simultaneously. The air suction pipe mouth 2.7 can be used as the air supply of the blowpipe after filtering the exhaust waste gas, and the resource is saved.
The blowing pipe fixing device 4 comprises a left wall plate 4.1, a guide rail beam 4.2 and a right wall plate 4.4, wherein the guide rail beam is arranged between the left wall plate and the right wall plate, two ends of the guide rail beam are respectively connected with the right wall plate 4.4 and the left wall plate 4.1 through screws 4.3, and the lower ends of the right wall plate and the left wall plate are connected with the loom wall plate.
The blowpipe adjusting device 5 comprises a fixing plate 5.1, clamping plates 5.2 and a blowpipe fixing part, wherein two clamping plates 5.2 which are in sliding connection with the blowpipe fixing device are arranged on one side of the upper end of the fixing plate, the clamping plates are connected with the fixing plate through bolts 5.3, the two clamping plates 5.2 are in fit clamping connection with guide rail beams 4.2 on the blowpipe fixing device, and can slide along the guide rail beams, so that the left and right installation positions of the blowpipe can be adjusted, and the blowing and sweeping of different positions of the loom can be met. And an air pipe fixing part is arranged on one side of the lower end of the fixing plate 5.1, an air pipe elbow is fixed on the air pipe fixing part, and the air pipe fixing part can rotate, so that the air pipe elbow can be adjusted at different angles, and the blowing port of the air pipe elbow can blow in different directions.
The tuber pipe fixed part is including supporting clamp 5.5, screw rod 5.8, bolt 5.6 and nut 5.4, the blind end that supports clamp 5.5 is equipped with screw rod 5.8, screw rod 5.8 free end passes through nut 5.4 fastening connection with fixed plate 5.1, the open end that supports clamp 5.5 passes through bolt 5.6 and nut fastening connection, and the nut is equipped with gasket 5.7 with the clamp contact surface. The air pipe elbow is fastened through a nut and a bolt after being inserted into the clamp, the left air blowing elbow 3.5 and the right air blowing elbow 3.3 are installed in an opening hole of the support clamp 5.5, the installation position can be adjusted in the vertical direction in the hole, the bolt 5.6 penetrates into two ear side holes of the support clamp, the left air blowing elbow and the right air blowing elbow are locked through a gasket and the nut, and the vertical direction positioning is realized.
The blowing device can meet the blowing requirements of different positions of the loom, and can be matched with the air suction device to more thoroughly remove hairiness on the warp yarns, especially ensure the cleanness of the left and right fixed guide rails, reduce the interference of the hairiness on the rapier head and the weft insertion system in the weft insertion stage, improve the production efficiency, the fabric quality and the like; meanwhile, the waste gas is utilized, the gas sucked by the dust suction pump is reused after being filtered, and the cost is saved.

Claims (8)
1.
