Abstract
本发明公开了一种兽药止痢散的制备方法及工艺,具体包括以下重量组分:葛根15‑20份,黄连35‑45份,黄芩15‑20份,甘草10‑15份,金银花10‑15份,穿心莲5‑15份,肠胃功能恢复剂5‑10份,饲料添加剂25‑30份,营养恢复剂10‑15份,环糊精10‑15份,助悬剂10‑15份。该种兽药止痢散的制备方法及工艺,山楂、神曲、麦芽和鸡内金均具有健脾和胃、消食化积和化浊降脂的功效,使病牛在服用止痢散后,不仅可以改善病症还有助于病牛快速的恢复肠胃功能,有助于病牛快速恢复健康,通过加入酸化剂、甲酸钙和葡萄糖粉,使病牛在服用止痢散后可以补充因腹泻缺失的无机盐离子以及能量,维持无机盐代谢的平衡,帮助病牛快速恢复营养,防止出现低钠血症或者低钾血症。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于家禽药物治疗领域,具体为一种兽药止痢散的制备方法及工艺。
背景技术
止痢散,兽用药品,主治犊牛腹泻、犊牛下痢、犊牛大肠杆菌病等,症见体温升高,病牛极度厌食,粪便呈水样,黄色、灰白色,内含凝乳块、血丝,气味腥臭等,用于各种细菌、病毒引起的肠炎的防治。
目前,止痢散主要用于治疗犊牛的腹泻,止痢散的制备方法中依旧存在以下问题:1、不利于犊牛恢复肠胃功能;2、不利于犊牛恢复因腹泻所缺失的营养;止痢散的制备工艺中依旧存在以下问题:1、耗能大,能源利用率低;2、设备无法进行全自动清洗。因此我们对此做出改进,提出一种兽药止痢散的制备方法及工艺。
发明内容
本发明一种兽药止痢散的制备方法及工艺,具体包括以下重量组分:葛根15-20份,黄连35-45份,黄芩15-20份,甘草10-15份,金银花10-15份,穿心莲5-15份,肠胃功能恢复剂5-10份,饲料添加剂25-30份,营养恢复剂10-15份,环糊精10-15份,助悬剂10-15份。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述肠胃功能恢复剂的重量组分:山楂10-15份,神曲5-10份,麦芽5-8份,鸡内金8-10份,葡萄糖粉30份。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述饲料添加剂的重量组分:酸化剂10-12份,甲酸钙20-25份,葡萄糖粉30份。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述营养恢复剂的重量组分:氯化钠5-10份,碳酸氢钠3-5份,甘氨酸10-15份,碘化钾5-10份,葡萄糖粉30份。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,具体包括以下步骤:
步骤S1:使用清水对原材料进行清洗,取出原材料表面杂质以及表皮;
步骤S2:将清洗后原材料放入烘干机中进行烘干,控制烘干温度在65-80摄氏度,控制烘干时间在10-12分钟,再利用余热回收利用模块对烘干装置中产生的余热进行回收利用;
步骤S3:将烘干后的原材料放入脉冲强光杀菌机内进行消毒杀菌处理,控制杀菌时间在5-6分钟,杀菌完成后,再利用全自动清洗模块对杀菌机进行清洗;
步骤S4:先使用中药切片机对灭菌后的原材料切片处理,控制切片后药材的厚度在3-5厘米,将切片后的原材料放入中药粉碎机中研磨成粉末,粉碎完成后,再利用全自动清洗模块对粉碎机进行清洗;
步骤S5:将研磨后的粉末放入500-1000目筛,进行筛分,将未通过筛的粉末重新放入步骤S4中的中药粉碎机中,进行研磨,筛分完成后,再利用全自动清洗模块对筛网进行清洗;
