The support plate 24 can be guided to move up and down through the fourth sliding rod 21 and the second sliding sleeve 22, the roller 25 can be always matched with the pull rope 26 through the fourth spring 23, and therefore the pull rope 26 can be prevented from falling off the roller 25, and the waist exercise of a user is prevented from being hindered.
When the arm of a user needs to be exercised, the user rotates the first screw 29 clockwise to move out of the first clamping groove 30 downwards, so that the fixation of the first sliding sleeve 3 can be released, then the user moves the first sliding sleeve 3 leftwards and rightwards to a proper position, then the user rotates the first screw 29 anticlockwise to upwards clamp the first sliding sleeve 3 into the corresponding first clamping groove 30, so that the first sliding sleeve 3 can be fixed, and therefore the arm exercising device can be conveniently used by users with different heights to exercise the arm.
