Preferably, the internal crosslinking agent is any one of trimethylolpropane, triethanolamine or diethylenetriamine, or a combination of at least two of them, wherein a typical but non-limiting combination is: trimethylolpropane and triethanolamine; triethanolamine and diethylenetriamine; trimethylolpropane and diethylenetriamine.

In a second aspect, the present invention also provides a method for manufacturing an automotive interior trim panel having a self-repairing function as described in the first aspect, including the steps of:
(1) mixing polyol, an internal crosslinking agent, isocyanate, a tin catalyst, an alcohol chain extender, a chain extender containing a disulfide bond and triethylamine to prepare a self-repairing aqueous polyurethane emulsion;
(2) mixing the aqueous polyurethane emulsion prepared in the step (1) with various auxiliaries to obtain surface layer slurry;
(3) and (3) adopting a double-material injection molding process, and integrally molding to enable the surface layer slurry to uniformly cover the plastic base layer to obtain the automobile interior decoration plate with the self-repairing function.
According to the invention, a double-material injection molding process is adopted, the plastic base layer and the surface layer are integrally molded to prepare the automobile interior decorative plate with the self-repairing function, so that the waterborne polyurethane surface layer and the plastic base layer can be tightly combined, and the hardness and the scraping resistance of the automobile interior decorative plate are further improved; the double-material injection molding process belongs to a spraying-free process, can effectively improve the quality of VOC and air in a vehicle, can realize different glossiness by adjusting the preparation process of the surface layer slurry, and has excellent weather resistance.
Preferably, the preparation of the self-repairing aqueous polyurethane emulsion in the step (1) is carried out by a prepolymer method. Preferably, the preparation of the self-repairing aqueous polyurethane emulsion comprises the following steps:
(a) taking polyhydric alcohol and an internal crosslinking agent, heating, vacuum dehydrating, and cooling after dehydrating;
(b) adding isocyanate and a tin catalyst into the mixture obtained in the step (a), heating, stirring and reacting, then adding an alcohol chain extender and reacting to obtain a prepolymer A;
(c) and cooling the prepolymer A, adding a chain extender containing a disulfide bond to react, cooling the prepolymer, adding triethylamine, adding deionized water after a neutralization reaction, stirring, emulsifying and dispersing to obtain the self-repairing aqueous polyurethane emulsion.
Preferably, the preparation of the facing layer slurry in the step (2) comprises the following steps: and (2) taking the self-repairing aqueous polyurethane emulsion obtained in the step (1), adding an aqueous hand feeling agent, an aqueous defoaming agent, an aqueous flatting agent and an aqueous color paste, uniformly mixing, and then adding an aqueous thickening agent to adjust viscosity, thereby obtaining the surface layer slurry.
Preferably, the two-material injection molding process of step (3) comprises the following steps: and simultaneously feeding the surface layer slurry and the plastic base material from two feed inlets of a double-material injection molding machine, and integrally molding in a mold to uniformly cover the surface layer above the plastic base layer to obtain the self-repairing automobile interior decoration plate.