步骤S6:对经过筛分后的粉末进行称重,且称取的重量份为:葛根15-20份,黄连35-45份,黄芩15-20份,甘草10-15份,金银花10-15份,穿心莲5-15份;
配制肠胃功能恢复剂、饲料添加剂、营养恢复剂、环糊精和助悬剂,配制的重量份为:肠胃功能恢复剂5-10份,饲料添加剂25-30份,营养恢复剂10-15份,环糊精10-15份,助悬剂10-15份;
步骤S7:使用搅拌机对原材料粉末、肠胃功能恢复剂、饲料添加剂、营养恢复剂、环糊精和助悬剂进行混合,混合成止痢散;
步骤S8:将充分混合的止痢散放入干燥机中,首先利用余热回收利用模块将回收的热量通入干燥机内,对止痢散进行干燥处理,干燥的温度控制在30-45摄氏度,干燥时间控制在20-22分钟,利用全自动干燥模块对其进行监测,如果余热回收利用模块能够使的止痢散干燥完成,即不需要启动加热装置对其加热干燥;反之则需要启动加热装置对其加热干燥;
步骤S9:将干燥后的止痢散取出,并使用包装机进行包装。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、该种兽药止痢散的制备方法及工艺,山楂、神曲、麦芽和鸡内金均具有健脾和胃、消食化积和化浊降脂的功效,使病牛在服用止痢散后,不仅可以改善病症还有助于病牛快速的恢复肠胃功能,有助于病牛快速恢复健康。
2、该种兽药止痢散的制备方法及工艺,通过加入酸化剂、甲酸钙和葡萄糖粉,使病牛在服用止痢散后可以补充因腹泻缺失的无机盐离子以及能量,维持无机盐代谢的平衡,帮助病牛快速恢复营养,防止出现低钠血症或者低钾血症。
3、该种兽药止痢散的制备方法及工艺,通过加入氯化钠、碳酸氢钠、甘氨酸、碘化钾和葡萄糖粉,使病牛服用止痢散后可以补充钠和钾,对因营养缺乏造成的急性腹泻有良好的治疗效果,并且通过葡萄糖,可以促进肠粘膜吸收钠离子和钾离子。
4、该种兽药止痢散的制备方法及工艺,通过全自动清洗模块,使杀菌机、粉碎机和筛网完成工作后,可以进行全自动全方位的清洗,无需人们手动清洁,并且清洁后的水可以分别进行回收进行循环清洗,节约水资源,且减小了人们的劳动强度。
5、该种兽药止痢散的制备方法及工艺,通过辅热模块,使烘干机产生的余热可以通入热管余热回收器内进行收集,并且收集的余热可以对止痢散进行干燥,减小能量的流失,提升了能量的利用率,并且通过干燥箱内的温度传感器可以实时的检测干燥箱内的温度,当温度低于指定值时,干燥箱内的加热管启动,对干燥箱进行加热。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1:一种兽药止痢散的制备方法及工艺,具体包括以下重量组分:葛根18份,黄连38份,黄芩18份,甘草15份,金银花12份,穿心莲15份,肠胃功能恢复剂13份,环糊精15份,助悬剂12份。
其中,所述肠胃功能恢复剂的重量组分:山楂15份,神曲8份,麦芽8份,鸡内金10份,葡萄糖粉30份。山楂、神曲、麦芽和鸡内金均具有健脾和胃、消食化积和化浊降脂的功效,使病牛在服用止痢散后,不仅可以改善病症还有助于病牛快速的恢复肠胃功能,有助于病牛快速恢复健康。
其中,具体包括以下步骤:
步骤S1:使用清水对原材料进行清洗,取出原材料表面杂质以及表皮;
步骤S2:将清洗后原材料放入烘干机中进行烘干,控制烘干温度在65-80摄氏度,控制烘干时间在10-12分钟,再利用余热回收利用模块对烘干装置中产生的余热进行回收利用,余热回收利用模板包括热管、风机和余热回收器,通过热管连接将风机的吸风口连接烘干机内热量散发箱体,再通过热管将风机的出风口连接余热回收器进风口,余热回收器出风口通过热管连接干燥机内的干燥箱体,即烘干机烘干完成后,即可打开风机开关对其烘干机内的烘干箱体余热进行回收,储存到余热回收器内,使烘干机产生的余热可以通入热管余热回收器内进行收集,提升了能量的利用率;
