Description

Comprehensive disinfection room and disinfection method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of decorative building material sanitary equipment, in particular to a comprehensive disinfection room.
Background
In modern life, the sanitary and safe demands of people are increasing, and germs existing in living space are also needed to be killed. If the indoor disinfection technology with good large area is provided, the safety of living space is greatly improved.
Medical science shows that high temperature is favorable to killing bacteria and viruses, and most bacteria and viruses survive for a relatively short time in an environment with relatively high temperature. Just as humans develop fever after infection, and are in fact immune mechanisms in humans, bacteria and viruses are reduced in activity and even die by producing higher body temperatures. Influenza viruses are generally frequently used in autumn and winter and in spring, and the environment is unfavorable for the transmission of the influenza viruses after the temperature rises in summer. Therefore, high temperature is an effective means of killing bacteria and viruses.
However, the current indoor disinfection technology can only be applied to local areas, such as spraying and wiping disinfectant liquid locally in the room for disinfection. However, there are also a large number of areas belonging to the cleaning dead zone: such as infrequently wiped locations or overhead ceiling itself that is located at a high elevation and difficult to clean. These dead corners can be a causative agent of human once bacteria or viruses grow.
Besides, ozone and ultraviolet rays can destroy the structure of microorganisms, thereby achieving the aim of disinfection. However, these are also harmful to the human body, especially ozone remains in space for a period of time, while ultraviolet lamps generate small amounts of ozone during operation. Therefore, after ozone and ultraviolet sterilization are adopted, the residual ozone is removed to be the biggest problem, and a long time is generally needed to wait for the ozone to be decomposed and attenuated by itself before the space can be opened for use.
It is clear that the prior art has certain drawbacks.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more clear, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the embodiments of the present invention and the accompanying drawings. It should be noted that the described embodiments are only some embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
Example 1
Referring to fig. 1 and 4, the embodiment of the invention provides a comprehensive disinfection room, which is provided with a wall body, an entrance and a building ceiling which can be completely closed, and comprises an ozone input device, a high-temperature heat radiation suspended ceiling 1, an ultraviolet disinfection lamp 17 and a tail gas purifying device; the ozone input device is connected with an air inlet 2 positioned on the ceiling of the building; the high-temperature heat radiation suspended ceiling 1 is paved on a building suspended ceiling; the ultraviolet disinfection lamp 17 is fixedly arranged on a wall or a building ceiling; the tail gas purifying device is connected with an exhaust port 3 positioned at the bottom of the wall body.
The invention uses three mutually matched disinfection modes: ozone, ultraviolet rays and high temperature sterilization. Ozone is introduced into the room through the ozone input device, the ultraviolet sterilizing lamp 17 can radiate ultraviolet rays for sterilization, and the high-temperature heat radiation suspended ceiling 1 can generate high heat by far infrared heat radiation to heat and sterilize the indoor space. Wherein, the high temperature can also assist the ozone to decompose into oxygen, thereby reducing the residual of ozone in the indoor space.
Ozone has the advantage of no dead angle during disinfection. However, it is harmful to not only microorganisms such as bacteria and viruses but also human bodies. Even if all the personnel are dispersed in the disinfection process, ozone residues still possibly exist in the space after the disinfection is finished, ventilation, pumping-away, treatment and the like are needed for cleaning, and even the personnel can enter after waiting for a decomposition time of several ten minutes.
The ultraviolet rays have the advantage of large coverage area, and are excellent physical disinfection modes. However, the ultraviolet light is easy to have dead angles, and places where ultraviolet light is not directly irradiated cannot be disinfected.
The high-temperature disinfection can be realized without dead angles, but the temperature transmission needs a certain time, and the energy consumption is high, for example, the long-time opening can cause the great increase of the energy consumption and the disinfection cost.
The invention applies the advantages and disadvantages of various disinfection modes, firstly, ozone is introduced into the room for disinfection; then the ultraviolet disinfection lamp 17 is started to radiate ultraviolet rays for disinfection, and the sterilization is assisted to kill germs on the surfaces of articles in the room; finally, the high-temperature radiation suspended ceiling 1 is started to heat the room space, the room space is disinfected at high temperature again without dead angles, the decomposition rate of the ozone is greatly improved under the high-temperature condition by utilizing the unstable chemical characteristic of the ozone, and the ozone is greatly decomposed in the high-temperature disinfection process, so that excessive residues are avoided.
It should be noted that, ozone is followed by ultraviolet sterilization or high temperature sterilization, and the user can freely select. The present embodiment details the architecture of a full disinfection room, not the disinfection method.
The method of ultraviolet sterilization and then high-temperature sterilization is clearly a preferred sequence. The reason is that the optimum wavelength 253.7 nm ultraviolet rays for ultraviolet sterilization, while the common domestic ultraviolet sterilization lamp 17 radiates 253.7 nm ultraviolet rays, a part of 184.9 nm ultraviolet rays, and 184.9 nm ultraviolet rays generate new ozone. Therefore, it is preferable to perform irradiation sterilization by the ultraviolet sterilizing lamp 17 and then to perform high-temperature sterilization, so as to facilitate ozone decomposition.