Preferably, the preparation method of the automobile interior trim panel with the self-repairing function, provided by the invention, specifically comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing a self-repairing aqueous polyurethane emulsion: taking 50-90 parts of polyol and 0.1-3 parts of internal crosslinking agent, dehydrating under vacuum at the temperature of 110-120 ℃ for 3-5 hours, cooling to 45-70 ℃ after dehydration, adding 30-60 parts of isocyanate and 0.01-0.3 part of tin catalyst, heating to 80-90 ℃, stirring and reacting for 1-3 hours, then adding 3-6 parts of alcohol chain extender and reacting for 3-4 hours to obtain prepolymer A; cooling the prepolymer A to 45-60 ℃, adding 1-5 parts of chain extender containing disulfide bonds to react for 1-2 hours, cooling the prepolymer to below 45 ℃, adding 2-3 parts of triethylamine, neutralizing for 5-10 minutes, adding deionized water, stirring, emulsifying and dispersing, wherein the rotating speed of a disperser is 1500-2500r/min, and obtaining the self-repairing waterborne polyurethane emulsion;
(2) preparing surface layer slurry: taking 100 parts of polyurethane emulsion, adding 3-9 parts of aqueous hand feeling agent, 1-5 parts of aqueous defoaming agent, 2-5 parts of aqueous flatting agent and 3-10 parts of aqueous color paste, uniformly mixing, and then adding 2-5 parts of aqueous thickening agent to adjust the viscosity to 1000-2000 Pa.s to obtain surface layer paste;
(3) preparing the automobile interior decorative plate with the self-repairing function: simultaneously feeding the surface layer slurry and the base material from two feed inlets of a double-material injection molding machine, and integrally molding in a mold; the molding pressure is 10-120MPa, and the molding temperature is 100-.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) according to the self-repairing automobile interior decorative plate, the waterborne polyurethane with the self-repairing function is used as the surface layer and is integrally formed with the plastic base layer, so that the automobile interior decorative plate has good scratch resistance and a normal-temperature self-repairing function, particularly, multiple times of repairing can be realized at the same position, the problem of scratch damage of the surface layer of the automobile interior decorative plate can be effectively solved, the attractiveness of the automobile interior decorative plate is maintained, and the service life of the automobile interior decorative plate is effectively prolonged;
(2) according to the invention, the self-repairing water-based polyurethane layer and the plastic base layer are integrally formed, so that the problem of adhesion between the self-repairing layer and the rigid polyurethane material of the automobile interior decorative plate is solved, and the hardness and the wear resistance of the automobile interior decorative plate are improved;
(3) the automobile interior decorative plate with the self-repairing function is integrally formed by adopting a double-material injection molding process, belongs to a spraying-free process, and can effectively improve the VOC and air quality in an automobile; in addition, the self-repairing waterborne polyurethane layer provided by the invention can realize different glossiness (high gloss/matte) through process adjustment, and meanwhile, the self-repairing waterborne polyurethane layer has excellent weather resistance and wide application prospect.

Detailed Description
The following further describes the technical means of the present invention to achieve the predetermined technical effects by means of embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings, and the following detailed descriptions of the embodiments and structures of the present invention are provided.
As shown in figure 1, the invention provides an automobile interior decoration plate with a self-repairing function, which comprises a self-repairing water-based polyurethane layer 1 and a plastic base layer 2, wherein the self-repairing water-based polyurethane layer 1 and the plastic base layer 2 are integrally formed by adopting a double-material injection molding process.
Example 1
The embodiment provides a preparation method of an automobile interior decoration plate with a self-repairing function, which comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing a self-repairing aqueous polyurethane emulsion: taking 70 parts of 1, 6-hexanediol polycarbonate and 1 part of internal crosslinking agent trimethylolpropane, carrying out vacuum dehydration for 3 hours at 120 ℃, cooling to 55 ℃, adding 25 parts of hexamethylene diisocyanate and 0.3 part of stannous octoate, uniformly mixing, heating to 90 ℃, stirring for reaction for 2 hours, adding 5 parts of alcohol chain extender 1, 3-butanediol into a reactor, and reacting for 3 hours to obtain a prepolymer A; cooling the prepolymer A to 55 ℃, adding 2 parts of chain extender 2,2' -dithiodiethanol containing disulfide bonds, reacting for 2 hours, cooling to 40 ℃, adding 2 parts of triethylamine, neutralizing, reacting for 10 minutes, adding deionized water, strongly stirring, emulsifying and dispersing, wherein the rotating speed of a disperser is 2000r/min, and obtaining the self-repairing waterborne polyurethane emulsion;
(2) preparing surface layer slurry: adding 100 parts of aqueous polyurethane emulsion, 4 parts of aqueous hand feeling agent, 2 parts of aqueous defoaming agent, 4 parts of aqueous flatting agent and 4 parts of aqueous color paste, uniformly mixing, and adding 4 parts of aqueous thickening agent to adjust the viscosity to 1500 Pa.s to obtain surface layer paste;
(3) preparing a self-repairing automobile interior decoration plate: preparing a base material by using PC granules, respectively adding the surface layer slurry and the base material into two material openings of a double-material injection molding machine, and carrying out in-mold forming at 125 ℃ and 100MPa to ensure that the surface layer uniformly covers the base layer, thereby obtaining the automobile interior decoration plate with the self-repairing function.