步骤S3:将烘干后的原材料放入脉冲强光杀菌机内进行消毒杀菌处理,控制杀菌时间在5-6分钟,杀菌完成后,再利用全自动清洗模块对杀菌机进行清洗,全自动清洗模块包括吸水水泵、回收水水泵、储存水箱体、喷水机和污水处理回收池,利用吸水水泵可以将外界水吸收到储存水箱内进行储存,再利用喷水机对杀菌机内的箱体进行清洗,喷水机的喷头为旋转式,且喷嘴为三角形喷嘴可以对杀菌机的内部进行全方位的清洗,并且清洗后多余的水可以流入污水处理回收池内,处理后的另一部分污水通过污水处理池的出水口排出,并在回收水水泵的作用下通入喷水机中,循环使用,节约水资源;
步骤S4:先使用中药切片机对灭菌后的原材料切片处理,控制切片后药材的厚度在3-5厘米,将切片后的原材料放入中药粉碎机中研磨成粉末,粉碎完成后,再利用全自动清洗模块对粉碎机进行清洗,具体清洗方法同上;
步骤S5:将研磨后的粉末放入500-1000目筛,进行筛分,将未通过筛的粉末重新放入步骤S4中的中药粉碎机中,进行研磨,筛分完成后,再利用全自动清洗模块对粉碎机进行清洗,具体清洗方法同上;
步骤S6:对经过筛分后的粉末进行称重,且称取的重量份为:葛根20份,黄连40份,黄芩18份,甘草13份,金银花13份,穿心莲13份;
配制肠胃功能恢复剂、饲料添加剂、营养恢复剂、环糊精和助悬剂,配制的重量份为:肠胃功能恢复剂13份;
步骤S7:使用搅拌机对原材料粉末、肠胃功能恢复剂、饲料添加剂、营养恢复剂、环糊精和助悬剂进行混合,混合成止痢散;
步骤S8:将充分混合的止痢散放入干燥箱中,将回收的热量通入干燥箱内,对止痢散进行干燥处理,干燥的温度控制在30-45摄氏度,干燥时间控制在20-22分钟,通过热管,使热管余热回收器储存的热量可以通入干燥箱内,对止痢散进行干燥,节约能源,再通过全自动干燥模块对其干燥进行监控,其中全自动干燥模块包括温湿度传感器和加热机,利用温湿度传感器对干燥机内部的温度进行温度和湿度实时监控,如果余热回收利用模块能够使的止痢散干燥完成,即不需要启动加热机对其加热干燥;反之则需要启动加热装置对其加热干燥;
步骤S9:将干燥后的止痢散取出,并使用包装机进行包装。
实施例2:葛根20份,黄连45份,黄芩20份,甘草13份,金银花10份,穿心莲12份,肠胃功能恢复剂11份,饲料添加剂25份,环糊精15份,助悬剂12份。
所述饲料添加剂的重量组分:酸化剂10份,甲酸钙22份,葡萄糖粉30份。通过加入酸化剂、甲酸钙和葡萄糖粉,使病牛在服用止痢散后可以补充因腹泻缺失的无机盐离子以及能量,维持无机盐代谢的平衡,帮助病牛快速恢复营养,防止出现低钠血症或者低钾血症。
其中,具体包括以下步骤:
步骤S6:对经过筛分后的粉末进行称重,且称取的重量份为:葛根18份,黄连40份,黄芩18份,甘草12份,金银花13份,穿心莲13份;
配制肠胃功能恢复剂、饲料添加剂、营养恢复剂、环糊精和助悬剂,配制的重量份为:肠胃功能恢复剂8份,饲料添加剂30份,环糊精13份,助悬剂15份。
其余均相同,此处不再赘述。
实施例3:如图1、图2和图3所示,本发明一种兽药止痢散的制备方法及工艺,其特征在于,具体包括以下重量组分:葛根18份,黄连40份,黄芩18份,甘草13份,金银花13份,穿心莲12份,肠胃功能恢复剂8份,饲料添加剂28份,营养恢复剂13份,环糊精13份,助悬剂14份。
