Abstract
本发明公开了一种可置入留置导尿管的新型尿道扩张器,包括导芯,所述导芯包括手柄部、直管部和弯头部,所述直管部前后端周径大小均匀,所述直管部前端与弯头部平滑连接,所述直管部后端与手柄部连接,所述弯头部远离直管部的一端为圆润头结构,所述手柄部、直管部和弯头部一体成型,所述直管部外侧壁套装有外鞘,所述外鞘用于扩张尿道并留置于尿道内,便于导尿管的插入,本发明可一次性完成尿道扩张和留置导尿管的操作,同时外鞘上涂覆有润滑层,减少对尿道粘膜的损伤,结构简单,便于操作。避免患者经历多次导尿的操作显著减少患者的疼痛及出血、感染的风险。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于医疗器械技术领域,具体涉及一种可置入留置导尿管的新型尿道扩张器。
背景技术
急性尿潴留是泌尿外科急诊的常见疾病之一,主要的发病原因包括良性前列腺增生症、膀胱颈口挛缩、尿道狭窄、尿道外伤等引起的膀胱出口梗阻或者尿道完整性的破坏,通常需要急诊保留导尿管。然而,临床上有相当一部分的上述患者存在导尿困难的问题,需要进行尿道扩张后再置入导尿管,因而患者需经历多次导尿操作带来的痛苦,易发生严重血尿、感染等风险。而且,即使实施尿道扩张后,仍然有很多患者仍无法成功留置导尿管,其原因可能为尿道扩张器没有进入膀胱,或者即使进入膀胱,拔除尿道扩张器后,由于导尿管的韧性显著低于尿道扩张器或其它原因,而仍无法置入导尿管。对于无法置入导尿管的患者,则需要行膀胱镜下导尿管置入术或耻骨上膀胱造瘘术等创伤更大的手术操作。显著地增加了患者的痛苦,以及血尿、感染等相关风险。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种可置入留置导尿管的新型尿道扩张器。
为实现上述技术目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种可置入留置导尿管的新型尿道扩张器,其中:包括导芯,所述导芯包括手柄部、直管部和弯头部,所述直管部前端与弯头部平滑连接,所述直管部后端与手柄部连接,所述弯头部远离直管部的一端为圆润头结构,所述手柄部、直管部和弯头部一体成型,所述直管部外侧壁套装有外鞘,所述外鞘用于扩张尿道并留置于尿道内,便于导尿管的插入。
为优化上述技术方案,采取的具体措施还包括:
进一步地,直管部为圆柱型结构,且其周径从前端到后端大小均匀。
进一步地,所述外鞘头部贴合在直管部与弯头部连接处,所述外鞘尾部与直管部平齐。
进一步地,所述外鞘尾部设有反折开口,用于外鞘撕开拔出。
进一步地,外鞘管壁厚度为0.2-0.5mm,所述外鞘采用弹性材质。
进一步地,外鞘外侧壁涂覆有润滑层。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明一种可置入留置导尿管的新型尿道扩张器,可一次性完成尿道扩张和留置导尿管的操作,同时外鞘上涂覆有润滑层,减少对尿道粘膜的损伤,一方面可避免患者经历多次导尿的操作,另一方面还可避免尿道扩张后仍面临着留置导尿管失败的问题,进而需要行膀胱镜下导尿管置入术或耻骨上膀胱造瘘术等创伤更大的手术操作,可显著减少患者的疼痛及出血、感染等风险。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的实施例作进一步详细描述。
实施例1
如图1所示,本发明为一种可置入留置导尿管的新型尿道扩张器,其中:包括导芯1,所述导芯1包括手柄部2、直管部3和弯头部4,所述直管部3前端与弯头部4平滑连接,所述直管部4后端与手柄部2连接,所述弯头部4远离直管部3的一端为圆润头结构,所述手柄部2、直管部3和弯头部4一体成型,所述直管部3外侧壁套装有外鞘5,所述外鞘5用于扩张尿道并留置于尿道内,便于导尿管的插入。
实施例中,直管部3为圆柱型结构,且其周径从前端到后端大小均匀。
其中,采用圆柱型结构,适应尿道的结构,减小对尿道的损伤。
实施例中,所述外鞘头部6贴合在直管部3与弯头部4连接处,所述外鞘尾部7与直管部3平齐。
其中,弯头部4与直管部3交界处与外鞘头部6紧密贴合,可避免尿道扩张时损伤尿道,且导芯1可顺利从外鞘中拔除。
实施例中,外鞘尾部7设有反折开口8,用于外鞘5撕开拔出。
实施例中,外鞘5管壁厚度为0.2-0.5mm,所述外鞘5采用弹性材质。
其中,外鞘采用橡胶、硅胶、聚四氟乙烯等材质,具有柔韧性。
实施例中,外鞘5外侧壁涂覆有润滑层。
其中,润滑层可以减少摩擦阻力,减少对尿道粘膜的损伤。
本发明的使用方法如下:
首先将尿道扩张器插入尿道进行尿道扩张后,外鞘5紧贴尿道内壁,然后先拔除导芯1,见到尿液流出,提示尿道扩张器进入膀胱,然后在外鞘5内置入相同型号的导尿管,见到导尿管内有尿液流出确认导尿管进入膀胱后,给予气囊注水固定导尿管,再拔除外鞘5,
一边将外鞘5退出尿道,一边沿外鞘尾部7的反折开口8处撕开外鞘5,以便于顺利拔除外鞘5,进而保证尿道扩张后可成功完成留置导尿管操作。
本装置可一次性完成尿道扩张和留置导尿管的操作,既可确认尿道扩张器是否进入膀胱,保证尿道扩张后能够成功留置导尿管,又可避免反复导尿操作,减少患者的痛苦和血尿、感染等相关风险的发生。

Claims (6)
1.一种可置入留置导尿管的新型尿道扩张器,其特征在于:包括导芯(1),所述导芯(1)包括手柄部(2)、直管部(3)和弯头部(4),所述直管部(3)前端与弯头部(4)平滑连接,所述直管部(4)后端与手柄部(2)连接,所述弯头部(4)远离直管部(3)的一端为圆润头结构,所述手柄部(2)、直管部(3)和弯头部(4)一体成型,所述直管部(3)外侧壁套装有外鞘(5),所述外鞘(5)用于扩张尿道并留置于尿道内,便于导尿管的插入。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可置入留置导尿管的新型尿道扩张器,其特征在于:所述直管部(3)为圆柱型结构,且其周径从前端到后端大小均匀。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种可置入留置导尿管的新型尿道扩张器,其特征在于:所述外鞘头部(6)贴合在直管部(3)与弯头部(4)连接处,所述外鞘尾部(7)与直管部(3)平齐。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种可置入留置导尿管的新型尿道扩张器,其特征在于:所述外鞘尾部(7)设有反折开口(8),用于置入导尿管后外鞘(5)撕开拔出。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种可置入留置导尿管的新型尿道扩张器,其特征在于:所述外鞘(5)管壁厚度为0.2-0.5mm,所述外鞘(5)采用弹性材质。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种可置入留置导尿管的新型尿道扩张器,其特征在于:所述外鞘(5)外侧壁涂覆有润滑层。