Referring to fig. 2 to 4, preferably, the high-temperature high-heat radiation suspended ceiling 1 includes a keel system, a radiation plate 7, a turnover mechanism and a heat source 15; the keel system comprises a hoisting assembly 8 and a main keel 9, and the main keel 9 is arranged to be hoisted below the hoisting assembly 8; the front surface of the radiation plate 7 is a radiation surface, the heat source 15 is arranged on the back side of the radiation surface and is in heat conduction connection with the radiation surface, and the heat insulation layer 16 is arranged on the back side of the heat source 15 in a sealing manner; the two sides of the radiation plate 7 are respectively and rotatably connected with the two main keels 9, and the turnover mechanism is in transmission connection with the radiation plate 7, so that the radiation plate 7 can be turned 180 degrees under the drive of the turnover mechanism.
The high temperature generated by the heat source 15 causes the radiation surface of the radiation plate 7 to generate uniform heat and transfer it into the room by heat radiation and heat convection. The temperature of the heat source 15 is generally above 80 ℃, the limit can be hundreds of degrees celsius, and bacteria or viruses are naturally not easy to grow on the surface of the radiation plate 7. Preferably, the heat source 15 is an electric heating wire. Meanwhile, through heat radiation and heat convection, the corresponding indoor temperature can be raised to a temperature higher than the normal temperature, so that the aim of disinfection is fulfilled.
The keel system acts as a support for the radiant panel 7, which is flat and comparable to conventional suspended ceilings.
The high temperature thermal radiation ceiling 1 also has two modes of operation: a full sterilization mode and a self sterilization mode.
The full disinfection mode, namely the disinfection mode matched with ozone to work, has the radiation surface facing indoors, releases heat to the indoor, and increases the indoor temperature to tens of degrees centigrade generally. And the temperature is uniformly released in a large area instead of being locally heated, so that the whole indoor environment can be changed into a baking environment with higher temperature, and the indoor disinfection in a large area can be performed. It is generally believed that a sustained high temperature environment above 56 ℃ kills most viruses and bacteria.
The self-disinfection mode is to disinfect the suspended ceiling itself, namely the surface of the radiation plate 7. The radiation plate 7 positioned at a high place in daily life is difficult to clean, and is a favorable place for bacteria and viruses to grow. In the self-sterilizing mode, the radiation plate 7 is turned 180 degrees by the turning mechanism, so that the radiation surface faces to the top side and faces back to the room, at the moment, the high temperature of the heat source 15 can not be opposite to the release of the indoor space, and the temperature can be properly regulated down, so that uncomfortable high temperature can not be generated in the room, and the self-sterilizing device belongs to a local sterilizing scheme for people or animals in the room to stay for a long time.
For example, applying the present invention to a hospital ward, where medical personnel and patients remain in the ward, the self-sterilization mode is suitable; after medical staff and patients leave the ward, the complete disinfection of the whole ward can be carried out by matching with ozone and ultraviolet rays, and the full-automatic disinfection device is suitable for using a full-automatic disinfection mode.
Specifically, as an optimization, the turnover mechanism comprises a motor 10, a synchronous shaft 12, a driving wheel 11, a turnover wheel 13 and a driving belt 14; the turning wheels 13 are respectively arranged on two sides of each radiation plate 7 and fixedly connected with the radiation plates; the driving wheels 11 are rotatably arranged on the main joist 9 and are opposite to all the turning wheels 13, two driving wheels 11 arranged on the same main joist 9 are positioned at the head end and the tail end of the arrangement direction of the turning wheels 13, and the motor 10 is in transmission connection with the driving wheel 11 at one end of the driving wheels through a synchronous shaft 12; the driving belt 14 is wound on the driving wheel 11 on the same main keel 9, is in driving connection with the driving wheel 11, and is in driving connection with all turning wheels 13 in the arrangement direction.
The motor 10 drives the synchronous shaft 12, and then drives the driving wheel 11 to rotate, and the wound driving belt 14 drives the turning wheel 13 to rotate, so that 180-degree turning movement of the radiation plate 7 is realized. In order to prevent slippage between the drive belt 14 and the drive wheel 11, the reversing wheel 13, which affects the drive, a high temperature resistant, toothed drive belt 14 is preferably used.
More preferably, the ultraviolet sterilizing lamp 17 is mounted on the back surface of the radiation plate 7 and is directly integrated with the high-temperature heat radiation ceiling 1. When the radiation plate 7 is turned 180 deg., the sterilizing mode is directly switched.
The specific shape of the panel is not limited, and is generally designed to facilitate production and heat radiation. In addition, the shape of the joint side of the panel and the panel should avoid mutual top death during the overturning movement, and is preferably an outwards protruding cambered surface.