The automobile interior decoration plate with the self-repairing function prepared by the embodiment is composed of a PC plastic base layer and a surface layer which are integrally formed, wherein the surface layer is a self-repairing water-based polyurethane layer covering the base layer.
Example 2
The embodiment provides a preparation method of an automobile interior decoration plate with a self-repairing function, which comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing a self-repairing aqueous polyurethane emulsion: taking 70 parts of polypropylene glycol and 1 part of internal crosslinking agent trimethylolpropane, carrying out vacuum dehydration for 3 hours at 120 ℃, adding 30 parts of 4,4' -dicyclohexylmethane diisocyanate and 0.2 part of dibutyltin dilaurate after cooling to 55 ℃, uniformly mixing, heating to 90 ℃, stirring and reacting for 2 hours, adding 5 parts of alcohol chain extender 1, 4-butanediol into a reactor, and reacting for 3 hours to obtain a prepolymer A; cooling the prepolymer A to 55 ℃, adding 2 parts of chain extender 4,4' -diaminodiphenyl disulfide containing disulfide bonds, reacting for 2 hours, cooling to 40 ℃, adding 2 parts of triethylamine, neutralizing, reacting for 10 minutes, adding deionized water, strongly stirring, emulsifying and dispersing, wherein the rotating speed of a disperser is 2000r/min, and obtaining the self-repairing waterborne polyurethane emulsion;
(2) preparing surface layer slurry: adding 100 parts of aqueous polyurethane emulsion, 5 parts of aqueous hand feeling agent, 2 parts of aqueous defoaming agent, 3 parts of aqueous flatting agent and 5 parts of aqueous color paste, uniformly mixing, and adding 5 parts of aqueous thickening agent to adjust the viscosity to 1500 Pa.s to obtain surface layer paste;
(3) preparing the automobile interior decorative plate with the self-repairing function: preparing a base material by using PC granules, respectively adding the surface layer slurry and the base material into two material openings of a double-material injection molding machine, and carrying out in-mold forming at 125 ℃ and 100MPa to ensure that the surface layer uniformly covers the base layer, thereby obtaining the automobile interior decoration plate with the self-repairing function.
The automobile interior decoration plate with the self-repairing function prepared by the embodiment is composed of a PC plastic base layer and a surface layer which are integrally formed, wherein the surface layer is a self-repairing water-based polyurethane layer covering the base layer.
Example 3
The embodiment provides a preparation method of an automobile interior decoration plate with a self-repairing function, which comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing a self-repairing aqueous polyurethane emulsion: taking 55 parts of polypropylene glycol and 0.2 part of triethanolamine as an internal crosslinking agent, dehydrating for 4 hours in vacuum at the temperature of 115 ℃, adding 30 parts of hexamethylene diisocyanate and 0.01 part of dioctyltin dilaurate after cooling to 55 ℃, uniformly mixing, heating to 90 ℃, stirring for reaction for 2 hours, adding 5 parts of alcohol chain extender 1, 3-butanediol into a reactor, and reacting for 2.5 hours to obtain a prepolymer A; cooling the prepolymer A to 55 ℃, adding 1 part of chain extender 2,2' -dithiodiethanol containing disulfide bonds, reacting for 1.5 hours, then cooling to 35 ℃, adding 3 parts of triethylamine, neutralizing, reacting for 10 minutes, adding deionized water, strongly stirring, emulsifying and dispersing, wherein the rotating speed of a disperser is 2000r/min, and obtaining the self-repairing waterborne polyurethane emulsion;
(2) preparing surface layer slurry: adding 4 parts of aqueous hand feeling agent, 3 parts of aqueous defoaming agent, 3 parts of aqueous flatting agent and 5 parts of aqueous color paste into 100 parts of aqueous polyurethane emulsion, uniformly mixing, and adding 3 parts of aqueous thickening agent to adjust the viscosity to 1200 Pa.s to obtain surface layer paste;
(3) preparing the automobile interior decorative plate with the self-repairing function: preparing a base material by using PC/ABS mixed granules with the weight ratio of 1:1, respectively adding the surface layer slurry and the base material into two material openings of a double-material injection molding machine, and carrying out in-mold molding at 100 ℃ and 50MPa to ensure that the surface layer uniformly covers the base layer, thereby obtaining the automobile interior decoration plate with the self-repairing function.
