The glass fiber is cut by utilizing the two modes of the cutting block and the cutting groove, so that the glass fiber is prevented from being excessively wound on the cutting ring, the waste of the glass fiber is avoided, the waste silk amount is reduced, and the production cost is favorably reduced.

The embodiment of the invention discloses a wire breaking device of a glass fiber drawing machine, which comprises a wire cutting ring 1, wherein the wire cutting ring 1 is arranged at the end part of a machine head, so that the wire cutting ring 1 rotates synchronously with the machine head. The invention also comprises at least one cutting block 2, and all the cutting blocks 2 are fixed on the periphery of the cutting ring 1 along the circumferential direction so as to cut the glass fiber by using the cutting blocks 2. The at least one cutting block 2 arranged along the circumferential direction is beneficial to realizing rapid cutting.
The periphery of the wire cutting ring 1 is provided with a circular groove 11 and a conical groove 12, the small-diameter end of the conical groove 12 is adjacent to the circular groove 11, the circular groove 11 is used for winding glass fibers, and waste wires are mainly wound in the circular groove 11. Conical flute 12 is used for guiding glass fiber winding to the aircraft nose, and the setting up of conical flute 12 can make glass fiber realize twining fast, avoids glass fiber too much to twine in ring groove 11, is favorable to reducing the scrap wire volume. The length of the circular groove 11, the length of the conical groove 12, and the taper of the conical groove 12 may be set according to actual conditions, and are not particularly limited herein.

In order to separate the circular groove 11 and the conical groove 12, the periphery of the cutting ring 1 is fixedly provided with an isolation ring 14, the isolation ring 14 is annular, and the outer diameter of the isolation ring 14 is larger than that of the circular groove 11 and larger than that of the small-diameter end of the conical groove 12. The isolating ring 14 is integrally arranged on the periphery of the cutting wire ring 1. All the cutting blocks 2 are fixedly arranged on the isolating ring 14 along the circumferential direction, and four cutting blocks 2 which are uniformly distributed are specifically fixed on the isolating ring 14. In order to prevent the glass fibers from being separated from the circular groove 11, one end, far away from the circular groove 12, of the circular groove 11 is provided with a stopping flange 15, and the outer diameter of the stopping flange 15 is larger than that of the circular groove 11, so that the glass fibers are reliably wound to the circular groove 11 under the combined action of the stopping flange 15 and the isolating ring 14. The stop flange 15 is annular, and all the thread breakage grooves 13 necessarily pass through the stop flange 15.
Alternatively, the groove bottom of the circular groove 11 is provided with a guide groove 111 so as to guide the glass fiber to be wound around the circular groove 11 by using the guide groove 111.