其中,所述营养恢复剂的重量组分:氯化钠8份,碳酸氢钠4份,甘氨酸13份,碘化钾8份,葡萄糖粉30份。通过加入氯化钠、碳酸氢钠、甘氨酸、碘化钾和葡萄糖粉,使病牛服用止痢散后可以补充钠和钾,对因营养缺乏造成的急性腹泻有良好的治疗效果,并且通过葡萄糖,可以促进肠粘膜吸收钠离子和钾离子。
其中,具体包括以下步骤:
步骤S6:对经过筛分后的粉末进行称重,且称取的重量份为:葛根18份,黄连40份,黄芩18份,甘草12份,金银花15份,穿心莲12份;
配制肠胃功能恢复剂、饲料添加剂、营养恢复剂、环糊精和助悬剂,配制的重量份为:肠胃功能恢复剂8份,饲料添加剂28份,营养恢复剂13份,环糊精13份,助悬剂12份。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种兽药止痢散的制备方法及工艺,其特征在于,所述肠胃功能恢复剂的重量组分:山楂10-15份,神曲5-10份,麦芽5-8份,鸡内金8-10份,葡萄糖粉30份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种兽药止痢散的制备方法及工艺,其特征在于,所述饲料添加剂的重量组分:酸化剂10-12份,甲酸钙20-25份,葡萄糖粉30份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种兽药止痢散的制备方法及工艺,其特征在于,所述营养恢复剂的重量组分:氯化钠5-10份,碳酸氢钠3-5份,甘氨酸10-15份,碘化钾5-10份,葡萄糖粉30份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种兽药止痢散的制备方法及工艺,其特征在于,具体包括以下步骤:
步骤S1:使用清水对原材料进行清洗,取出原材料表面杂质以及表皮;
步骤S2:将清洗后原材料放入烘干机中进行烘干,控制烘干温度在65-80摄氏度,控制烘干时间在10-12分钟,再利用余热回收利用模块对烘干装置中产生的余热进行回收利用;
步骤S3:将烘干后的原材料放入脉冲强光杀菌机内进行消毒杀菌处理,控制杀菌时间在5-6分钟,杀菌完成后,再利用全自动清洗模块对杀菌机进行清洗;
步骤S4:先使用中药切片机对灭菌后的原材料切片处理,控制切片后药材的厚度在3-5厘米,将切片后的原材料放入中药粉碎机中研磨成粉末,粉碎完成后,再利用全自动清洗模块对粉碎机进行清洗;
步骤S5:将研磨后的粉末放入500-1000目筛,进行筛分,将未通过筛的粉末重新放入步骤S4中的中药粉碎机中,进行研磨,筛分完成后,再利用全自动清洗模块对筛网进行清洗;
步骤S6:对经过筛分后的粉末进行称重,且称取的重量份为:葛根15-20份,黄连35-45份,黄芩15-20份,甘草10-15份,金银花10-15份,穿心莲5-15份;
配制肠胃功能恢复剂、饲料添加剂、营养恢复剂、环糊精和助悬剂,配制的重量份为:肠胃功能恢复剂5-10份,饲料添加剂25-30份,营养恢复剂10-15份,环糊精10-15份,助悬剂10-15份;
步骤S7:使用搅拌机对原材料粉末、肠胃功能恢复剂、饲料添加剂、营养恢复剂、环糊精和助悬剂进行混合,混合成止痢散;
步骤S8:将充分混合的止痢散放入干燥机中,首先利用余热回收利用模块将回收的热量通入干燥机内,对止痢散进行干燥处理,干燥的温度控制在30-45摄氏度,干燥时间控制在20-22分钟,利用全自动干燥模块对其进行监测,如果余热回收利用模块能够使的止痢散干燥完成,即不需要启动加热装置对其加热干燥;反之则需要启动加热装置对其加热干燥;