The automobile interior decoration plate with the self-repairing function prepared by the embodiment is composed of a PC/ABS composite plastic base layer and a surface layer which are integrally formed, wherein the surface layer is a self-repairing aqueous polyurethane layer covering the base layer.
Example 4
The embodiment provides a preparation method of an automobile interior decoration plate with a self-repairing function, which comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing a self-repairing aqueous polyurethane emulsion: taking 55 parts of polytetrahydrofuran diol and 0.5 part of internal crosslinking agent diethylenetriamine, dehydrating for 3 hours in vacuum at 120 ℃, adding 35 parts of diphenylmethane diisocyanate and 0.01 part of dibutyltin dilaurate after cooling to 55 ℃, uniformly mixing, heating to 90 ℃, stirring for reaction for 2 hours, adding 3 parts of alcohol chain extender 1, 4-butanediol into a reactor, and reacting for 3 hours to obtain a prepolymer A; cooling the prepolymer A to 55 ℃, adding 2 parts of chain extender 4,4' -diamino diphenyl disulfide containing disulfide bonds, reacting for 2 hours, cooling to 38 ℃, adding 2 parts of triethylamine, neutralizing, reacting for 8 minutes, adding deionized water, strongly stirring, emulsifying and dispersing, wherein the rotating speed of a disperser is 1800r/min, and obtaining the self-repairing waterborne polyurethane emulsion;
(2) preparing surface layer slurry: preparing an automobile interior decoration plate: adding 100 parts of aqueous polyurethane emulsion, 4 parts of aqueous hand feeling agent, 2 parts of aqueous defoaming agent, 2 parts of aqueous flatting agent and 4 parts of aqueous color paste, uniformly mixing, and adding 2 parts of aqueous thickening agent to adjust the viscosity to 1800 Pa.s to obtain surface layer paste;
(3) preparing the automobile interior decorative plate with the self-repairing function: preparing a base material by using PVC granules, respectively adding the surface layer slurry and the base material into two material openings of a double-material injection molding machine, and molding in a mold at 120 ℃ and 120MPa to ensure that the surface layer uniformly covers the base layer, thereby obtaining the automobile interior decoration plate with the self-repairing function.
The automobile interior decoration plate with the self-repairing function prepared by the embodiment is composed of a PVC plastic base layer and a surface layer which are integrally formed, wherein the surface layer is a self-repairing water-based polyurethane layer covering the base layer.
Example 5
The embodiment provides a preparation method of an automobile interior decoration plate with a self-repairing function, which comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing a self-repairing aqueous polyurethane emulsion: taking 88 parts of hydroxyl-terminated polytetramethylene glycol and 2.8 parts of internal crosslinking agent trimethylolpropane, dehydrating for 3 hours in vacuum at 120 ℃, adding 60 parts of isophorone diisocyanate and 0.3 part of stannous octoate after cooling to 55 ℃, uniformly mixing, heating to 90 ℃, stirring and reacting for 2 hours, adding 5 parts of alcohol chain extender 1, 3-butanediol into a reactor, and reacting for 3 hours to obtain a prepolymer A; cooling the prepolymer A to 55 ℃, adding 5 parts of chain extender 2,2' -dithiodiethanol containing disulfide bonds, reacting for 2 hours, cooling to 40 ℃, adding 2 parts of triethylamine, neutralizing, reacting for 10 minutes, adding deionized water, strongly stirring, emulsifying and dispersing, wherein the rotating speed of a disperser is 2000r/min, and obtaining the self-repairing waterborne polyurethane emulsion;

(3) preparing the automobile interior decorative plate with the self-repairing function: preparing a base material by using PP/PE composite granules with the weight ratio of 2:1, respectively adding the surface layer slurry and the base material into two material openings of a double-material injection molding machine, and carrying out in-mold molding at 150 ℃ and 40MPa to ensure that the surface layer uniformly covers the base layer, thereby obtaining the automobile interior decoration plate with the self-repairing function.
