after sewage enters a sedimentation tank 5 for sedimentation, sludge in the sewage is settled on the top end of an anticorrosive rubber plate 905 at the bottom, water in the sedimentation tank 5 is emptied, then a main control motor 901 is connected, the main control motor 901 drives a rotating shaft 902 to rotate, the rotating shaft 902 drives a belt 904 and a limiting shaft 903 to rotate, when one end of the anticorrosive rubber plate 905 with an internal thread cylinder 906 rotates to the top end of the sedimentation tank 5, a threaded rod 907 at the end part of the anticorrosive rubber plate 905 is screwed off, the anticorrosive rubber plate 905 rotates 180 degrees and is placed in a collecting cylinder 1003, when the other end of the anticorrosive rubber plate 905 also rotates to the top end of the sedimentation tank 5, a sliding rod 909 slides along a sliding groove 908, the scraping plate 910 is in contact with the end face of the anticorrosive rubber plate 905 with the attached sludge, the anticorrosive rubber plate 905 continues to move upwards, and along with the upward movement of the anticorrosive rubber plate 905, the scraping plate 910 scrapes the settled sludge on the outer end, then, one end of an anticorrosive rubber plate 905 and a belt 904 are driven by a threaded rod 907, the anticorrosive rubber plate 905 is driven to the bottom of the sedimentation tank 5, and the sediment inside the sedimentation tank 5 is rotated to the top to be scraped, so that the inside of the sedimentation tank 5 is cleaned more cleanly;
