Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a disinfection barrel, in particular to an instrument disinfection barrel for hospital institutions.
Background
In hospitals, the disinfection of medical instruments is very important, especially for medical instruments used for surgery, because the medical instruments are directly contacted with the internal parts of the body of a patient during the surgery, and if bacteria are remained in the medical instruments, the cross infection of the patient is possibly caused.
The existing disinfection technology is characterized in that one part of the existing disinfection technology is to disinfect medical instruments by soaking the medical instruments in disinfectant, different types of medical instruments are generally directly placed in the disinfectant, all the medical instruments are directly mixed together in the soaking process, the disinfection is not beneficial to the treatment of subsequent medical care personnel after the disinfection is finished, the medical instruments can also float upwards under the action of buoyancy when being soaked, the upper surfaces of the medical instruments floating on the disinfectant are difficult to be disinfected fully, and the medical instruments are also difficult to be disinfected comprehensively.
Therefore, the appliance disinfection barrel for the hospital department is designed so as to achieve the effects of comprehensively disinfecting medical appliances and being capable of disinfecting by layers and classification.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defect that the medical instruments are difficult to be disinfected in a layered and classified mode in the prior art, the invention has the technical problems that: provided is an instrument sterilizing barrel for hospital habitation, which can sterilize medical instruments comprehensively and can perform layered classification.
The technical implementation scheme of the invention is as follows: a disinfection barrel for appliances used in hospital institutions comprises: the outer barrel is cylindrical, and the inside of the outer barrel is hollow; the barrel cover is arranged at the top of the outer barrel, and the barrel cover can enable the outer barrel to form a closed space; the water drain plug is arranged at the bottom of the outer side of the outer barrel and used for controlling the discharge of disinfectant in the outer barrel; the mounting hole is formed in the middle of the bottom of the outer barrel; the body of the servo motor is arranged at the bottom of the outer barrel; the rotating rod is connected to the top end of an output shaft of the servo motor, and the upper part of the rotating rod penetrates through the mounting hole; the first gear is arranged in the middle of the rotating rod; the second gear is arranged at the top of the rotating rod; the sleeve is sleeved outside the upper part of the rotating rod; the internal gears are symmetrically arranged in the sleeve up and down and are respectively meshed with the first gear and the second gear; the screen is arranged outside the sleeve and used for blocking a medical instrument; the handle is fixedly connected to the top of the sleeve; the base plate is fixedly connected to the bottom of the sleeve, and the top of the base plate is connected with the bottom of the screen.
Optionally, the method further includes: the separating blades are all arranged outside the sleeve, and the number of the separating blades is at least two; the sliding grooves are formed in the outer side of the sleeve and exist in groups according to different depths, and the number of the groups of the sliding grooves is the same as that of the separating blades; the sliding blocks are evenly arranged on the inner sides of the separating blades and are matched with the corresponding sliding grooves in a sliding mode.
Optionally, a through hole is formed at the bottom of the outer side of the outer barrel, and the through hole is matched with the drain plug.
Optionally, a rubber strip is mounted at the joint of the barrel cover and the outer barrel, so that the outer barrel can be more closed.
Optionally, a sealing ring is arranged between the rotating rod and the mounting hole.
The invention has the following advantages:
1. the invention can achieve the effects of comprehensively disinfecting medical instruments and sterilizing by layering and classification;
2. all medical instruments are placed in the disinfectant and then continuously rotated in the disinfectant, so that the medical instruments can be comprehensively and fully disinfected;
3. the medical instruments are separated in different spaces through the separating blades, the medical instruments are subjected to layered classification sterilization, and mixed collision between the medical instruments can be prevented during sterilization, so that subsequent medical workers can be conveniently treated.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be further described with reference to specific examples, which are illustrative of the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention.
Example 1
A sterilizing barrel for appliances used in hospital institutions, as shown in figures 1-5, comprises an outer barrel 1, a barrel cover 2, a water drain plug 3, a servo motor 5, a rotating rod 6, a first gear 7, a second gear 8, a sleeve 9, an internal gear 10, a screen 11, a handle 12 and a chassis 13, wherein the barrel cover 2 is arranged at the top of the outer barrel 1, the barrel cover 2 can completely and hermetically buckle the outer barrel 1, the water drain plug 3 is arranged at the lower left part of the outer barrel 1, a mounting hole 4 is formed in the middle of the bottom of the outer barrel 1, the servo motor 5 is arranged at the bottom of the outer barrel 1, the rotating rod 6 is connected at the top end of an output shaft of the servo motor 5, the upper part of the rotating rod 6 penetrates through the mounting hole 4, a sealing ring is arranged between the mounting hole 4 and the rotating rod 6, the first gear 7 is arranged in the middle of the rotating rod 6, the second gear 8 is arranged at the top of the rotating rod 6, the sleeve 9 is sleeved at the, the top of the sleeve 9 is fixedly connected with a handle 12, the bottom of the sleeve 9 is fixedly connected with a base plate 13, and the top of the base plate 13 is provided with a screen 11.
When medical care personnel need to disinfect medical instruments, the equipment can be used, firstly, the barrel cover 2 is opened, the sleeve 9, the screen mesh 11 and the chassis 13 are taken out through the handle 12, a proper amount of medical instruments to be disinfected are placed on the chassis 13, then, the sleeve 9, the screen mesh 11 and the chassis 13 are placed back into the outer barrel 1, an inner gear 10 in the sleeve 9 is meshed with the first gear 7 and the second gear 8 again, sufficient disinfectant is poured into the outer barrel 1, the barrel cover 2 is covered, then, the servo motor 5 is started, an output shaft of the servo motor 5 drives the rotating rod 6 to rotate continuously, so that the sleeve 9 is driven to rotate continuously through the first gear 7 and the second gear 8, the drain plug 3 and the sealing ring prevent the disinfectant in the outer barrel 1 from flowing out, the medical instruments on the chassis 13 are driven to rotate continuously, the medical instruments can be disinfected fully in the disinfectant, and the screen mesh 11 can block the medical instruments, the disinfection device can not be thrown out of the chassis 13 when rotating, after disinfection is finished, the servo motor 5 is closed, the drain plug 3 and the barrel cover 2 are opened, disinfectant can flow out completely, then the disinfected medical apparatus on the chassis 13 can be taken out through the handle 12, and finally the drain plug 3 and the barrel cover 2 are closed.