The automobile interior decoration plate with the self-repairing function prepared by the embodiment is composed of a PP/PE composite plastic base layer and a surface layer which are integrally formed, wherein the surface layer is a self-repairing aqueous polyurethane layer covering the base layer.
Example 6
The embodiment provides a preparation method of an automobile interior decoration plate with a self-repairing function, which comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing a self-repairing aqueous polyurethane emulsion: taking 90 parts of polytetrahydrofuran diol and 2 parts of internal cross-linking agent triethanolamine, carrying out vacuum dehydration for 4 hours at 120 ℃, adding 55 parts of 4,4' -dicyclohexylmethane diisocyanate and 0.3 part of dioctyltin dilaurate after cooling to 65 ℃, uniformly mixing, heating to 88 ℃, stirring for reaction for 2 hours, adding 5 parts of alcohol chain extender 1, 4-butanediol into a reactor, and reacting for 3 hours to obtain a prepolymer A; cooling the prepolymer A to 55 ℃, adding 5 parts of chain extender 4,4' -diaminodiphenyl disulfide containing disulfide bonds, reacting for 2 hours, cooling to 45 ℃, adding 3 parts of triethylamine, neutralizing, reacting for 10 minutes, adding deionized water, stirring strongly, emulsifying and dispersing, wherein the rotating speed of a disperser is 2500r/min, and obtaining the self-repairing waterborne polyurethane emulsion;
(2) preparing surface layer slurry: adding 8 parts of aqueous hand feeling agent, 4 parts of aqueous defoaming agent, 5 parts of aqueous flatting agent and 9 parts of aqueous color paste into 100 parts of aqueous polyurethane emulsion, uniformly mixing, and adding 5 parts of aqueous thickening agent to adjust the viscosity to 2000 Pa.s to obtain surface layer paste;
(3) preparing the automobile interior decorative plate with the self-repairing function: preparing a base material by using PC/PE/PP composite granules with the weight ratio of 1:1:1, respectively adding the surface layer slurry and the base material into two material openings of a double-material injection molding machine, and carrying out in-mold forming at 145 ℃ and 100MPa to ensure that the surface layer uniformly covers the base layer, thereby obtaining the automobile interior decoration plate with the self-repairing function.
The automobile interior decoration plate with the self-repairing function prepared by the embodiment is composed of a PC/PE/PP composite plastic base layer and a surface layer which are integrally formed, wherein the surface layer is a self-repairing aqueous polyurethane layer covering the base layer.
Comparative example 1
The only difference compared to example 1 is that step (3) in example 1 is replaced by the following operation:
preparing a self-repairing automobile interior decoration plate: preparing a base material by using PC granules, pressing the base material into a plastic base layer, and spraying the prepared waterborne polyurethane surface layer slurry on the surface of the plastic base layer by adopting spraying equipment so as to obtain the automobile interior decoration plate.
Evaluation of self-repair function: the automobile interior trim panels with self-repairing function obtained in the above examples 1 to 6 and the automobile interior trim panel prepared in the comparative example 1 were subjected to a self-repairing function test mainly by an appearance test and a scratch test, and the specific test method was as follows:
and (3) apparent testing: the male fingernail (less than or equal to 1mm) and the female fingernail (less than or equal to 2mm) are respectively used for horizontal scraping, and no additional force is applied to the fingers.
Testing by an instrument: a German Erichsen scratch tester is used, the diameter of a needle point is 0.5-0.75 mm, and the pressure is 10-20 newtons.
