The up-down dimming assembly has various setting forms, in this embodiment, referring to fig. 1, the up-down adjusting assembly 4 includes a third connecting member 41, a lifting rod 42 and a lifting driving structure, and the third connecting member 41 is rotatably connected to the lens support 21; the lifting rod 42 is connected with the third connecting piece 41; the lifting driving structure is in driving connection with the lifting rod 42 and is used for driving the lifting rod 42 to extend and retract along the front-back direction. The lifting driving structure drives the lifting rod 42 to extend back and forth so as to drive the third connecting rod to extend back and forth, and the third connecting piece 41 is rotatably connected with the third mounting piece 25 so as to drive the lens support 21 to rotate so as to realize the up-and-down dimming of the headlamp lens 22.

Claims (10)

1. An automotive headlamp dimming device, comprising:
the headlamp body comprises a shell, wherein the shell is provided with an accommodating cavity, and one end of the shell is provided with an opening communicated with the accommodating cavity;
the lens assembly comprises a lens support movably arranged in the accommodating cavity and a headlamp lens arranged on the lens support, and the headlamp lens is exposed out of the opening;
the left and right dimming components are arranged in the accommodating cavity, connected with the lens support and used for driving and adjusting the lens support to rotate along the left and right directions; and the number of the first and second groups,
and the upper and lower dimming components are arranged in the accommodating cavity, connected with the lens support and used for driving and adjusting the lens support to rotate along the vertical direction.

The dimming apparatus for a headlamp of claim 1, wherein a first mounting hole, a second mounting hole and a third mounting hole are formed on a side of the lens holder facing away from the headlamp lens, the first mounting hole and the second mounting hole are aligned and spaced apart in a left-right direction, and the first mounting hole and the third mounting hole are aligned and spaced apart in a top-bottom direction;
the lens assembly further comprises a first mounting piece matched with the first mounting hole, a second mounting piece matched with the second mounting hole and a third mounting piece matched with the third mounting hole;
the first installation part is used for swing joint the casing with the lens support, the second installation part is used for connecting control adjust luminance the subassembly with the lens support, the third installation part is used for connecting adjust luminance the subassembly from top to bottom with the lens support.

The headlamp dimming apparatus as claimed in claim 2, wherein the housing is provided with a first connecting member connected to the first mounting member, the left and right dimming members comprise a second connecting member connected to the second mounting member, and the up and down dimming member comprises a third connecting member connected to the third mounting member;

the length direction of the mounting groove on the third mounting piece extends up and down.
5. The headlamp dimming device of claim 4, wherein the second connecting member comprises a connecting body, the locking protrusion is formed at one end of the connecting body close to the lens holder, and a stud is formed at the other end of the connecting body;
the left and right dimming components include:
one end of the adjusting screw rod is in threaded connection with the stud; and the number of the first and second groups,
and the driving mechanism is in driving connection with the other end of the adjusting screw rod and is used for driving the adjusting screw rod to rotate so that the connecting body moves back and forth along the adjusting screw rod.
6. The dimming device for a headlight of a vehicle according to claim 5, wherein the drive mechanism comprises:
the first gear is coaxially connected with the adjusting screw rod;
and the second gear set comprises a second gear meshed with the first gear and a third gear coaxially arranged with the second gear, and the rotating shaft of the second gear is vertical to the rotating shaft of the first gear.
7. The headlamp dimmer arrangement as defined in claim 6, wherein the drive mechanism further comprises a third gear set, the third gear set comprising:
a fourth gear engaged with the third gear and having a rotation axis perpendicular to a rotation axis of the third gear;
and the fifth gear is rotatably connected with the shell and meshed with the fourth gear, and an adjusting part for adjusting the light adjusting tool is arranged on the fifth gear.
8. The dimming apparatus for a headlamp of an automobile of claim 2, wherein a first limiting protrusion is disposed on each of the first, second and third mounting holes;
the first mounting part, the second mounting part and the third mounting part are respectively provided with a first limiting groove matched with the first limiting protrusion, and the first limiting groove and the first limiting protrusion are matched in a rotation stopping mode.
9. The dimming apparatus for a headlamp of an automobile as claimed in claim 1, wherein two second limiting protrusions are provided on the lens holder, and the two second limiting protrusions are respectively located on both sides of the lens holder in the left-right direction;
