Technical Field
The invention relates to a medical apparatus, in particular to a formula intestinal canal injury prevention device.
Background
In the traditional gynecological laparotomy, organs are positioned in the pelvic cavity and are symmetrical, a straight incision is usually made in the center, and the periphery of the uterus and the double attachments is covered by a large amount of intestinal canals and omentum due to the fact that the uterus and the double attachments are positioned in the deep position of the pelvic cavity, so that in the operation, one to two assistant drag hooks are needed to pull the intestinal canals and the omentum apart to expose the visual field. Currently, the routine procedure is to isolate the intestinal canal and omentum from the double uterine appendages with several large wet saline pads, and then to pull the isolated saline pads away by an assistant to expose the surgical field, but this has several drawbacks: 1. in operation, a plurality of saline cushions are often used in a matched mode and need to be replaced sometimes, so that the saline cushions can be left in the abdominal cavity of a patient after operation, and potential safety hazards exist. 2. The saline pad does not completely isolate the bowel from the uterine appendages, and since bowel is slippery and tends to creep frequently, the bowel may slip out of the gap between the two saline pads during the pulling of the uterus or appendages during surgery, obscuring the view and increasing the risk of injury. 3. Draw hooks of 1 to 2 medical staff are often needed in the operation, the labor intensity is high after a long time, but the operation assistance is limited, and medical resources are greatly wasted.

Detailed Description
The invention will now be described in detail with reference to fig. 1, wherein exemplary embodiments and illustrations of the invention are provided to explain the invention, but are not intended to limit the invention.
Referring to fig. 1, the invention provides a disposable adjustable intestinal canal injury prevention device, which comprises a spacer 1 capable of separating uterine double attachments, intestinal canals and omentum, wherein an adjustable baffle pad 2 is connected to the spacer, and the baffle pad can block the intestinal canal from sliding into an operation visual field after being vertically opened relative to the spacer, so that an obstacle can be formed on the upper side of the spacer to block the intestinal canal from sliding into the operation visual field, and the operation visual field is ensured to be clearer. The adjustable baffle pad adjusts the size through the opening degree of the baffle pad, so that the opening degree of the baffle pad can be adjusted according to the size of the abdominal cavity of a patient, different individual patients can be adapted, and the adaptability of the device is greatly improved.
Specifically, the blocking pad 2 comprises a blocking piece 21 in flexible connection with the separation pad and a balloon 22 arranged on the blocking piece, and the flexible connection mode can ensure that the blocking piece is perpendicular to the separation pad when being folded, so that the expanded balloon is positioned on the upper side of the separation pad, and further the intestinal canal is prevented from sliding into the operation visual field. Preferably, the sacculus adopts a plurality of gasbags side by side, a baffle is arranged at the lower side of each gasbag, the baffle close to the inner side is flexibly connected with the spacer, two adjacent baffles are flexibly connected, and each gasbag expands after being inflated. In the implementation process, when the abdominal cavity of a patient is small, the baffle plate close to the inner side can be folded to be perpendicular to the spacer, the air bag on the folded baffle plate is inflated, the area of the spacer is small at the moment, the spacer is suitable for the small abdominal cavity, the air bag on the baffle plate close to the outer side is not inflated, and the balloon can be attached to the inflated air bag close to the inner side along with the baffle plate. When the abdominal cavity of the patient is larger, the air bag on the baffle plate close to the inner side is not inflated, and the air bag and the spacer pad are kept in a plane state, so that the area of the spacer pad is increased, the spacer pad is suitable for the larger abdominal cavity, and at the moment, the baffle plate close to the outer side is only folded up and inflated to the air bag on the baffle plate to realize blocking.
As shown in figure 1, three baffles are adopted in the figure, and are not necessarily arranged actually, each baffle is provided with an air bag, and the air bags of the middle baffles are inflated. In the implementation process, the baffle plate needs to be folded to be vertical to the shock insulator, and then the air bag is inflated. Therefore, the size of the whole device is adjusted through the plurality of independent air bags, the size of the blocking area is adjusted through the inflation degree of the air bags, double adjustment of the size of the spacer area and the size of the blocking area is achieved, and the device is simple in structure and operation and convenient to use.
Each air bag of the invention is connected with an external air source through an air conveying pipe (not shown in the figure), and each air bag can be individually inflated and controlled to realize adjustment. The external air source can adopt a simple inflatable ball or an inflator commonly used in hospitals. Preferably, the spacer and the baffle are of an integrally formed structure, and the spacer and the baffle are convenient to process and manufacture. The spacer and the baffle are made of disposable flexible materials, such as medical silica gel, medical rubber and the like, and are disposable, so that cross infection is avoided. The thickness of the connecting part between the spacer and the blocking piece and between the two adjacent blocking pieces is smaller than that of the spacer or the blocking piece, so that the tension of the connecting part is reduced, and the blocking piece can be easily folded.
The U-shaped spacer exposes the operation visual field in the U-shaped cladding space, thereby forming the obstruction in three directions and greatly facilitating the operation. The two sides of the U-shaped spacer are respectively provided with the baffle pad, so that barriers are formed on the two sides by inflating and expanding the saccule. In the implementation process, the balloons inflated and expanded at the two sides are extruded together at the bottom of the U-shaped structure, so that the bottom also forms an obstacle, and therefore blocking in three directions is realized, and the intestinal canal is further prevented from sliding into an operation visual field. Preferably, the two sides of the U-shaped spacer are elastically connected together, so that the angles of the two sides can be conveniently adjusted. And the shock insulator made of medical silica gel, medical rubber and the like has certain elasticity, is suitable for angle adjustment of two sides, and does not need to be provided with an additional elastic device. In the implementation process, the bottom of the U-shaped part can be set to be thinner properly, so that the elasticity can be increased to a certain degree. Therefore, the U-shaped spacer is of an integral structure, the phenomenon that a plurality of pieces of wet saline cushions are adopted in the prior art is avoided, a plurality of assistants are not needed, and medical resources are greatly saved.