Evaluation criteria: disappearing immediately within 3min at room temperature
Within 30min at room temperature
Delta disappearance within 30min after 60 ℃ hot air
Does not disappear
The test results are shown in table 1:

As can be seen from table 1, when the appearance test is performed, the automobile interior trim panel prepared by integrally forming the plastic base layer and the waterborne polyurethane layer as the surface layer in examples 1 to 6 has nail scratches that disappear immediately within 3min at room temperature, while the automobile interior trim panel prepared by directly spraying the waterborne polyurethane slurry on the surface of the plastic base layer in comparative example 1 has no nail scratches that disappear, which indicates that the automobile interior trim panels provided in examples 1 to 6 have self-repairing capability when being scratched by nails is better than that of comparative example 1.
When an instrument test is performed, the surface scratches of the automobile interior trim panels prepared in examples 1 to 6 disappear within 30min after being exposed to room temperature or 60 ℃ hot air, while the surface scratches of the automobile interior trim panels prepared in comparative example 1 do not disappear, which indicates that the automobile interior trim panels provided in examples 1 to 6 have a good self-repairing function.
In conclusion, the waterborne polyurethane emulsion is synthesized by a prepolymer method, the surface layer slurry is prepared by adding the auxiliary agents, and the automobile interior trim panel is prepared by a double-material injection molding process. In addition, the preparation method provided by the invention adopts a spraying-free process, effectively improves the quality of VOC and air in the automobile, and has wide application prospect.
The applicant declares that the present invention illustrates the detailed structural features of the present invention through the above embodiments, but the present invention is not limited to the above detailed structural features, that is, it does not mean that the present invention must be implemented depending on the above detailed structural features. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that any modifications of the present invention, equivalent substitutions of selected components of the present invention, additions of auxiliary components, selection of specific modes, etc., are within the scope and disclosure of the present invention.

Claims (8)

1. An automobile interior decoration plate with a self-repairing function is characterized by comprising a plastic base layer and a surface layer which are integrally formed; the surface layer is a self-repairing aqueous polyurethane layer covering the base layer.
2. The automotive interior trim panel of claim 1, wherein the plastic base layer is made of a material selected from any one or a combination of at least two of PC, ABS, PVC, PE, PP, PET, POM, and PBT.
3. The automobile interior decoration panel according to claim 1, wherein the self-repairing aqueous polyurethane layer comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
50-90 parts of polyol; 0.1-3 parts of an internal crosslinking agent; 30-60 parts of isocyanate; 0.01-0.3 part of tin catalyst; 3-6 parts of an alcohol chain extender; 1-5 parts of a chain extender containing a disulfide bond; 2-3 parts of triethylamine; 3-9 parts of a water-based hand feeling agent; 1-5 parts of an aqueous defoaming agent; 2-5 parts of a water-based leveling agent; 3-10 parts of water-based color paste; 2-5 parts of an aqueous thickener;
preferably, the polyalcohol is any one or the combination of at least two of hydrolysis-resistant polytetrahydrofuran diol, polypropylene glycol, polycarbonate diol or hydroxyl-terminated polytetramethylene glycol;
preferably, the internal crosslinking agent is any one or a combination of at least two of trimethylolpropane, triethanolamine or diethylenetriamine;
preferably, the isocyanate is any one of isophorone diisocyanate, hexamethylene diisocyanate, 4' -dicyclohexylmethane diisocyanate or diphenylmethane diisocyanate or a combination of at least two of the isophorone diisocyanate, the hexamethylene diisocyanate, the diphenylmethane diisocyanate or the diphenylmethane diisocyanate;
preferably, the tin catalyst is any one of stannous octoate, dibutyltin dilaurate or dioctyltin dilaurate or a combination of at least two of the foregoing;
preferably, the alcohol chain extender is 1, 3-butanediol and/or 1, 4-butanediol;
preferably, the chain extender containing disulfide bonds is 2,2 '-dithiodiethanol and/or 4,4' -diaminodiphenyl disulfide.
