That is, the feeding and discharging operation and the laser marking operation can be performed simultaneously, so that the waiting time of the laser assembly 500 is shortened, and the working efficiency of the marking device 10 is improved.
The following description will mainly use the first clamping assembly 200 as an embodiment for detailed explanation, and it can be understood by those skilled in the art that the specific structure of the second clamping assembly 300 may refer to the structural arrangement of the first clamping assembly 200, and has the beneficial effects brought by the technical solutions of the corresponding embodiments, and therefore, the detailed description is omitted here.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, in some embodiments, the first clamping assembly 200 includes a base 210, a fixing assembly 220 mounted on the base 210, and a second driving assembly 230 mounted on the base 210, the fixing assembly 220 includes a first clamping member 221 and a second clamping member 222 arranged at an interval, the first clamping member 221 is fixed on the base 210, and the second clamping member 222 is movably arranged relative to the first clamping member 221 in a direction away from or close to the first clamping member 221, so that the second clamping member 222 has a clamping position for clamping a member to be marked and a release position for releasing the member to be marked; the second driving assembly 230 is used for driving the second clamping member 222 to move.
When the second driving assembly 230 is not activated, the first clamping member 221 and the second clamping member 222 are spaced apart from each other by a distance greater than the thickness of the mobile phone 20, and a worker can place the mobile phone 20 between the first clamping member 221 and the second clamping member 222. The second driving assembly 230 pushes the second clamping member 222 to move towards the first clamping member 221, and the second clamping member 222 has a clamping position for clamping the mobile phone 20, so that the first clamping member 221 and the second clamping assembly 300 clamp and position the mobile phone 20, and the laser assembly 500 marks the mobile phone 20. After marking is completed, the second driving assembly 230 is retracted, and at this time, the second clamping member 222 has a releasing position for releasing the mobile phone 20, so that a worker can conveniently lay down the mobile phone 20 to be marked. The second driving assembly 230 may further include a mounting seat and a material pushing cylinder mounted on the mounting seat, wherein the material pushing cylinder is used for pushing the second clamping member 222 to move toward the first clamping member 221; the mounting seat is installed on the base 210, and the mounting seat is provided with a cylinder position adjusting long hole so as to adjust the front and back positions of the material pushing cylinder on the mounting seat.
As shown in fig. 6, the first clamping assembly 200 may further include a first light source bar 260 and a second light source bar 270, the first light source bar 260 and the second light source bar 270 are both mounted on the base 210, the first light source bar 260 and the second light source bar 270 are respectively located at two sides of the fixing assembly 220, and the first light source bar 260 and the second light source bar 270 are both used for emitting light to supplement light, so that the CCD positioning assembly 800 accurately captures the mark position. The first light source bar 260 may be adjacent to the first clamping member 221, and the second light source bar 270 may be adjacent to the second clamping member 222, so as to supplement light to both sides of the cellular phone 20 between the first clamping member 221 and the second clamping member 222.
In order to facilitate the resetting of the second driving assembly 230, as shown in fig. 6, in some embodiments, the fixing assembly 220 further includes a guide rod 224 and a first elastic member 223 sleeved outside the guide rod 224, one end of the guide rod 224 is mounted on the first clamping member 221, the other end of the guide rod is slidably inserted into the sliding hole of the second clamping member 222, and the first elastic member 223 is located between the first clamping member 221 and the second clamping member 222, so that the second clamping member 222 tends to be away from the first clamping member 221.
The first and second clamping members 221 and 222 are connected by a first elastic member 223 such that the second clamping member 222 has a tendency to move away from the first clamping member 221 to increase the distance between the first and second clamping members 221 and 222, thereby facilitating the insertion and removal of the cellular phone 20. It is understood that the first elastic member 223 may be a compression spring.
The guide rod 224 is sleeved in the first elastic member 223, so as to limit the deformation direction of the first elastic member 223 and the moving direction of the second clamping member 222, and further facilitate the placing in and taking out of the mobile phone 20 on the first clamping assembly 200. For precise positioning, the guide rod 224 may employ a linear bearing.
Since the second driving assembly 230 is used to drive the second clamping member 222 to move towards the first clamping member 221, when the second driving assembly 230 is not adjusted, the force of the second driving assembly 230 driving the second clamping member 222 is too strong, and the mobile phone 20 is easily crushed, in order to solve this problem, as shown in fig. 7 to 8, in some embodiments, the first clamping assembly 200 further includes a protective soft board 240, and the protective soft board 240 is installed on a side surface of the second clamping member 222 facing the first clamping member 221.
By installing the protective soft board 240 on the side of the second clamping member 222 facing the first clamping member 221, when the second driving assembly 230 is not adjusted, the second driving assembly 230 drives the second clamping member 222 to move, the distance between the first clamping member 221 and the second clamping member 222 is reduced, and the protective soft board 240 deforms to protect the mobile phone 20. The position of the protective soft board 240 may be in the middle of the second clamping member 222, or may be on both sides of the second clamping member 222, which may be set according to the actual situation. The soft protective plate 240 may be made of acrylic rubber.
Further, as shown in fig. 7 to 8, in some embodiments, the first clamping assembly 200 further includes a hard limiting member 250, the hard limiting member 250 is mounted on a side surface of the first clamping member 221 facing the second clamping member 222, and a thickness of the limiting plate is smaller than a total thickness of the protective soft plate 240 and the member to be marked.
When the second driving assembly 230 is not adjusted, the second clamping member 222 is pushed by a larger pushing force to move toward the first clamping member 221, and the hard limiting member 250 can block the second clamping member 222 from pushing the mobile phone 20 forward, so as to further prevent the mobile phone 20 from being damaged by being squeezed, thereby playing a role in protection. The thickness of the limiting plate is smaller than the total thickness of the protective soft plate 240 and the mobile phone 20, and when the second clamping member 222 moves and extrudes towards the first clamping member 221, the protective soft plate 240 deforms, so as to clamp the mobile phone 20.
In order to keep the distance between the mobile phone 20 and the reflector consistent, as shown in fig. 2 and 9, in some embodiments, the marking device 10 further includes a lifting assembly 600 mounted on the machine table 100 and a gantry 700, wherein the lifting assembly 600 is located below the rotating table 410; the gantry 700 comprises a beam 710 positioned above a to-be-marked part of the marking station, and the lifting assembly 600 is used for driving the first clamping assembly 200 to move up and down, so that the to-be-marked part is abutted to the beam 710 to position the to-be-marked part.
The lifting assembly 600 is used for driving the first clamping assembly 200 to move up and down, and driving the mobile phone 20 of the first clamping assembly 200 to move up and down. When the mobile phone 20 moves upwards, the mobile phone 20 or the protective sleeve 30 abuts against the beam 710, so that the distance of the laser beam reaching the surface of the mobile phone 20 on the first clamping assembly 200 is kept consistent, the reference consistency is ensured, and the error caused by the product tolerance is reduced, thereby ensuring the marking effect of the laser.
