The setting of feed back storehouse 63 can provide a temporary storage position for residual glue, because residual glue is the glue that has been used once, and there is more contact with the air, residual glue can be deposited temporarily in the setting of feed back storehouse 63, under the condition that does not influence the stability of glue itself and glue quality of pasting as required, the staff controls the flow of residual glue through controlling flow control valve 65, add residual glue into glue temporary storage storehouse 4 according to a certain proportion, reuse together with the glue that newly flows into in glue temporary storage storehouse 4, the condition that the flow that prevents that residual glue from directly flowing into glue temporary storage storehouse 4 can not be controlled and lead to the stability of glue in glue temporary storage storehouse 4 to receive the influence takes place.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, in view of preventing the glue from precipitating, a stirring shaft 41 is provided in the glue temporary storage bin 4, a stirring blade 42 is provided on the stirring shaft 41, and one end of the stirring shaft 41 is connected with a stirring motor 43. A water level sensor 7 is arranged in the temporary glue storage bin 4, the water level sensor 7 is electrically connected with a controller 71, a glue inlet 45 is arranged on the temporary glue storage bin 4, an electromagnetic valve 72 is arranged at the glue inlet 45, and the electromagnetic valve 72 is electrically connected with the controller 71. A buffer bin 44 is arranged in the glue temporary storage bin 4, the buffer bin 44 is communicated with the gluing nozzle 34 through a pipeline, and a pressure pump is arranged on a connecting pipeline connecting the buffer bin 44 and the gluing nozzle 34. The stirring shaft 41 can be driven by the stirring motor 43 to rotate, the stirring shaft 41 drives the stirring blades 42 to stir the glue in the glue temporary storage bin 4, the situation that the glue is precipitated in the glue temporary storage bin 4 is prevented, and the glue quality is prevented from being influenced due to the fact that the glue is precipitated after standing for a long time. On the other hand, the residual glue flowing out of the feed back bin 63 can be more fully mixed with the newly-fed glue, the situation that the stability of the glue of the part is different from that of the glue of other parts due to the fact that the residual glue is only partially contacted with the newly-fed glue is avoided, and therefore the influence on the stability of the glue when the residual glue is reused is reduced. The water level sensor 7 is arranged to facilitate the control of the glue amount in the glue temporary storage bin 4 by the staff, if the glue amount reaches the position of the water level sensor 7, the water level sensor 7 transmits the signal to the controller 71, and the controller 71 controls the electromagnetic valve 72 to close, so that new glue is not added into the glue temporary storage bin 4 any more. On the other hand, if the glue amount reaches the position of the water level sensor 7 for a long time without descending, which indicates that a certain position from the glue buffer bin to the gluing nozzle 34 is blocked, the worker can perform fault check on the glue temporary storage bin 4, the gluing nozzle 34 and the pipeline from the glue temporary storage bin 4 to the gluing nozzle 34, so that the worker can conveniently check the blocked position of the pipeline. The buffer chamber 44 is arranged to provide a buffer space for the stirred glue, so as to prevent the glue in the glue temporary storage chamber 4 from directly flowing into the glue nozzle 34 without stirring. The condition that newly-entered glue in the glue temporary storage bin 4 enters the gluing nozzle 34 without being fully stirred with residual glue is avoided.
The implementation principle of the embodiment is as follows: when the gluing operation is performed, the glue is conveyed to the glue temporary storage bin 4 through a pipeline, the stirring shaft 41 in the glue temporary storage bin 4 drives the stirring blade 42 to stir the glue in the glue temporary storage bin 4 under the driving of the stirring motor 43, and meanwhile, the staff controls the amount of the residual glue in the return bin 63 to enter the glue temporary storage bin 4 through controlling the flow control valve 65. The glue enters the buffer bin after being stirred, flows into the gluing nozzle 34 in the buffer bin, is smeared on the surface of the gluing roller 33 after flowing out of the gluing nozzle 34, the smearing brush 5 can enlarge the coverage area of the glue on the gluing roller 33, the glue is preliminarily smeared uniformly, the glue is smeared uniformly on the surface of the transferring roller 32 under the extrusion of the gluing roller 33 and the transferring roller 32, and the transferring roller 32 and the smearing roller 31 extrude to smear the glue uniformly on the surface of the smearing roller 31. The corrugated paper passes through the gap between the coating roller 31 and the auxiliary roller when the feeding assembly 21 is conveyed to the gluing assembly 3, and the side of the corrugated paper facing the coating roller 31 is uniformly coated with glue and is conveyed away under the action of the discharging assembly 22. The glue scraping roller 6 can hang the residual glue on the material transferring roller 32 to the glue receiving groove 61, the residual glue flows to the material returning bin 63 after being filtered by the filter tank 62, and the residual glue is slowly added into the glue buffer bin under the control of the staff. When the glue amount in the glue buffer bin reaches the position of the water level sensor 7, the water level sensor 7 will transmit the signal to the controller 71, and the controller 71 will control the electromagnetic valve 72 to close, so that no new glue is added into the glue temporary storage bin 4.
Example two:
a production process of corrugated cartons comprises the following implementation steps:
s1, preparing glue;
s2, gluing the corrugated paper by using a gluing device for producing the corrugated board, and then sticking the first face paper on one side surface of the corrugated paper coated with glue through hot-press sticking;
s3, gluing one side face, opposite to the first face paper, of the corrugated paper by using a gluing device for producing the corrugated paper, and then pasting the first face paper and the corrugated paper together through hot-pressing and gluing to form the corrugated paper board;
s4, cooling the corrugated board, trimming, cutting, stacking, finishing, flatting, printing, slotting, die cutting, stacking, gluing and folding to obtain the carton.
In S2, a side face of the corrugated paper is uniformly coated with glue between the first face paper and the corrugated paper, and then the first face paper and the side face of the corrugated paper coated with the glue are bonded together by thermocompression bonding.
In S3, the glue spreading device for producing corrugated cardboard in the first embodiment is used to spread glue between the second surface paper and the corrugated cardboard uniformly, and then the second surface paper and the corrugated cardboard are bonded together by hot press bonding, so as to form the corrugated cardboard.
