The use process of the distractor in the embodiment is as follows:
when a patient needs to be treated by adopting a skin stretching operation, a linear or arc bone round needle is selected according to the shape of the edge of a wound surface of the patient, and vertically and alternately penetrates through two sides of the wound surface, so that two ends of the remaining bone round needle are respectively reserved with 2-4 cm and exposed outside the skin.
The four C-shaped grooves 21 of the two adjusting parts are inserted into the four ends of the two bone round needles, the openings of the C-shaped grooves 21 of the two bone round needle ends positioned on the same side are opposite to each other, and the opening direction of the C-shaped grooves 21 is consistent with the direction of the L-shaped stretching base 1, so that the L-shaped stretching bases 1 of the two bone round needle ends positioned on the same side are opposite to each other.
Next, the first pressing rod 22 is inserted into the horizontal side of the L-shaped distraction base 1 and the upper portion of the C-shaped groove 21 from top to bottom, and the bone round needle is pressed in the C-shaped groove 21.
Next, the connecting bar 6 is inserted into the vertical side of the left L-shaped tension base 1, and the adjusting lever 3 is rotated around the connecting bar 6 so that the other end thereof passes through the sleeve 41 and then is connected to the tightening member 42.
After patient's skin extends to a certain degree, need insert the recess of tightening piece 42 through the spanner in, rotate tightening piece 42, make the effective length who adjusts pole 3 shorten, through the distance that the audio-visual adjustment of the number of turns of pivoted or regulation pole 3 shortens, the accurate skin volume of extending of adjusting. After adjusting to suitable position, pass sleeve 41 upper portion from last with second compression bar 5 down, through screwing down, the screw-in compresses tightly regulation pole 3, can accomplish this adjustment process.
The skin stretching devices of the two embodiments have simple structure, are easy to install, can accurately adjust the stretching amount of the skin around the wound surface of the patient, and have simple and easy operation process; all parts of the skin stretching device are positioned around the defective skin of the patient, so that the wound surface of the patient is not shielded, and the wound surface of the patient and the change of tissues around the wound surface can be conveniently and directly observed.
It is to be understood that the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments. Variations and modifications are possible in light of the above teachings, by those of ordinary skill in the art, without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention should be subject to the scope defined by the claims of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. An assembled multi-section telescopic skin stretching device is suitable for the defect skin (8) and is characterized in that,
the distractor comprises:
two stretching parts (7) which are respectively arranged at the two longitudinal sides of the defective skin (8) and are used for fixing the edge of the defective skin (8);
the two adjusting parts are used for adjusting the distance between the stretching parts (7);
the adjusting portion includes:
two stretching bases (1) are positioned at the edge of the defective skin (8);
the two connecting parts (2) are arranged on the stretching base (1) and are used for fixing the stretching parts (7);
the adjusting rods (3) are arranged on the two stretching bases (1) and cross the two transverse sides of the defective skin (8);
and the adjusting device (4) is arranged at one end of the adjusting rod (3) and is used for adjusting the effective length of the adjusting rod (3).
2. The assembled multi-section telescopic skin distractor of claim 1, characterized in that the adjustment rod (3) is made by telescopically nesting a plurality of short rods (31).
3. An assembled multi-section telescopic skin distractor according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the adjustment means (4) comprises a sleeve (41) and a tightening member (42) connected to the stretching base (1); the outer dimension of the tightening member (42) is larger than the sleeve (41); one end of the adjusting rod (3) penetrates through the sleeve (41) to be connected with the tightening piece (42).
4. An assembled multi-section telescopic skin distractor according to claim 3, characterized in that the distractor further comprises a second compression rod (5) passing through the sleeve (41) for compressing the adjustment rod (3).
5. The assembled multi-section retractable skin stretching device of claim 1, wherein the stretching base (1) is of an L-shaped structure, the connecting part (2) is arranged at the end of the horizontal side of the L-shaped structure, and at least the vertical side of the L-shaped structure is of a hollow structure.
6. An assembled multi-section telescopic skin distractor according to claim 5, characterized in that the adjustment part further comprises at least one connection handle (6); one end of the connecting handle (6) is connected with the adjusting rod (3), and the other end of the connecting handle is in threaded connection or interference fit with the vertical edge of the L-shaped structure.
7. The assembled multi-section telescopic skin distractor of claim 6, characterized in that the adjustment lever (3) is horizontally rotatable around one end of the connecting handle (6).
8. The assembled multi-node retractable skin distractor of claim 1, 2, 4, 5, 6 or 7, wherein the distraction part (7) is a skin-penetrating bone pin.
9. The assembled multi-section retractable skin distractor of claim 8, characterized in that the connecting part (2) comprises a C-shaped groove (21) for wrapping the bone round needle and a first compression bar (22); the first pressing rod (22) is fixed on the stretching base (1) and used for pressing the bone round needle in the C-shaped groove (21).
10. The assembled multi-section retractable skin stretching device of claim 8, wherein the bone round needle is made of sterile titanium alloy or medical stainless steel, has an outer diameter of 2-3 mm, and has a smooth surface.
