The embodiment realizes the procedures of automatic feeding, chamfering and deburring of the drum brake pad, dust cleaning, grinding of the inner arc surface, automatic vertical stacking of the brake pad, is full-automatic, greatly improves the efficiency, reduces the production cost and reduces the labor intensity of workers.
In production, a worker only needs to put a stacked brake block into the material box 31 from the upper part of the material box 31, the air cylinder 33 reciprocates, the brake block at the bottommost layer is pushed out of the material box 31 through the push plate 32 and is pushed to the lower part of the feeding wheel 41, and then the feeding wheel 41 rotating at a constant speed pushes the brake block to move forwards along the material guide groove 2 through friction force; the brake pads of the embodiment move in the material guide groove 2 by means of the power provided by the material feeding wheel 41, and the brake pads move forward in the material guide groove 2 at a constant speed in an end-to-end manner because the material feeding wheel 41 rotates at a constant speed. When the brake pad moves to the chamfering mechanism 5, the rotating grinding wheel 57 chamfers and polishes burrs on the upper and lower edges of the two sides of the brake pad, the steel brush wheel 61 can clean dust on the surface of the brake pad, particularly on the inner arc surface of the brake pad, and the finally processed brake pad enters the material collecting groove 7 to be collected.
Since the magazine 31 is disposed across the side plates on both sides of the chute 2, the depth of the chute 2 is the distance from the bottom of the chute 2 to the bottom of the magazine 31; the depth of the material guide groove 2 is greater than the thickness of one brake pad and less than the thickness of two brake pads, and when the inner arc surface of the brake pad adopted in the embodiment is placed upwards, the overall height is about 30mm, so that the depth of the material guide groove 2 is greater than 30mm and less than 60mm, and 40mm is adopted in the embodiment; thus, the push plate 32 can only push out one brake pad at a time, and when the brake pad advances in the material guide groove 2, the inner arc of the brake pad faces upwards.
The guide chute 2 is provided with an upper sealing plate 21 at the lower chamfering mechanism 5A to abut against a brake pad, so that the lower chamfering mechanism 5A is convenient to chamfer.
The chamfering mechanism 5 can adjust the grinding angle of the grinding wheel 57 and also can adjust the distance between the grinding wheel 57 and the brake pad, and the angle adjusting range of the angle adjuster 55 is 0-30 degrees.
The material collecting groove 7 is 20-50mm lower than the material guide groove 2, so that when the brake pad moves to the material collecting groove 7 from the material guide groove 2, the rear end of the brake pad is tilted under the action of the gravity of the front end of the brake pad, the front end of the brake pad at the back abuts against the back of the front pad, when the brake pad continuously moves forwards, the front brake pad is pushed to stand up, and the process is repeated, so that the brake pad is vertically stacked in the material collecting groove 7, and the follow-up material circulation is facilitated.