More specifically, the ozone input device comprises an ozone generator 4 and a fresh air handling unit 5; the air supply end of the fresh air unit 5 is connected with the ozone generator 4 and is communicated with the air inlet 2 of the building ceiling.
The fresh air handling unit 5 is a main unit provided in the fresh air handling system, and generally has functions of filtering air, controlling humidity, etc., and has relatively mature products in the prior art, which will not be described in detail. In the invention, the main function of the fresh air handling unit 5 is to cooperate with ozone input to regulate ozone input and air circulation after disinfection.
Preferably, the exhaust gas purifying device includes an ozone decomposing device 6; an inlet of the ozone decomposing device 6 is connected with the exhaust port 3, and an exhaust end of the outlet fresh air unit 5 of the ozone decomposing device 6 is connected.
Ozone treatment methods are various, such as a high temperature decomposition method, an activated carbon adsorption method, a chemical absorption method, a chemical catalytic decomposition method, a ventilation dilution method, and the like. The ozonolysis apparatus 6 is not an apparatus for ozonolysis processing by one or more of the above methods, and the prior art is not subject of the present invention, and is not described here. The high-temperature thermal radiation suspended ceiling 1 of the invention utilizes a high-temperature decomposition method to regulate air circulation in cooperation with the fresh air handling unit 5, and also realizes ventilation dilution of ozone to a certain extent, so that the ozone decomposition device 6 belongs to further auxiliary equipment, and other treatment methods are preferably adopted.
In order to facilitate the temperature control of the heat source 15, a temperature detection module is preferably disposed inside the radiant panel 7.
Example two
The embodiment of the invention provides a disinfection method, in particular to a disinfection method of a comprehensive disinfection room described in the first embodiment, which comprises the following steps:
s01, clearing room personnel, closing all entrances and exits in a room, starting an ozone input device, introducing mixed gas of air and ozone into the room, and standing for 30 minutes or more; simultaneously leading the ultraviolet sterilizing lamp to face the indoor space, and starting the ultraviolet sterilizing lamp to continuously irradiate the indoor space;
s02, turning off the ultraviolet sterilizing lamp to enable the high-temperature heat radiation suspended ceiling to be opposite to the indoor space, and turning on the high-temperature heat radiation suspended ceiling to continuously heat the indoor space;
s03, stopping heating the indoor space, starting the tail gas purifying device to absorb and purify residual ozone in the room, and discharging indoor tail gas out of the room.
Ozone is introduced first to disinfect in all directions without dead angles, and the sterilization can be effectively realized after more than 30 minutes. Ozone starts to gradually decompose and decrease after 30 minutes, but ozone decomposition is slower at normal temperature.
Preferably ozone sterilization and ultraviolet irradiation sterilization are performed simultaneously, and the sterilization is performed on the surfaces of articles in a room in a large range. As described in example one, some wavelengths of ultraviolet light will react with the oxygen in the room to form new ozone, so that ozone decomposition is not significant.
Finally, high-temperature sterilization is carried out, and high-temperature sterilization of germs is carried out while ozone is accelerated to decompose. In general, after high temperature sterilization for 30-60 minutes, most of ozone is decomposed into oxygen. In the step S02, the high-temperature heat radiation ceiling 1 heats the room for 30 minutes or more. Preferably, in the step S02, the high-temperature heat radiation ceiling 1 heats the room to 50 ℃ or higher. This temperature is easier to reach, and the temperature level is also reached in a general sauna room, and the ozone decomposition speed is obviously improved.
Further, in the step S01, the concentration of ozone in the room at rest is 10 to 20ppm. This is a standard concentration for indoor ozone disinfection and is easy to prepare, and a typical ozone generator 4 can meet the requirements without excessive ozone remaining.
The comprehensive disinfection room and the disinfection method thereof integrate ozone, ultraviolet rays and high-temperature sterilization, and are mutually insufficient; the characteristics of ozone and high temperature dead angle-free disinfection are utilized to sterilize and disinfect, and the characteristics of large ultraviolet coverage range are utilized to assist the decomposition of ozone at high temperature, so that the residual ozone is reduced. The indoor temperature can be increased by heat radiation of the heat source 15, the indoor space can be comprehensively sterilized, and bacteria and viruses attached to the surface of the suspended ceiling can be killed. Has a self-disinfection mode and a full disinfection mode. Wherein, the overturning radiation plate 7 does not transfer heat to the indoor space in the self-disinfection mode, so that the discomfort to the human body caused by high temperature when people exist indoors is avoided, and the practical requirement of disinfection is better adapted. And the disinfection is comprehensive, the efficiency is high, and the use is reasonable.
The foregoing examples illustrate only a few embodiments of the invention and are described in detail herein without thereby limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention, which are all within the scope of the invention. Accordingly, the scope of protection of the present invention is to be determined by the appended claims.