4. The method for manufacturing an automobile interior trim panel having a self-repairing function according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized by comprising the steps of:
(1) mixing polyol, an internal crosslinking agent, isocyanate, a tin catalyst, an alcohol chain extender, a chain extender containing a disulfide bond and triethylamine to prepare a self-repairing aqueous polyurethane emulsion;
(2) mixing the aqueous polyurethane emulsion prepared in the step (1) with various auxiliaries to obtain surface layer slurry;
(3) and (3) adopting a double-material injection molding process, and integrally molding to enable the surface layer slurry to uniformly cover the plastic base layer to obtain the automobile interior decoration plate with the self-repairing function.
5. The preparation method according to claim 4, wherein the self-repairing aqueous polyurethane emulsion in the step (1) is prepared by a prepolymer method;
preferably, the preparation of the self-repairing aqueous polyurethane emulsion comprises the following steps:
(a) taking polyhydric alcohol and an internal crosslinking agent, heating, vacuum dehydrating, and cooling after dehydrating;
(b) adding isocyanate and a tin catalyst into the mixture obtained in the step (a), heating, stirring and reacting, then adding an alcohol chain extender and reacting to obtain a prepolymer A;
(c) and cooling the prepolymer A, adding a chain extender containing a disulfide bond to react, cooling the prepolymer, adding triethylamine, adding deionized water after a neutralization reaction, stirring, emulsifying and dispersing to obtain the self-repairing aqueous polyurethane emulsion.
6. The method according to claim 4 or 5, wherein the preparing of the facing layer slurry of step (2) comprises:
and (2) taking the self-repairing aqueous polyurethane emulsion obtained in the step (1), adding an aqueous hand feeling agent, an aqueous defoaming agent, an aqueous flatting agent and an aqueous color paste, uniformly mixing, and then adding an aqueous thickening agent to adjust viscosity, thereby obtaining the surface layer slurry.
7. The method for preparing according to one of claims 4 to 6, wherein the two-shot injection molding process of step (3) comprises the steps of:
and simultaneously feeding the surface layer slurry and the plastic base material from two feed inlets of a double-material injection molding machine, and integrally molding in a mold to uniformly cover the surface layer above the plastic base layer to obtain the self-repairing automobile interior decoration plate.
8. Preparation process according to one of claims 4 to 7, characterized in that it comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing a self-repairing aqueous polyurethane emulsion: taking 50-90 parts of polyol and 0.1-3 parts of internal crosslinking agent, dehydrating under vacuum at the temperature of 110-120 ℃ for 3-5 hours, cooling to 45-70 ℃ after dehydration, adding 30-60 parts of isocyanate and 0.01-0.3 part of tin catalyst, heating to 80-90 ℃, stirring and reacting for 1-3 hours, then adding 3-6 parts of alcohol chain extender and reacting for 3-4 hours to obtain prepolymer A; cooling the prepolymer A to 45-60 ℃, adding 1-5 parts of chain extender containing disulfide bonds to react for 1-2 hours, cooling the prepolymer to below 45 ℃, adding 2-3 parts of triethylamine, neutralizing for 5-10 minutes, adding deionized water, stirring, emulsifying and dispersing, wherein the rotating speed of a disperser is 1500-2500r/min, and obtaining the self-repairing waterborne polyurethane emulsion;
(2) preparing surface layer slurry: taking 100 parts of polyurethane emulsion, adding 3-9 parts of aqueous hand feeling agent, 1-5 parts of aqueous defoaming agent, 2-5 parts of aqueous flatting agent and 3-10 parts of aqueous color paste, uniformly mixing, and then adding 2-5 parts of aqueous thickening agent to adjust the viscosity to 1000-2000 Pa.s to obtain surface layer paste;
(3) preparing the automobile interior decorative plate with the self-repairing function: simultaneously feeding the surface layer slurry and the base material from two feed inlets of a double-material injection molding machine, and integrally molding in a mold; the molding pressure is 10-120MPa, and the molding temperature is 100-.
